💥 Ratés systémiques : en 1997, une survivante s’échappe et accuse Pickton, dossier abandonné ; il tuera encore pendant cinq ans. La Commission d’enquête (2010-2012) conclura à des négligences institutionnelles et à un biais envers les femmes du Downtown Eastside (DTES).
