(13:16):

that we are, you know, visiting you at your uh you know,
at your show, at your atyour job right now. But you're so
gracious to let us in so wecan see. But we want to hear
you regardless. We got a coupleof TikTok videos we're gonna show. This
is the light side of the conversation. It's a few jokes, you know,

(13:39):
but then we're gonna get into somethings. So without further ado,
the show one of those TikTok videosfor us. Tony please, I don't
about I don't ground cracks, Idon't flat I say, I don't are

(14:13):
you now here's my version of thesame video. I don't I don't flat

(14:33):
bad, I don't funk with job. His grandpa comes through. He's like,
are you cussing? So my nephewjust did the exact same. I

(15:00):
don't even know what's up with theword fuck right now, he said,
your cousin's at the house is playingwith your toys. His sister said,
Weston, don't be mad. Hesaid, I fucking math and then almost
crashed the car. I was like, oh my god, I fucking mad

(15:26):
by the clearest thing he had eversay. Oh my god, kid's cousin.
It's such a joy to me.I don't know why I've just language.
It's a sentiment exactly, I pickedup on. Absolutely, they understand
I mean it. You know it'sa sentiment. I also said, Okay,

(15:46):
the ancestors are back. Okay, they have returned. Is that all
we got for those those Oh wehave another funny Okay before we get into
this serious thing. Hilarious. Whodo you want to be black? Fucking

(16:06):
a little bit? A little bit. It's so much cooler some of the
time. Okay, every white personwhish as they were black a little bit.
Any white person who says they don'tis a fucking liar or a cop.
Okay, I do not believe thatfor even a second. Okay.
But the silver lining of all ofthis is it made me do so much
reflecting, like things that I hadnever had to put any thought into,
because there was such first nature tome. I actually thought about like I

(16:30):
had never thought about why all ofmy friends are black. I had never
thought about why I'm so comfortable withblack people, or why I appreciate black
people so much. So I dida lot of self reflecting on it,
and the conclusion I came to isthat nobody goes through more shit and still
enjoys life to the fullest. Nobody. It's so impressive to me, and

(16:53):
it's such a beautiful way to liveyour life, because everybody's going to go
through shit and not everybody can bounceback and still enjoy shit to the fullest.
And I think it's an absolutely incredibleway to live. This is gonna
seem so dramatic, but I needyou guys to take it into consideration.
Do you have any idea what ittakes to have this country literally built on
your fucking back to this day stillhave to fight to be treated like a

(17:15):
decent human being. So he wasfunny, charismatic, but he also spoke
the truth. That's why I liketo That's why I like that video.
That's why I wanted to choose thatone. I knew that could really take
us into some of this Some ofthe most serious part of this conversation that
we're gonna have, but I'm surewe all have. I want to start

(17:38):
with you, mister co host.Yes, ma'am. Just I like what
he was speaking on. He wassaying that he was comfortable around black people
because the joy, the natural joythat we have insight, no matter what
we've gone through, no matter thepersecution that we suffered, we still continue
to create, We still get continuedto have joy and laughter in our heart

(18:02):
and we and we can we cantake a serious problem like nobody else and
turn it into a joke, ajoke, the funniest laughter, the money
because you know, we can tellour story on stage and it, you
know, creates fortune for us.What's your take on that? Uh?
Yeah, I mean I say withme, you know taking I guess it's

(18:26):
some people just want to go throughthings and it's over. It's ober.
You know, it's no no senseof living in that moment no more.
You know, you went through it, you learn from it, or you
didn't, but hopefully you did learnit so you ain't got to take that
test again. But for the mostpart, you know, coming out of
trials and tribulations and things like that, you know you have a brighter look

(18:51):
on life, you know, soso so you know how to let it
go? Yeah, well I do, a lot of people don't know how
to let it go, but alot of people do want to let it
go. So it's like a fiftyfifty on that. But if you learn
how to let it go, it'slike Tiffany said last time, when you
when you forgive, you know, let go, let go to hate,
let go to anger. You knowyou're gonna you gotta work on some things,

(19:11):
you know, But other than that, life is joy, all right,
Life is joy. I guess it'sall according to perspective. What's say
utivity? I say, quit fuckingcome on now, Oh there's that word
again. No, seriously, Imean, so you see that we're unbreakable.

(19:33):
Quit trying to break us. Andbut that is that there's a testament
to who we are. And youknow, for him to be saying they
go through so much, finish thesentence to the hands of us that you
know we haven't matured enough to evenbe able to get over it, right.

(19:56):
So yeah, we are built reallytruthfully indestructible, and that's why we
can laugh at it. Try andagain you know, oh you tried to
break my heart. Oh that breaksmy heart. They tried to demonize even
that strong you know, strong blackwomen. They tried to really demonize that.

