(00:18):
Good evening everyone. This is Chrison Around the ATL on IMT and Worldwide
Radio. Thanks for joining the show. It's been a while. Um.
If you saw in the post ofthe actual show, it's been two months
since I didn't Around the at Lepisode of side Notes. We have a

(00:39):
regular show, it's two hours, and I created side Notes to kind of
be like a segue in between thetwo hour show that we do. But
lately we haven't even been able todo the two hour show. My work
schedule has been very hectic over thelast few months. Along with my co
host Jordan Jackson, we hope toget back on the on the horse sort
of speak soon. With baseball seasonbeing here around the ATL If you didn't

(01:03):
know, we talked Raise Hawks,Falcons, United, Dream UGA, all
the college teams, basically everything inGeorgia and Atlantas you can see around the
ATL all Sports, all Atlanta,so definitely you know. For those who've
never watched or heard the show, make sure you subscribe to the YouTube page.
You can see that at the bottom. You can also follow along on

(01:27):
Twitter, Intellect ATL and Jordan twentythree at L, as well as the
IMTM radio page as well also theIMTM Worldwide Radio page on Facebook and Instagram,
but for sure subscribe to the YouTubepage. Now, before I get
started, I do want to saythis before I even go into my show
intro. Saying something just for thesake of saying something is not good journalist

(01:53):
saying something. And I understand thecontroversy part, but just to say something
because you have nothing else to say, and to say things without context and
also actually knowing what the actual trueanswer is and saying something that's the complete
opposite and actually just wrong is notgood journalism. And I know some of

(02:16):
you probably know what I'm kind ofgoing towards the ad line of falcons and
the things that I've seen out therein the public spectrum and news organization they
didn't get my water. News organizations, podcasts and other the ones they are

(02:36):
to know, the ones that havepower, the ones that have all the
views and everything. Some of themare doing it because that's the only way
anybody would watch or care to actuallypay attention to anything they say. Because
to say things without context, withouthaving a vested interest in something, especially
it is just a recipe for adisaster. And we're going to do a

(02:58):
whole show about this event really onaround the atl talking at lund of Falcons
football. But to continue to fundover someone that hasn't played in a decade
plus and supposedly we have to getthis person to replace that person who also
didn't win the Falcons a super Bowl, didn't win the NFC, was never

(03:23):
an MVP. But we're supposed toget this other person just because doesn't that
just seem just out of bounds toa lot of y'all? Because none of
the other teams in the NFL gotthem either, right, and this is
off topic. I had to sayit though, Saints, Tampa Bay,
Patriots Raiders like none of these teams, and none of those teams are getting

(03:47):
any grief, but the Falcons, for some reason, don't think don't you
just don't that just bother you justa little bit with some of these people
are actually saying about our owner andthe fan base and the current black quarterback.
You want to throw it out there? Just seems strange to me.
All right, let's go into theintro, and again, thanks for everybody

(04:10):
who's watching tonight. Now the radio, oh goodness, keep forgetting that.
So the radio program is up.I did turn it on, so if
you want to call it into theshow. Six four six six five two
four four seven nine is the numberthere. It is right there, so
you can go and check that out. But let's go ahead and get into
the intro a little bit. So, first of all, thanks again for

(04:34):
those who are choosing to watch theshow tonight. Um already mentioned. But
side notes is about I'll say itagain, I created as a segue between
the actual two hour show that wedo for around the ATL We used to
do Wednesdays at ten o'clock, changedit to Tuesdays. Haven't done a two
hour show and quite a bit,so we're gonna try to get back on
the again on the on the courseas far as that goes very soon.

