I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. start researching for answers such as this music inside our heads?
Where does it come from? And why is it endlessly playing?
Even when you want silence? Plus bread? You know bread,

which is called the heel. What's the situation here? My
name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,

as people tend to throw things to the side because
we think we're gonna deal with it later on. When
a subject arrives inside of me. Let me write that
monkey down because I'm gonna do some digging, is what
I'm gonna do. It's still keeping that daily journal, but
by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is
the daily mess, the music that we hear inside our heads.

Why does it feel like that it comes from just anywhere? Well,
it wouldn't be there if it wasn't for a few
interconnected paths of the brain. The giant thing that's sets
so freely on your head is an auditory memory system.
It endlessly stores patterns of sound, which includes melodies, rhythms
as well as lyrics. The brain is ready to play

it back automatically. What leads to this is how the
brain is seen as a predictive engine. All it wants
to do is predict what's coming up next. It's a
simple job, right. Music is built pats your brain lives
off that energy. Even if that brain of yours doesn't
know the entire song stuck in your head, it will

make up the rest. The real story is simple. Music
is wired to your emotions. When a song is tied
to a feeling such as joy, strass or nostalgia, your
emotional sinners push it back into consciousness. Your brain is
hooked up to the default mode network. When it's wandering,
the DMN inside your brain kicks in, and then your

mind sits back and says, bring it to me, baby.
We're talking memories and the songs that endlessly live inside

h addition to our everyday lives and adventures. But there's
a lot that we don't know about something as simple
as bread, or is it even simple? Why is it

the loaf of bread. The crusty in slices are like
shields that keep the softer inner slices fresh. The term

Not everybody likes the feel or texture associated with the
in slice of the loaf or the heel, mainly because
it's not fluffy and it dries out way too quickly.
For other they take the heel of the bread a

little bit more serious in the way of savoring the
stronger flavor. It's more roasted, slightly bitter, and less sweet.
The number one reason why most people do not like
the heel of the bread because it doesn't make a
pretty sandwich. That's a true story high marrow, and that's