(20:21):
But you see what we have toput up with. Yeah, what
what would we be if you weren'tright? I remember, I remember someone
tried to pull that on me,pull that card on me. But they
didn't say it wasn't the strong blackwomen. They were like, oh,
you're you're not like really the angryblack woman type, you know. And
so so she was saying that tome, hoping that she could get her
rise, and I was just lookingat her. I was like, your

(20:41):
poor soul, you're such a peasant, Like why are you keep pushing?
And see I'm the angry and nothingand that it doesn't offend me at all
angry black women, because I havepleaded to be upset about it. If
I was going to be angry,I have plenty to be upset about.
So what are you doing stating facts? Okay? Whatever? You know?
Next time say queen though, butyou know, but that leads us to

(21:07):
our next TikTok video or our nextvideo. Period played it for me,
tony place. You don't drink thekool aid. You don't drink the gold
juice. So I was offered thegold juice three times in my twenties and
thirties, and my sorry pee,a lot of golden showers and the gold
juice that I will live forever andI'll have whatever I want, the gold

(21:30):
juice. You never offered the goldjuices. No, I'm I'm a scumback
comic. What's the gold juice?I don't know. I don't know,
but I didn't drink it and Ididn't want it. And is this notice
when all the girls, certain girlson orange changed. Yeah, it's a
real thing. It's like a realthing, Like it's all a real thing.
And it's scary because they send likepeople after you, and they can

(21:55):
like kind of moonlight as like afriend or you know, and clothing and
hey, listen, you can haveeverything you want, all the fame in
the world, all the money.I'm like, what if I just drank
it for the night, you knowwhat I mean? Like what if I
and I don't know what it is. If it's a metaphor for the gold
juice, like you, I'm whatI'm what I'm saying mostly, And if

(22:19):
there's a tincture that makes you younger. I better nowhere, you better let
me in on this Drina. Yeah, So I feel like she was pledging
her allegiance to the situation. SoIlluminati is watching. Hey, I'm down
with the ships, you know, come on and let me have Yeah,

(22:41):
like she wants to smoke, andwhether it's youth or whatever, let me
get it. Let me get onbecause I'm just a lowly comic. I'm
tired of being a lowly comic.Hey, y'all. And then she trying
to get her to tell it allto say it. Oh you see,
she's half ass trying to tell her. Yeah, you gotta do drink to
go to what is that? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, Like I never

(23:11):
seen that video. Two girls wontcup? Yeah like, yeah, I
heard it. But no, thatwasn't gonna be me watching. We're definitely
gonna bring the chatters in and thecallers in later. But I wanted a
really quick shout out a couple ofpeople online. Right now. We have

(23:32):
DJ Sherman online. He has hehas a show on Saturday at Skybar,
so check him out. He'll bespinning from ten pm to and on on
Pacific Standard time at the Skybar.Shout out to y p Draskie Baby in
the building. Yes, d yeah, it's late. This project out,

(24:00):

One of my favorite songs is allI can say is well when you
do the thing, and and II can say as well. Okay,

(24:22):
So shout out wife, p JSki, shout out to see him.
He's he's on, He's on.I g live. He won't come through.
Uh cutest thing in the world. But shot it. My kids are
shy. I don't know why theyso sure. D ain't shot. He's
just waiting for the perfect time.Okay, look at you got his back
there each other, they be havinga bro mance. They always got each

(24:45):
other back. I can't stand it. I'm like I was the same right
now. Okay, Gilbert, shoutout to you. Boo Sauce, shout
out to you, mister Hooks orRooks start out to shout out to you.
And then DJ Arsen in the building. Met him over in the Middle
East. We did some great workover there. R and B DJ slash

(25:06):
DJ thing. We did the damnthing over there. Shout out to you,
do DJ Arson. Okay, sowhat do we got next? We
got another video. Alrighty, sothis king got on TikTok and made this
video. These are human beings. These are nine ether I knew nake gods.

(25:30):
This is a human being. Thisis a nine ether. I know
nake God from that exact same region. These are human beings. This is
a nine ether. I knew NakiGod from that exact same place. This
is a human being. These arenine ether I nake gods. But what

(25:56):
caught my attention is the comments sectiona lot of Asian people and the descendants
of colonizers who are busy complaining thathe is dividing the masses. And I
was like, oh so now it'sdivision. How exactly is this division though?
Are you guys the same people thatcome from ancestries that declared our own

(26:21):
ancestors not human? Are you guysthe same people that come from ancestors that
segregated our own ancestors you are ancestors. Were the same people that refused to
share anything with our ancestors, includingwashrooms, buses, and even the name
human because we were considered less human. But now that we the descendants are

(26:45):
agreeing with you that yes, you'reright, we are not humans, that
is when you want to call itdivision, or you wanted him to say
these are humans and these are theuncivilized? What a on eating monkeys?
Because I'm sure the comments section wouldhave been different. Then, See,
the King did not even take awayyou are my full title that your ancestors

