When a full Moon occurs, the Moon reflects the light of the Sun back onto itself, thus revealing its shadow side which the Moon then implores the Sun to release. In this case, the Jupiter-ruled Sun’s shadow often includes the tendency toward hubris, or arrogance.
And, since Jupiter often represents the “king,” “ruler,” or “leader,” while the Moon often rules “the people,” it’s easy to put this into a current context in the U.S. as its president tries to gerrymander his way to hubristically maintain future control over those living here.
Yesterday, as the Gemini Full Moon perfected at 13’04” Gemini at 3:14 p.m. PT & 6:14 p.m. ET on December 4, the Supreme Court announced its decision to let stand the Texas state gerrymander that would give its GOP five more U.S. House Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections.
What’s interesting about this particular Gemini Full Moon is that its squares the transiting mean nodal axis’s Virgo South Node & Pisces North Node—which urges us to move way from trying to control everyone & everything & to let go & let it flow.
The tension of this Gemini Full Moon thus creates a mutable grand cross, denoting a shift in the karmic axis as the heart (Moon) & the mind (Sun) cry out for integration. This combines with Mars in Sagittarius’s approaching square to Saturn in Pisces, which perfects December 8, & portends a period of irritability & frustration, & cautions us to work concentratedly & carefully rather than succumbing to despair.
While grand water trine formed between Mercury in Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer, & Saturn & Neptune in Pisces at this Gemini Full Moon is touted as a way to get more deeply in touch with our feelings, it can also blind us to the emotional plight of others.
That’s because a grand water trine is subjective rather than objective. And as such, it can cause us to feel sorrier for ourselves than for others. However, awareness of this tendency now can save us from becoming emotionally immune to suffering of others.
I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW AS NEPTUNE STATIONS DIRECT IN PISCES
The latter is potentially more true than the former, given that Neptune--the planet of illusion, confusion, & delusion—which entered Aries on March 30 of this year, then stationed retrograde at 2’10” Aries on July 7, then moved back into 29-degrees of PI on October 22--is about to station direct @ 29’22” Pisces on December 10.
It's during this retrograde period that “the powerful empathy between oneself & those who are helpless is a mirror of one’s own inner helplessness,” explains Jungian astrologer Erin Sullivan in her book “Retrograde Planets, Traversing the Inner Landscape.”
In other words “one really hopes in the process of helping others to help oneself,” Sullivan explains. To me, there is a strong element of “there, but for the grace of god, go I,” as well as the oft quoted proverb to “walk a mile in someone else’s shoes before judging them” in Sullivan’s explanation of the Neptune retrograde period.
And, when we take into consideration the time span of NE’s Rx period-- which was accompanied fairly closely with SA’s station Rx on July 13 @ 1’56” Aries & his subsequent station direct at 25’09” PI on November 27—during which the two remained in fairly close transit--we can see even more clearly now in retrospect the dissolution of boundaries between the ego & the unconscious--in each of us individually as well as within the greater collective.
All we need do, at least here in America, is remember how this period led to the passage in the U.S. Congress of Trump’s touted “big beautiful bill” signed into law on July 4. And how--in addition to adding to the continued future financial inequality of Americans (by virtue of huge tax cuts for the rich)--resulted also in the huge increase in funding for the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration & Customs Enforcement.
Because during its retrograde Neptune backtracks over potentially sensitive degrees, we might note now that this is what happened since Neptune crossed the the U.S. Sibly July 4, 1776, natal chart’s IC & 4th House cusp at 1’03” Aries twice so far. Once direct, Neptune will hit this degree again circa January 28, 2026.
In psychological astrology, Neptune in or ruling the 4th House (meaning Pisces is on its cusp) denotes what Jungian astrologer Liz Greene calls a ”weak father.” Given that we’re looking at the chart of the birth of America, as Monty Python would say “say no more…” if you catch my drift & recognize that a president is known as “the father his country.”
Saturn will reenter Aries on February 13 & conjoin with Neptune exact @0’45” Aries on February 20 at 11:53 a.m. ET. Saturn then reenters the U.S. 4

Hello everyone, and welcome to Karmic Evolution's astrologically speaking podcast.
I'm your host, Sherry horn has Son of Karmic Evolution Astrology,
and I'm coming to you on December fifth from karmaicevolution
dot com or any of your favorite podcast stations. First,
my usual quick reminder that this podcast aims to bring

(01:23):
you the truth about astrology and your soul's karmic evolution,
and that a new podcast drops every Friday at eleven
am Pacific and two pm Eastern.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Now, before we get into this.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Week's astro news you can use, I just want to
say yet again that my mantra or motto if you will,
as it pertains to my particular perspective about the importance
of gaining astrological insight into our lives on our world,
is as follows. The universe is benign. It has no

(01:55):
vested interest in making any of us suffer, rather invides
us with opportunities every moment of every day to grow
in consciousness. It's simply up to each of us to
recognize such moments, and when we don't, it's not like
the universe simply gives up. It just continues to every

(02:17):
moment of every day give us opportunities to grow in consciousness.
And that is why I continue to offer my discounted
seventy five minute Karmic evolution natal insight reading for only
one hundred and twenty five dollars for those who are
interested in gaining greater insight into why you are here,

(02:41):
what is your sole purpose, what is your true mission
in life? And what issues, habits and behaviors may still
haunt you from the past. So whether these habits and
behaviors or behavioral patterns stem from experiences early you're in
this lifetime or and or from past life karma, my

