Speaker 1 (00:00):
I'm always asking questions. And the reason why is because
the fund begins when you start researching for answers such
as why is talking about religion an icebreaker or a
deal breaker? Plus during the arrival of fall, how much
do we as humans change? My name is Arrow. I'm
a daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the
sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate.

(00:23):
I happen to call it the daily Mess, a chronological
walk through an everyday world. Yeah, it's my morning pages.
As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people
tend to throw things to the side because we think
we're going to deal with it later on. When a
subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time to
dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but by
doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is the

(00:46):
daily Mess. Why is an open conversation about religion looked
upon as being either an icebreaker or a deal breaker?
The answer is very simple. It touches on the core
aspect of a person's identity, their values, and their worldview.
It's all based on how the conversation is handled, what's

(01:08):
the context and to whom are you sharing the conversation
with what's the relationship? Talking about religion can divide people
very quickly. It becomes an act of curiosity in some situations,
which is looked upon as being an ice breaker. A
person has to feel safe enough to openly share their
spiritual experiences. So how can something so great actually be

(01:30):
a deal breaker? Speaking of religion can lead to arguments
and extra tension. It makes it difficult to gain access
to agreeing to disagree. It reveals incompatible priorities, meaning it
can play hard on raising children as well as your finances.
Always approach the subject of religion with calm, respect the

(01:52):
person or persons that you're sharing the conversation with. Hey,
coming up next. Fall is upon us changing everywhere, from
the leaves to the tall grasses to the way the
birds are singing. Well does it change human beings as well? Hey?
Thanks for coming back to the daily mess. As fall
continues to grow in many parts of the Western hemisphere,

(02:15):
you can physically see the natural changes around each and
every one of us, from the leaves on the trees
to the morning chill in the breeze. Sunsets come faster,
and migrating birds are showing up with their beautiful songs. Well,
what about humans? What are the changes that we move
through during these months of fall. A decrease in sunlight
affects a lot of people. It alters the body's production

(02:39):
and key hormones. Those normal shifts quickly affect moods, sleep patterns,
and energy levels. There are physical and behavioral responses that
we're well aware of, but we usually think, ah, we
got this. Our body's internal clock responds. Suddenly, we feel
out of sink and struggle with staying alert. Our appetite increases,

(03:02):
it's meant to help the body conserve energy. Our skin
becomes drier, do all you can to drink a lot
of water or propel, and there are many changes in
social behavior. It's natural to want to hibernate no matter
what you're changing. Stay ahead of the curve by always
staying aware. I'm marrow and that's the daily mess.