(05:00):
But check out the show Spotify,iHeartRadio, Amazon Music Out, the podcast
Spreeker Odyssey, Alexa Blog, TalkRadio. You can listen on all those
platforms, and again make sure yousubscribe to the IMT on Worldwide Radio YouTube
channel so that way you can actuallywatch the live stream. Now if you
steam down there at the bottom.Price Design Club is the company that actually

(05:25):
actually sponsors our show. They're theones who gave us the first around the
ATL T shirt. Shout out toPrice Design Club for that. But they
also designed the first two logos ofaround the Ato. If you saw the
intro, you saw the first logo, I forget that. I have it
updated the intro in a while. So that was the first logo. Here's
the second one right here, Sothank you for that. But they but

(05:46):
they've also designed some other projects forme as well. So if you want
a professional design team to really takeyour company to another level and help,
you know, present your company toother people, make sure you hit them
up on Instagram. I'm that's PriceDesign Club on Instagram. Excuse me,
I gotta get some water in asecond. But they specialize in different types

(06:06):
of design and they're very professional. They're very timely, but they really get
what you need. They just don'tput something together just for the take of
putting it together. So keep thatin mind. So just make sure you
go to Price Design Club on Instagram. Let him know around the atl sension.
So let's talk about the show tonight. So based on the conversation on

(06:29):
hand on Twitter. This was acouple of days ago. Long live Kofi
is on Twitter and here's here's thepoint of emphasis for tonight. So you
don't think that the number four pickin the draft, who just got to
major contract extension, by the way, should be better than he is right
now, When I say better,I mean better. Whatever you think that

(06:54):
word means, I mean better. And then you don't think he should be
better than the other small fours inthe East. And I'm not talking about
your top five small fours in theEast necessarily, but you don't think he
should at least be better than theones who are technically below him in different
items or categories and things of thatnature, or just name wise even you

(07:18):
don't think he should at least bebetter than those guys, But what not
think he should be top five smallforwards in the East per him being in
the four pick, being a nationalchampion, having all the skill sets,
seeing what he's actually done sometimes rightin a small little fall, we've seen

(07:39):
some greatness out of him sometimes butnot all the time. And why is
that right? So we are notsupposed to have an expectation of that,
and we're supposed to just kind ofbe happy about it and just sit and
take it and not hope for moreand want more, because if he was
that wouldn't we be better as ateam overall, remember when Kevin got his

(08:01):
extension, and let me go aheadand finish this up. So when Kevin
got his extension, right, hegot his extension after three years of averaging
twelve points a game or less. And then he came into the next season.
You know what he did, gaveus another season to twelve points a
game or less. And if yousaw my video, and I'm actually going

(08:22):
to go ahead and post this ontothe chat room page, if you saw
the video I did in regards toKevin, here is the video pad.
Make sure that's the right one.I think it is Osi sending. Remember
I told you I'd be a littlerusty and I hadn't done this in a

(08:43):
while. There it is. Ifyou watched the video I did in regards
to Kevin, I broke down thefirst twenty games of the twenty twenty one
season and then added fourteen more gamesthat the Hawks lost by fourteen points or
less to show you exactly what hedid as opposed to what you think he
did in all those games production wise. Okay, I broke it down every

(09:09):
game, broke it down. Whatactually happened? Okay, go check that
out. And right now, ofcourse, Kevin is in a better situation,
has a better coach, has abetter system. He's balling out control
cool with his fifteenth is a gamethat's great average, and he's had some
games that are better. But healso had some good games too with the

(09:30):
Hawks, but he had a lotof bad games that overlapped those good games,
and those bad games did not helpthe team at all because at the
end of the day, he hadthe shots and he didn't hit them.
Yeah, a lot of open shotsand he didn't hit them. I out
of minded that out in those thirtyfour games. Go watch that video that's
in the chat box right there. But again, if anything, if Kevin

(09:54):
had been able to do something inthat Miami series, we beat Miami because
of what ter was doing. Superstarversion of Hunter was killing it in that
Miami series. If we just hada little bit because remember John was playing
double hurts, it got trade lockeddown't getting anything from anybody else. If

(10:15):
Kevin is a shooting guard, shotwe were history of the Hawks could have
been a little bit different. It'sall I'm saying. Now that being said,
let's get back to Hunter. Ireally wanted to see Hunter leap for
after getting his extension past the injuries. We know about the injuries, right,