(03:05):
mission is to help you better understand through the lens
of my archetypal, psychological and evolutionary training and practice by
using your chart as your guide.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
Now, I am.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Also as a professional editor, someone who deals with looking
at the chart through the lens of what is your
hero's journey.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
So, of course, as an.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Evolutionary astrology, I look at where you may have come
from in the past, meaning your soul, and in what
direction you should be moving to move towards your highest
destiny and greatest happiness in this lifetime, in this incarnation.
So a lot of times people may be quite surprised

(03:55):
when we look back through the natal chart reading, and
bear in mind this is a natal chart reading only,
not a transit and progressions one, primarily because it gives
us the map to your past. And in dialogue in consultation,
we determine what psychological patterns were established through the aspects

(04:18):
in your chart that led to these behaviors, and many
of which have become unconscious or put another way, which
we and there's no one, I don't think who doesn't
do this. We are have a script that's running subconsciously.
So a large part of my readings deal with showing

(04:40):
the dichotomy between the unconscious and the conscious portions of
our psyche and where what we might have been taught, told,
or forced to believe in prior lifetimes based on our
experiences or early in this lifetime is what rules our

(05:01):
behavior now. And if we are not happy with certain
areas of our life, be they relationships, finances, career, health,
we can gain great insight.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
Into how to move forward. You know.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
With gained knowledge, we make the you know, Karmic Evolutionatal
insight reading is helps you move from chaos to clarity
through astrological insights. So again I'm offering my seventy five
minute discounted natal reading for only one hundred and twenty

podcast listeners only. I don't make this offer to everybody,
and so if you would like to avail yourself of it,

questions about the reading that I haven't explained here, I'm
happy to answer them, or if you'd like to schedule it,

(06:04):
let me know. I would just like to remind everyone too,
as we're getting closer to the time, that astrologer Ronnie
Dryer is holding an upcoming annual two twenty six Sensitive
Degrees webinar scheduled for Sunday, December fourteenth, from eleven am
to five pm Eastern Time, and she will discuss what's

(06:24):
in store for twenty twenty six, including planetary stations, eclipses, ingresses, aspects,
and much more. Dreyer says that this year should be
meaning twenty twenty six should be very intense, both continuing
many of the ingresses and aspects that began in twenty
twenty five then retrograded and will now go direct for

(06:45):
a final time. So the wild ride that began this
year in twenty twenty five plus new events could well
be life changing, she says. So I recommend that if
you are interested in signing up for this, you contact
Ryan Ronnie. You can find her on Facebook. You can
find her It's Ronnie.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
Dryer d R E y E R.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
First name is ro O n Nie and you can
go to her website Ronnie Dryer dot com and you
can get information about how to sign up, what the
cause is, etc. She had an early bird special. Don't
know if it's still on, but you can find out
directly from her. Okay, since I didn't record a podcast

(07:26):
last week, and I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday weekend,
let's simply review a few things before I get into
this week's astro news you can use. First, let's recall
that we've now entered the waning portion of this month's
lunar cycle since November nineteenth and twentieth Scorpio new moon,

(07:46):
and that nineteenth twentieth discrepancy depends on whether you're on
the west coast or the east coast, or anywhere in between.
And that lunation occurred at twenty eight degrees in eleven
minutes of Scorpio, which opposed Urinus at twenty nine degrees
in twenty nine minutes of Taurus, signifying to us that
it was time to plant seeds to fortify our innermost

(08:09):
need for self empowerment, much like a full moon's energy. However,
because this Scorpio new moon conjoined with mercury and retrograde,
and Scorpio and the Sun, the moon and Mercury all
opposed Uranus and Taurus, especially since Uranus was, as I said,

(08:30):
twenty nine Taurus, which is the Pleiades point, and the
Pleiades point, which I was spoken about on past podcasts,
represents blindness. This lunation asked us to simultaneously plant new
seeds of empowerment while also incorporating into that planting sudden

(08:51):
revelations about that which we were previously unaware read that
about which we were previously blind, and those revelations have
since proven to be about the scorpionic themes of money,
joint finances, sex, and deep bonded trust. So or you
know where that those things have been, we have been

(09:13):
betrayed or violated, thus thus increasing the need for us
to plant the sees of greater self empowerment. So revelations
since then have consisted of the release of more and
more Epstein information, which has shocked a lot of people
and led to the potential downfall read disempowerment of some.

(09:37):
Now let's recall that it was on November nineteenth, as
we waxed towards the sun mercury retrograde conjunction on December twentieth,
when President Trump signed into law the Epstein Files Transparency Act,
and that this then compelled the Department of Justice to
release all its unclassified Epstein related records. In turn, this

(09:58):
set the stage for future document dumps rather than one
immediate massive release.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
Of these specific files.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
However, Trump's signing of this legislation happened only when he
realized that there were enough votes in Congress to pass
this act, as well as enough votes to override any
presidential veto. So Trump's main revelation was one of inevitability,
which in turn resulted in a sudden, surprising about face
on his part, after having spent the better part of

(10:29):
this year denying that the Epstein files existed and calling
them a hoax. Now Trump's revelation and sudden about face
then led to that of the collective suddenly realizing that
previously well guarded secrets involving both wealthy people's money and sex,
including the rape of miners read Pluto ruled Scorpio, would

(10:53):
soon be revealed into the clear bright light of day,
and by the November twenty seventh and twenty eighth's first
quarter lunar skies wearing a lunar waxing square of the
Pisces moon to the Sagittarius sun, and note that the
sun entered Jupiter ruled Sagittarius on November twenty first, just
after the Scorpio new moon. US District Judge Richard Berman

(11:16):
requested the Justice Department to provide a detailed plan for
safeguarding the privacy.

