Hace una semana se reportó el hallazgo de un bebé muerto en el contenedor de basura, sin que hasta ahora se conozca su identidad y motivo de muerte. Además, se han dado a conocer casos inhumanos dentro del reclusorio, donde los Derechos Humanos han sido violentados. El gobernador del estado aseguró que la fiscalía está realizando las investigaciones para determinar lo qué sucedió.