(10:37):
the injuries have been ever lasted whatever, right, But past that,
we needed him to be top tierin defense and top tier in offense.
He can hit all the shots onthe court. He can. It's not
like he can't do it. Weseinced it, right, we seated it.
So let me think I can pullthis up real quick. Let's see,

(11:03):
let's see, let's find it.Oh, it must be at the
bottom. So here's here's the questions. Can Hunter be better? Should Hunter
be better? And if defense ismostly on effort, why is Hunter not
the best on the team. Sothose are things that we need to you

(11:26):
know, discuss and talk about again. Actually, I haven't hadn't checked.
Six four six six five two fourfour seven nine is the number if you
choose to call in, call in. Let's see if it works. Um.
I got a little experiment going,so I appreciate anybody who actually does
check it out. Hopefully you do. Um. I did see a couple
of people peek in. I knowI did this last minute. I didn't

(11:46):
do any promo for it. That'smy bad. I did hit up some
people directly though, and went injust some you know, different uh Facebook
groups, New Pack City. Iwent in there, um, so hopefully
a few people will chime in again. If anything, hopefully you enjoy this
after the fact because they're being liveand then come in hit me back,
let me know what you think, because I'll post it after the fact.

(12:09):
I should have got me some water, but I'm about to choke the desk
here, y'all. So let's getback to the Hunter. So let see
where am I at here? Okay, So that's what I was gonna say.
So why can't Hunter do what hecan do on a regular basis each
game? Why can't he contribute toall the aspects of the game at a

(12:33):
high level, Like what's holding himback? Because it's not injury, So
let's take that out the way.For the first time in a while.
For the most part, he's beennot hurt Nick here, nick there,
but he hasn't just been gone.Okay, So let's break some of those
things down on a one by onebasis, and you know you let me
know what you think. Okay, let me switch off the bounder because I

(12:56):
need to put it back on theYouTube channel and there we go, and
again, make sure you subscribe tothe YouTube page, IMT and Worldwide Radio.
My next episode of Women in Businessis coming up this Saturday. I
have China Williams who's going to bemy special guest. I'm excited to have
her on the show. That's gonnabe on Saturday at one thirty. So

(13:18):
make sure you tune in here forthat. So make sure you're subscribed and
forward it, share it, retweetit. Things of that nature. Rebounds.
Now, you know, one ofthe things I really you know,
take the heart in regards to,you know, winning games is being able
to rebound your position properly. Right, And someone said, well, actually
it was Coffee who gave me alist of censors that gave certain numbers and

(13:41):
stuff. But I'm like, I'mnot talking about censors. I'm talking about
small forwards. If we were talkingabout censors, that to be a different
conversation. But Hunter is not acensor. He's a small forward. So
I don't know why I got alist of censors or big men. I
need a small forward to rebound hisposition every night, because see, the

(14:05):
average of the player is he's gettingthat number or less most of the time.
To be at that average is typicallynot that number at more that creates
your average. You see what I'msaying. So let's talk about rebounds a
second. So right now, Hunteris at four point two rebounds a game

(14:26):
as far as small fowards go,he's twentieth at that mark. Okay,
So you tell me do you believethat Hunter should be getting more rebounds in
the following players. First one isnow I'm gonna go ahead and say this.
I'm going by the actual percentages, you know, four point whatever,

(14:48):
because at the end of the day, those points do count. Those little
percentage points do those decimals, Theydo count as far as who's hiring who's
lower, because it counts, andit's scoring championship two, don't it.
Somebody scores twenty nine point six andsomebody scores twenty nine point four. The
twenty nine point six is the onewho won. There was that one night

(15:09):
they should have scored thirty and theyscored twenty eight, and that messed them
up. Right. Here are theplayers. Here's some of the players,
and these are not none of thetop five top ten small fowards in the
league. I'm about to mention either. You tell me your opinion. Do
you think Hunter should be better thanthese guys, I'm gonna name them right