(27:08):
refused to share with us. Yes, you all are the humans, but
he gave us our own title sowe don't have to scramble with you over
you as any more like our ancestorsdeed countless times. But you still said
no. So I exactly are youguys mad? It's giving narcissism, it's

(27:30):
giving cognitive dissonance. I'll keep mystitches on, so you all better be
convincing in your explanation of why exactlyyou are mad? Cause that way,
who said that? In Tony inthe Girls E's eazy? Okay, shout

(27:55):
out to you. I like her, I like her content a lot.
I like her. What say you, Tiffany? I agree? So it's
ironic because I remember years ago, remember remembering when the word mankind kind of
came into play and it was like, well, then, because we were
human, and then it became mankindand it was like, well, well,

(28:17):
what was the difference, but justrecently, uh, in the comment
sections of Somewhere Else. It gotme googling where he said the word human
actually means in law monster, whichstrengthened my agreement, like, absolutely,

(28:37):
we are you know, so yeah, so I had to look it up.
It's in the Blacks Law Dictionary andyou can google it, but I
did find it. I was tryingto go back to it now. But
what it It's monster definition and thelegal meaning of human. So I absolutely
believe there is a genetic difference. We are nine ether beings and so what

(29:04):
what what is a nine ether being? Well, okay, so just for
what she just said as far asthe human beings being and master, you
know, on the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, it says that that
that that black people that we areonly one was the one third of them,

(29:27):
so that there are they're already admittingthat, okay, we are.
It was just demonized. Yes,so I thought it was something like it's
been it's already been admitted, youknow what I'm saying. So that's just
based off of what she just said. Now that the nine uh, it's
an he's the offspring of the uh, the angels who slept with the daughters

(29:48):
man. Basically, it's that story. Okay, okay, Tiffany was a
nine ether being what I it isthose brown melanated people. I know what
I did. What I have notgone into tons of study around specifically nine
ether. I know that there is. It ranges from is it five to

(30:12):
nine? And the coiling of yourhair, oh wow, is a descriptor
or an identifier of nine ethers. So like when you see when we are
a melanated man cuts his hair reallylow, there's that pattern at the top
of the head that that way thatis significant or signifying of that nine ether.

(30:37):
Our hair pattern coils in the nine. And as you go lower in
those ethers, because there's five, six, seven, eight, nine,
I think one as you go lower, it's closer to the monkey or something
to that effect. Now I'm nota scholar, because you are just things
that I've stumbled across that have youknow, made me look a little bit.

(31:00):
But as you get up to thenine, you become you get coarser
hair or coil your hair here inthat nine shape. There's a lot of
things I think to do with theuniverse that give us that that swirl,
that nine Okay, I'm not yeah, yeah, completely versed in it,
but I do know that the nineeither beings are described as US Antonio,

(31:25):
I saw you put something up?Or are you familiar with uh? Any
of this? Okay, okay, okay, here it is the most potent
power in all of the universe.Wow, it's that. Yeah, okay,
wow? Us more of us andUS, US and US. We

(31:48):
got any chatter? Is anybody sayinganything on the chat? Uh? Maurice
Shelton aka non since they enforced myself, what's up? Shout out from black
girl in Saint Louis, Missouri? All right, all right, up with
it? What up with it?Anything on your antony? See anybody chatting

nine six. We're getting ready tostart taking callers. Is there anyone on
the line, Tony, No oneis of you, Okay, so we
can keep going. What video dowe have next? There's so much going

(33:46):
on. Why they won't teach usthe history of Egypt after you have shackled
and enslaved with people branded castrated lynched, burned, and tortured them, called
the three fiths of a man subspeciesand a monkey and a general inferior creation.

(34:07):
How can we then admit that theyare our teachers and the ones who
gave us civilization. How can weadmit that we descended from Greece and from
Rome, and that Greece and Romestole everything everything they knew from Egypt.
How do we admit that there's noroom in a white supremacist psyche for black
contributions to civilization or world progress. This reaches too far into the consciousness of

(34:30):
the so called objective white scholars ofacademia and their black skinned counterparts. This
is like asking a Nazi to acceptthe Jewish origins of Nazism and of Hitler.
If that were the case, theycouldn't accept it if it were true,
any more than the white supremacists canaccept the African origins of civilization,
the African origins of Christianity, theAfrican origins of science, the African origins

(34:54):
of everything. Philosophy originated in Egypt, originated in Egypt. Theology originated in
Egypt, Philosophy originated in Egypt, letters originated in Egypt. Everything started there.
They were as ancient to the Romansas the Romans now are to us.

