is physically taking the time to ask yourself the questions
and then question the answers, getting to know you, not
the person that everybody else knows. Oh, they've already got
an assumption of who they think you are. Remember what
they think you are? You? Yeah, you, It's not what
you think you are that they see. It's what they
think you are that they actually experience, asking the questions

and then questioning the answers. I do these d frags
while out here on this path walking through a forest. Why,
because I'm here to receive? Where do you receive? Where
do you go to be able to put things together,
to find those puzzle pieces, to be able to understand
that process of everything you think you are and not
what they think you are. This is vocal dfrag. So

my question for you today is very simple. Are you
a creature of habit or a creature of someone filled
with forgetfulness? See? I had to write about that today,
and the reason why is because I wanted to know
why is it that one of the things that triggers
me most is when other people are running late. If
it says eleven o'clock is starting time, eleven oh seven,

you're showing up, you're late? That affects me. So I
asked the question why does it affect me? And I wrote,
because I am a creature of habit. Why and this
is defragging, Why do you think of yourself? Why do
you think of yourself as being a creature of habit?
And why are you using that as a tool? And
the answer that came up was so I don't forget. See,

if I keep doing the same things over and over again,
I won't forget. So being on time is one thing.
Having a habit of doing the same thing every day
gives me a guarantee that I'm not going to be
filled with forgetfulness. So I turn it on you, which
one are you? Are you a person of habits? Or

are you a person of forgetfulness? And do they dance together?
What's your feeling on them? And that's what vocal d
fragging is all about, is asking such questions like that
so you can break down what is physically and mentally
triggering you. It's a simple goal, it's a simple habit.
It's a simple forgetfulness. I don't think so, because we

hold ourselves extremely guilty when we have forgotten to do something. Now,
the question might be, so, how do you find forgiveness
when you have forgetfulness and you've got daily habits that
you've got to do no matter what, how do you
find forgiveness? This is every bit the reason why defragging
is so important because you see how many different layers

that we've gone through in trying to locate the answers.
And that's the thing that I'm trying to invite you
to start doing. How do you find forgiveness when you
face forgetfulness and when you've got habits that you have
to do every day. Here's the answer that came out.
It's responsibility and accountability. I am responsible for my decisions

and if I don't meet my decisions with a victory
and or a great challenge of the day and learn
something from that challenge. Then I hold myself accountable. You
see how we go deeper and deeper into areas of
our life to understand who it is that we are
and not what other people think that we are. And
taking the time to create a relationship with vocal defragging

or just defragging in the journal gives you that platform
where you can be stronger in a better you. The
average d frag can last three minutes, it can last
ten to fifteen minutes. Who's judging Okay, you can break
that down too, who's judging you or the people that