(15:31):
now. Number one at four pointfour rebounds a game fifteen minutes a night.
Isaiah Jackson. The next person who'sactually on the team now, so
Deep Bay at four point six reboundsa game. The next person is Harrison
Barnes at four point six rebounds agame as well. Kenrick Williams of OKSE
is at four point nine and twentytwo minutes a game. Caleb Martin in

(15:54):
Miami is at four point nine.Kelden Johnson who the Spurs, is that
five a game as a small fourslow mo. Kyle Anderson of the Wolves
is at five point one. MichaelBoyd Junior, didn't we nug get that
five point four? Tory Craig thethe Sons is at five point five.
Denny I was yah, I don'tknow how to crown his last name is
at six point four places for theWashington Wizards, and then he got Kyle

(16:18):
Kuzma at seven point two. Now, whether or not you want to put
Karl Kuzma in an elevated state andsay he's a top starter in the league,
you can, I guess, ButKuzma gets seven seven and point two
rebounds a game. So you're tryingto tell me that Hunter shouldn't have more
than any of those guys. AndHunter is twentieth as the small four and

(16:41):
rebounds a night. I don't know. I don't know because there's a lot
of times he's not getting four reboundsa night. There's times he's getting two
rebounds a game. Rebounds matter.Let's talk assist now, this is a
big one for me. Now myco host, you know, Jordan ja
Action or Jordan twenty three atl Ibelieve it is off top. I need

(17:03):
to stop doing that. It's beena while. I am rusty. I
have said that right. Let's clearup there there it is George twenty three.
I was correct. So Jordan hassaid a lots of times that you
know, Hunter plays like Mello CarmelloAnthony a lot without the actual hitting the
shots on the regular basis. It'sone thing for Carmello to do that because

(17:25):
that's Carmelo's whole game. He doesn'tdo any of those other things. He
doesn't do all those other intanigibles. He's there to score. That's the job.
That's cool for Carmelo. But withHunter, he plays as if he's
that person and actually hitting all thoseshots, and that's not the case.
Okay. Besides the some of thosedribbles that be bouncing all over the place.

(17:48):
We know about that, right, get frustrated on that, and then
you know, one for eight fromthree and I'm getting to that a little
bit later, and then not doinganything else. So you know, I've
always been that biggest proponent. Yougotta do other stuff to help your team
win when you're off. You can'tjust voluntarily shoot your team out of a

(18:11):
game. The other night, sodeep Bay had went over four from three,
he stopped shooting Breeze. You evenheard it from me. He said,
Oh, he got trigger shot, and he should because why should he
go over ten? Always coming backto how does the coach let it do?
Let that happen too. Sometimes shootingyour way out don't do you no
good. When the other team ishitting shots and you're not stopping the other

(18:33):
team from hitting shots, it's mad. It's not a matter of the other
team keeps hitting three, stop them, play some defense. But anyway,
that's another story. So that's therebounding side. You don't think Hunter is
better than any of those guys. That's a problem. Let's talk his fist
right now, he averages one pointfour assists the game. That means he's

(18:56):
not looking at anybody. Now,I'm not going to go too far up
in assists when I name these numbers, but it's still the principle of the
amount of the assists, which meansthey're looking. So the first part.
By the way, he's twenty sevenin the league. Got small Ford for
assist per game at one point fourtwenty seven. The previous category he was

(19:18):
twenty. Okay, So Bruce BrownDenver three point three, Franz Wagner Orlando
three point six, Kuzma there again, three point seven, Slowmocall Anderson there
again at four point eight. Bythe way, Bogie is listened at a
small four for some reason, Iguess, So he's at two point six.

