Justice here for my nerd World talkingabout my science fiction space opera series Embark,
and specifically book three in my seriesEmbark, The Vanishing War. As
I've mentioned in previous videos, Iwanted these to have the feel and adventure
of Star Wars without being direct copiesor simply Star Wars fan fit. And
to that point, I wanted tocraft each story to be a space opera

adventure, but also have a sortof a subgenre attached to it. So
Book one is a post apocalyptic disastertale that ends up turning into a space
opera. Book two is a fullblown space opera that has a heist element
to it. In book three,The Vanishing War, which wraps up the
opening trilogy in my seven book series, I wanted something that was just that

this is a war. This isa war story from beginning to end,
as our heroes go and attempt todefeat the forces on Mars that are attempting
to go and take over the nownewly colonized world. So the war for
peace is about to begin. EscapingEarth and starting a new life in a

far off solar system was just abeginning. Conflict is on the horizon,
and only Taft Keitha and their ragtaggroup of freedom fighters armed with the truth
can stop it. And there's someother elements in here that if you follow
politics, you'll certainly see the implementationof modern themes within our politics today without

way because I have no agenda otherthan wanting to thrill and entertain you the
