JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN for this & more Astro News You Can Use! @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking which drops today, December 19!
As we begin a new lunar month, we might ask why is it now that we need to dig more deeply into our innate understanding of what it is we know deep down is truly moral, ethical, & just? And why are we being asked to make adjustments to where we’ve let society’s values about morals & ethics trump those of own soul’s higher consciousness?
This week’s podcast begins with a review of last month’s Scorpio New Moon opposite Uranus in Taurus energy during its third quarter waning period, which brought to the surface the need for us to evolve our sense of values to bring them into accordance with the “real” world.
The shocking events—particularly those of this past week as this monthly lunar cycle waned—provided stark clarity & greater revelations that in order to evolve (read: survive) we must change our ways of thinking & acting. Or better yet, about how we must review our previous inaction on important topics.
That’s because we know now how the Mars/Neptune square from December 14 resulted in violence (Mars) based on distorted or fantastical thinking (Neptune.) The proof is evidenced by the horrific shootings December 13 & 14 at Brown University, the terrorist massacre at Sydney’s Bondi Beach, Australia, celebration on the first night of Hannukah, & the patricide & matricide murders of Rob & Michele Reiner by a son with mental health issues.
It couldn’t be clearer that the issues of both gun violence & mental health & addiction—particularly in America—has been too long ignored. And that our society needed these sudden, shockingly horrific events to awaken us to the need for change.
This is especially true given that gun violence in schools has gone on so long that two Brown University students had been victims of school shootings before. The secret revealed this past month is that we can no longer ignore these horrific events as a society here in America & do nothing.
MARS ENTERED CAPRICORN, SUN SQUARED SATURN=BLOCKAGES
Since Mars entered Capricorn December 14/15, depending on your time zone, & the Sun squared Saturn December 16, we’ve also experienced blockages. President Trump’s blockade of sanctioned Venezuelan oil tankers, which in turn led to Venezuelan President Maduro ordering that naval vessels accompany these tankers is just one example.
By then we also learned that a terrorist plot planned for New Year’s Eve had been thwarted, as “federal authorities announced the arrests of four alleged members of an extremist group who are suspected of planning coordinated bombing attacks on New Year’s Eve across Southern California.”
We also learned by December 18, that there would be no extension by Congress of the Affordable Care Act (ACE) subsidies before they expire on December 31. House Speaker Mike Johnson effectively blocked that from happening & has ensured that millions will lose their healthcare coverage very, very soon.
And, last but not least, there’s the release of Trump’s chief of staff Susie Wile’s interview with Vanity Fair Magazine, which revealed another secret: She is not your typical chief of staff who advises a president & stands firm in their convictions about what’s right or wrong. Rather she’s an enable who describes Trump as having an “alcoholics personality.”
Having grown up with an alcoholic father, Wiles knows one when she sees one. This podcast looks at her natal chart & the explanation for how she became more of an enabler than one who can guide the president to do the right thing (read: moral, ethical, & just) for his citizens instead of allowing him to know no bounds in his personal vendetta for retribution against his perceived enemies.
On the level of consciousness, this article leads us to understand—along with Trump’s December 17 address to the nation--that we may now, at this Sagittarius New Moon, want to adjust our concept of what’s morally & ethically acceptable in our society now.
SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON & WINTER SOLSTICE: HOPE FOR A BETTER FUTURE BASED ON CHANGE
As we experience the Sagittarius New Moon at 28’24” of this Jupiter-ruled sign on December 19—representative of higher knowledge, philosophy, foreign travel, higher education, law/politics & our judicial system—we now get to place it in a larger context.
Given that the November 19/20 Scorpio New Moon opposed Uranus in Taurus, which foretold of the revelations discussed above, we now know the Sagittarius Moon--in quincunx (150-degree aspect) to Uranus in Taurus--asks us now to adjust how we value our relationships based on last month’s revelations.
In other words, as we ponder what’s been happening—not only this past month, but this past year—do we believe our laws, politics, & judicial system here in