(35:16):
And that's what we don't really Yeah, yeah, she dropped some knowledge.
She dropped some knowledge at some point, you know, when are we
gonna when are they gonna stop? You know, the lies, the deceit
and and you know, everyone iswaking up everyone on a very wide scale

(35:43):
at some point. I mean whenthey say the revolution won't be televised,
it has been, you know,it's it's definitely the resident and the lies
that never stopped are just gonna getworse, you know, I mean the
jag is up, you know. But you know the way I look at
it, I was thinking about itearlier, you know. You know generations

(36:05):
is different ages, you know whatI'm saying. So this is the age
of information, age of aglation, age of information. Anything you want to
know, you can jump online andfigure it out. So, uh,
we know that they they've lied tous in the past, like through the
churches and things like their different passesand different agendas or whatever it is they're
doing. But also you got tounderstand what this with with this with this

(36:29):
age that we're in right now,it's easier and quick easier to lie online.
It makes sense, but it's alsoas as you just said, easy
to for the truth to be revealed. So I believe that we're just at
this point, we're out running thelies. Like we're we're discovering information at
a rapid speed. Some of usare actually getting downloads, some of us
are, you know, doing researchin the conventional way, but it's either

(36:52):
way it goes. It's at arapid speed. So we're we're totally outrunning
the lies. We're no more We'reno longer just talking about Okay, the
history books is full of lies. But now everyone knows that the history books
is full of lies. Everyone knows, and it's upsetting a nation of people.
So therefore we're gonna keep having informationrevealed to us because we're gonna keep

(37:13):
digging for information. Now now everybody'slooking. Now everybody has everything under a
microscope, and I actually think thereare some people that feel like, wow,
we've been bamboozled as well. Wethought it was just the black folks
that was bamboozled, and Hoodwick weliterally been lied to, and it kind
of destroyed our community as well, because we really all could have came together
at one point in time and madesure that we all had food to eat,

(37:35):
all had clothing to where, allhad houses to stay in, all
had clean, fresh drink and waterthat we all, you know, were
able to at the very least, the very basics of living. We could
have done that, We could haveall came together and did that, but
instead they divided us. We keptfighting, we kept hurting each other,
and you know, war after warafter war after war after war. It

(37:57):
didn't have to be this way.So I think now some people are like,
Okay, the uprising is happening. You know, the mothership has landed.
I keep telling you all that theuprising is happening in real time.
How can I be down? Ithink that's where everyone else is. How
can I be down? Don't forgetabout me? You remember that? What
was it? What was the inthe Bible? What did they say?
Don't forget about me? And thewhat who said? What? There's some

(38:21):
aboudy the man on the cross withwhat about? Give me? Tell me?
Sorry? Okay, so you're talkingabout but it reminds me of that.
It's like, don't forget about me. When Jesus is on the Christ,
Yes, sure it was on theChrist it was on the cross,
and that you had the murderer andthe thief on the side of it.
And you know, the thief wenton and died with the murderer. Confexius
sayings to Jesus and told them, don't forget about me when you get to

(38:44):
you know what I'm saying, Heaven, when you get there, you know.
And so you know, all ofus, we have our We have
our philosophies and our truths and ourfacts about what happened actually is. So
we on our last show we discussedthe fifth dimension, and that's a layer.
We also discussed before that there areseven layers of heaven. We also

(39:05):
discussed that heaven is also a stateof mind. But then we also evolved
and discussed that having is a stateof beaness, consciousness, your beans.
So when someone doesn't know how toget to heaven, now we understand that
heaven it's not traditionally what we thoughtit was. So when someone doesn't understand
how to get to heaven or afraidthat they're going to be left behind,

(39:30):
now I think that the world isturned into this state of their their saying
to the chosen ones, because weare now recognized, don't forget about me,
right, go ahead, go aheadto no, I I think sorry,
I got folks coming around. Ihave a couple of friends who both
had very similar dreams. You canI walk out. I'm you're ju She's

(40:04):
so humble. She is so humble. We know we saw it all on
fold. We know exactly what ishappening. You're so humble. That was
gracious. Go ahead. I whenyou say, because like I'm, I'm,
I'm still I'm I'm a forever student. So I do do any did

(40:25):
you guys watch they clone tyrone?Yep, yes, I did watch that.
So what we have to also consideris the man who created the system
to oppress. Second, we canstill hear you, but we lost the

(40:52):
feet and give us one second. But we can still hear you, though,
but give us a second. Ican see something frozen. Okay,
there you go, my back,Yeah, are they can they SI?
Hold on one second? Give usa second. Okay, okay, so

(41:12):
okay, we're good. Okay, all right, go ahead, tim Oh.
But the person who created that's oppressionfor the community was us. You
know, he had you know, the Caucasian man uh as the face,

(41:38):
as the muscle, as the bully, but when you when when you got
down to the lowest level of it, it was us. And I'm not
saying that, uh it's all us, but they are just you know,
when you say, oh, weall got bamboos, they were upon too.

