4 ноября правительство решило ввести второй карантин. Бары, кафе, рестораны закрылись, массовые мероприятия были запрещены, ношение масок стало обязательным. Этот карантин продолжается по сей день.

Сегодня, ровно через год после объявления первого карантина, Литовская ассоциация гостиниц и ресторанов организует в разных городах Литвы акцию протеста “Последний ужин”. По данным ассоциации, в течение года ресторанный и гостиничный бизнес не получал поддержки от государства. Поэтому некоторые компании либо обанкротились, либо вот-вот обанкротятся. В ходе акции на центральных площадях Вильнюса, Каунаса и Клайпеды будут накрыты столы, застелены гостиничные кровати, а рядом с ними будет стоять персонал. Литовская ассоциация туристического бизнеса также присоединяется к акции протеста.
