dope, you know, I've hadthe ability to travel from all these different
wonderful cities across the United States doingthis music thing. So coming out to
California's kind of like the last stopfor me. And I think that,
you know, taking all of theinformation I've learned from the other cities that

I've been able to network and travelto and working, you know, has
made it a much easier transition forme out here in this in this field
because out here, you know,it's it's it's the big times, you
know what I'm saying, So muchbigger city, everybody's here, everybody's doing
something. You got billionaires all theway, you got to the you know,

people on the streets. So it'slike, you know, you got
to find your place and find yourtribe, you know what I'm saying.
That is so inspiring, dude,And I get what you're saying because out
there it's big leagues. Yeah,definitely, dude. Can you please tell
us a little bit how you're enhancingpeople's careers out there and as well,

how you're the founder of Recordings Academy, founder of Record Records, founder of
Everyday Clout, founder at Icon MixingArtist Development Academy, and you got your
website. Yeah, man, howdid that all start? That's just that's
just incredible work right now. Well, you know, I'm not a big

person on you know, just dreaming. If there's something I dream to have,
I want to I want to haveit. And so you know a
lot of these different things that Ihave, these businesses that I've created,
you know, it just came fromme having an idea, you know,
then turning it into a brand,and then that brand turning into you know,
a legitimate business that you know,is able to employ people and work
with people and do contracts and youknow, do what we need to do,

just going down the list. Theacademy is to help enhance artists,
just teaching them how to be effectivein the music industry and be able to
navigate you could, because the industryis changing so much, like technology is
changing so much, the rules arechanging so much. It's really really important
to be able to just have astrategy and a plan that's lucrative and it's

up today. And that's something thatI really really wanted to provide for everybody
that works with me and becomes amember of my academy with everyday clout.
That was my Corona Project. That'ssomething that I put together when we were
all locked up in the cribs andthat just was a blog idea, but
the blog ended up I'm sorry.It was an Instagram that was just posting

memes and regular stuff, but weended up going really really viral on our
posts. So I figured, let'screate a blog site. I wanted to
have something like this is fifty wherewe were able to document and being able
to tell people's stories and have aplatform for us and our team. And
last year we did over three hundredthousand views, so that was really really

cool. And then icon Mixing asa company that I did with my friend
Blake, and he is a threetime Grammy Award winning, thirty three nominated
audio engineer and he's absolutely incredible.He's worked on records like Goosebumps and DNA
duck Worth Lust Fear Rodeo album,some of the biggest, you know records

of the last ten years. Andso we partnered to be able to make
a service for independent artists and youknow, major artists to be able to
reach out and get that professional soundat that high level quality, so it's
not completely unobtainable to you know,an artist who may not be in the
mix. You know, they mightnot be in these rooms to have these

resources, So just wanted to providean outlet. That's really what a lot
of the stuff I do is justto provide an outlet and you know,
make it easier for people to beable to get into the game and have
accessibility. If they're in smaller townsand you know, not really so much
in the mix. I can kindof bring the mix to them because I
know what it's like. So that'swhy I did. It. Sounds like

you're helping a lot with the soundslike you're helping a lot with a lot
of a lot of artists, butas it sounds like you've been helping a
lot with local artists. Well,the thing about it is, I just
moved to California from Atlanta, andwhen I lived in Atlanta, I worked
with i'd probably say fifty to fiftyfifty percent major artists, with like helping

with marketing and you know, navigatingassistant work for management, and you know,
helping artists just kind of leverage theircraft and leverage their you know,
work that they have to getting intobetter situations, but also doing just regular
marketing, you know, for independentartists, helping them reach some of their
goals. It's kind of like abalance. Yeah. Yeah, that's badass,

days. And this happens only oncea year every quarter. Atlanta, Miami,
New York, in La. Soour next one's in Miami, next

do. Yeah, this this ticketwas Yeah, this ticket was incredible because
it was a five day event.You get both days of the fashion show.
We're gonna be going to this warehousefull of influencers. There's a collaboration
event. We're gonna be doing alistening session, and then we have the
performances, and I threw in theAirbnb and I did all that for eight
to fifty the tickets, yeah,for the five days and everything included.