Speaker 5 (11:21):
Of Epstein's victims.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
This came after lawyers for hundreds of victims reported that
dozens of their names appeared unredacted in documents and emails
released by Congress earlier in November, causing quote widespread panic.
The original legislation, however, mandated that the Justice Department must
release all unclassified materials related to its investigation within thirty days,

(11:49):
setting a deadline of December nineteenth, twenty twenty five for
the full release. Let's note now that December nineteenth is
the day of the twenty eight degree twenty five minutes
Sagittarius new moon, during which Venus Juno, the moon, and
the sun form a stellium in Sagittarius, and the Sun

(12:09):
and moon can join with Mars, which will be at
three thirty five three degrees in thirty five minutes of
Capricorn at that point. We'll discuss this in a future podcast. First, however,
we can recall also that Mercury station direct on November
twenty ninth at twenty degrees and forty two minutes of Scorpio,

(12:30):
bringing since then the slow movement forward of the Messenger
God in the sign of secrets. It was also as
we waxed toward the first quarter lunar square crisis in
action on November twenty seventh and twenty eighth and Venus
in Scorpio's exact opposition to Uranus at the twenty nine

(12:51):
degree Pleiades point that DoD Defense Department of Defense Secretary
Pete Hegseth began to come under fire related to the
annihilation by the US military of the small fishing boat
suspected of carrying drugs in the Caribbean on September second.
Much information is out there about this, so I'm not

(13:13):
going to go into all the details. But what's happened since,
especially since Venus entered Sagittarius on November thirtieth, and Venus
related to relationships Sagittarius to the law, is that bipartisan's
support allowed both the House and Senate to join together
to demand an investigation into whether or not Hegsat's violated

(13:37):
military law by ordering a second strike on that boat,
which killed two quote unquote shipwrecked.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Survivors in the water.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
According to The New York Times, during a closed congressional
hearing yesterday December fourth, just before the Gemini full moon hit,
the House and Senate Armed Service committees scrutinized a September
second attack by the It was a video by the
US military on a speedboat in the Caribbean Sea that

(14:06):
the Trump administration had claimed was smuggling drugs, and especially
whether a decision to fire a second missile at the
vessel at the vessel, which killed two survivors of the
first blast, was a war crime. And I continue from
the Times quote, the oversight effort is dissecting the specific

(14:26):
orders of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and the Special Operations
Commander overseeing the attack. Admiral Frank M. Bradley, the Admiral,
and General Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff where Capital were on Capitol Hill to answer questions
about the strike end quote. What remains a mystery still
at this point, however, is whether or not this action

(14:49):
was lawful. Again, as per the New York Times quote,
lawmakers briefed by Admiral Bradley said, the admiral denied that
he was given any order written or or to quote
kill them all or quote grant no quarter, rejecting public
reports that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseeth had directly ordered the

(15:09):
follow up strikes to kill the survivors. But Republicans and
Democrats left the closed door meeting again according to The
New York Times, drawing starkly different conclusions after watching the
unedited video of the initial strike on the boat on
September two and the follow up that killed the survivors

(15:29):
and sank the boat, Democrats exited the briefings even more
concerned about the campaign against drug smugglers that to date
has included strikes on twenty one vessels in the Caribbean
Sea and Eastern Pacific Ocean that have killed a total
of eighty three people, and expressing their skepticism of the

(15:51):
campaign by arguing that all of the boat attacks amount
to extra judicial killing or even murder. In other words,
the Democrats are saying, it's not just about this one
boat strike and the violation of maritime law that says
you can't murder or kill shipwrecked citizens or anyone. Right.

(16:16):
You have to rescue them and then hope that they
might be able to give you some information about what
was going on with that boat. But the reason that
all these vessels have been attacked is because Donald Trump
has declared war on foreign based drug cartels, and in

(16:37):
doing so has superseded the approval of Congress, which normally
has to sign on to such a move through passing
a War Powers Act. In other words, Democrats dispute that
President Trump alone can declare war, as he has claimed,
never mind a war against a cartel rather than an
actual nation. Meanwhile, the Department of Defense Inspector General released

(17:05):
its report yesterday, December fourth on Secretary heegsus use of signal,
the signal app for sending operational information, and the direct
quote from the Inspector General states this quote, the Secretary's
actions created a risk to operational security that could have
resulted in failed US mission objectives and potential harm to

(17:29):
US pilots. I note that right now, as.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
I'm recording this.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
Transiting, Uranus is at twenty eight degrees in fifty three
minutes of Taurus, and it's retrograding through Pete heegsas sixth house,
which is a workhouse, which relates to what you do
on a daily basis as part of your work, and
that at twenty three point thirty one, which is a

(17:57):
while back now Urinus squared his nodes. But also that
it is sex tiling his moon. His natal moon is
twenty eight degrees fifty one minutes of Pisces in his
third house, so it's a bit difficult to tell whether
or not this is going to be people will be

(18:22):
satisfied by the calls that have already begun for him
to resign, and whether or not they will start an
impeachment process in Congress, which looks unlikely because there is
still a majority of Republicans to overrule any Democratic initiated
impeachment attempt, But we'll wait and see. There's also the

