Hoy nos acompaña toda una leyenda del Maratón, y más concretamente, del Maratón de Sevilla. José Carlos Jaenes fue el primer sevillano en meta en la primera edición de la cita en la capital andaluza, hace 40 años.
José Carlos, además, es Profesor Titular de Psicología de la Actividad Física y del Deporte. Con larga experiencia de intervención con deportistas de alto rendimiento y olímpicos en diferentes deportes, además es Doctor por la Universidad de Sevilla con la tesis "Estado emocional y conducta deportiva ansiedad competitiva en corredores de maratón".