(42:00):
You know, they were lied toas well. You were not superior.
You you know, you've been liedto. They were created and you
know that whole that whole idea ofbeing superior. It messed with them too.

(42:21):
For one, they didn't develop, you know, even sometimes the strength
necessary. I think that leads towhy they they are the leading cases in
suicide and all these things. Youhave to live up to something you're not
actually, but they were upon thesame. They were bamboozled as well.
And we're you know, you know, have been used as a weapon.
In my opinion, I concur,I concur. You know what, I

(42:45):
want to interrupt us really quick andshow take this commercial break so we won't
forget it. You know, we'refrom our sponsors. Oh yeah, what
is it called CRAM Studios. CramPro Studios wound out the Cramp Pro Studios
down in Libre, California. Yes, yes, yes, yes, let
me tell you something. These clubs, these parties all this ain't going nowhere.

(43:07):
The more weird you are is areflection of how committed you are to
focusing on your molding and and developingyour ideas and your craft so that when
it's time for you to make yourrounds, you're gonna fly. So tell

(43:58):
me a little bit about that sothey can look with you. Okay,
Frank Pro Studios got any independent artistsout there? We're running a special right
now. I'm one of the engineersthere, Mellow, but again, I'm
sorry you've distorted it. We havea special going on at the studio.
They can't book me as an engineer. I am audio engineer, graduate from

(44:20):
Nelly School of Music, Saint LouisAlone, Nellie alumni. Uh, but
we got a specially going down there, saying Lebray, Lehibra, Hibra,
California. It's sixty dollars an hour. It gets the engineer too, mixed
and master. It's a pretty dopestudio. So when they leave, when
they leave the studio, they canleave with a mixed and master project product.

(44:45):
Yeah in one session. Uh dependson how to record. But yeah,
I mean if you book up enoughtime. Yeah, you know,
it depends, you know, artistsrappers are different than R and B.
Well, no, I'm just askingfor the people, so they but yeah,
whatever, you whatever, you're coming, you get your your your your
your your record done, You're gonnalead with it. Makes on the master.
You're gonna leave from me. Allright, Okay, all right people

(45:07):
you heard that on here twenty twentyvision. I feel like I just got
okay, all right, all right, all right, you know hmm okay,
yeah, let me go with that. Let's do that. I wanted
to talk about the top five selfhelp strategies. I was wondering if we

(45:31):
as a panel said not any callers, tony, okay, we as a
panel can come up with five selfhelp strategies to help out the people,
to help you know so, andthat is by sharing some of our strategies.

(45:52):
If you have five of them thatyou can name, that's great.
If you don't, collectively, weshould come up with five top top five
self help strategies. So, whatare some of the things that I'm gonna
start with tiffany one of some ofthe things that she does. What are
some of the things that you doto help yourself, whether it's if you
feel maybe there's some anxiety coming on? What would you do for that?

(46:14):
If you've felt like you needed tobe motivated, like you just couldn't get
yourself up to do what you normallydo. Something is bothering you about the
day or the week that you're having, or bothering about the thing that you
do, maybe a seeming mundane. What do you do to get yourself out
of that funk? What do youdo to get yourself up? So things
like that, That's what I'm lookingfor when we talk about the top five
self help strategies. One thing thatI had to be really conscious about was

(46:44):
correcting myself talk. Okay, there'salways that inner voice sometimes like oh I
want to start a new line ofclothes, girl, who won't wear it?
You know, there's always that, you know there can be, and
I've had to purposely override that, you know, like shut up, you

(47:15):
know where I have to be.You know I've had to. I just
did it the other day, Likethere is a benevolence energy that loves me
and wants to see me acquire allof my heart's desires. That voice sometimes

(47:35):
isn't as loud as the one whosays, who's gonna wear your stuff?
You know, and so I haveto consciously be aware when those thoughts pop
into my head and correct them bysaying something, you know, opposite of
what my fear might be. Orso, who's gonna wear? You know,

(47:57):
everybody want to wear this girl? You know, and sometimes it's audible.
Yeah, go ahead and be crazyand talk to yourself. So there,
so there's a balance that you haveto create in yourself because there's sometimes
there's that constructive criticism that we doto ourselves and sometimes else there's just oh
my god, we just kill ourselves. We are so hard on ourselves.