Hello everyone, and welcome to Karmic Evolutions astrologically speaking podcast.
I'm your host, Sherry Horne Hassan of Karmaic Evolution Astrology,
and I'm coming to you on December nineteenth from Karmaicevolution
dot com or any of your favorite podcast stations. First,
my usual quick reminder that this podcast aims to bring

(01:22):
you the truth about astrology and your soul's karmic evolution,
and that a new podcast drops every Friday, usually at
eleven am Pacific and two pm Eastern and on most
major on my site and or most major podcast platforms.
So before we get into this week's astro news, you

(01:44):
can use let me reiterate once again my motto or
mantra as it pertains to my perspective about the importance
of gaining astrological insight into our lives and our world,
and that is as follows. My belief is the universe
is benign. It has no vested interest in making any

(02:04):
of us suffer. Rather, it provides us with opportunities every
moment of every day to grow in consciousness. It's simply
up to us to recognize such moments, and when we don't,
the universe doesn't just give up. It tries again and
again and again. That's what growth and consciousness is all about.

(02:25):
It's often as the transits and progressions to our natal
charts planets become active and prevalent that we have these
moments of realization, these revelations, or these understandings on a
much deeper level about what it's all about and what
it is that we have been incarnated here for in

(02:52):
terms of our soul's mission or soul's greatest purpose. So
in any case, this is a large reason why I
continue to offer my discounted seventy five minute Karmic Evolution
Natal Insight reading to those who are interested in again
gaining greater insight into why you're here and what issues,

(03:14):
habits and behaviors may still plague you from the past.
So whether these are behavioral patterns that you've been conditioned
to exhibit, so whether they stem from earlier in this
lifetime and or from past lives. Assuming you believe in
past life karma, my mission is to help you better

(03:36):
understand through the lens of my archetypal, psychological and evolutionary
training and practice by using your natal chart as your guide. Now,
many people don't realize that they're simply repeating conditioned habitual
behaviors from the past. But the real question to ask,

(03:56):
and that this kind of reading can answer, is what's
the origin of these repeated conditioned behaviors? How did they
become conditioned? Which it really essentially means their habits that
we enact unconsciously. So I have found that many of
my clients have found that the reasons for such behaviors

(04:19):
are often surprising to them, and that's because they can
relate to events, circumstances, including sometimes even from issues when
the person was preverbal, that are usually quite revealing. So,
if again, you're interested in accessing this seventy five minute

(04:42):
discounted Karmic Evolution Natal Insight reading, which I offered to
podcast listeners only for one hundred and twenty five dollars,
please send me an email at Sherry Shrii at karmaevolution

(05:04):
and or to answer any other questions you might have
about it that I haven't mentioned here. So, if you're
an astrology enthusiast or astrology student looking to move from
chaos to clarity about your relationships, your career, your finances,
or your health, or you simply want to learn, as
I said, about your soul's true mission in this lifetime,

(05:26):
this is the reading for you. And as I'd like
to say, consciousness has never been so easy or so affordable.
Just shoot me an email at Sherry Scher at karmigevolution

Speaker 2 (05:39):
And we'll talk.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
All right, So onto this week's astro news you can use.
We are currently still in the waning dark in the
moon balsamic phase until the Sagittary's new moon occurs later
today on December nineteenth, at five forty three pm Pacific
and eight forty three pm Eastern time, and that means

(06:04):
that we're still finishing up the Scorpio new moon monthly
lunar cycle, which began November nineteenth and twentieth, depending on
your time zone, that at that time opposed Uranus retrograde
at the twenty nine degree Torus pleiades point, which has
a lot to do with blindness. So let's look back

(06:25):
on what's been revealed to us this past week before
we enter tonight's new monthly lunar phase. If you go
back to my past podcast last week, the week before,
we talked about what's been revealed since that new moon,
and so this is, you know, a gradation of that
as we're coming to the end of this monthly cycle. Now,

(06:49):
as I said, much about what's been revealed has already
been mentioned on past podcasts. However, since December eleventh, third
quarter crisis and consciousness waning monthly lunar square of the
Virgo moon to the Sagittarius sun, which asked for details,