(18:47):
news that the FBI made an arrest on December fourth
in its nearly five year old investigation into pipe bloine
placed outside the headquarters of the Republican and Democratic National
Parties in Washington, d C. On the eve of the

(19:08):
January sixth, twenty twenty one riot at the Capitol. According
to the Associated Press, he was charged with an explosives offense.
Prosecutor said, and the AP article added quote. The suspect
and custody has been identified as Brian Cole Junior of Woodbridge, Virginia,
though officials offered no details about a motive of or

(19:28):
whether the placement of the bombs, which never detonated, had
any connection to the riot at the Capitol a day later.
There will doubtless be more information coming out, maybe by
the time you are listening to this podcast now other
recent news concerns. Something I mentioned on a past podcast

(19:49):
which was about Donald Trump's power of the pardon and
on December first, as we waxed toward the December two
Venus and Sagittarius sextal to Pluto and Aquarius. According to
the New York Times, quote, President Trump formally pardoned former
president Juan Orlando Hernandez of Honduras on Monday evening, fulfilling

(20:11):
a vow he had made days before to free an
ex president who was at the center of what the
authorities had characterized as one of the largest and most
violent drug trafficking conspiracies in the world. And again this
is according to The Times. Juan Orlando Hernandez was convicted
of flooding the United States with cocaine and had been

(20:33):
sentenced to forty five years in prison. Mister Trump pledged
to issue the pardon last week after mister Hernandez sent
him a four page letter casting himself as a victim
of quote political persecution by the Biden Harris administration and
comparing his fate to that of the American President. The

(20:54):
Times continued, quote Roger J. Stone, Junior mister Trump's long
time on and off politically. Das said on his radio
show that he had sent the letter, which was dated
October twenty eighth two mister Trump, hours before the president
announced his plan to pardon mister Hernandez. When asked whether
he had been compensated for his roles, mister Stone said

(21:16):
he was not. There seems to be no doubt at
this point about what I'd call Trump's moral and ethical
orientation that his misery loves company when it comes to
feeling persecuted by the past administration is a possible ticket
to the pardon of a federal crime by others, even

(21:39):
if that crime involved drug smuggling, the very reason Trump
claims he's assassinating drug runners in an undeclared war in
international waters, albeit without proof. So while a case of
strange bedfellows, it certain reveals certainly reveals even more about

(21:59):
trump emotional camaraderie with those not only accused but convicted
of federal crimes who believe that they're actually victims of persecution.
All right, so let's look now at how yesterday's December
fourth Gemini full moon at thirteen degrees and four minutes

(22:20):
of this Mercury ruled sign cast its light. God cast
the light of the Sagittarius sun back onto itself, thus
revealing the Jupiter ruled Sagittarius archetype shadows side, which we
are then being.

Speaker 4 (22:34):
Asked to release.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
It's the same pattern the universe follows. At every full moon.
It simply switches from one zodiacal archetype shadow side to another.
Jupiter ruled Sagittarius through which the sun transits until he
moves into Capricorn on December twenty one at the winter
solstice has many high sides, but also a few lower ones.

(22:56):
Among the latter, Jupiter Sagittarius's shadow is usually referred to
as hubris or excessive pride, which.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
Leads to arrogance.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
Jupiter, as the natural ruler of the ninth House, concerns
higher law, philosophy, foreign travel and what I call immigration,
higher education, and religion, so it's easy to see how
a distortion of any of those subjects in the hands
of a pedantic righteous believer, regardless of what are his

(23:29):
or her specific beliefs, might be delivered in a most
imperious way. And the definition of imperious, according to the
Miriam Webster dictionary is quote assuming power or authority without justification,
arrogant and domineering.

Speaker 4 (23:46):
In short, this may register as an individual who believes
he or she has truth with a capital T.

Speaker 5 (23:54):
Oh shit, Oh okay, I'm still reporting.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Sorry, I thought I had stopped the recorder, which is
why I cursed. My apologies anyway, as the kids say,
my bad, So where was I hold under threat?

Speaker 4 (24:20):
Oh right, so I was saying.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
In short, this may register as an individual who believes
he or she has truth with a capital T, as
they say, and the superior notion that they're always right. Therefore,
it may manifest as one who believes he or she
knows more and knows better than everyone else. So at
this Sagittarius full moon, Mars and Sagittarius was waxing towards

(24:46):
a square to both Saturn now direct in Pisces to Saturn,
sorry not both. Mars perfects this square to Saturn on
December eighth, indicating potential frustration between now and then, as
Mars wants to barrel ahead, particularly in the judicial legal realm,
while Saturn in Pisces remains adamantly iffy. That's because Mars

(25:12):
moves and Saturn blocks, but in piscey, Saturn may make
Mars and Sagittarius even more agitated by its imprecision and
lack of clarity. The advice now is to move slowly
and cautiously, and to not let irritation and or frustration
cause us to act without deliberation, so careful thorough work

(25:34):
is called for now. In other words, Saturn pulls back Mars,
Mars exciting desire to move, and Mars pushes Saturn a
little more to get something actually done now. Another issue
prominently raised at this Gemini full moon revolves around Jupiter

(25:55):
retrograde and cancer squaring Eris and Chirn, both retrograded ares.
The cardinality of this square represents the tension between moral
and ethical legal fairness that's Jupiter, especially as it relates
to families and children that's cancer, and the chaos that

