Some astro transits are fleeting but all are part of a cycle—astrology is, after all, the study of cycles! The one that’s most prevalent right now is clearly represented by the repercussions of the recent Mars in Scorpio third quarter waning “crisis in consciousness” square to Pluto in Aquarius which perfected on September 24.
The repercussions triggered by this Mars/Pluto square are clearly upon us now, especially here in the U.S. Don’t forget that when you put Mars & Pluto together—whether its through aspects between the two or aspects between planets in their ruled signs of Aries & Scorpio—you can pretty much be assured the energies are going to be about one or more of the following subjects: money, power, control, secrets, sex, anger, &/or violence.
That’s why astrologer Rob Hand defines this square in his book “Planets In Transit” as a time that heralds “a serious conflict between individual energies & the energies of a group.” This becomes more obviously prevalent now because Pluto is in Uranus-ruled Aquarius, the sign of groups.
“Transit cycles involving Pluto have a strange way of producing total destruction of your own ends if you take illegitimate shortcuts,” Hand continues. However, “the consequences of your deceptive actions will not be apparent until the next time transiting Mars either conjoins or opposes Pluto.”
Hand is, of course, speaking of the transit of Mars to one’s natal Pluto. However, I have found his description of aspects between transiting planets often to be as accurate in energetic terms as a transit to a natal chart planet. At the least, he captures the essence of the potential manifestation of archetypal aspect combinations be they solely in the sky or affecting the natal.
And don’t forget astrologer Michael Lutin’s teaching that whenever an aspect in the sky echoes one in your individual chart, you will experience a “recurrence” of that energy.
I can pretty much guarantee that there are plenty of Mars/Pluto frictional aspects in the natal charts of sexual abuse victims, such as those trafficked by sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein, though there are likely other astrological indications specific to each as well.
Anybody recognize how a recurrence of Mars/Pluto energy entered the collective since a number of his victims spoke out about his abuse on the steps of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. recently? Regardless, since this Mars/Pluto square—which represents the waning third quarter “crisis in consciousness” portion of the Mars/Pluto synodic cycle which began with their conjunction at 0’46” AQ on Feb 14, 2024—we’ve seen numerous related incidents that reflect its energies pretty accurately.
“Incidents” that cannot be ignored here in America if we are to preserve our democratic system of three independent branches of government which are currently now being dissolved & destroyed under the U.S. Pluto return’s ongoing energies, along with that of the current Saturn/Neptune conjunction & its cycle in Aries.
Incidents such as U.S. president’s statement “I hate my enemies” at Charlie Kirk’s funeral, which clearly invites others to do the same. Incidents like governmentally-driven suppression of free speech & the decision by the CDC to recommend Covid vaccines ONLY to anyone over 65 or with a verifiable health issue.
And then there’s the agency’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) panel vote to restrict children’s access to a measles-mumps-rubella vaccine known as MMRV. The panel also postponed a vote on whether all newborns should get the hepatitis B shot.

take a look at what's happened since last week, since
clearly I believe there's a lot, particularly since the Virgo
new Moon's solar eclips which occurred on September twenty first,
when both Luminaries and Mercury oppose Saturn retrograde and Pisces

and Neptune retrograde in Ares. And let's note too that
Mercury and Virgo had already opposed Saturn retrograde on September
seventeenth and eighteenth, depending on your time zone, and then
moved into Libra and exact opposed Neptune later on that day. Now,
at the exact time of the solar eclipse on September

twenty first, both the moon and the Sun were at
twenty nine Virgo, and the Sun had already opposed Saturn
retrograde in Pisces at twenty eight degrees late on September
twentieth or early on the twenty first, again depending on
your time zone, and it was then the Sun was
then waxing toward an exact opposition to Neptune retrograde and Aries.