(07:09):
just give us details, not the big picture details, the
second boat strike in the Caribbean on September second, We
want to see the video so we can access and
discern the details, and that day of September eleventh, entrance
of Mercury into Sagittarius. So since then we've experienced some

(07:31):
undeniably new shocking events, and what shocked us most seems
to have occurred as Mars and Sagittarius waxed into a
quincunx to Uranus and Taurus on December thirteenth, meaning an
adjustment was necessary, and then squared Neptune and Pisces by
the morning of December fourteenth here in the US. Now,

(07:55):
as I mentioned previously, I believe Mars and Sagittarius is
an energy that may no bounds, while Neptune in Pisces,
newly direct since December tenth, can be at its worst delusional.
These aspects in the sky undoubtedly created the energies for
a rough week, starting with last Saturday's December thirteenth shootings

(08:18):
at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, that killed two
people and injured nine. There was also the killing of
three US military personnel in Palmyra, Syria, on December thirteenth.
As per of the New York Times, the headline, which
read US soldiers and translator killed in Syria are identified.

(08:40):
The shooting attacks struck Iowa National Guard troops. Two were killed,
along with an American civilian interpreter. Three others were wounded,
and the article goes on. The two Iowa National Guard
soldiers who were killed by a gunman in Syria on
Saturday were Sergeant William Nathaniel Howard and Sergeant Edgar Bryan Torres.
Are the Guards said in a statement on Monday. The

(09:04):
gunmen also killed an American civilian contractor who was working
as an interpreter, identified by his family as Ayad Sakat.
Three more Iowa National Guard soldiers were injured in the attack,
two of them seriously enough to require evacuation. All the
soldiers involved were assigned to one hundred and thirteenth Cavalry

(09:24):
Regiment as part of the thirty fourth Infantry Division end quote.
And this was followed by Sunday, December fourteenth terrorist shooting
at Bondi Beach near Sydney, Australia, while hundreds were gathered
to celebrate the first Night of Hanuka. It's now been
reported that the father and son duo comprised the two

(09:47):
gunmen who shot at the crowd, killing fifteen people, including
a ten year old child and an eighty three year
old Holocaust survivor. Now I learned when researching this that,
according to the Australia Minister for Foreign Affairs website and
here I quote, about twenty seven thousand Holocaust survivors settled

(10:08):
in Australia after World War Two, making Australia one of
the most favored destinations for survivors, and Australia therefore has
the highest number of Holocaust survivors per capita outside of Israel,
eighty four percent of whom live in Melbourne, Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
And since this tragic act of violence, quote, police and

(10:32):
Australian intelligence agencies declared it an Islamic state linked terrorist incident,
according to Wikipedia, which adds numerous world leaders news outlets,
and Australian authorities declared that the shooting was motivated by
anti Semitism. And by December fifteenth, well, let me stop

(10:54):
for a second and mentioned that, you know, before Tune
was discovered in the eighteen hundreds, the issue of spirituality
and the issue of religion was formerly associated with Jupiter,
and that Jupiter rules the sign of Sagittarius. So when

(11:18):
Mars in Jupiter ruled Sagittarius, which as I said, doesn't
like boundaries, is square to Neptune, which represents in modern
day the higher esoteric level of spirituality, which kind of
you know, is related also to religion for some or
in doctrinated religion. That this was part of the theme

(11:42):
in that particular shooting. But again by December fifteenth, as
the Mars Neptune Square was still close but separating. We
learned that Rob Reiner, actor, comedian, director, and son of
the famous writer, actor, comedian, and director Carl Reiner, had
been murdered along with his wife and photographer and producer

(12:05):
Michelle Singer Reiner, in their Brentwood, California home, late on
December fourteenth, also late that evening or early on December fifteenth,
depending on your time zone, after Mars had entered Saturn
ruled Capricorn. It was reported in The New York Times
on December fifteenth, quote Rob Reiner's son arrested after his

(12:27):
parents were found dead. Nick Reiner, the thirty two year
old son of filmmaker Rob Reiner, is in custody after
the apparent homicide of his parents end.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
Now.