(26:15):
ensues if or when a lack of such fairness read
by a righteous king type Jupiter is an archetypal sign
of the king causes chaos which wounds them. So clearly
we might relate this to the currently continuing roundup by
the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency under the Department of

(26:40):
Homeland Security of not only adults accused of being in
the US illegally, but also of the children either separated
from their families and or deported with them. Take the case,
for example, of nineteen year old college freshmen any Annie
Lucia Lopez Belosa, who is detained at a Boss airport

(27:00):
on November twentieth, while on her way to see her
family in Austin, Texas for a surprise Thanksgiving trip, and
who was instead deported to Honduras by ice and according
to CNN, which updated this story on December two, quote
at the airport in Boston, excited to embark on a

(27:21):
surprise trip home to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Texas.
The nineteen year old freshman at Babson College was nearing
the end of her first semester studying business, a major
she hoped would help her father open his own tailors
shop one day. But instead of getting to hug her
parents and two little sisters and tell them how college

(27:42):
was going, Lopez Belosa was arrested by federal immigration officials.
Moments before getting on her flight on November twentieth, she
was told there was a problem with her boarding pass,
and on her way to customer service, she was quote surrounded,
placed in handcuffs, and dragged out of the airport. Attorney
Todd Palmerlau told CNN in the roughly forty eight hours

(28:05):
after Lopez Beloso was sent to Texas and then Honduras,
the country where she was born but had not seen
since she was seven years old when her parents brought
her to the United States to seek asylum. Lopez Belosa
was deported even after a federal judge issued an order
barring the government from removing her from the US or

(28:27):
transferring for her outside of Massachusetts. According to her attorney
and federal court documents, Palmerlieu told CNN, Lopez Belosa was
never shown a warrant, a removal order, or given any
explanation for why she had been detained. I am still
not convinced that she ever had an order of removal.

(28:48):
She wasn't shown any proof, he said. Palmerlau said the
only records he's found in government databases indicate her case
was closed in twenty seventeen. So this is a perfect
exam in my mind, of the righteousness of Jupiter that
has now created chaos and wounding. In other words, Jupiter's
righteousness to round up quote unquote illegal criminals has been

(29:11):
expanded to include even young people Jupiter in Cancer, and
in doing so, rapid actions such as immediate deportation Mars
has created chaos for and severely wounded Arison and Chirn.
Not only such individuals, but they're families too. Now much
has been made of this Sagittarius full Moon's grand trine

(29:34):
grand water trine between Mercury and Scorpio, Jupiter in Cancer,
and Saturn and Neptune in Pisces from a positive point
of view, and while I'm not going to dispute that,
I will say that a grand trine is known as
a closed circuit grand trine three one hundred and twenty
degree aspects between three or more planets at the same

(29:58):
time and in water. A grand trine is extremely emotionally subjective.
So on one hand, that causes issues related to things
like immigrants through ICE's destructive actions, ones that resonate emotionally
with both those personally involved and for those of us
within the collective. On the other hand, however, it can

(30:21):
indicate the extreme emotional subjectivity, meaning closed off to the
emotion of others. Emotional subjectivity. How does it affect me?
If I don't have the capability for empathy, something that
Elon Musk thinks is a negative, then I can't feel

(30:43):
anything for other people. I can only feel things for myself.
So sometimes people with grand Water trines in their natal
charts tend to be very emotionally subjective and feel the
hurt themselves, but not necessary for others.

Speaker 4 (31:01):
It varies.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
It depends on the entire chart, of course, but that
is one possible possibility when we're looking at these kinds
of aspects. So if you're closed off to the emotions
of others and those who are, then those who've either
ordered or and those who've carried out such arrests and deportations,

(31:23):
they've done so because they believe they're above the law
Jupiter and can therefore dispense with legalities altogether, such as
due process. This is obviously the case also with someone
like Pete Hegseth, who also I would point out, has
a natal sun in Gemini in his seventh house opposite

(31:48):
Neptune is Sagittarius. His sun is close to this lunation,
or was close to this lunation, because the moon in
gem at thirteen degrees fell into his seventh house and
his son is in the seventh house at sixteen degrees
twenty seven minutes of Gemini, and the sun at this lunation.

Speaker 4 (32:13):
Was just into his first house.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
He has an eleven forty seven Sagittarius rising and with
the sun at thirteen oh four of Saje, it caught
his natal son in between there, and the natal son
is squared to Mars and also to Saturn, so we
can kind of see sun Neptune. I was wondering and

(32:42):
I looked this up, but I couldn't find any information
about it. Clearly, Pete hag Seth, based on all the
testimony that was given during his Senate hearing for confirmation
as the DoD secretary, is an alcoholic. Whether he's in
recovery now since he took over the Defense department, I
have no idea. It would not seem that way, but

(33:02):
I can't judge, right. But the son opposite Neptune is
generally someone who had a quote unquote missing father, and
this is according to psychological astrological interpretations. So whether his
father was missing literally because he died, because he left home,

(33:25):
because he traveled all the time, because he was in
the navy, you know, in a submarine for nine months
at a time. We don't know, but that's not what
his bio says. Or he was perhaps an alcoholic or
some other kind of addict. Now there are other things.
You could be a musician, you could be an artist.

(33:46):
You could just be someone who is emotionally elusive and
therefore not really in touch as a father figure for
your child.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
Right.

