It shut down back in 2018 but thanks to the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and The Performing Arts Consortium of Winnipeg. they have plans to renovate it and bring it back to life!
The new facility will be located at the Bannatyne health campus at the Health Sciences Centre and could cost somewhere between $800 million to around $1 billion to build. Construction is set for next year.