(19:40):
Brooks with Memphis also at two pointsix. So are we supposed to
just be like, it'll just tossit the way that Hunter is not better
than any of those guys either orshouldn't be better than half of those guys,
And we're supposed to just stuck itup and be like, hey,
we'll just let Bruce Bound be better. And that makes sense, Like he

(20:03):
is the starting small forward on ourteam that got his extension. Nothing wrong
the extensions. Like I said,I didn't have a problem with Kevin getting
his extension extep after that, Ineeded to see take off. I needed
to see exponential, and it didn'tand it didn't happen. That's just a

(20:26):
sis. Let's talk about Stills. As of now, he's thirty fourth as
a small forward instills. That tellsyou everything you need to know right there.
He's not even in the top twenty. So I didn't listen to a
whole bunch of players at that pointbecause what if he's a top defensive player
and he's so good at defense, why is he thirty fourth instills per game

(20:52):
as a wing player? Don't youknow that our whole concept of being would
have played on the defensive side ofthe ball would be different if he was
getting two stills a night one anda half stills a night, because that
means he's getting deflection. That meanshe's he's he's slowing some people down.

(21:14):
But he's thirty fourth and still that'sa small forward. With having someone like
Murray on our team, imagine ifit was Murray and Hunter with Trey who
who has picked his stuff up.He's two stills a night. Now,
imagine how the dynamic would be completelydifferent? Right? What did I say

(21:37):
earlier? I just lost it?Can Hunter be better? Should Hunter be
better? If these defenses mostly ismostly effort? Why is Hunter not the
best on the team? Okay,So let's go to another cat agory.

(22:00):
Now that was his defense. Let'stalk a little bit of offense. Now,
So here's here's his three point percentage. He's thirty five percent from three
Now, thirty five percent is notbad, right, and it's not thirty
five percentage right there in the middle. Okay, I guess you could say

(22:22):
John Collins before this season, hiscareer three point percentage was thirty six percent.
The only person hired is Bogie atthirty eight. So if you just
go by that, that's actually okay. Okay, if that was every night
he was shooting that, But that'snot been the case. And I'm gonna
get into that a little bit later. But right now, he's twenty six
as small for as far as thethree point percentage goes. So could he

(22:45):
d burr than that? Coy's CoreyKisburgh of Washington's at forty two. Georgia's
nay. In Philly's forty percent,Reggie Bullock and Dallas is thirty eight.
Sam Houser in Boston fifteen minutes aNight's at forty one point eight. Now
we can go into the whole rigamaroleof who's a pure shooter and all that,
but there's a lot of guys whoyou wouldn't think are high percentage three

(23:06):
point shooters, and they're hitting themevery night at different positions. Some of
them sensor, but we're just talkingabout small forwards. So if he's feet
together, straight up and shooting, why can't he be three for five every
night, or three for six forthat matter, or four for nine if

(23:30):
he's gonna shoot that mini threes orwhatever. But why is he old for
four or for five, one foreight, two for eight, all this
kind of stuff if it gets downto it, especially when he's pretty proficient
at that minute range as well.Oh if Chris everybody gots to shoot threes,
yeah, but not if you're nothitting him. That don't do nothing

(23:52):
but put you in the deficit everysingle time. Half the reasons we've lost
thirteen games after having a ten pointmore or more league is because of that.
That's partially one of the reasons wejust go into these laws because we
just keep hitting missing shots that weyet we could be hitting them, but
we're not. We don't do anythingelse to make it easier shot, We

(24:14):
just won't do it right. Butthat's where he is in regards to the
lasscape on the three point side. All right, one thing I did,
I forgot about this block shots nowthe small floor is as a whole,
don't do a lot of block shotsin this NBA. He's twenty seventh,
though at the end of the day, there's twenty six other people who have
more blocks per game than he does. He's not top twenty, not top

(24:40):
fifteen, not top ten. He'stwenty seven. So again, when we're
just talking about defense again, whyisn't he with his waist fan better shot
blocker each night? Because again, when you're talking about comparisons to others in
the league in that particular position andbeing a very important piece of your starting

(25:03):
lineup, that's a difference in alot of these other teams that had success
year after year after year, theyhave that wing player that's dominant on that
end, that can shut down yourguy or at least definitely slow him down.
They had to take Hunter off thespider or the other night and put

