(21:11):
family, It's always a pleasure tojoin you listeners. Of course, this
is God is sage and joking man. Thank you so much for turning this
over and allowing me to come onand share with the listeners a few tips
on ways for them to I wouldsay, boost their mood and be sure

(21:33):
to give themselves or even to openup. I'm sure a lot of people
are like I already love on myselfand give myself that. So make sure
that you're opening yourself up to evenmore opportunities to receive love, to get
the uplifting as well as to givelove and to give the uplifting to others.

(21:55):
Because, as we know, oftenwhen we are able to see that
we've met someone else happy, haveliterally changed their trajectory, then that's when
we're able to feel this boost aswell. And I would say, if
you already know that there are thingsthat you need to focus on for yourself,

(22:15):
number one, start there, becausereal love does treat depression, and
we know that usually when people arefeeling real, real bad and worthless and
things like that, it's because ofoutside influences, whether things are not working
out the way they want or youknow, whether they've consistently gone through these
bad experiences. It's always outside influencesand outside experiences. And that's why the

(22:42):
inside work that I would recommend thatyou do is so important because, as
we know, if we already haveeverything together at the foundation, it doesn't
matter how strong the winds blow,it doesn't matter anything, because that foundation
that we have will not be ableto be moved, and anything that we

(23:03):
build on it will be able tohave a solid footing. So let's address
that. You know, first, let's start with the obvious. You know,
Number one, you want to makesure that you are paying attention to
and addressing any stress that you're dealingwith, and that you are monitoring your
mental health, and naturally the samegoes with your physical health. I would

(23:26):
say, Secondly, the second factoror thing that can help influence or to
boost your mood and help you elevateyourself to further fight that depression through walking
in love. Of course, payingattention to you know again number one that

(23:47):
stress and your mental health. Numbertwo, pay attention to your physical health
and give your body what it needs, just like you're giving your mind what
it needs so that they can stayconnected. As we know, you know,
eating right and exercising right, theyare very important, as well as
getting the proper amount of sleep people. And that leads us into number three

(24:10):
because and that's your social interactions,Because our relationships with others, our social
interactions, whether they're positive or negative, are a direct result of our stress
and mental health, as well asour physical health and the proper nutrition and
sleep that we give ourselves. Andso make sure that you are aware of

(24:36):
how you are interacting with people andthe results that you're getting, whether positive
or negative, so that those thingscan be that are positive can be reinforced,
and those things that are negative willbe able to be turned to a
way to where they have a positiveeffect. Because you want to feel connected,
and everyone wants to feel connected, feel love, feel appreciated, feel

(24:56):
supported. But in all of thosethings natural boost our mood as well as
of course allow us to even whenwe share love and affection of people.
Those are some of the ways thatwe do that, and that's what allows
us to. I would say,go in and handle conflicts or resolve conflicts,
things like that, and you'll alsowant to Number four, I would

(25:19):
say, your environment. Make surethat you're loving and paying attention to your
environment and the things within it,your physical surroundings, you know, pay
attention to how the weather affects you, how noise levels affect you, make
you feel good even and most importantly, make sure that your area is the

(25:41):
way you need it to be.Because some people, yeah, I love
a lot of clutter, love alot of junk. Other people cannot function
in that and have to have thingsclean in order to function and feel the
air moving in the room or feellike they can breathe or think. So
whatever it is is, you know, get things the way you needed and

(26:02):
get things organized in the way thatyou can so that that way you can
make sure that the influences on yourmoods of your environment are all positive and
not things that make you feel evenworse because oh, you have grass that
needs to be cut and it stillhasn't been cut, or you know,
whatever it is, do what youcan do. And even with that example,

(26:22):
even if there are things that needto be done and you're not able
to do it, then I wouldsay, then just find a way to
where you can take charge of that, and that way you don't have to
feel like you're relegated to just beinga victim of that. You know what
I mean, Because of course, you know our number four, our environment
means a whole lot to us anddirectly leads us into number five. I