Speaker 2 (33:57):
Therefore, what happens is you can tend to not have
a strong role model for developing your own ego persona
as you come of age. But it's interesting to me
that he's got this t square because it's the Sun

(34:17):
opposite Neptune and they square. They're squared by Mars and
by Saturn, so we have a lot of Saturn and
Mars is a very frustrating aspect, as we just discussed.
I just dis discussed the square of Mars to Saturn,
but the conjunction is a hard aspect as well as

(34:38):
the opposition between these two, so it tends to make
you feel like you're always banging your head against the wall.
So a lack of interest perhaps, and I am totally
speculating here on the part of his father for whatever reason,
was extremely frustrating and then leads one to escape, and
clearly Pete Hegseth, based on all accounts, did so through alcohol.

(35:08):
So to get back to what I was saying, as
I think it's easy to see the build up of
frustration right now as we wax towards the Mars Saturn
square on Monday, December eighth, and this may well be
compounded when Neptune's retrograde period ends on December tenth, when

(35:29):
Neptune stations direct at twenty nine degrees in twenty.

Speaker 4 (35:33):
Two minutes of Pisces.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
That this occurs two days after the Mars Saturn square
and the same day that Mercury and Scorpio opposes Uranus
retrograde is interesting. Mars was also waxing toward a square
to Neptune still retrograde in Pisces, this at this lunation,
but this aspect won't perfect until December fourteenth, So between

(35:59):
now and then, frustration born of feeling discouraged, doubtful, or inadequate,
especially following this Mars Saturn square, may make us feel
exhausted again. Mars and Sagittarius wants to get a move on,
while Neptune retrograde in Pisces is still trying to sort
out whether getting up in the morning is actually worth it.

(36:22):
And according to Rob hand in his book Planets and Transit,
this Mars square neptune aspect denotes a good time for
meditative and mindful practices, especially because these may lead to
an alteration in our longer term goals.

Speaker 4 (36:38):
Quote.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
The insights you gain under this transit may very well
alter your goals, he writes. You may learn that a
course of action that you have been following has served
no real purpose at all, even in terms of ego gratification.
With this insight, you can adopt a more enlightened course
of action that may also be speartly superior. And I wrote,

(37:04):
somebody get Donald Trump an astrologer, pronto. I mean for
him to even come up to the level of not
superior but average spiritually would be a market improvement again
in my opinion. Now to refer back to this recentlu
Nations Square and the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act,

(37:26):
we know now that because DOJ Attorney General Pamboni Pondi
ordered this, the SDN Y the Southern District of New
York District Attorney J. Clayton to investigate Democrats on the
EPSTEIN list that the release of these files which were
just mandated at this Scorpio new Moon, that you they

(37:56):
will refuse to release the files while an investstigation is ongoing.
So these files will very highly likely be delayed beyond
the requested December nineteenth by the Epstein legislation signed into
law by Trump. So that is frustrating, right. Another frustration

(38:19):
related to this waxing Mars Saturn square occurred last night,
which is now while I'm recording this, just before I
began to record this podcast, which was the announcement that,
according to this NPR headline quote, Supreme Court lets Texas
use Jerry mannerd map that could give GOP five more
House seats, adding the Supreme Court has cleared the way

(38:43):
for a Texas congressional map that may help the GOP
win five more US House seats in the twenty twenty
six midterms. A lower court found the map is likely unconstitutional,
and the Boston Globe put it this way, which is
a little more clearly. They wrote, the Supreme Court is

(39:05):
allowing the challenge Texas congressional redistricting plan to be used
in next year's election, despite a lower court ruling that
the map likely discriminates on the basis of race.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
Endote.

Speaker 2 (39:18):
While a demoralizing disappointment for many of us, it may
well strengthen the argument in democratic blue states and circles
to continue to counteract these moves favorable to the GOP
and hence to Trump in next year's midterm elections. In
other words, as I like to say, it ain't over

(39:39):
till it's over. Also, remember the universe doesn't play favorites.
Also last evening, the Washington Post reported this grand jury
refuses to reindict Letitia James in mortgage fraud case. The
Trump administration has sought a new indictment in Virginia had

(39:59):
sought a new indictment in Virginia after a judge had
dismissed the case against the New York Attorney General last week.
While this is good news, the Post also reported quote
and an official familiar with the matter, who spoke on
the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to
speak publicly, said there should be no premature celebrations, implying

(40:23):
that the administration could try a third time to obtain
an indictment.

Speaker 4 (40:28):
So, like, what else is new? Right?

Speaker 2 (40:31):
So let's also Remember that this occurred on November twenty fourth,
as Venus and Scorpio waxed toward trines to both Jupiter
and Saturn retrograde on November twenty sixth, and just before
Saturn station direct in Pisces on November twenty seven. Now,
let's talk about Neptune, the planet of illusion, confusion, and dellusion,

(40:54):
which entered Ares on March thirtieth of this year, then
stationed retrograde at two degrees ten minutes of areas on
July seventh, and then move back into twenty nine degrees
Pisces on October twenty second, and is now about to
station direct next week on December tenth. It's during this

(41:14):
retrograde period that quote the powerful empathy between oneself and
those who are helpless is a mirror of one's own
inner helplessness. Youngie and astrologer Aaron Sullivan writes in her
book Retrograde Planets, Traversing the Inner Landscape. In other words,

