So I have a co-worker of mine. Let’s call her Sarah. Sarah’s in her 30’s and she’s having an affair with our boss (let’s call him Sam) who is in his 40’s and is married. The whole office knows what’s going on between the two and it’s very uncomfortable for the entire office, especially when Sam’s wife comes to visit. I have a feeling that this relationship is going to implode soon and I’m concerned this could effect my job. My question is, what should I do? Should I talk to Sarah? Do I look for another job? Do I ride it out? Help! I love my job but I hate working in this environment.