The Sun then moved into Libra at the vernal equinox
on September twenty second, and exact opposed Neptune at zero
degrees in forty eight minutes of Aris on September twenty third.
My point, well, let's look back to see how that
all played out, given that mercury opposite Saturn can make

us feel isolated, lonely, or just generally depressive, and mercury
opposite Neptune can manifest as mental confusion when it may
quote seem that so much material is coming into your
mind at once that you can't possibly make any sense
out of it. According to astrologer Rob Hann in his
book Planets, in transit, and it's not necessarily then an

aspect or aspects occurring several days before the Sun's exact
opposition to Saturn on September twenty and twenty first, and
a few days later his opposition to Neptune on September
twenty third. It's not that those aspects repercussions last that long, however,
It's that feeling lonely and depressed pretty much started on

September seventeenth, and it led us to us becoming quote
very conscious of the limitations opposed on you by circumstances
and other people, as we simul taneously waxed into a
state of considerable confusion and uncertainty. According to hann Ergo,
in the week leading up to the September twenty first

Virgo New Moon solar eclipse, we collectively experienced a lot
of depressive and confusing thoughts and emotions. Meanwh well, I
know I did. Meanwhile, it was on September twenty second,
just before the Sun entered liber that day and exact
opposed Neptune the next day, on the twenty third, that

Mars entered the Pluto ruled sign of Scorpio. Now I
talked a lot about that last week in terms of
its cycle, but I have more to say today about
some of the repercussions, as that aspect was waxing and
since it did perfect but also on September twenty third,
Mars Quincunx's Neptune, then at Quincunk's Uranus on September twenty fourth,

which allowed us to make adjustments to our feelings of isolation, depression,
and confusion, and by waking up and realizing we could
take action against those in authority who were eliciting such

of us in the collective again to wake up and
take action against those who were causing us depression and
confusion and such distress. And the way the collective mirrored
all of this back to us during this period, at

American broadcasting company ABC and its corporate parent, the Walt
Disney Company, suspended production of the late night talk show
host Jimmy Kimmel Live following criticism from conservatives and public

pressure from Trump administration officials over Jimmy Kimmel's monologue commentary
about President Trump and his supporters' reactions to the assassination
of conservative activists and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
According to Wikipedia and a host of other media site reports. Meanwhile,

the third quarter waxing exact square of Mars and Scorpio
to its ruler Pluto retrograde and Urinus ruled Aquarius on
September fourteenth illustrated how when passions are aroused Mars and
Scorpio it becomes easier to stand up to those attempting
to disempower us Pluto and Aquarius. Now, the September Virgo

us about the reason why. For example, Jimmy Kimmel did
not actually say anything negative about Charlie Kirk, but rather
he criticized those on the right who blamed his death
on a person who is yes, a murderer, and saying

that that person had a left wing political philosophy, when
at that time no one knew the exact facts. Yet
thus this ignited a backlash within the collective against attempts
to squelsh the right to free speech in this country,
a fundamental principle on which this nation's origin rests. Hence,
the Luminaries opposition to both Saturn and Neptune illustrated the

attempt to dissolve Neptune and individual's right to speak freely,
even if that speech criticizes those in power by blocking
such a right Saturn. The kicker, though, was the quote
unquote adjustment made when mars Quincung's Tyranous, which was aided

by the Sun's Triunsranus and Pluto, which manifested as a
quote unquote easy way for people to protest by simply
canceling their subscriptions to Disney and its streaming services. Now
let's remember too, that Pluto represents, among other things, wealth
and joint resources and that broadcast stations in the United

States such as ABC, NBC and CBS, the latter of
which had already canceled the Stephen Colbert Nighttime Show, which
takes effect next May, that these stations are owned by billionaires. Hence,
people protested by canceling their Disney subscriptions. As a way
to make their voices heard. They took proactive action Mars

surrounded by Money Scorpio, which was ruled by Pluto to
cancel and show their power in large numbers Pluto and Aquarius.
Now I've spoken ad nauseum previously about the fact that
we are in We in the US are still in
the throes of our Pluto return, and that since it

occurred in the second house of the US Natal Sibley chart,
that it represents, among other things, money and values and
the fact that mercury in cancer resides in the US.

the proof of that, I'm sorry, a large part of
the proof that the Pluto return energies are still ongoing
lies in the fact that we're watching the destruction of
the foundational structure of the United States government, which I
believe began with the January sixth violent insurrection at the

US Capitol. That so money have been asleep about the
major changes taking place since then has become obvious to
more people on a daily basis, especially since Donald Trump's
second term as president began in January of this year.
But what struck me as particularly ironic, and note that