(41:34):
quote one really hopes in the process of helping others
to help one's self. Sullivan explains to me, there is
a strong element of there but for the grace of
God go I as well as the oft quoted proverb
that advises walking a mile in someone else's shoes before

(41:55):
judging them. In Sullivan's explanation of the generic Neptune retrograde period,
and when we take into consideration the time span of
Neptune's retrograde period, which was accompanied fairly closely with Saturn
station retrograde on July thirteenth at one degree in fifty

(42:15):
six minutes ares and his subsequent station direct at twenty
five degrees and nine minutes of pisces on November twenty second,
twenty seventh, during which the two planets remained fairly close
in transit, we can see even more clearly now in
retrospect the dissolution of boundaries between the ego and the

(42:38):
unconscious in each of us individually, as well as within
the greater collective. All we need to do, at least
here in America is remember how this period led to
the passage in the US Congress of Trump's touted, Big
Beautiful Bill, signed into law last July fourth, which, in
addition to adding to the continued future financial inequality of

(43:03):
Americans by virtue of huge tax cuts for the rich,
resulted also in the huge increase in funding for the
Immigration and Customs Enforcement Group, a branch under as I
said before, the cabinet level Department of Homeland Security or DHS.

(43:23):
Because Neptune's retrograde backtracks over potentially sensitive degrees and it's
essentially gone over. It's essentially done that over the US
Sibley Natal Charts, which is from July fourth, seventeen seventy
six at five ten pm and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Neptuna has

(43:48):
gone over the ic the cusp of the fourth House,
which is at one degree and three minutes of areas.
This shows how quote, our perspective has altered completely during
this retrograde period, according to Sullivan, Inevitably, she says, the
ego may not be the source of true wisdom during

(44:11):
a Neptune transit, because primarily Neptune serves the deeper self,
the core essence of our nature, which ultimately quote unquote
knows what is meant to be born. Alternately, Alternatively, she says,
some of us may experience the darker side of Neptune's
retrograde period, which is when insecurity and malleability can render

(44:36):
one highly susceptible to manipulation and coercion. According to Sullivan,
and how if we look at what's actually been happening.
This corresponds to period where people have been disappeared from
the street, their homes, places of work, study, and worship.

Speaker 5 (44:55):
To name a few.

Speaker 2 (44:57):
We might recognize on this eve of Neptune station direct
that we can now see more clearly how quote one's
ego is softened and becomes less arrogant, assuming a more
humble role within the whole of oneself. As Sullivan writes,
I'm thinking perhaps this applies to someone like Georgia House

(45:20):
Representative Marjorie Taylor Green and her decision to resign from
Congress on January fourth in the new year, based at
least in part on threats she's received from pro Trump
maga folks, and in large part, I'm sure because by
then she'll be entitled to her lifetime congressional pension. Mercury,

(45:44):
now direct but still in scorpio reopposes Uranus retrograde and
Taurus again on December tenth as well, also, so let's
wait and see if yet another about face happens from
on high Mercury. Then try newly direct Neptune, and we
have a third quarter waning lunar square of the Virgo

(46:06):
moon to the Sagittarius sun and mercury enters re enters
Sagittarius on December eleventh. So the mercury uranus opposition feels
a bit to me like maybe since Trump's shockingly positive
embrace of New York City Mayor ale Zoran Mamdani in

(46:27):
the Oval Office on November twenty first, just after mercury
retrograde opposed uranus retrograde and the scorpio new moon on
November nineteenth and twentieth, that Trump might change his mind
and renounce Mam Danny or something like he's sending troops
into New York City, you know, something fun like that.

(46:47):
Or it could be about his favorite subject, tariffs, or
with mercury moving into Sagittarius until January one of twenty
twenty six. Perhaps it's his announcement this evening yesterday meaning
now while I'm talking to you, but tomorrow when you
hear this, it's yesterday, yesterday evening, that he's planning to

(47:09):
tour the country in December twenty twenty five to promote
his economic agenda. His first stop is in northeastern Pennsylvania
to highlight his economic policies and address inflation and He's
planning a wider tour across the country in the weeks
following his initial visit, aimed at building support for the

(47:31):
twenty twenty six mid timer elections. Perhaps Trump's other revelation
has been that the polls which show his declining support
among Americans are actually real, factual and accurate. As Neptune
begins to station direct, we can see right now in

(47:53):
Trump's chart that again, as in recording this the sun well,
the sun on December fourth, at the full moon lunation
was in his fourth house and is as well for

(48:14):
another two weeks or so, but that it's waxing into
an opposition to his natal seventeen degree fifty three minute
Gemini uranus. So as that is happening, I don't know
how many people are aware that. The other night he
apparently it was the cabinet meeting, which was I think

(48:37):
on Wednesday, but the night bepoorter into their early hours
of Wednesday morning, he sent out like one hundred and
fifty different truth social posts.

Speaker 1 (48:50):
You know.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
One of the things that I find pretty amazing is
how even though like psychologists and psychiatrists and stuff have
weighed in from afar on his mental capacity that or
mental health issues, and that so many people label him
as a narcissist, which I believe is probably accurate.

Speaker 4 (49:10):
That this guy is manic. I mean, first of all,
he doesn't sleep.

