(00:05):
Welcome to Spiritual Psychic with Sarah Wiseman, where you'll learn how to unlock the
secrets of spiritual intuition and your ownpsychic gifts. Here's Sarah. Hello everyone,

(00:30):
I'm Sarah Wiseman. What is fallingaway? Remember? Your soul must
walk its own path. This meansletting go of all the distractions, misbelief
and group thought that you have beentaught by your culture on walking in a
higher elevation. When you come intoyour true soul self, you won't be

(00:56):
interested in what your culture is doing. Actions, misbelief and group thought that
you have been taught by your culturewill fall away. You will see behind
the curtain. You will recognize themachinations as false and unimportant. One of
the things that I found helped meto understand this idea of how to see

(01:25):
the true soul self as apart fromthe mind ego personality that we have in
the human lifetime is to do somework in past life regression. When the
minute you start understanding impast life regressionisn't hard. You know, it used
to be older systems when this startedto be pioneered, especially by hypnotherapists.

(01:52):
You know, it used to bequite a longer process. Like the work
of Dolores Canon is amazing, andshe would take people through some pretty length
regressions. Nowadays, what I findis you can go into past life regression
really really quickly. You just sortof go in and go back and ask
to see other lifetimes. It's nota multiple hour thing. You can just

(02:15):
go into meditation and do this. And in my experience in kind of exploring
this is there was a period oftime where I was doing like a past
life regression every day just to seelike how many could I get to?
And I started to realize like Icould do past life regressions every day or

(02:36):
multiple times a day for the restof my life, and I still wouldn't
get to all of them. Butwhat is interesting about going into past life
regression and seeing yourself in a differenttime, different usually different place in the
world. If you're female, you'regoing to be male or something different.
If you're Caucasian you're going to bedifferent race, if you're if just all

(03:01):
of the scenarios of what you feelyour life is now are going to be
different in this past life. Andyet even your mind, ego, personality
is not gonna be the same.It might have some similarities, but what
you will feel if you do thispractice is your soul self is the same,

(03:25):
and you feel as you explore thesedifferent past lives like, Okay,
totally different body, totally different situation, I have a different kind of personality,
I'm I'm experiencing something radically different, and yet my core, my true
soul essence, is the same. And as we start to understand, like,

(03:47):
what is it this the heart beingwhere the soul resides, the stillness
of the heart, the nownness ofthe heart, the true soul self not
located in our being here, butthis feeling that we feel, that we
understand with that cannot be denied whenwe start to recognize that by looking at

(04:15):
ourselves in all these different situations andrecognizing the core self, then when we
come back to this lifetime and we'relooking around like that's so silly, or
that makes no sense, or theculture is telling me this and it just
has no meaning to me because youknow the essence of yourself again it so

(04:36):
you don't know the essence of yourmind, ego, personality because that is
often changing different lifetimes. Sometimes there'ssome carryover, but over time that will
shift, but the soul self isremaining. When you come into your true
soul self, you won't be interestedin what your culture is doing. You

(04:57):
will be on a different path. And this is the idea of everything falls
away. All these things that everyone'srunning around thinking are so important, it
just won't matter. You will seebehind the curtain, you will recognize the
machinations of the culture as false andunimportant. So and of course, once

(05:20):
you get there, then the pathis different and you have your own series
of challenges to work on. Butgoodness, what a better way to be
than to just be you under thisway of something that doesn't even make sense
anyway, Thank you for listening.I'll be back next time.