Speaker 4 (12:39):
Most of us know now that Nick Reiner suffered from
drug addictions since the age of fourteen, had been to
numerous rehabs, and had been homeless numerous times. Many of
us know, too, that Rob Reiner and his son, Nick
collaborated on the twenty fifteen film Being Charlie, which was
inspired by Nick's history of drug addiction. Reiner directed the

(13:02):
family drama starring Carrie al Elways and Nick Robinson as
father and son, while Nick co wrote the screenplay with
matt Ellisophon. The murder of his parents and This is
Me Talking, known in ancient Greece as both patricide and matricide,
leaves Nick Renner potentially facing life in prison at the

(13:25):
least and possibly the death penalty at the worst, though
California has put a moratorium on the death penalty in
recent years. The prosecutor in the case has announced he'll
be charged or Nick Reiner will be charged with special
circumstances relating to the fact that multiple victims were killed,

(13:45):
but also that the family's wishes will be consulted as
the case goes on. So taking martial action read violent action,
including shootings, of course, but also stabbing for reasons based
on delusional or perhaps wishful thinking seemed to be what
manifested as this Mars Neptune square energy waxed, perfected, and

(14:13):
then separated. Now I say wishful thinking because it's possible
that such terrorist actions at both Brown University and in Sydney,
Australia were born of believing, again delusionally, either that those
responsible for the murderer's actions were guilty of some perceived sin,

(14:34):
or that they were in some way responsible for the
killer's pain and suffering, and that removing them would make
the perpetrator's lives or the world in general a better place.
That is fantastical thinking. In the case of Nick Reiner,
clearly mental health issues clouded and distorted his perceptions Following

(14:55):
a now well documented heated argument with his father, Rob
Reiner at a holiday party at Conan O'Brien's home the
night of the murders, and Nick Reiner was asked to leave.
And I'm not quite clear, but I'm not sure if
that's what sparked the heated argument that many of the
guests overheard, but it was reported that he had been

(15:16):
asking the guests at the party bizarre questions like who
are you? And are you famous? And things like that,
and that his parents, particularly Rob Reiner, were embarrassed by this,
and I guess they ended up in a shouting match
and he ended up leaving. But on a symbolic level,
this particularly heinous murder of a well known Hollywood comedian

(15:40):
and director, along with his wife and longtime political advocates
for children and equal rights, brought to my mind the
thought that comedy is dead. My second thought was that
we're in an era now where nobody can take a joke.
So there was also this on December fifteenth, related to
potential violence from the Associated Press quote. Federal authorities announced

(16:04):
the arrests of four alleged members of an extremist group
who are suspected of planning coordinated bombings I'm sorry, bombing
attacks on New Year's Eve across southern California. The article
goes on. The suspects were arrested last week in Lucerne Valley,
a desert city east of Los Angeles, where they were
suspected of preparing to test improvised explosive devices ahead of

(16:29):
the planned bombings. According to the federal criminal complaint filed
last Saturday, they are members of an offshoot of a
pro Palestinian group dubbed the Turtle Island Liberation Front. The
complaint said, here we have the religious you know connotation again,
and the article goes on again. They each face charges

(16:50):
including conspiracy and possession of a destructive device. Court documents
show the group is alleged to have been plotting to
set off a series of bombings at multiple targets in
California beginning on New Year's Eve, and also planned to
target immigration and customs enforcement agents and vehicles, according to

(17:10):
Attorney General Pambondi on a social media post. Now, perhaps
the waxing Sagittarius Sun Pisces Saturn square, which perfected the
next day on December sixteenth, slowed, read, blocked, or thwarted

(17:30):
this plan from becoming a reality. The speaking of blocked,
there was this on December seventeenth from the Washington Post.
Quote Trump announced his complete blockade of sanctioned oil tankers
to Venezuela. President Trump on Tuesday ordered a quote total
and complete blockade of all sanctioned oil tankers entering or