Pluto's scorpio is known also for its sense of irony
and black humor, is how the issue of protecting the
US Constitution's right to free speech was ignited over the
censoring of a late night television talk show host and comedian.
I mean, on some level, in this nation founded on

the principles of capitalism, how ironic is it that large
numbers of people woke up to the violation of this
fundamental right to free spe speech only when ABC agreed
to take Jimmy Kimmel off the air indefinitely after pressure
by the government's FCC commissioned BRender Carr Brendan Carr on

September seventeenth, the day Mercury Exact post Saturn. I mean
due process, all right. I can live without that, you know,
for others, of course, not for me, but give me
my entertainment please. Now, the term indefinitely used by Disney

type indecision about a permanent suspension of Kimmel at that time. However,
by the time the sun entered Libre on September twenty second,

that several well known politicians, even right wing ones such
as Texas Senator Ted Kruz, who is an Ivy League
educated lawyer, enough celebrities who some of whom also canceled
upcoming Disney appearances, spoke out against censoring Kimmel. We also

know that upon Kimmel's return on September twenty third, that
six point six to two million people tuned in to
watch him on ABC or its affiliate stations, while twenty
six million folks watched on social media platforms, according to
Nicole Wallace's report on MSNBC Now, the message here is

now clear, which is that true economic power lies with
groups of individuals. As people began to object to the
government pressuring Disney owned ABC to take nighttime talk show
hosts and comedian Jimmy Kimmel off the air for criticizing
Trump and Trump's followers, even Magotype individuals ended up banding

together with liberals again, partnership even that between those of
who from formally opposite signs is most definitely a Libra thing.
And whether people realized they were acting as a group
or not or not as individuals who canceled their Disney whulse,

dreaming subscriptions and droves is so caused Disney's stock to
begin to tank. So we can now see how the

care about capitalism. Remember, however, that their audiences are shifting
now to social media platforms either to watch these shows
there in their entirety or simply in clips to me

Why because it will represent changes to how we communicate
and from where we get our information. Social media platforms
are clearly where people, especially those under i'd say between
forty and forty five, get most of their news these days,
as well as a whole lot of humor and in

some cases facts and in other's conspiracy driven miss and disinformation.
The change in valuing social media over TV and moving
towards streaming services and the Internet began already during Uranus
and Taurus, if not even before, and I'm thinking broadcast
television will lose more and more of its view lewership,

especially of these late night hosted shows, as time goes on,
and that what's happening now with Colbert and Kimmel is
merely a foreshadow of the handwriting on the wall of
what's yet to come. And this may prove particularly true
as ABC affiliate companies Next Star in Sinclair have decided
not to put Kimmel at least as of this date,

back on the air, limiting his broadcast audience by about
between twenty and twenty five percent, they say, But a
look at the numbers again bears out what I'm saying
in my opinion. Six and a quarter million people tuned
into Kimmel on ABC, that's on television, and yes, it
was actually his largest audience ever, while twenty six million

people watched him on social media platforms. So you see
what I'm saying. And this led us to the Mars quincuns,
t Uranus and Gemini. Excuse me on the third quarter
waiting square of Mars and Scorpio to Pluto and Aquarius

announcement on September twenty second by both Donald Trump and
his Health and Human Services Secretary RFK Junior, as the

and already debunked claims that thailanol causes autism and children
when taken by the mother during pregnancy. Sun Neptune frictional
aspects like the Mercury neptune frictional aspect the opposition can

a CDC advisory panel Oh, I think I'm repeating myself.

The CDC panel chose not to take a vote on
whether to recommend the shot for pregnant women, deferring the

decision to CDC officials. According to a member of the
Advisory committee, last Friday's recommendation aligns with the FDA and
their approval in August, which cleared the shots for people
sixty five and up in those with underlying health conditions,
But over the last few weeks, people in some states
have reported frustration and getting access to the shots as

pharmacies awaited official guidance from the CDC's Advisory com Committee. Now,
the decision by the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices,
known as the ACIP, comes after the panel moved last
Thursday to restrict access to a measles mump's rubella vaccine

known as MMRV. The panel also postponed a vote on

conflating them all, but what an interesting way to communicate
a political message, huh. In any case, The article continues
as investigators work to identify a motive in the shooting.
The FBI said in an update on September twenty fifth
that the evidence so far has revealed a high degree

of planning in the attack and a desire to instill
real terror in ICE agents. And that's despite the fact
that he hit three actual ICE detainees and no ICE agents. Meanwhile,
if you thought the Epstein sexual scandal case had disappeared,
rest assured its back. The new Arizona Democratic House member

was just recently voted in assures that she will vote
to release the Epstein files, that the vote will go
through in the House, according to the Hill publication yesterday

in both parties fighting to force the Trump administration to

release all the federal files on Jeffrey Epstein. Remember we're
talking now, mars Pluto, right, sex and money. I'm thinking, well,

