Speaker 1 (00:00):
I have a little scar from that, but really I
don't have many scars, how about you.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
I took a tumble on my bicycle. I was all
geared up. I had my Walkman on ready to go,
the cassette player. It wasn't back in the late eighties,
early nineties something like that. Well, it had to have
been in the nineties. It was in the nineties. We
were in our house and we bought brand new bikes,
and I take off, I'm going on to kill it.
Ride ready. You know, you're all pumped up. I've got
that whatever in the walkman. You got your playlist? Yes, yeah,

(00:25):
here we go. The mixtape is set. I take off
down the driveway and I turn right, and as I
turned right, I shifted gears. The chain slipped and the
sprocket just shredded my ankle and it had just instant blood,
instant pain. I was down and out in Beverly Hills.
So there I am hobbling along Christie's at work. We

(00:48):
had no kids at the time.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Oh you weren't even a kid.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
You were an adult. Yes, great, So there I am
just blood gushing from it was right by my achilles,
and I said, I have a Mustang at the time.
So I've got to drive and this is on my
right foot, right ankle. You need If I had to
drive to the emergency room with a stick blood gushing,
I put a towel down. Didn't think to call the ambulance.

(01:11):
Cost too much, too cheap. Go to the emergency room.
I get there and the people are just talking. They're
having a real good time, just gabbing it up. I'm
gonna sit here and find out how long this take.
And then they said can I help you? I said, yeah,
I have got a situation.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Boy.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Then they went in, Oh, we're so sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Anybody who walks into the emergency room probably has a situation.
I mean maybe I'm wrong about that, but uh yeah,
maybe check on them right away, right emergency for a reason. Right.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
They tried to stitch it up, couldn't do it. Long
story longer, ended up going into the hospital a couple
days later where they took some skin from my rear
end and put it on my ankle. That's true story.
Here's my scar.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Yeah, that's fine, Fine, I don't need to see your
butt on your ankle.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
That's a fun fact. So when we play fun fact game, Yeah, yeah,
I don't know how we got here, but here we are. Scars, Yes,
all right, it's bowing bacon in the morning.