(17:51):
leaving Venezuela, a dramatic escalation in his month's long pressure
campaign against the government of Nicholas President Nicholas Maduro. Such
a blockade, which the President announced on truth social would
likely devastate Venezuela as already struggling economy, which depends on
overseas oil sales. He also declared the Venezuelan regime of

(18:14):
foreign terrorist organization again according to the Washington Post. And
then there was this on December eighteenth from Just Security,
which puts out a newsletter and it was quoting the
New York Times, and I quote. The US House of
Representatives yesterday voted two hundred and sixteen to two hundred

(18:35):
and ten against a resolution that would remove US armed
forces from hostilities with any presidentially designated terrorist organization in
the Western Hemisphere unless authorized by Congress.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
The House also voted two.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
Hundred and thirteen to two hundred eleven against a resolution
directing the President to ask Congress Congress for authorization to
use military force before engaging in hostilities within or against Venezuela.
End to quote now. The difficult Sun Saturn Square also

(19:15):
jibes with the publication on December sixteenth of the Vanity
Fair magazine article titled Susie Wiles jd Vance and the
Junkyard Door Junkyard Dogs the White House Chief of Staff
on Trump's second term. And it's labeled as part one
of part two. Now, you could google this article and
you can read part one for free. Part two is

(19:37):
only available, I believe if you take a subscription to
Vanity Fair, which I did not, but I did read this,
so it's very interesting. And it's the article itself, and
many of you may already know this because it's not
new news today, but based on a series of eleven
interviews almost over almost as many months with Trump's chief
of Staff, Susie Wiles, vealed through several comments what now

(20:02):
appears to be one of the quote unquote secrets foretold
in this Scorpio.

Speaker 2 (20:07):
New moon lunar cycle.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
As per Vanity Fair, Wiles is quoted as having said that,
regarding the US military campaign against alleged drug boats in
the Caribbean, President Trump quote wants to keep on blowing
boats up until Meduro cries uncle. This quote highlights the
pressure Wiles said Trump intended to put on Nicholas Maduro,

(20:30):
the president of Venezuela, part of his longer term goal.
That's the president's longer term goal, to get Meduro to
step down. This contrasted with the White House's public stance
at the time, which insisted the attacks were strictly designed
to mitigate the flow of drugs into the US. And
I'll mention later, we're heading towards the sun and the

(20:52):
moon at this low nation later tonight and tomorrow to Neptune.
And you know, you could see why there might be
a contrast between one sets of people's comments and another.
But it's interesting to note that by December eighteenth, The

(21:13):
New York Times reported that quote, several ships sailed from
Venezuela toward Asia with a Venezuelan naval escort between Tuesday
evening and Wednesday morning. Three sources said Venezuelan President Nicholas
Maduro has ordered his navy to escort ships carrying petroleum
products from port, risking a confrontation with the United States

(21:35):
at sea. A US official said Washington was aware of
the naval escorts and was considering various courses of action. Meanwhile,
New York Times op ed columnist Jamel Bouie put it
best in terms of what Susie Wiles's comments to Vanity
Fair revealed with stark clarity in my opinion, when he

(21:57):
wrote on December seventeenth, in and a piece titled the
White House is a lost Cause the following quote, there
is a presidency at work in Washington, but it is
not clear that there is a president at work in
the Oval office. Ask Donald Trump about the goings on
of his administration, and there is a good chance he'll

(22:17):
defer to a deputy rather than answer the question. I
don't know her, he said, when asked about his nominee
for Surgeon General, Casey means this year, I listen to
the recommendation of Bobby, he said, pointing to Robert K. F.
Kennedy Junior, the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Ask
Trump for insight into why his administration made a choice,

(22:40):
or to explain a particular decision, and he'll be at
a loss for words. Ask him to comment on a scandal,
He'll plead ignorance. I know nothing about it, Trump said
last week when asked about the latest tranch of photographs
released from the estate of Jeffrey Jeffrey Epstein. None of
this on his own means the President isn't working or