(48:17):
Sometimes we just dog ourselves out.But for you, are you saying that
it's more of a balance that youhave to find or just totally get do
away with that, you know, any negative talk, any adverse talk.
I think sometimes to come back tothe middle, you have to go to
the far other end, the otherextreme, and that is to get really

(48:40):
comfortable with loving self, so thateven when you do receive correction, you
know, or you have to waita second, am I tripping that you
you don't lose. It's easy toget discouraged. So sometimes receiving correction can
and you know, you fix stateon it. And so when you get

(49:06):
to the farther side of completely believingin yourself, when you're saying, hey,
you know, fix this, itdoesn't take a gash out of you
or Okay, yeah I got it, no problem. But yeah, so
I don't see you think you wrong, would go into the far other extremes.
But everybody your name mama, don'tbe lined up from my ship right
right exactly exactly. And that parttoo, I just I don't mean.

(49:30):
I was hearing something the other daywhere the guy said, where do you
think all your thoughts go? Youknow, like they're landing somewhere. You
know what I'm saying. Every thoughtsstill exists, you know still exists,
and so you want to put asmany good thoughts out there so that you
know that's what's so. Yeah,that's the one thing I do is I

(49:52):
am actively trying to correct my selftalk and voices that pop into your head.
And it sounds like in order todo that, so you're one of
your top self help strategies is tocorrect self talk or that is, you
know, harmful to you, that'snot serving you, that's you know,

(50:14):
maybe doubtful self talk, maybe negativeself talk, and it seems the way
that you've been able to do thatis allow the thought, you know,
because even as it becomes extreme, sometimes you have to just allow it and
you watch it come and then youwatch it go and you accept it.
You don't judge it, but youchange it if it's not serving you.

(50:37):
Yeah, okay, yep. Trynot to feel it as much either,
But like that's to fixate on it. Yeah, I think it's sometimes alone,
it's the fear that you know,or the feeling you're attached to it.
FI is six point fifty. Iput you into about six fifty five.

(50:59):
Last time he was able to giveus five more minutes. But if
not this time, that's fine. But it just let you know it's six
fifty Okay, Okay, I'm stillonly partially dressed, so I actually have
Okay, Well, it's it's upto you. We could we can have
you for five more minutes, orwe can I enjoy you, guys.
I know, I think I gota couple more minutes, okay, okay,

(51:23):
and then I'm sorry, What didyou want to add on to that?
Oh? She hit it on thenumbs, you know, sounds like
she does. She does a differentway than I do as far as myself.
So you'll give us the number two, number two, the number two
self help. She gave us one, so we're gonna get so the number
two self help is. Uh yeah, calm down, Yeah, calm about

(51:51):
the pause? Pause? Didn't wesay something? Did you say something to
me? Wants about the pause? If you just calm yeah, just calm
down. You know, I haveto tell myself that I learned that in
a major way in the past coupleof years of my life. Uh,

(52:14):
just calm down, because you're you'regonna First of all, you gotta understand
that it's not you telling yourself thesethings all the time. You know what
I'm saying. It's not you puttingthese things in your head. It's the
individuals around you. It's the companythat you keep. And then that's the
familiar spirits, you know what I'msaying. So you got familiar spirits whispering
in your ear all the time.Calm down, you, calm down.

(52:37):
It's gonna be all just re rere refocus, refocusing, and you know,
maybe to be alright, maybe itwon't, but you're still gonna be
all right. Yeah, So you'restill gonna be alrighty maybe to be alright,
and maybe it won't, but you'restill gonna be alright. I like
that. I like that. Okay, so we have calm down, we

(53:00):
have correct the self doubt talk. Those are the two of the five top
strategies. Let me see if Ican add on to that a self help
a self help strategy that I likea lot, and we talk about it
a lot. We talked about iton this show. Tiffany speaks about it
a lot. Is the forgiveness isthe you know, forget the forgiving exercise,

(53:27):
and that forgiving exercise starts with self. And so you look in the
mirror and you talk to yourself andyou tell yourself the things that you forgive
yourself for. And that is Imean it when I speak about it,
when I hear myself speak about it, it sounds so simple, right,
like, Okay, I can dothat. But as you start looking at

(53:47):
yourself and talking to yourself and tellingyourself and talking to yourself about the things
that you want to forgive yourself for, it's an emotional thing. It's an
emotional rollercoaster that they can take youout of here, I mean crying.
It's not in the whole time butyou realize how valuable that exercise is,
because if you're crying and hurting andfrustrated, imagine how much hurt and frustrating

(54:13):
frustration you've been carrying against yourself. You know how you feel when you don't
forgive somebody else, somebody did someshit to you, You don't like them.
You know, when you see them, you're gonna you know something like
that, right right now, youwant to hurt that person or see that
person hurt really bad. Imagine feelingthat way about yourself, you know what

(54:37):
I'm saying, And so that forgiveness, that exercise of forgiveness, starting with
self, is everything. Then youcan go forgive the others, you know,
because sometimes I would get mad forallowing myself to be victimized. Set
it if somebody said or did somethingto me and I don't feel like I
took up for myself accurately or youknow, at quickly adequately, if I