Speaker 2 (49:14):
He sleeps four or five hours a night, and because
of that, he was up to the wee hours of
the morning texting all kinds of weird stuff. And then
he fell asleep in the cabinet meeting. And that was
the one where Hegseth was defending himself against this bipartisan

(49:36):
investigation that was called for in Congress. So rob hand
and this is about the natal charts as the sun
opposing your natal transitting son. The general function of this
transit is to show you that you have not fully
considered certain elements of your interaction with the world. These
elements are related to parts of yourself that you have

(49:58):
not adequately expressed for Take heed of the restless feelings
within yourself and try to find out what it is
that you want. It doesn't matter whether or not as
practical to go after it. All you need to do
now is to determine what you want. Later you can
deal with the question of whether it is attainable. As

(50:20):
with other urin his sun contexts. If the energies involved
are not allowed conscious expression, they may come out through
accident prone behavior. But you know, the son of asit
Urinus always indicates that something sudden may happen, and in
the fourth to the tenth house, it might be related

(50:42):
to his family or to his career. And we know that,
you know, as all of the things that have come out,
also in terms of secrets, is a big portion of
that is how much his family has been He both
he and his family had become enriched since he started
his second term, right and a lot of that has

(51:04):
to do with cryptocurrency and the bribes that he's accepted
for the pardons, And there's a lot of murky information
about that. We don't have any proof, you know, where's
this money going. I was reading today also about Jared Kushner,
who of course is negotiating, was in Moscow negotiating with
Steve Wikoff with Putin over the Ukraine Putin war and

(51:29):
how I don't remember what publication was writing about it.

Speaker 4 (51:33):
But in addition to the.

Speaker 2 (51:35):
Two billion dollars that Kushner got from the Saudis and
Trump's first term after he left, he's getting twenty five
million dollars from them in terms of all kinds of deals.

Speaker 4 (51:51):
So it's just it's just bizarre. Okay.

Speaker 2 (51:56):
Before I sign off, the other thing I wanted to
mention about yesterday's Gemini. I'm sorry, Sagittarius full no Gemini.
Can you tell I'm getting tired?

Speaker 4 (52:09):
Is that this.

Speaker 2 (52:10):
Lunation squared the transiting mean nodal axis. So as the
lunation occurred at thirteen degrees in four minutes of Gemini,
where the moon was to sagetary the Sagittarius sun, it
squared the thirteen thirty six Virgo south node and the

(52:37):
Pisces north node. And if we look at the US
Sibly chart, it occurred in the seventh moon is in
the seventh just above the descendant and the sun in
the first just as I described Pete Hegsay's chart, and
square the south node in the ninth house and the
north node in the third house. I think some of

(53:01):
this indicates that this is a turning point, as we've
mentioned before, although I didn't harp on it this week,
I said that Trump is going out on his economic tour,
where first he discovered last week or the week before
the new word affordability and started talking it up, but

(53:21):
then didn't about face abruptly and decided that it was
a democratic con job the issue of affordability. But that
you know, many outlets have been reporting the polls saying
that his approval rating has dropped to the low thirty

(53:42):
eight percent, with the highest and probably the polls that
are most GOP oriented, to thirty six percent disapproval I'm
sorry approval rating, right, So this disapproval rating is in
the sixties. He goes out, You know, the question now,

(54:02):
of course, is what's going to happen. And we'll look
in future podcasts more closely at his chart and the
Sibly chart, But it seems to me that, you know,
we are going to be some change, seeing some changes.
This is an important lunation in terms of where it
falls in this America's natal chart. We also can see

(54:27):
that the the Grand trine is Jupiter in the eighth
house of joint resources and other people's money to Saturn
and Neptune in the third house. But Neptune, now that
it's going to station direct shortly, is going to move

(54:48):
back over into the fourth house. I have described this
before that psychologically speaking, when Neptune either rules the fourth
House Cusp, meaning it rules the fourth House, or is
in the fourth House or the fourth House Cusp is

(55:08):
in Pisces, which means.

Speaker 4 (55:10):
It's ruled by Neptune.

Speaker 2 (55:11):
If you're a modern astrologer, that it represents a weak father. Okay,
so we're looking at the chart of a nation, meaning
the father of the nation is weakened, and you know
Saturn will eventually catch up there and get into the
fourth House. So that conjunction in February I think it's

(55:34):
February twentieth of twenty twenty sixth of Saturn and Neptune
when they're back in aries will pre pretty indicative. I
think of a quote unquote week father who hides his
weakness through his iyre, which is something that we've already

(55:56):
witnessed because Trump has that Leo natal sendate which is
conjoined by mars in Leo and mars On. Someone's descendant
can often act like someone with a chip on their shoulder,
someone who does not take responsibility, for example, for their
own actions or their own crimes, and then claims to

(56:19):
be a victim of political prosecution. All right, well I'm
signing off now, so thank you. Again so much for
joining me. I do hope you found the information presented
here helpful as you continue your karmic evolution in this lifetime.
Please be sure to join me again next week on
December twelfth for another podcast. Until then, may your soul's

(56:43):
journey be filled with karmic healing and the joy of
greater consciousness. Namaste.

Speaker 1 (56:49):
Long add before this day's confusion, did again.

Speaker 2 (56:59):
Throughout the stars did we go?

Speaker 1 (57:02):
Wandering?

Speaker 3 (57:07):
Distance was no barrier, and time it had no hole.
Free to come and free.

Speaker 1 (57:21):
To joel.

Speaker 2 (57:24):
You.

Speaker 3 (57:25):
Free you come, and free to go.

Speaker 1 (57:31):
Open of the boat, bo, bo on the boot.
