Panharmonicon are a Niagara Based 4 piece that blend grunge, progressive rock and metal undertones to create a unique blend of melodic heavy rock. Kirk Danuco is a local show promoter who is bringing back Vertigo Music Festival again for a second go to Issac's at Brock University. The Dirty Nil are the headliners on a lineup that features both local talent and artists from beyond Niagara.
