The new Superman features Krypto the Super Dog and it has led a lot of interest in people for dog adoptions to have their Krypto. In fact, this past Thursday Superman and Supergirl were in attendance at the Winnipeg Humane Society looking to boost adoption numbers!

Doctors Manitoba say that doctors are able to use 'Good Faith Billing' where they can now bill the health-care system for certain eligible patients without a health card.

Eligible patients include newborns, new residents to Canada, people experiencing homelessness or released from incarceration.

There's already around 1300 fire evacuees staying in the city and the RBC Convention Centre has been prepped as an additional congregate shelter if needed.

You may see folks patrolling downtown for those that need help with the transition with the new parking system and pay station removal in downtown Winnipeg.
