Speaker 1 (00:00):
I'm always asking questions, and the reason why is because
the fund begins when you start researching for answers such as,
is there any way we can slow down time? Is
there something we can do about this? Plus? Do we
create our own bad luck? My name Miss Arrow. I'm
a daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the
sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study, than activate.

(00:23):
I call it the daily mess, a chronological walk through
in everyday world. Yeah, it's my morning pages. As a
receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to
throw things to the side and deal with it later.
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This

(00:45):
is the daily mess. How do we get back to
a lifestyle of Oh, it's only Friday? What do you
mean it's Tuesday? A recent report shows that many people,
when asked, couldn't even tell us what day of the
week it is. Weekends are no longer weekends, and who
better to know that than the NFL, who has pro

(01:05):
football games lined up all week long. It's no longer
about Sunday and Monday to slow down the feelings of
days passing too quickly. Mental health experts invite us to
what go novelty with our routines. Always invest in trying
new things, learn a new skill, practice mindfulness. It does

(01:25):
amazing things to your inner core. The idea is to
create a memorable experience. I mean, come on, The brain
needs to process more information, which, in all honesty slows
things down. Now, this makes me wonder about those days
that we instantly label bad moments or challenging times. Is
it possible the universe is helping us slow down? Are

(01:48):
we creating our own bad luck to get more ticks
on the clock. That's our next question, and the answer
is going to surprise you. Welcome back to the daily mess.
Is it possible that we physically create our own bad luck?
With the answer to that is yes. It involves uncontrollable chance.

(02:10):
Many negative events connected to bad luck are influenced or
even created by our actions, decisions, and mindsets. It's a
proven fact that if we cultivate a positive attitude, serving opportunities,
reevaluating choices, and learning from failures, we can actually reshape
our circumstances and increase our chances for positive outcomes. Therefore,

(02:33):
it becomes the making of our own luck. Poor decision
making leads to bad luck. A lack of preparation is
not a great path to step on. It often leads
to missed opportunities to gain access to better luck or
even good luck. It's about being in the right mindset.
Be optimistic, be proactive, take calculated risks, and never take

(02:58):
your eye off the amazing lessons that you can learn
from those moments where you say, God, that was a failure.
Be aware at all times. I'm harrol and that's the
daily mess.
