how we build each other's social media game.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Woo. That's how you say it, sir, There it is.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
I'm a big believer of that. So anytime I get
a follow, I'll follow back. I'll go like, oh, comment,
if you got some fire content. You know what I'm saying.
I'll like it. And if if it's if it's right,
then I mean we could if the price is right,
we might be able to do something. You gonna different opportunities.
I'll swing some.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Day, weigh and my way whatever.
Speaker 3 (05:09):

You heard him right now. It only likes me to
go on YouTube. It does not like me to go
to Vivo. Ladies and gentlemen, we did it live. It
did not want me to go to Vivo. I don't
understand that. Maybe we've got security here at the studio.
(06:35):
I'll talk with them. I'll talk to the main person
here at the studio. What's going on right there?
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Guys?
Speaker 1 (06:40):
Can we get that fixed? What's going on? Let me
know when you guys figure that out. All right, All right, guys,
we got good stuff. We got music to play here
in just a second, and we're gonna talk a little
bit more about October twenty six. All right, October twenty six,
when was your last show?
Speaker 3 (06:58):
I honestly don't notice this day of my last show,
but it was. It was a few months back, about
two about two months back.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Nice stud It was must have been a summer show.
It was.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
It was definitely fine. All of my shows are definitely fine.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
Hey, it's true. Believe that I've seen it live right now, Guys,
I've seen it live. Hey, can you please tell us
real quick shout out to doing the father doing the studio. Hey,
tell us a little bit about the Broncos. They're actually
doing good this year, right, Yeah, you.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
Know, I always support the teams. I always support the teams.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
You know. I got the Nuggets tatted on the hand,
I got the Broncos hat I'm wearing right now. I
just I actually was at the opening game and it
was it was definitely fun. I got yeah, I was
definitely it was. It was I want I want to
I want to go through some more show.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
I want to go some more games.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Okay for sure, Okay, okay, okay, all right. Well, I
hope I wish you tons and tons of success, and
I hope you get as much tickets as you want. Bro,
true legend ladies and gentlemen in the bill, and you
were about to play his song in about three minute.
We're about to play a song here in three minutes.
He told us a little bit about the people who
have not been here in Colorado. How is it why
you like it so much here?
Speaker 2 (08:09):
I grew up in Colorado, so honestly, like.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
I just, I mean, it's more it's easier for me
to reach more people because I got a following out here,
if that makes sense. So what I'm trying to do
is that's why, like now, I'm trying to do go
to different states so that I could get more following
(08:39):
in different states, just like I got at home.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
So I mean we just you know, Denver.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
Is just it's just nice out here. I mean we
always got its opportunity.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
Yeah, And I like your mindset you're telling everybody here
on the show regarding about going to din it's a.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
Buch of different Like Colorado is so diverse. It's so
many people out here. That's what I like about it.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Diverse, big word right there. And like what you're saying,
you go into different states to build more of a following.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Yes, sir, So that's I find.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
I get on the show in a different state and
I'll go out there, I'll get my cards, my my
QR codes, and when I get to.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
The like before I go to the show, hit the malls.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
I'll hit certain places like that and just give out
a bunch of different flyers and cards. Then I'll get
out there, do my promotion on my Instagram handle stuff
like that, and then as soon as I get out there,
you know, they always surround me with certain local artists
and then you know, I like you said, follow for
a follow, and once they see me perform, you know,
they follow that Instagram handle and then it's like it's
(09:52):
easier for that. That's how you build your following. That's
why I have so many streams and stuff like that,
because the people that I that I brush shoulders with
when I'm when I'm hit these different cities for these shows.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
Yep, that's that's a big secret right there. And I
like what you told us. You build the little cards,
you build flyers, and before the show, you go to
the malls or you go maybe to the beach, and
you start hitting out flyers.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
That's a little game right there, because your face card
is everything. So when they see you in person, it's
is that they feel more comfortable. And not only that,
but it's like they're interested too, so you know, it's
just it's just another tactic to try to build another fan.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Base, a bigger fan base, if that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
A bigger fan base. That's the that's it right there, guys.