(25:25):
Murray on them. Y'all they didnotice that, right, That means something.
It means something to me. Meanssomething to me. Two things.
He is in the top echelons ofsmall floors. One scoring at fifteen points
to night. He's twelve. Hisfield both percentage is good. It's forty
six percent. He's fourteen. That'sgood, except the players that are above

(25:52):
him are not number four picks. And that does kind of go into that
again to saying, okay, well, and then when I'm talking about the
better, I'm talking about scoring pergame. This is his fourth year,
with all of his intangibles, Whyis he just still hovering at thirteen,

(26:14):
fourteen, fifteen points a night whenhe easily could be at nineteen twenty.
He can do it, We've seenhim do it. And someone said,
well, he's a third scorer. Why can't we have three scores on our
team scoring twenty points a game?We used to have that. Why can't
we There's more than enough shots.Just stop shooting stupid shots. It's more

(26:40):
and we could be doing that everynight. And and even besides that,
you always can have two players hittingthat nineteen twenty mark. We don't have
to have everybody. Trade ain't tryingto score thirty points a game. He's
just do it because he's his trade. But he's trying to get fifteen assists
a night. We've had plenty ofgames, but Trade didn't score a whole

(27:00):
lot, and we're blewing teams outbecause everybody's eating. We know, John
Collins that said up every single timewe have won a good game, it's
because everybody was involved in the offense. We got three or four guys that
can get those kinds of points everynight. We need something. We need
him to be able to be capableof doing it if we need it to
do it. That's the point.So here's here's here's some numbers, or

(27:26):
here's some numbers, all right.Kelden Johnson Spurs drafted twenty nine. He
scores twenty two a game. Hewasn't drafted one, two, three,
four, five six seven day,he's drafted twenty nine. He's getting twenty
two a night with the Spurs bowJohn Bob Donovit drafted second round pick thirty

(27:47):
one. He scores twenty one agame, two point six assists, three
point eight boards a game. Kuzmadrafted twenty seven, he gets twenty one
a night. Scottie Barnes these scoresexactly what Hunter does fifteen a night,
but he also gets six point eightboards a night. He's also drafted fourth,

(28:11):
but that was two years ago.So Hunter has been in the league
two more years plus got his extensions, but he's at fifteen still and not
getting six point eight boars a night. Imagine if he was getting seven boards
a night on top of everything else, it would make a difference game by
game because he last year Hunter gavethe Hawks thirteen or less a game with

(28:37):
all the games missed and everything likethat. Again, trying to quantify that
a little bit, because remember hecame back right near the end of the
season and got in the Miami Series, basically right, But at a certain
point there got to be an elevation, don't you think, don't isn't there
there should be an expectation that Huntershould be could be better now? Right

(29:02):
or are we supposed to be like, eh, we just won't worry about
it. We just have to settlefor this. But the thing is,
a horse gave him an extension. Now, part of that also goes into
how everybody has been coached up tillnow, how everybody has been taught or
not taught by now, how everybodyhas not been put in the best position

(29:25):
to succeed each and every game, each and every situation, and then having
that responsibility of saying, don't dothis, don't do that, that's bad,
and if they still do it,something has to happen some kind of
consequence. Now that goes a longway where this off season is going to
be the first time I feel thatthat really is going to be put into

(29:47):
play, and then we're going tohopefully seat the manisfestation of what we should
have been having all along with everybodyon the team. Fingers crossed, right,
because if not, then a littlewhat in the world, because see
we're getting we're going to continue toget outplayed by teams. Won't be an
out coaching thing, isn't gonna beflat out outplayed, and that shouldn't be

(30:14):
happening at all. It shouldn't be. So one more thing, and I'm
gonna get off of here because itdoesn't look like I'm gonna get any caller.
So I happened up till now,I got twelve minutes on the radio
show. But I can continue tolive stream. So by the way six
four six six five two four fourseven nine, if you want to call
in and help me out with myexperiment to see if I got this working

