looking forward to.

This, Yes, we are because the Fargo Police Community is
celebrating the one hundred and fiftieth year anniversary of the
Fargo PD being here and we actually have a special guest.
We have Officer Betsy Miller here CA nine. Officer, can
you tell us a little bit about the event that
you have going on?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Yes, So, we have a Fargo Police Community picnic coming
up here Wednesday, June eighteenth, five to eight pm at
Broadway Square, downtown Fargo, and this is going to be
a great event for all involved in the community to
come enjoy a fun and relaxed environment with us.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Tell us about some of the fun events that are
taking place tomorrow, Betsy.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
A lot of fun events going on. We have some
bouncy houses going on for you know, anybody who wants
to got in. We have a dunk tank, we have
free balloon characters and scavenger hunt as well. We also
have squad cars for anyone to go and look into
and could peek at what we drive around in the city.
We'll have a swat bear cat there as well as
well as a couple of our canine handlers to show

off the dogs.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Oh see, now we're talking.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Are you specifically going to be there a couple of you?
What can we expect with the canine demonstration.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Yes, I'll be there with another handler. Both of our
dogs will be there, so we'll be up there on
the stage. We'll show off our dogs. We'll talk about
our dogs a little bit. I have my dog there,
canine Toby. He's our explosives detection dog, so I'll be
able to talk about him a little bit. We have
another dog coming who's an arcotics dog, and we can
talk about the dogs, show them off, especially for those
dog lovers out there.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
I am a dog lover or two dogs over here,
but it's amazing the work that these can do.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
And I got to ask what breed are your dogs?

Speaker 3 (01:41):
We run Belgian mallon wise.

We look forward to it tomorrow. It's the Fargo Police
Community Picnic tomorrow downtown Fargo, Broadway Square five till eighth