All right, we're gonna play a song here right now.
We're gonna play a song here right now. Let's bring
it to the videos. We're gonna play here we go.
Dude does the Since I can't go to vivo, uh,

You're everywhere this year.
Speaker 3 (14:27):

I'm finna I'm finna put my foot on the pedal.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
Oh man, Okay, hold on, I'm so excited. We hit
the record button. We hit the record button. I'm so excited, yo,
true legend. Like you said, it's gonna get crazy. Twenty
twenty five, we're looking at looking at different stages, building
another following. Let's get back to October twenty said the
A I A Halloween festival. Hey, dude, how did you
(15:00):
get lighted up on?
Speaker 5 (15:01):
That?
Speaker 1 (15:02):
One?
Speaker 3 (15:03):
Man? Somebody reached out to me that I don't know
if he followed my page. I don't really remember. I
do smoke a lot of weed. But you know, it
was opportunity that came. I think I think he mentioned
something else and I just wasn't.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
Able to do it. I don't even know it was
that or something. But then I just was like, man,
I need it.
Speaker 3 (15:22):
I was like, yeah, every opportunity I'm trying to take it,
don't matter what it is. Like I said, as long
as I could get my name out there and my
fan out there and you know, in my like get
everybody to to listen to good music and more people
that I could collab with, I'm with it.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
That's it.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
I know.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
I'm all about that life. When did you when did
have you always been like that? Or did that already
or did or did that really hit you this year?
Speaker 2 (15:52):
Within the last two years?
Speaker 3 (15:53):
Okay, cool, Within the last two years, I didn't feel
like I was really I didn't feel like I had
enough content and our really to uh. And then it
like like I just seen when I have owned this
studio and once I seen the different people that were
coming in and out of there. I'm like, dang, like
I could really like everybody got different fan bases, so
(16:14):
it's like, why not do different put myself out of
out of just a rap element and try to breashoulders
with other people in different crowds and try to reach
the maximum potential of my you know, my artistry.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
Dude, Because you're absolutely correct, because the more you collaborate,
you reach a different base, another bass of other people
you can probably not h are. Yeah, it's great, collaborating goes.
Networking is a big thing you always wanted. You always
want to go higher than your limit. You always want
to reach the highest highest yep, yep, reach the highest highest.
(16:47):
I'm writing that down, reach the highest highest. Oh my goodness, guys,
got make sure hey write that down as a song.
Write that down as a song title. All right, yes, sir,
down as a song title, Ladies and gentlemen. I hope
nobody copies me. Hope nobody copies him, all right, nobody
copy him? Right now? Okay, okay, we got to get focused.
(17:09):
I know my producers looking at me because I have
to start asking serious questions. Here we go, What is
it that you like about being a recording artist.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
What do I like about it, sir? The money? I
like how easy it is to generate the money by
just words.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Well, I was trying to let that sink in for
everybody to listen. Hey, when did you start at what age?
Speaker 3 (17:44):
Honestly, I started writing poetry when I was in juvenile
I had juvenile life as a kid, and I started
writing poetry at first, and then I really wasn't a
good rapper, so that's why I started doing poetry. And
then honestly, the more that I started writing, the better
that I had got. And then when I got out,
(18:05):
I honestly just stopped writing all together. And I and
I just kind of like submerge myself into the into
the studio, into the beat, and I kind of just like,
I don't even write no more. So that's what's so
different about my music too, is I don't even like
none of my songs.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
I don't I haven't wrote none of them.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
It just comes. It just comes at is huh.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Yeah, It just I just find the beat and then
I just go in there and I'll make the song.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Yeah that's great, man, that's great. I'm so happy for you.
And I think it's so cool that you're wanting to
collaborate with others. That's so dope. Dude. Hey, I got
another question here. I can. I want to ask different questions,
but they told me to stay on base.
Speaker 6 (18:45):
Oh dude, what what's the biggest lesson, the biggest lesson
you've learned being in the game, being in the like
music game, being being a founder, a CEO.
Speaker 1 (18:59):
What's the biggest lesson?