(30:37):
or not, definitely do that. And I haven't checked the chat room.
My fault. I got comments. Then here, let me read these all,
Tori, And what's up? ManHunter doesn't look to rebound at all.
He only looks to shoot mid.Just looked mid, just like the
team record. Clint said that lastGame two about everybody eating and not coach.
Yeah, sorry, Tory, Iforgot the chat room again. I'm

(31:00):
rusty. This is my first showin two months. Are gone it yet?
So but one thing he just Trianjust mentioned is he only looks to
shoot. You can't be on ateam be the third scorer and only looking
to shoot because there's other players thatcan hit shots better than you sometimes and
you need to be getting into themsometimes and not turn the ball over because

(31:25):
you're trying to do just so much. You're trying to it's frustrating to watch
it right, And that's where thebetterment has to come in to be like
and this is where again coaching comesinto players like they gotta pull you to
the sun to be like Spun. You're doing too much. I need you
to get the ball to some otherpeople. Right now, you're one for
eight from three. Stop shooting them. It's not going in right now.

(31:48):
And that's it for anybody on theteam. You can't let Murray shoot you
out. You can't let Trace shootyou out. You can't. You can't
let Bogie Bogie had that one overten from three games. Are you kidding
me? That's crazy talk. Stopthat can't happen no more. You see
what I'm saying. You can't havethose four for seventeen nights. That doesn't
help the team win any games.I'm getting off track. I need to

(32:09):
finish this up. So I mentionedKevin getting his extension right, and so
I showed the thirty four games andI posted it in the on comment section
for those who want to watch itto show here's what Kevin actually did in
these thirty four games as opposed towhat you think he did, as far

(32:31):
as whether or not his abilities wasreally helping the team win games or not.
Because as a shooting guard that particularyear, Trey really needed to help
more than ever before because of allthe injuries, Kevin was playing pretty much
that whole season. John up Johnwas gone for the bulk of it,

(32:52):
so you had to have somebody else, and Kevin had to be that person
as being the other shooter on theteam. Go watch that video. It's
really startling when I go through thefirst twenty games of the season and I
break down what he did field goalsand three point wise game after game after

(33:13):
game, and all the games welost by ten points or less. What
if he had just did this,we would win this game, win that
game. We would have won thatwe at least been in some games.
Watch that video. It's the it'sin the chaplain. But let me run
down the Hunter's last ten games justto give you a little bit of an
essence of what he has done orhasn't done. Okay, so we just

(33:39):
we just beat the Calves by twopoints. Right in that game, Hunter
was three for twelve from the fieldover two from three. We won that
game by the skin of our teethby two points. He was three for
twelve the game before that, Grizzlies. We lost that game by four points.
I believe he was eight for twentyin that game. Won for eight

(34:00):
from three. We lost that gameby four points. Okay, Now that
Detroit game, we won that gamepretty big. He was four floor eleven.
You know, it is what itis. But that next game was
that Spurs game. He was fivefor twelve in that Spurs game, he
was over for three from three. We lost by eight points. The next

(34:24):
game was the Warriors game, whichwe stuck it out. We won by
seven, but he was five fortwelve in that game too. Right September
Wolves, he was six for seventeenin that game, over for five from
three. We lost one thirty fiveto one fifteen. That was just a
bad game by everybody, but thatwas Hunter's contribution to that. The next

(34:47):
game, Boston Celtics. He wasseven for twelve in that game. Now
that was pretty decent shooting for sentagefrom the floor. He was two for
six from three. We lost thatgame by nine points, though Brown and
Tatum had twenty four and thirty fourpoints in that game as well. Though
he's on one of those guys rightby the fault. The next game,

(35:14):
I believe was the Wiz. Hewas seven seven for fourteen in that game.
So that's fifty right. It wasone for three from three, you
know, but we lost that gameby seven points. So who was scoring
on the other side of that particulargame? Right? The next game after
that, again the wiz. Nowthis game we won. He was six