I know what it's like to bea grinding independent artist, like trying to
like make it so like the lastthing you need is spending four bands on
an eight minute set. Like youknow what I'm saying, Like you can
bring your girl to the fashion show, you know, really have an event,
like, really go to things,really got things going on, networking

event. You don't gotta go outand find people. The folks is gonna
come to you. And so youknow, yeah, and we do that
in every major city across the country. You know. I'm sure we'll implement
more, but right now, wejust do one every quarter. Next one's
gonna be a swimwear event in Miamirooftop in South Beach. So I got

videos on my Instagram, like fromthe last one it was crazy, Okay,
okay, okay. So for usto be part of that, we
had to become a member. Wellnot necessarily. If you want a fifty

have the information to grow, You'regonna have directories to meet other members in
the United States that are doing whatyou're doing, producers, engineers, people

now you can start leveraging that,start selling you know, blog placements that

can help you get some bread.It's not hard like if you're a member
of the Academy, like you gota lot of utility. That's what it's

got shows every quarter. Let's saywe're not a member, but we want
to be part of it. Dowe have to pay people? Do the
other artists need to pay to beon the performance? Yeah? So yeah,
that would be like eight fifty Yeah, but that's just for this show.
I'm not sure what the price willbe for the next couple of shows

because our last show had like fivehundred people at it. Yeah, so
you know, I just wanted todo like a hometown homecoming thing. I'm
from New York originally, but Ilived in Atlanta for the last eight years,
so all my friends and like myfamilies out there. So I wanted
to do something special that wasn't likecrazy where if you really wanted to be
there, like it was affordable enoughto be like possible to do it.

Yeah that's great, So okay,so okay. So so when you drop
the next one for the next quarter, you'll drop a post and you'll drop
a post saying hey, if you'reinterested being an artist, hit me up.
And then they'll be like, hey, we're interested, and you'll be
like, all right, this isthe ticket for it, but it comes
with this five days blah blah blah. Just yeah, yeah, you get

one of these bad boys and you'llsay, artists past, now I get
you into everything, yep, andyou get this on the first night.
We all meeting up at a restauranton the first night at Place Tall Rose
and Rye, And so yeah,it's it's dope, bro, Like it's
a dope experience. Like, youknow, that's what I wanted to create
because you know, we have southBy Southwest, which is movies and music.

We have you know, New YorkFashion Week, which is fashion.
You know, we got like uhSun Dance, which is movies. You
know, we have these different things, but there's no music fashion event that's
combined. Like that's for that,like and only that, and that's like
country wide and like that's what thatis for. And so I'm like,

dang, like this is a wideopen space. Like you know, I
see where this can go like inthe future, like really get to like
a really really crazy level. Becausefashion is a billion dollar industry. Music's
a billion dollar industry, and likewe combine these two spaces, and like
I don't know if I'm allowed totalk about it, but like we got
der to sponsor the fashion show.So we got your like bags and stuff

coming not like not like bags,but you know, maybe like some perfume
or something. But like we're doingsome big things, like really making some
like serious moves. It's a reallylucrative field to be involved. And like
if anybody that's watching this wants toget involved, bro, if you want
to get involved, let me knowcause, like you know, it's it's
like wide open. It's like awild wild West. Like here's an event,

there's already going to be a fashionshow. There's already gonna be people
that are gonna be there. Yes, what can you bring to the table
during these four or five days?They can help you either one network to
a higher audience or make money whileyou're there. Maybe it's a vendor spot.
Maybe you go and do interviews withone hundred people, all super fly,

you know, all making moves.Maybe you know, you throw your
own event and you do a showcasetogether and we you know, do a
grand prize or whatever. There's justso much, you know, So I'm
looking at it like one day Iwant it to be like a south By
Southwest where you know we have insteadof it you go into us, We're
gonna come to you, you knowwhat I'm saying, at least like somewhere

like in your case, the closestone would be La you know what I'm
saying. And or Miami or NewYork or Atlanta or wherever. And like
I'd love to do like Kentucky forKentucky Derby. I'd love to get involved
with Houston. Third coast scene.Like, you know, it's it's absolutely
endless the possibilities that we can dowith this, because everybody loves a fashion
show. Yeah they do. Dude, you're you're yeah, it's so cool.

I'm so glad we met. Uh. I'm actually am interested. Uh.
I think it'd be cool to becomea member and then get the half
price off. Man, I'd lovethe half price off, you know me,

Yeah, you you have the energyfor it. You like definitely, like
you have a lot of charismas,so you know, people probably just gravitate

have these resources, like as amember of the Academy, Like I don't
know if you're a blogger, I'msure you have your own blog or there's
some level of journalists, but tohave the ability to be able to document
accomplishments for other people or even justdocument, you know, an interview like

this. You know, I'm probablygoing to take this interview, do a
whole little chatchypt thing and post iton my website with this video to promote
it for myself. It's so fireto have another platform, and then you
can monetize it because our you know, our website does views. So every
article hits like either a thousand,like between one thousand and like twenty thousand
views. So you know, yougo to somebody and you say, look,

you know, I'll get you ablog article that gets thousands of use
for thirty dollars. You know whatI'm saying. Folks will do that.
So if you go to the clubor wherever you go networking event, you
talk to ten people, ten peopleget a blog. Everybody needs SEO.
Everybody needs like they're like, whathave you accomplished recently? Oh, let's
do an article about it? Likeyou need that. Bro. You can
walk out of every single room threehundred dollars more rich and off nothing.