(23:01):
paying attention to the duties of his office. But consider
the rest of the evidence.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
This is J.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
JM. L. Bowie still writing. He is, by most accounts,
isolated from the outside world. He does not travel the
country and rarely meets with ordinary Americans outside the White House.
He has shuttled from one Trump resort to another to
play golf and hold court with donors, supporters, and hangers on.
He is uninterested in anyone except his most devoted fans,

(23:32):
and would rather collect gifts from foreign businessmen than take
the reins of his administration, so endote. So that feels
to me like the waxing energy of December twentieth, waxing
square of as I mentioned before, the moon and the
sun to Neptune in Pisces sage moon and sun, which

(23:54):
will be prevalent at tonight's December nineteenth Sagittarius new moon.
Now I get more into that in a moment, but
first let's revisit the Vanity Fair article where Wiles is
quoted as saying that Trump has an alcoholics personality. According
to Vanity Fair, and here I quote, Wiles' childhood had

(24:14):
prepared her for difficult men. She was raised in Stamford,
Connecticut and Saddle River, New Jersey, the only daughter and
eldest of three siblings. It was her famous father, Pat
Sommerol who put Wiles on a path to the pinnacle
of political power. Samarol had been a kicker for the
New York Giants and afterward parlayed his knowledge and mollifluous

(24:39):
baritone into fame and fortune as the quote voice of
the NFL at her father's knee, Vanity Fair goes on,
Susie Samral became a football afficicionado, rattling off win loss
records and players. Starts like a miniature John Madden an ability,
She says. Trump's quote the president, it turns out, is

(25:03):
a junkie of that and is like a statistical savant,
she said, And I remember a lot of it. And
the article goes on. Sumarow was an absentee father and
an alcoholic, and Wiles helped her mother's stage interventions to
get him into treatment. Somemarole was sober for twenty one
years before his death in twenty thirteen. Quote Alcoholism does

(25:27):
bad things to relationships, and so it was with my
dad and.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Me, Wiles said. And that's a little vague.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
If you ask me. But she goes on and she says,
some clinical psychologist that knows one million times more than
I do will dispute what I'm going to.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
Say, She told Vanity Fair.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
But high functioning alcoholics, or alcoholics in general, their personalities
are exaggerated when they drink. And so I'm a little
bit of an expert in big personalities. Wiles said, Trump
has an alcoholics personality and that he quote operates with
a view that there's nothing he can't do. Nothing zero nothing.

(26:07):
So those who listened to this podcast regularly know that
last week I noted that the progressed son in Pisces
is in the third house in the US Natal Sibley chart,
squaring our natal seventh house, Mars in Gemini, which Natalie
squares our well, our squares our natal ninth house, Neptune

(26:28):
and Virgo. And I spoke then about the Monroe doctrine
and how it had been mentioned in the news with
the national security strategy that was revealed last week. But
now I want to explain how the leader the son
in Neptune ruled Pisces in the third house of communication
correlates to something I mentioned last week. I believe too,

(26:51):
which is a weak father who, instead of speaking directly,
rambles incoherently about all matter of subjects, leaving listeners confounded, confused,
or believing he's you now really not okay? So let's
pause for a minute and review Wiles's natal chart, for
which unfortunately we have no time of birth. However, we

(27:15):
do know that she was born on May fourteenth, nineteen
fifty seven, in Lake City, Florida, and with that info
we can glean that she has a twenty three degree
thirty six minute Taurus's son conjunct a nineteen degree thirty
seven minute Taurus south node, and that both are square

(27:35):
to Pluto at twenty seven degrees and fifty five minutes
of leo. Now this spells a powerful father who may
prove challenging in there that can be in that there
can be a my way or the highway energy inherent
in this relationship. We also don't know her exact moon sign,
because when we set the chart for noon, she'd have

(27:58):
a three degree and thirteen minute such Terrius moon. But
if she was born between midnight and six thirteen am
on May fourteenth of nineteen fifty seven, at that location,
she could have a late degree Scorpio moon. So even
without moving her moon back from Sagittarius to Scorpio, however,

(28:19):
we know she's got a T square from her moon
because it's opposite her Taurus son. Even though in saget
would be out of sign, not out of sign, but
well yeah, out of sign.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
It would be her. It would be a.

