Larry Sharpe NY Gubernatorial Candidate on: How to Manage Legalization

Larry Sharpe is the New York candidate for Governor from the Libertarian Party.  He joins the discussion with co-hosts David Katzmire and Mitchell Rabin to talk about the methods of legitimatization that often come into being, and how we can improve them.   As he says, “It is time for New York state to be liberated from the lost ‘war on drugs’.”  He further explains that, “Cannabis is a way of growing our state.