Speaker 3 (19:05):
The biggest lesson is knowing where to where and who
to invest your time in too. It doesn't matter if
it's an artist, it doesn't matter. If it's a label,
it doesn't matter. If it's a show, it doesn't matter
if it's an if it's a venue.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Always always know that.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
Got it.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
That's the biggest person that I could And that's like, yeah, definitely, yeah,
I got.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
It right here. Always remember who, where and when? Who
you invest to.
Speaker 3 (19:39):
Who you invest in your time and your and your
you know all of that into You gotta know that.
You gotta know the type of people and like, so
you're not wasting your time or your energy or your
your work. If that makes sense, Because I could write
a song with somebody and then not go nowhere or
not do nothing then because either it was a song
(20:03):
beat that he somebody else owned and I just came
and did a feature, or like certain certain things tie
into that, but.
Speaker 2 (20:12):
The general, the general thing is just knowing who to
invest your time into and just being a good judge of.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
Character, being a good judge of character. Amen, that's a
good one, right there. Here's a deep question. Here's a
deep question. And yeah, I know you got an answer
for this one because you're so focused. What accomplishments do
you see yourself achieving in the next five years.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
I'm all about the money when it comes to so
you know, you good about what like ten thousand dollars
every million streams.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
So I would say the next five years with with.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
Between the platforms, I want to at least have made
that one hundred thousand dollars. At least I want to
make one hundred thousand dollars a year. Is a good
goal to make when you're a recording artist that owns
all the masters to the music that they're recording, and
if you do, you will generate that if you have
(21:21):
certain promotions and line and they don't even have to
be nothing too crazy like anybody that doesn't have a budget.
Could could if you invest every day into it, you
can make a million streams off off one of your
songs for sure within a year.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
I like that.
Speaker 1 (21:41):
That's a great goal right there, and it's for the man.
Everybody's got their different goals. They're different, you know, they're
you know, just they're different mindsets. And that's so great
that you're sharing yours with hours. And I got a question.
Here's a great one right here. You told us that
you love the money and you know ID two. But
here's the other. Here's a deep one. Here's a deep one, man,
And I got it right here. They just gave it
(22:01):
to me right now. What's the least I got? This
one came from Levi Houston or this came from Levi Houston.
It just came to me right now. I want to
thank Levi Houston for listening to the podcast. Uh, describe
your least favorite part about being a recording artist.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Your least of being a recording artist?
Speaker 1 (22:25):
Yep? It is it doing emails? Is it marketing? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (22:30):
What definitely is definitely marketing because I feel like if
I post something more than once, then I feel like
I'm doing too much or I feel like people are.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Gonna lose interest, if that makes sense.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
So it's hard trying to get something replayed over and
over so that people go and listen to it without
you being the one doing it, if that makes sense.
So that's my So, yeah, like the being in people's
faces and having to push your own music because nobody's
gonna push it as hard as you're gonna push your
(23:07):
own music. So it's like you have to constantly repost
the same stuff but still be doing new content as well.
But you know, just because somebody you feel like, So
my last video I got about I just seeing it
like a like a week ago, I had like twenty
thousand views on it.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Me, I'm cool with that.
Speaker 3 (23:27):
But so there's nobody else that's still promoting it, if
that makes sense, and it could be way bigger than
what it's at right now. So like I'm moving on
to the next project, but I should still be trying
to push this project as well, because more people people
might still like you know what I'm saying, Like it's
gonna get lost, So like that that'd be the least
(23:49):
thing that I really hate about it, is constantly having
to post your content over and over because you know,
it's like damn, like I don't want to keep giving
up doing that, you know what I'm saying. But it
builds the numbers and it builds and stuff like that,
and people might not have seen it the first time
that you posted it.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
That's it. That's it. Yeah, that algorithm. Yo. It's a
funky thing, that alorhythm you know who Oo. That thing
is a tricky thing. But I'm proud of you with
your you. You just putting out content, yo, same as me, man,
I'm the same. That's pbably. I just yeah, posting I
that's probably my least. I really do enjoy sending out emails, uh,
(24:25):
cold calling all that stuff. So yeah, bro, keep up
the amazing work. And I'm watching you, and Yo, I'm
so glad. I'm so grateful for this podcast. And I
got the next question. Oh you know what, I just
got a reminder. I just got a reminder. We got
seven minutes left, seven minutes left. I gotta make sure
we do the goat video. So we're gonna just ask
(24:46):
like a few more questions here, just few fast fast
questions here. Bro, So thank you so much for your time.
