Speaker 1 (00:00):
Every day. I'm always asking questions. And the reason why
is because the fund begins when you start researching for
answers such as is business, sports, and even religious success
based solely on chance and circumstance? Plus what if we
were to weigh out the real odds of having success
in our life? Mighty miss Arrow. I'm a daily writer,
(00:21):
a silent wolf. That means I stand on the sidelines
and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate. I
happen to call it the daily Mess, a chronological walk
through an everyday world. Yeah, it's my morning pages. As
a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend
to throw things to the side because we think we're
going to deal with it later. We think, we think,
(00:43):
we think, yeah, how's that working out for you? When
a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time
to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but
by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is
the daily mess. How much chance and circumstance are found
in a recipe of winning? That recipe I'm talking about
(01:05):
for winning, it's looked upon as being a metaphor for
achieving success. It is absolutely one hundred percent impossible to
quantify the exact amount of chance involved. While hard work
can increase the probability of success, random chance and external
factors can affect the final results. There really is a
(01:29):
line that is drawn through the center of those who
work hard and have skills versus someone who takes chances
every day. So many people are convinced that victories are
the end result of self discipline and goal setting. Moments
of chance create or influence success in many areas, including
your career that includes serendipitous events. What were the chances
(01:53):
that you were in the right place at the right time,
initial circumstances, Who you are and where you were born
plays a huge role in how things are going to
play out in your life. And then even the best
we bump into unforeseen challenges and all that you worked
hard for slips from the core of your dream factor. Hey,
(02:17):
coming up next, weighing out the odds of chance and
circumstance in your successful life. Hey, thanks for coming back
to the daily mess. Let's dig even deeper into how
we depend on chance and circumstance to weigh out the
odds of success in our personal lives. Repeatable skills, you
(02:38):
know those things we do every day over and over again.
It reduces your outcome with chance. It really does achieving success.
A chef that uses the same recipe every day for
years has mastered that skill. Chance has nothing to do
with the final outcome of that. In martial arts, we
(02:59):
were always told you cannot master a move unless you
have practiced it one hundred thousand plus times. That's not
chance and or circumstance. Playing the lottery is seen as
taking a chance. Here's a shaker for you. Entrepreneurship is
a game of chance and circumstance. Its factors are toyed
(03:20):
around with by outside controllers, which proves that the goat
of chance taking doesn't really stand a chance here. But
if they keep trying, then it might turn into a skill.
Work harder and work smarter. My God in heaven, how
many times has that been planted inside your soul? It
captures your greater opportunities. Learn to adapt and not ignore
(03:43):
quick changes. Always develop a plan. I keep a daily
defragg journal. Everything that I do is carefully and meticulously
planned out. You've got to know where you are. You
can't control luck, but you can hand be open to
new ideas and new things to explore. Chance favors a
(04:06):
prepared mind. I'm Marrow, and that's the daily mess.