And I mean, how long doesit take to write a blog, you
know. So I break down thosetypes of concepts with the resources available to
the members in the academy, sothey have, you know, a little
bat utility belt when they walk intothese rooms. It's a little bit more
leverage, a little more opportunity tomake some money. So yeah, yeah,

so yeah, especially how you're lookingout for others, dude, that's
the main important thing. You're encouragingothers, You're inspiring others, you're dropping
ideas for others, and there yougo. You just said it like you're
thinking about others and how we canall build up each other. I like
that, dude. Yeah, definitely, definitely. Yeah, I'm definitely about
the community, you know. Yeahdude, So are you always lived in

California? Yeah? So I movedout the day I turned eighteen. I
lived in New York and uh,I ended up moving to the city of
New York City for a little bit. Then I went to Houston, and
I lived in Houston for like eightnine months. Then I went back to
New York and then folks was like, yo, let's go move to Atlanta.

Let's really do this thing, like, let's get busy. I was
twenty one. I'm like, say, less moved to Atlanta and I've been
there ever since until last September.I moved out here to Cali. I
just felt like I accomplished like alot, you know, in Atlanta,
there was like a lot, likeI don't want to say everything I wanted

to accomplish, but somewhere in thatarea. So I'm like, Okay,
well, okay, I could bein Atlanta and this is cool and I
got a lot here, but Iwas really you know, I was twenty
eight last year. I'm twenty nine. Now I'm like, well, why
don't we just move to Cali andreally see what it's about? You know
what I'm saying, Because I gotall this whatever, this is whatever experience.

I guess it's like, let mego and really play with these you
know, folks with this type ofbread out here and see what's going on.
I say that there's three times moremoney over here than there is over
there, just in every every regard, everything from getting gas is three times
more, you know what I'm saying. Like, so you can't just you
gotta have some going on to beout here. And the places that I'm

fortunate enough to be the rooms I'mable to be in. There's some you
know, heavy hitters in those rooms, and right now I feel like a
toddler just soaking in all the informationbecause I'm I'm doing what I want to
do. I'm doing my passion,but I haven't done anything unique based off
of the environment that I'm in.The capitalizes off of this environment. I

don't know if that makes sense.Like I'm still like soaking it in,
seeing how different things are and youknow, testing a b testing life and
you know, bringing that all backand then saying, Okay, well,
you know this guy has you know, a clothing brand or whatever, and

I bet you if I could gethim a better distributor and I could just
get you know, a person offof that. Like, I don't do
that, but I'd be down todo something new if it was lucrative and
it makes a lot of sense.And there's a lot of money in it
because there's so many things here thatI've never even thought about before. There's
different type of paper out here,there's different types of desires and wants that

people have out here that you know, people are getting their water electrified or
whatever to have more I don't know, you know what I'm saying, and
if I was the person that createdthe machine that electrifies your water to give
it more, you know whatever,folks are making millions and millions and millions
of dollars off that I don't knowa thing about it, but I'll learn,

you know what I'm saying. I'mjust seeing what I'm willing to learn,
what I'm willing to do, whatI still want to be a part
of, because I don't really doanything I don't want to do at all,
like ever, like no matter what. So it's like I have to
really want it. And so justpeeping the scene, you know what I'm
saying. Yeah, peeping the sceneand what you know, I like what

you said. There's different types ofpaper that you're noticing out there then you
know from the A or New York. Dude, what is the biggest lesson
you have learned being on this journeywith your with your company and what you're
doing from out there in LA,from being from New York to Atlanta,

not to LA with your company,what's the biggest lesson you've learned? Endure
the elevation. Uh, that's that'smy marathon continues. Endure the elevation.

And I'm gonna break that down.Like you're gonna go up the mountain and
you're gonna have your hoodie up oryour hoodie like over your eyes you only
can see the ground and you justgoing on top of the mountain and you
just keep going in there's throwing andice and animals and all this craziness and

it's so much to endure. Butyou were enduring the el like the elevation,
like the evolution of yourself. Andit's so important because it just feels
like I know, bro, trustme when I tell y'all, like i
know what it's like to go throughthis industry thing like every point, all

of it, like from the topto the bottom, like and it's just
like you have to be able toendure it because like, folks be falling
off. You know, I've beendoing this for ten years, Folks.
That was the most dedicated. Thisis what I want for my entire life.
This is so important to me.I'm gonna be the greatest artists of
all time. Folks is not makingmusic no more. Wow. So it's