It pales in comparison to the looming US government shutdown
that looks more than likely to happen if Congress can't
agree on a continuing resolution to keep the government open

at its current rate of funding. Now, the GOP wants
the budget extension to last until November twenty first, which
I know it has passed. The upcoming November fourth election
that might actually bring more Democrats into Congress and potentially
see two more Democratic governors elected in New Jersey and Virginia. Quote.

The House was initially scheduled to be in session this
upcoming Monday and Tuesday, which is next week on the
twenty ninth and thirtieth, but GOP leaders canceled those days
in order to put pressure on Democratic leaders to support
a Republican spending bill ahead of a Wednesday shutdown, meaning
next Wednesday, October first. The revision has pushed the House's

official return to October seventh, so there's not enough time
to go into all of the details. But at the
Mars Pluto Square, Trump announced that he refused to meet
with Congressional Democratic Minority leaders Senator Schumer and Representative Jeffreys,

Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbert's decision to revoke the security clearances

fifth as well, from the New York Times, quote Justice
Department official pushes prosecutors to investigate George Soros's foundation. More
than a half dozen US attorneys offices were told to

Democratic donor whom President Trump has demanded be thrown in jail. Now.
I don't know about you, but I find it particularly
ironic that Trump's attempt to blackmail US universities and colleges
in this country is based in large part on his
claim that they are anti Semitic. But then he doubles

down on one of the most anti semitic tropes of
the past several years, which is that George Soros, a
Jewish billionaire, is a criminal. It's like, good luck with
that pal, all right, So, oh my gosh, I barely
have time now to report this as well, which I
(44:45):
related to the Mars Pluto square or at which I
relate to the repercussions. And first there's a few things.
But first there's this from September twenty fifth as well.
There is it all from yesterday from the Associated Press
quote to pay two point five billion dollars to settle
FTC allegations it duped customers into enrolling in Prime. Amazon

you know anyway. And then there's this from the Washington
Post again from yesterday, the twenty fifth quote, Pete Hegseth
orders rare, urgent meeting of hundreds of generals and admirals
in Virginia without a stated reason, sewing alarm, the Pentagon

has summoned military officials from around the world for a
gathering in Virginia. The article says even top generals and
their staffs don't know the reason for the meeting quote.
The highly unusual directive was sent to virtually all of
the military's top commanders worldwide, according to more than a
dozen people familiar with the matter. The directive was issued

earlier this week as a government shutdown looms, and months
after heg Seth's team at the Pentagon announced plans to
undertake a sweeping consolidation of top military commands. There are
about eight hundred generals and admirals spread across the United
States and dozens of other countries and time zones. Heg

Seth's order, people familiar with the matter said, applies to
all senior officers with the rank of brigadier general or
above or their Navy equivalent, serving in command positions, and
their top enlisted advisors. Typically, these officers each oversee hundreds

I mean, I'm not a real paranoid person, but we
do have zoom now, I mean even lawyers and judges
conduct business by zoom. So why would you need to
bring every single military personnel above a certain rank who

would presumably be decision makers right back to one location,
and I think the location is Quantico, which is where
the CIA is right in Virginia. But I also want
to mention on the Mars Pluto side money that the
White House has instructed federal agencies to prepare for mass

firings of workers if a government shut down occurs next week,
which is a break from past practice of furloughs and
something that's drawn Democratic Democratic accusations that Trump is using
intimidation tactic in the spending standoff. In other words, some
of these people might, instead of being asked to work

during the government shutdown but not get paid and then
get paid later when the government opens again, get back pay,
they're threatening to not have them work at all, but
not pay them, or just outright fire them. And there's more.