(26:45):
would say, you know our thoughtpatterns, especially when there are things that
say, you know, we feellike, hey, you know, I
can't control the grass, you know, and the people who I've hired still
haven't come and it's been three weeksnow. So then that means instead of
focusing on the negative part, youknow, whether it's pessimism, self criticism,

(27:07):
whatever it is, go ahead andfocus on the optimism and you know
your skills aggrandizement and your self appreciation, and that way you can see how
that positive thinking will be able touplift you as well. Even though no,
you may not have lawnmower, butyou probably or may not be able
to afford lawnmower, but you probablyhave thirty dollars where you can go and

(27:29):
get you one of those handheld weedwhackers. So yeah, you can just
go out and plus that'll let youget some exercise into. Just go out,
chop that stuff down and you willsee that that same grass that's like
what fifteen twenty inches, you'll beable to cut that stuff down by hand
to where it's only like what threefour inches something like that, And yeah,
you would have gotten an exercise inand would have been able to breathe

(27:51):
in some good air. So youall kuinnt of see where I'm going,
right, You know, you haveto take charge whatever it is because and
there are a lot of things youknow, we may not even with these
things, you know, the mentalhealth, physical health, social interactions,
you know, our environment, thoughtpatterns. Those may not be things that
you've thought about, but as youknow, they are all things that contribute

(28:11):
to our lifestyle. And even withthat, I would say, you know,
that'll be the next element. What'sthat? Like? Maybe what elements
six? Your lifestyle? You know, make sure that you have a work
life balance, you know, makesure that you're not doing too much work,
as well as not doing too muchplay, because even that can be
a problem if you have too muchdowntime but you're not doing income producing activities,

(28:34):
or you're constantly doing income producing activitiesbut you're not having the time to
nurture yourself. So you know, make sure that you pay attention to that,
because all of these things matter eachin every step, and of course,
and they all can help boost yourmood. And let me talk a
little bit about that. And Ithink that I am, yeah, I
am kind of getting so I'll keepthis brief, okay, because as we

(28:56):
know, first of all, awarenessis always the first step of fixing any
problem, and definitely initiative is alwaysthe first step to empowerment. And when
you recognize the different factors that influenceyour mood, that allows you to take
proactive steps to go ahead and makethose changes to improve your emotional well being.
And so as you know, youknow, with the stress and the

(29:18):
mental health, you know, recognizingthe signs of stress and working on your
mental health conditions early will help youcome up with coping strategies will help you
be and even being able to recognizethose triggers will help you be able to
I would say, stay within themoment and to keep yourself centered enough to
where I would say you won't allowthe anger, the sadness, or whatever

(29:41):
to throw you off. You'll beable to ask those questions that need to
be asked, and you will beable to make the expressions that need to
be made in that moment to weiror to make things better for you,
not make things worse. And ofcourse, and even sometimes it means that
to manage stress and to better takecare of our mental health, sometimes we
may need to go and talk tosomeone. We may need to go and

(30:03):
get some therapy, may need toget medication, or you know, utilize
the prescriptions that we've already had.So definitely do what you know you need
to do to be your best. And even with your physical health, regular
exercise and nutritious diet, getting adequatesleep, all of those things can dramatically
improve your mood and can help staveoff depression. But these things not only

(30:26):
keep our body healthy and keep ourmind strong, but they also release chemicals
in our brain, you know, like the endorphins that naturally make us feel
good and that will even help usbe able to stay on that path of
you know, hey, still doingthat walk. And even if all you're
doing is say, hey, startingout with just something, we're just for
thirty seconds, thirty seconds a day, you'll just do thirty seconds of jumping

(30:47):
jacks. At least that's something towhere you're getting consistent, and then that
number is going to grow. Andeven if it's just hey, you know,
you start out just walking for justfive minutes in one direction from your
house and walking five minutes back. But if every day and you'll see that,
you're going to start feeling better, and it's all for improvement. It's
all for improvement, and all leadto better social interactions too, because even

(31:07):
surrounding yourself with positive and supporting peopleboost our moods. And even if you're
feeling lonely, hey, reach outto a friend. Or if you're sitting
up and wallowing your pedio, nobodyhas called me, pick up the phone
and call people you know, orjoin a social group. You know,
get new friends if you need togo out and join an association for something