like, you know, I've I'veoutlived people who I've spent time on in
my energy, in my youth buildinga dream that they were going to give
up just three four years later.You know what I'm saying, So endure
the elevation. Endure that shit,take that shit to the chest, keep

fucking pushing. That's the first thing. The second thing I learned is nobody
cares about your product. They careabout you. That's that's super super deep.
And I'm gonna tell you why Igot the hottest products in the world.
You know what I'm saying, Like, my academy is lit, artist
development information is lit. Everyday,clout is lit, fashion show is lit,

icon mixing is lit. I focusso much on my brands. I
got the hottest brands. I gotthe hottest products, but I don't have
a million dollars. And it's notbecause the products is whack. It's because
nobody cares about the products. Theycare about me in my charisma and how
excited I am about it and whatit means to me and how much work

I put in for it. Andlike, I just realize this because it's
like, and I know a lotof people victim to this. It's like,
oh, I got to make suremy product's so good, and you
don't leave no time for yourself becauseyou're so focused on having the hottest brand,
the hottest this, how does that? But it's like folks don't care
about the product, the product's andextension of you and how lit you are.

And if you lit for real andyou cool for real and you dope
for real, that's going to showin the products and people are going to
gravitate them because they want to bea part of that community and that feeling
and that thing that like they don'thave access to where they live or they
don't feel those feelings anywhere else,but when they involved with what you doing.

But you gotta make it like stepone is just getting out there.
You just gotta get your thing outthere. And that's where I'm at right
now, is just getting my thingout there as much as I can because
the products is dope. I don'thave to update the products. I already
got AI and all integrations and chatGP, I already did all that.
I'm already caught all the way upuntil you know, a couple of months

in the future and everything's thirty yearsbehind now and then we got to update
again. But that's okay right nowfor today and for the next couple of
weeks. We up to date,so you know, and we're going to
continue to stay up to date toprovide everybody with the littest stuff ever.
And then yeah, like just likestay down and keep it player. That's

definitely the last bit of advice thatI give you, stay down and keep
it player, because it's hard todo both those things at the same time.
Wow, stay down, keep aplayer, get your thing out there,
and endure elevation. Yeah, andremember people don't care about you.

They care about you, not yourproduct. Yeah. That's a hard one.
That's a hard one to grasp.Dog. It makes you look at
everything completely different. Yeah, itmakes you. Yeah, it makes you
feel like, man, I gottabe a much better person. Yeah.

people that are experiencing you. Like, you know, I treat people the
way I want to be treated prettymuch, i'd say ninety nine percent of
the time. And uh, youknow, we were gonna see. You

successful, dude. I wish youtons and tons of success. I got

entrepreneur slash founder. My favorite partis that I make my own hours,
I have my my ability to besuccessful is completely based on my performance.
So if I'm not going hard,then I don't get anything. If I'm
going hard, then I get everything. And I love that. So I

love just not having like a realjob, to be honest, like just
being completely free doing exactly what Iwant whenever I want. And if I
feel like I need to make more, well then I just need to get
you know, get creative. AndI think that that's really really dope.
But that's also like equivalently like theworst part of it all, because like

you know, you know, they'llbe off days, might be even off
weeks, you know, where it'sjust not hitting, you know, and
you talking to people and you're hittingthem up and they're hitting you back,
and it's just not hitting. It'sjust not hitting. And that can get
really scary, and it can getreally tedious, and it can get really

frustrating, and then you can't allowthat to transition into the work, right
because then you want to be unmotivated, You want to do some self care,
you want to chill. And Imean, like I know firsthand experience,
because like trust me, like we'vehad off months, Like you know
what I'm saying. So you know, just making sure that if you feel

like you don't have enough motion,you understand it's because you literally don't and
you need to make motion. Youknow, this is the easiest time in
history to make money. That folksis rich. Like I came out here
and like I like, I talkedto people and like we don't even think
the same. They think on awhole nother spectrum of life because they're free,

completely, just free of everything.And I'm like, oh wow,
Okay, if I had nothing toworry about financially, if I had nothing
to worry about, you know,on this lower tier level of life that
we experience, like my thoughts wouldbe so much more crazier and so much
more unhinged and unchained, and likeyou know, I'd be able to really

see things and be like, Okay, we can achieve that, we can
do that. I'm not saying thatI'm not like that now, but you
know, you got to make surethat you're straight, you know, every
single month. And like, I'mstill transitioning into this la thing because like
you got to really get in whereyou fit in, and I'm trying to
fit in way way, way wayup here so I can be the product

of my friends, you know.And it's been really successful for me.