And it goes like this, uh, what is it that
you like about your music?
Speaker 3 (24:59):
Honest, I like it because when I listen, I wrap
what I live in, like my experiences and things that
I see and lived and been through, and it's dealing
with like when I go into the booth. Like I said,
I don't write, so when I go in, it's really
consciously like everything that's just going on comes in.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
So yeah, I'm high. So I kind of forgot what
the question was. But what was I going with?
Speaker 1 (25:27):
No, you know you're good, You're good. Year ago with
right here about describing you're describing about your favorite venue.
Describe tell us your favorite venue you performed at.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
Uh, it was in Miami, it was, Yeah, it was
in Miami. I want to say it's called the Doobie Club,
but I did. I did go to the I did
do a show the Escape Lounge in Atlanta, and it
was it was definitely something that I was like, Yeah, sick.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
Dude, I play. I performed at Orlando twice, but I
haven't been to Atlanta yet. So you got me beat right.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
There, NFL, Atlanta, sol love everywhere you go, like them
shows out there, they just always pack it out and
they always they always real show a lot of love
to the artists.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
So I love going out to Atlanta and doing shows
out there.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Oh man, okay, now hey, someone booked me somewhere in
Atlanta for next year twenty twenty five. I gotta tell
my assistant and write that down, all right, yo? True
legend in the building, True legend. Last question, last question
are actually a couple of two last questions. Man, real
quick here right here? What's the Oh this was one
of my favorites. What's the best piece of advice you've
(26:45):
ever gotten.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
To? Never quit is the best advice I got. Never
quit and never get discouraged.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
Just because somebody doesn't like something you doing, doesn't stop
doing it because somebody else might like it.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
If that's really what you like doing, then never stop.
Speaker 3 (27:02):
Even if somebody criticizes you and tells you that it's
bad or that just because they can't relate to it.
A lot of people can't relate to certain stuff as well,
and if they hear one thing, then they're just gonna
block the artists. But sometimes it's like you got to
go deeper into the catalog and artists and see the
artistry of the of the artists.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
You know what I'm saying before trying to make judgments understandable.
Speaker 1 (27:24):
But there's people there you already, like you said, already
has their mind.
Speaker 2 (27:29):
So it's hard. Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
That's why you gotta stay in their face. You gotta
constantly post, you know, That's why I'm saying. That comes
into play too. You gotta constantly be putting out new
projects and new things to grasp, new artists and new ears,
new ears, new ears.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
I love that. And can you give us a piece
of advice on how not to get discouraged at the moment?
Can you plus a little like, how do you not
get discouraged?
Speaker 2 (27:50):
You have to have a passion for whatever you're doing.
Speaker 3 (27:53):
If not, if you don't have a passion for your
quick got it, got it, got it, got it.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
I hope everybody listen to that. If you don't get that,
I don't know what to tell Yeah, keep re writing me.
We got four more minutes, four more minutes, all right.
This next question goes like this. If someone's going I'm
gonna ask this one, No, I'm gonna ask this something first,
Can you please tell us a little bit about your
favorite things to do on your spare time. Do you
like to skateboard. Do you like to write cars? What's up?
Speaker 2 (28:17):
I like to go to the studio and record music.
That's what I like to do.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Worry there it is. That's his favorite past time to
go to the studio. If you're not going to the studio.

to the gym. I just broke my hand, so I
can't go to the gym right now, but you know
I like to.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Do you since you're out here, do you do a
lot of hiking and snowboarding and stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
I honestly don't, but do do it here and there? Yeah, definitely.
It's expensive.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
It's hell so, you know, and I don't just go
by myself. I gotta take the kids, and so it'd
be like a thousand dollars a kid. I'm like, oh, yeah,
we could do something else. We go to the skatepark.