(31:29):
that's a hobby of yours or agroup for professionals, and you know,
but find the connections if you don'thave them, and even make it a
point to make yourself friendly when you'reout in public or you know, go
to public events and go even ifyou don't have people to go with,
you go with the intention of meetingnew friends who are interested in that same
thing. So definitely go for it. And also with the environment that you're

(31:52):
in, make sure it's comfortable, clean, personalized space that improves your mood.
And as we know, like smallis, like I mentioned earlier,
you know, whether it's decluttering yourworkspace or even like some people will go
in. If you have a greenthumb, you can plant you some green
plants, or you know, evenif you just like the look of them
and you know, just want thataesthetic, then get you some plastic ones,

(32:15):
get you some fake plants and silkplants, whatever it is to kind
of liven up your area and tohelp you be able to feel the way
you want to feel. Because afterall this, we know, you know,
it's all a matter of in itall these into you know, our
thought patterns, because cognitive strategies likeyou know, positive self talk, gratitude
practices, or even reframing your negativethoughts can boost your mood and change your

(32:38):
mindset. So be cognizant of yourthought patterns as well, and in wrapping
up, yeah, that lifestyle again, you know, engaging in activities that
you love, set healthy work lifeboundaries and make sure that you have that
balance and that you are pursuing goalsthat bring you joy and satisfaction and all

(32:58):
those things will help you be ableto fight off depression and give yourself that
love. And you can also dothings like, you know, hey,
sometimes we just need to be youknow, if you're in a fonk,
for instance, and you're like, look, I've tried everything, nothing is
working. I can't shake this.Baby, maybe you just need to just
jump in a shower and take acold shower, and that might be the

(33:20):
thing to kind of wake you upand kind of give you that joke that
you need, because you know how, sometimes exposure to cold can't stimulate that
nervous system and increase circulation, cantrigger the release of endorphins and naturally have
your body to kind of do areset. So you know, when you
having a hard time pulling yourself, when you're having a hard time pulling yourself
up out of that rut, jumpin a cold shower, baby. Do

(33:42):
that. Some people even do journaling, you know, you can write down
your thoughts and whatever it is,and you'll find that even getting that out
allows you to venture frustrations, expressyourself freely and yeah, without any judgment.
And even for those of you whoare like, well, yeah,
that can be my therapy perfect, you know, as long as you're getting
it out, as long as you'regetting it out. And of course some
people even use a roma therapy, you know, just smelling different sense can

(34:07):
pick them up. Some people usemusic therapy, playing certain songs will help
put them in the mood and inthe right mindset. And even just giving
of yourself, volunteering your time tohelp someone else in need, whether it's
helping a neighbor you know, dowork around their yard, or whether it's
just volunteering to go to a localhomeless shelter and help them serve food,

(34:30):
whatever it is. And also learninga new skill to is another great way
for you to. I would say, you know, love on yourself,
fight depression, and elevate your life, your mood, all of those different
things, and the list is endless, so pretty much anything that you can

(34:51):
think of. Even some people findit in meditation and stating mantras. Some
people do yoga as a part ofa way to center, but whatever it
is, definitely make sure that youtake out that time for you because real
love starts with you. Fighting depressionstarts with the one who is depressed.

(35:12):
So whatever it is that you wantto do, whatever ways you want your
life to be elevated, it canbe done. But you have to make
the commitment, put forth the effort, and baby, yes, attend to
your mood and be aware, betapped in. No one owes you anything
other than you. You are theonly one with you twenty four to seven.
You are the only one who isresponsible for the position in which you

(35:35):
find yourself. So if you arewhere you don't want to be, baby,
you're better do what you need todo to get yourself where you want
to be. Do that, Dothat? People, I love you so
much and I am so looking forwardto hearing the great ways you all have
overcome all the different things that youhave. Listeners, be sure to stay
tuned. I'm turning this back overto Joaquim Man for you so that he

of time. You got seventy thousandfriends, but I am one of them,
one of them. I know somedaywe could find a little big friends,
whether it's no falling, falling inlove again, And I feel now