(35:37):
for twelve in that game, hewas over two from three, and we
won that game by two points. In the next game, the last game,
he was six to thirteen, hewas one for four from three.
We lost that game by two pointsto the heat. You see what I'm

(35:58):
saying he was I think he scoredfourteen points in that game. So those
are his last ten games. Sothose last the last ten games we were
we won. Let's see if Icould read this real quick. We won
one, two, three, four, So we won four out of those

(36:22):
ten, which means we lost six. So agree or disagree? Don't you
think if his games were better thanthose games we lost, were probably would
have won those games. Translate thatout for the whole season minus the games
he missed from injuries. Can't countthose, although again we can go back

(36:42):
to the injury history again or whatever. Right, So let's take that out.
The games he's on the floor andhealthy, is he really contributing as
best he can? Per his talent. It'd be different if he was just
terrible. And yes, number one, number two, number three, number
four picks don't always work out.I demise that out plenty of times on

(37:05):
the show on a round the atlespecially for the Hawks over the years.
Right, But in this case, the Hawks moved up to get the number
four to get him, We neededhim to be a better number four pick
overall for us, and it justhasn't worked out so far. Now can
it again? For me? Ihave to say notorious that he has to

(37:30):
Budy to attack the realm, yetrarely doesn't. It's few and far between.
Torreon, I agree with that, right, But again, can Hunter
be better? Should Hunter be better? Why shouldn't we expect more? Why
shouldn't we have a higher expectation witha number four pick that the Hawks gave
the money to? Because can wewin a championship? Can we win the

(37:55):
East? Full till everybody saying, well, heck, yeah, of course
we could. We were two gamesaway from it two years ago, not
that far off. It's terrible thatwe're in this position. This could have
been prevented. And if you've beenwatching the show over the last couple of

(38:15):
years, you know everything I'll setup to that point are to change old
ways when nothing has been taught atall. All this stuff has to be
weeded out this offseason completely. Andthen once everything has been implemented, a
new offensive system and the defensive acumenand system and essence and identity at that

(38:37):
point, if you don't do itafter that, now we got to look
at the player for sure, becausenow you know what to do as much
you're not supposed to do and you'restill doing it. Yeah, you gotta
go at that point. Everybody.Everybody can get it that point right now,
there's like I've been saying for years, they're just out there out there
getting Cardio no direction, sixty gamesall of last year. You even had

(38:59):
gout. I put it on theshow a couple of months ago, Gallo's
saying it, Man, were justout there. We don't have no direction
out here. When you got playerssaying stuff like that, that's bad.
But anyway, I want Hunter tobe the guy that he can be.
He has the abilities. That's notthat he can hit all the shots on

(39:20):
the court. He can lock downplayers. We can't he do it for
every game for the thirty five plushminutes that he's in there. Because again,
if we are supposed to just likegive up and say that the following
players again, such as Kelden Johnson's, Kyle Anderson, Tory, Craig Kuzma.

(39:43):
Did I think Kelle Martin, KenWilliams, Harrison Barnes is better than
Hunter. That's what we're supposed tobelieve. That's what Bruce Brown, that's
what we're supposed to believe. George'sname, Reggie Bullock is better than Hunter.
That's Corey Pispert is better than Hunter. Kelton Johnson, That's what we're

(40:05):
supposed to sit and take it.Because in that case, why ain't we
getting one of those guys and givethem one hundred and twenty five million dollars.
Now, if that's the case, that's wrong to me, that's wrong.
I need Hunter to be that numberfour pick and be upper echelon.
He could be a top five smallforward in the league as far as our
concerned. He can be because hecan hit all the shots and he can

(40:30):
play defense. He should be rebounded. He should be getting seven rebounds a
night. He should be getting atleast a block of night and two stills
a night. Why can't we expectthat of him? What's the problem of
that. I don't understand that.I don't understand that. So my radio
show is about to end. Igot two minutes there. I think I'm

(40:52):
going ahead and just in that.So let's do that. For those who've