are going to be initiative more so than perhaps immutable
or you know, air or whatever. The first thing I
noticed about this one, which has the moon at seven
degrees and five minutes of Capricorn square to the sun
at seven degrees and five minutes of Libra, is that
it creates tension between the Saturn ruled moon that emotionally
wants the Libra sun to be responsible and you know,

get off. It's what a bautism and both sides and
argumentative excuses for not acting like a grown up and
making a decision. But what makes this more noticeable, in
my opinion, is the formation of a cardinal t square
as the moon squares the sun and opposes hygienet in cancer.
So we all know at this point that the start

you again, I'm changing topics, but hyjia is health you
know about. It's not only that, you know, the one
thing is the government shut down and the loss of
health care services, because that's what the Democrats are fighting for.
That's what the Democrats are saying. They won't pass the
Republicans Continuing Resolution unlessen until they rescind what happened in

the big ugly bill where they where they are, you know,
reducing the amount of people who can get Medicaid or
Affordable Care Act insurance at discounted rates, among other things.
So knowing about that, we all know at this point
about the starvation happening in Israel in Gaza. No matter

how much this country wants to deny it, we know
that in addition to their not being enough food and
clean water, hospitals are still being attacked and there's no medication,
no anesthesia, and no way to treat patients in a
humane fashion. Plus there are still forty eight hostages, only
some of whom are believed to be alive, whose families

desperately want them returned. So this first quarter square highlights
the ricalcitrance too of originally unbending read non compromising Saturn
World Capricorn Moon in tension with the Venus ruled naturally
partnership and negotiation and compromise oriented Libre Sun. So I'm
giving you two different scenarios here, but basically I think

this one is more accurate. While the Sun is predisposed
to archetypally listen to both sides and understand each of
their arguments, then bring both parties together to negotiate and
come up with a compromised solution, the Capricorn Moon is
dug in and hell bent on not changing its orientation

to see things only its way and no one else's.
In other words, it wants to control something that Saturn
World Capricorn is pretty much known for. The Libra's Son,
for its part, favors some kind of a peace agreement,
temporary or otherwise, and views the Capricorn Moon's resistance to
even talking not only unconscionable but simply irresponsible. It's something

that that's something that Capricorn Moon refuses to acknowledge, at
least since the GOP majority in Congress passed again this big,
ugly bill will and pass it into law July third.
That increases the financial burden for healthcare or removes many
citizens from government sponsorship or their health care costs has

to the table to negotiate a ceasefire or a peace deal.
According to the Saturn rule of Capricorn moon, reducing the
overall federal budget deficit here is a priority, no matter
how many people suffer. It is not known for wanting
to coddle people or be soft hearted. As we wax

to Jupiter in cancer, however, we may well learn that
any sloppiness of the shut down proponents, assuming a shutdown
takes place by then, were short sighted and neglectful of
certain details. And that's because overlooking any details that don't

righteous tone that will alienate them and set them working

upcoming Monday and Tuesday, which is next week on the
twenty ninth and thirtieth, but GOP leaders canceled those days
in order to put pressure on Democratic leaders to support
a Republican spending bill ahead of a Wednesday shutdown, meaning
next Wednesday, October first. The revision has pushed the House's

official return to October seventh, so there's not enough time
to go into all of the details. But at the
Mars Pluto Square, Trump announced that he refused to meet

Democratic donor whom President Trump has demanded be thrown in jail. Now.
I don't know about you, but I find it particularly
ironic that Trump's attempt to blackmail US universities and colleges
in this country is based in large part on his
claim that they are anti Semitic. But then he doubles

down on one of the most anti semitic tropes of
the past several years, which is that George Soros, a
Jewish billionaire, is a criminal. It's like, good luck with
that pal, all right, So, oh my gosh, I barely
have time now to report this as well, which I
(44:45):
related to the Mars Pluto square or at which I
relate to the repercussions. And first there's a few things.
But first there's this from September twenty fifth as well.
There is it all from yesterday from the Associated Press
quote to pay two point five billion dollars to settle
FTC allegations it duped customers into enrolling in Prime. Amazon

you know anyway. And then there's this from the Washington
Post again from yesterday, the twenty fifth quote, Pete Hegseth
orders rare, urgent meeting of hundreds of generals and admirals
in Virginia without a stated reason, sewing alarm, the Pentagon

has summoned military officials from around the world for a
gathering in Virginia. The article says even top generals and
their staffs don't know the reason for the meeting quote.
The highly unusual directive was sent to virtually all of
the military's top commanders worldwide, according to more than a
dozen people familiar with the matter. The directive was issued

earlier this week as a government shutdown looms, and months
after heg Seth's team at the Pentagon announced plans to
undertake a sweeping consolidation of top military commands. There are
about eight hundred generals and admirals spread across the United
States and dozens of other countries and time zones. Heg