(55:01):
don't feel like I did a goodjob of taking up for myself, or
if I felt like I didn't takeup for myself, or if I felt
like I chose to stay silent, and the silence might have been the best
move at that time. Right, but it doesn't stop stop me from stop
it from haunting me that I didn'tdo more, I didn't say more.
So sometimes the forgiving others is toforgiving myself for you know, feeling like

(55:27):
I've been bullied, or feeling likeyou know, you didn't say you gotta
forget yourself for keeping your peace, for keeping my peace. I remember I
called you one time when we waswhen you were out of town and I
called you and I was like,he said this, and he said that,
and he won. I said,he won. You know about this
one too, Tiffany. You knowwhen I was I thought he won because
I didn't say as much. ButI was protecting myself because I was in

(55:47):
a situation where I wasn't driving,so I didn't know how that was going
to end up. And I wasmad, no motherfucker that I didn't get
to say everything that I wanted tosay to his punk ass. But you
had to live with those words. You don't have to live calmed down.

(56:10):
Oh so you got to go yeah, okay, okay, I was gonna
say, give me one more, but okay, I do have one more.
And for me, I think itreally started to help is visualizing yes,
you know, I just feel likeI can't. There was one time
I feel like I really traveled intolike the astros during my meditation, and

(56:32):
the other time I felt like maybeI'm not super successful at it. Then
I realized I am, because whatI began to do was just simply visualized
and then connect with that feeling, and it just when you see it begin
to show up some of the thingsthat you just saw in your own mind,

(56:53):
it's definitely what's that word fortifying,You're like, oh, okay,
I am magical, I am powerful. I am And so it's kind of
like when you see yourself lose theten pounds, you get motivated to keep
going, you know, towards yourhealth goals. So visualizing was really good
for me in part with combating myown negative self talk. But then when

(57:19):
I saw it working, it definitelyempowers you too. I agree. I
agree. So that's our that's ourfourth one. We got one more.
But I want to say goodbye toTiffany. Have a great show. Thank
you, thank you, love lifeand life. We'll be there soon,
so see the show ourselves. Youknow, yes, yes and yes,
but thank you so much for chimingin with us. And we'll have you

(57:40):
back again. Thank you have abeautiful all night. All right, yeah,
give me the fifth wee so wehave we have y'all give another handcloff
for Tiffany Wilson, the phenomenal vocalistactivists Freedom. I wanted to say freedom
fighter, but freedom? What didI call her last time? Instead of

(58:01):
fighter? Because she's not fighting freedombut freedom? I can't think of it
right now, but freedom activists. But give we have we have calming down.
I want to put it in thatorder. First we then calm down
so that we can stop the negativeself talk. Then we forgive ourselves,

(58:24):
and then we forgive others. Thenwe want to visualize whatever it is that
we want and desire, because that'swhere our that's where God connects with us
at in our visulation, in ourvisualization, because that's what God did for
us to be created. Right,So, and since God gives us our
heart true hearts desires, then goingto our heart, which where God lives,

(58:46):
which is okay, I'm just sayingit all it is connected. Number
five number five chase Chase the diceshout out to Chase the dice, go
ahead. Number five is breathe okay. So uh, when I say breathe,
I mean uh. And I justlearned this. It's a breathing exercise.

(59:07):
So why you're visualizing you're breathing,so you know some take take okay,
smoke a lot, uh cigarette cigarettes, Oh, no, cigars,
all of it. So anyway, why you're gonna make me say when I
would say, you gonna slide weedin there? Why was in the middle
of saying, you know, Idon't feel about you know, weed is

(59:29):
a good thing. You're gonna make. Go anyway, go ahead, merge
the wyter. Okay, so breeze. So I take it like to anybody
who smoked cigarette smokers, people thatwork go to work whenever they get pissed
off. Like when I was inthe military, we get pissed off your
certain pistol off, certain pistols off. We got sided with smoke a cigarettes.
But the test is it's a it'sa known fact that whenever you're smoking
a cigarette, it doesn't calm youdown. It actually turns you up.

(59:52):
You know, it makes your gentlelinebrush. But the fixation of smoking is
what calms person down. But it'sreally not that even this is not this
what comes and it's to breathing whenyou smoke a cigarette, or you smoke
with you or anything you go.I wish I was doing that right now,
but Tony be all kind of madat me. Keep me out?
Can't you ever come back to thestore out. It's a breathing exercise.

