Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, taro, and this is vocal d frag. Vocal d
fragging is asking yourself the questions and questioning the answers,
just like sitting down with a best friend or a
family member and saying, I got a question, what would
you do in this situation? When was the last time
you did that with yourself? I got a question, what
would you do in this situation? Vocal d fragging gives

(00:20):
you the opportunity to not only document it in a
notebook or even on a digital device like this, and
go back and measure your steps. It's bread combs, That's
what I call it. Bread combs where you can go
back and you can listen and you can not judge,
but measure measure your growth. This is vocal d frag.
Big word on my heart today. Rethink r E T

(00:44):
H I n K rethink. I don't know if this
is my stepfather coming into my heart today because he
used to say it all the time. So you better
rethink that. And it would it would be a wake
up call for me to say, I don't know if
that's the best decision. And trust me, I'm not the
only one who been put on this path where you've
got to rethink something doesn't mean that the problem has

(01:05):
already started or the mistake was made. It's just that
before you take that next step, you need to rethink
it now. I'm not saying reimagine it, reinvent it. No,
I'm not saying that at all. I'm not even saying
replenish it. The keyword here is rethink now. Because I
am a daily writer and I've been doing that for
thirty one years, I've given myself the opportunity to build

(01:27):
up that relationship. In fact, I did a podcast episode
on The Choice Today that was based on when do
you go public with your personal things? In other words,
you know so many times when you go onto social media,
that's what people are doing. They're going on there with
their public feelings, their public vibrations, and they're displaying themselves.
And then what we do is it's not that we
judge them by what they posted, but then again, maybe

(01:50):
we do. Sometimes I've put things up and I had
to rethink about that post and I've taken it down.
That's why always tell people come to the website because
what you see will probably be taken out before you
know it. Because I did that thing called rethinking. But
it's taking the time to really kind of put yourself
in a position of what am I really trying to

(02:12):
say here? Who am I trying to affect here? How
are people going to react when they do see something
that I put out there? So when I asked that
question today on the Choice, the question was when should
you go public with your emotions what you believe in,
whatever it is. The one thing I learned was you've
got to be comfortable because judgers are always waiting to

(02:36):
make their voices seen as well as heard. When do
you go public? Do you put yourself in a position
of rethinking what you want to do to make sure
that it's the right thing to do. So I'm planting
that seed today. Rethink you don't have to go out
there and become king of the world. All you have

(02:58):
to do is just know that in your process and
presentation of yourself. In this social media driven world, sometimes
we need to rethink what we're doing to find out
if we are really physically and mentally prepared for what
could come in our direction. Sure, we love getting those hits,
Oh yeah, I like getting people, you know, send comparison

(03:20):
notes and they'll put a meme out there. Oh Yeah,
we dig that, we're addicted to that. It's almost like
a verbal lottery, is what it is. But it's time
to rethink how much of yourself do you really want
out there? And why I'm marily and that's spocal d
