PaRx: A Prescription for Nature, is an initiative of the BC Parks Foundation and is Canada’s national, evidence-based nature prescription program. The initiative is operated by health-care professionals who believe their patients’ health can benefit from time spent with nature. Dr. Andrew Day, Chief Executive Officer, joins Earth Day Party hosts Shannon Burns and Sarah Christie to share the health benefits, both mental and physical, of just 20 minutes spent with nature.