(01:00:15):
The breathing exercise is to calm youdown, to get your your your your
your false alarms from going off.You know what I'm saying. So you
know when when you're overthinking and you'regoing through stuff, it's just our false
alarms, you know. It's justit's just like an oversensitive car alarm driving
down the street. Somebody allowed, would allow speaking doom dropping and the owner

(01:00:35):
coming out with his gun because youthink somebody breaking in the car. But
ain't nobody breaking the cars? Afalse alarm. It's the same thing with
certain things in life, certain thingsin life. You you you're it may
seem like that's what's going on becauseof moving. You know, how a
person move or whatever is they doing. Maybe they say something, maybe they
said it the wrong way. It'sit's a false alarm. You don't know.
You don't have to react so fastand so abruptly about everything. In

(01:00:58):
life. So breathe, breath, breathe. While you're visualizing number five.
We have five of them, ladiesand gentlemen. Okay, we're gonna count
him down, all right. Thefirst thing you want to do is calm
down, Calm the fuck down.Second thing you want to do is stop
that negative self talk. Why you'regonna keep saying I can't, can't.

(01:01:22):
No. Number three is forgive yourself. Forgive yourself you like and others and
others. You gotta go on.You're gonna have to talk yourself through that
one. Number four is visualized, visualized. Close your eyes and sing it
and looking at center for visualize righthere. That's your third all right,
there the visualize what it is.You want to see what happened, and

(01:01:42):
there it is. Now breathe allright. And then the number five.
He tried to beat me to sayit because he's a hater. He can't
even stay in his lane. I'mgiving him the floor. He gotta take
mine to see, I swear.Number five is breathe. Breathe, breathe,
breathe, breathe. Breathing is everything. It's even the sound of
God's name. So you guys,we came down to those last couple of

(01:02:05):
minutes. We got to get outof here. Less there's any any callers.
Anybody decided to call in at thelast minute. Okay, no more
callers, any more chatters? Yeah, nonsense, you say, can't wait
to be on the show. Goingto look up the nine ethers? Wonderful?
Come on with it, come in, come on and break it down.
Anybody else that knows what the night, what the true meaning of a
nine ether being is, I'm gonnaknow, I'm gonna know nobody. But

(01:02:30):
at the end of the day,if you do know, you want to
join the conversation for next time around, please feel free to chime in via
YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or call us at five six Street,
nine ninety nine. What is it? I can't see it? Three?
And you gotta say to God anyway? All right, last comments and

(01:03:00):
handles, please, Chief LOUI backto God. The last thing I want
to say is, uh, youknow, think happy thoughts. I know
what I want to say. Iwant to say one more thing after because
it just popped in my head whenyou said the breathing thing after you're visualizing

(01:03:22):
you're breathing like you said. Becausethe breath of life is yeah, is
God's name? Yeahweah, So thereforewe already made in God's image. So
therefore, when you're visualizing and you'rebreathing, you're breathing life into your visualists.
Oh you want to say what Iwas saying earlier? Is that what
you said? Go ahead of that. I mean they didn't hear when I
said it. You know what I'mdone, Tony. What you got to

(01:03:44):
say here? When I said,it's not much better coming out your mouth
doing something else? Okay, notlistening? Oh no, no, no,
you're talking about the yawn thing. No no, no, no,
no no no. I was saying, it correlates all together. You know
what I'm saying when you're doing thefive? Said again, he's gonna reiterate,

(01:04:06):
just to say the same thing overagain. You quit? I quit?
Good? All right? Shout outRicardo from Brazil. Dolla, yes,
yes, yes, but ii ohyou know what about Brazil and the
way you said it with that smileon your face, said Brazil, I'm
talking Tony's language. Now, shoutout Brazil. You know. Chase the

(01:04:30):
dice he said, don't uh don'tleft behind series ha ha ha and crack
and tackle joined. Hey, hey, hey, he said it a beautiful
Uh. You have to love yourselfbefore you can love others. That's right,
that's right. Sure, you definitelyhave to do that. Jugger not
boy joined. And also the CrackingTaco said, they teach you how to

(01:04:56):
breathe in therapy. Uh. Healso said, I used to have a
bad temper. Anything was sent sentmy would the little anything would set me
off. And I had to learnhow to control. And it was and
I was doing breathing treatment and itworked for him. Good for you,
you know, And I thank youfor sharing that with the people. Uh.
I believe that breathing oxygen is everything, The breath of life is everything.

(01:05:21):
I want to be on the show. You can give me. Give
me a shout out, all right, you know what I do, five
dollars shoutouts, all right, Sorub me that five dollars. Damn.
But honey, but the cracking Taco, no, he he needs to be
serving me. Honey. Can youkeep getting confused? Uh, the cracking

love, life and light. Youknow, you guys, we're gonna elevate.
We have to elevate. Life itselfis going to continue to evolve.
We might as well jump on sothat we can go as well. We're
all trying to get to that nextlayer of heaven. If you haven't created

(01:06:30):
that having for yourself, which youabsolutely can, you can use some of
these five steps of self help toget there. All we want to do
is bring you love and light. All we want to do is bring you
education. All we want to dois use entertainment as a vessel to lift
us higher again. My name isa Mirror the Songstress and you can find