Seth's order, people familiar with the matter said, applies to
all senior officers with the rank of brigadier general or
above or their Navy equivalent, serving in command positions, and
their top enlisted advisors. Typically, these officers each oversee hundreds

hold staff positions. That seems like a good way to
leave these areas where these military officers are stationed open

I mean, I'm not a real paranoid person, but we
do have zoom now, I mean even lawyers and judges
conduct business by zoom. So why would you need to
bring every single military personnel above a certain rank who

would presumably be decision makers right back to one location,
and I think the location is Quantico, which is where
the CIA is right in Virginia. But I also want
to mention on the Mars Pluto side money that the
White House has instructed federal agencies to prepare for mass

firings of workers if a government shut down occurs next week,
which is a break from past practice of furloughs and
something that's drawn Democratic Democratic accusations that Trump is using
intimidation tactic in the spending standoff. In other words, some
of these people might, instead of being asked to work

during the government shutdown but not get paid and then
get paid later when the government opens again, get back pay,
they're threatening to not have them work at all, but
not pay them, or just outright fire them. And there's more.

degrees and five minutes of Capricorn square to the sun

wants the Libra sun to be responsible and you know,

get off. It's what a bautism and both sides and
argumentative excuses for not acting like a grown up and
making a decision. But what makes this more noticeable, in
my opinion, is the formation of a cardinal t square
as the moon squares the sun and opposes hygienet in cancer.
So we all know at this point that the start

know about. It's not only that, you know, the one
thing is the government shut down and the loss of
health care services, because that's what the Democrats are fighting for.
That's what the Democrats are saying. They won't pass the
Republicans Continuing Resolution unlessen until they rescind what happened in

the big ugly bill where they where they are, you know,
reducing the amount of people who can get Medicaid or
Affordable Care Act insurance at discounted rates, among other things.
So knowing about that, we all know at this point
about the starvation happening in Israel in Gaza. No matter

how much this country wants to deny it, we know
that in addition to their not being enough food and
clean water, hospitals are still being attacked and there's no medication,
no anesthesia, and no way to treat patients in a
humane fashion. Plus there are still forty eight hostages, only
some of whom are believed to be alive, whose families

desperately want them returned. So this first quarter square highlights
the ricalcitrance too of originally unbending read non compromising Saturn
World Capricorn Moon in tension with the Venus ruled naturally
partnership and negotiation and compromise oriented Libre Sun. So I'm
giving you two different scenarios here, but basically I think
(52:31):
this one is more accurate. While the Sun is predisposed
to archetypally listen to both sides and understand each of
their arguments, then bring both parties together to negotiate and
come up with a compromised solution, the Capricorn Moon is
dug in and hell bent on not changing its orientation

to see things only its way and no one else's.
In other words, it wants to control something that Saturn
World Capricorn is pretty much known for. The Libra's Son,
for its part, favors some kind of a peace agreement,
temporary or otherwise, and views the Capricorn Moon's resistance to
even talking not only unconscionable but simply irresponsible. It's something

that that's something that Capricorn Moon refuses to acknowledge, at
least since the GOP majority in Congress passed again this big,
ugly bill will and pass it into law July third.
That increases the financial burden for healthcare or removes many
citizens from government sponsorship or their health care costs has
already sent and in Israel they refuse to go back

to the table to negotiate a ceasefire or a peace deal.
According to the Saturn rule of Capricorn moon, reducing the
overall federal budget deficit here is a priority, no matter
how many people suffer. It is not known for wanting
to coddle people or be soft hearted. As we wax

any sloppiness of the shut down proponents, assuming a shutdown
