Giovanni Serioli è nato a Passirano (Bs) il 26 febbraio 1935. Vive a Iseo dal 1965.
Disabile dall’età di 4 anni, dal settembre 2020 è ospite presso l’RSA Cacciamatta di Iseo dove l’11 gennaio 2021 è deceduta la cara moglie Maria.
Rimasto solo, ha passato le sue giornate scrivendo a mano e in stampatello su dieci quadernoni i ricordi della sua vita.
Il figlio Gianluca li ha raccolti, ordinati e romanzati. Da essi sono nati tre libri, le stagioni del «GIOVANE GIOVANNI».