Speaker 4 (28:33):
Sagittari's moon opposite a trust sun or a Scorpio moon
opposite of Taurres's sun, which makes more sense right, But
both the sun and I'm sorry. Both the moon and
the sun would be square to her Pluto and late Leo.

(28:54):
Now a scorpio moon simply makes that t square a
tighter one either way. However, she can aim into this
lifetime with a powerful energy that says she likely had
to deal with a powerful, domineering father. Now her mother
has a role to play here too, But based on
the fact that they both reportedly attempted to get the

(29:14):
father into rehab and were eventually successful, we might assume
that Susie learned early on mostly to appease read enable
her father rather than to confront him again. To hark
back to Jamel Bowie's New York Times recent op ed,
Trump is disengaged and sleep walking through his second presidency,

(29:39):
and it's his enablers in the former in the form
of people like his chief of staff Susie Wiles, who
let him do his thing, even when Wiles says she's
tried to convince him otherwise, because she'd ultimately rather appease
than argue. As noted, again, think about how many times,

(29:59):
and we don't oh how many, but it's presumably quite
a few that she and her mother tried to convince
her father to give up alcohol, going to rehab or whatever.
Now we don't know her ascend it, and therefore any
of her house rulerships. So as far far as her
father being an alcoholic, we do know that Venus in

(30:23):
her chart is at one degree in thirty one minutes
of Gemini, and that it quincunxes makes one hundred and
fifty degree angle to her natal Neptune retrograde at zero
degrees and thirty seven minutes of Scorpio. Now, frictional aspects
between Venus and Neptune are often manifested by those who
carry quote what I call romantic notions or wishful thinking

(30:46):
kind of fantasies, and who, when they repress their own
addiction to such romanticism, read to that happily ever after,
forever and ever kind of fantasy, project their repressed energy
out outward and attract addicts to them. Hence her training

(31:08):
to enable rather than fight with her father, and the
mutual attraction between her and Trump, who she says has
an alcoholics personality, but who's a teetotaler who likewise represses
his own addictive tendencies and attracts to him alcoholics such
as those he's put into positions of power like DoD

(31:30):
secretary Peter Pete Hegseeth and his former alliance with Rudy
Giuliani and Corey Lewandowski one of his advisors, etc. So
you know, these are pretty telling signs in my mind.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Of course, if we get her.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
Birthtime, we'll have more exact information about her chart, but
you know, we'll see what happens. Anon, another two pieces
of news related I think at least in part to
two things. The sun square to Saturn on the sixteenth
and the upcoming moon and sun squares just after the

(32:15):
Was it after Yeah, it's just after the moon squares Neptune,
just after the Sagittarius new moon tonight, and the sun
perfects its exact square tomorrow in the morning, regardless of
your time zone. So I just wanted to not neglect

(32:39):
to entionin mention that, according to Aaron Parnas, is the
Parness perspective. On ye December seventeenth, two days ago, Quote
USA Today is reporting that the Trump administration is moving
to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado,
labeling it a hub of quote climate alarmism and planning

(33:02):
to eliminate or relocate programs that deems woke while preserving
core weather modeling functions. So again, the reason that I
am saying Sun square Saturn is blocking or you know,
ending something and the moon and Sun square Neptune at disalumination.

(33:26):
It's based on non factual information, right, So it says
planning to eliminate or real cope relocate programs that deems
woke while preserving core weather modeling functions. The piece goes
on the move, which shutter key facilities, threaten hundreds of

(33:47):
research jobs, and mark a major escalation in Trump's broader
effort to roll back federal climate science, drawing sharp criticism
from scientists who call NCAR, which is the National Center
for Atmospheric Research, a cornerstone of US weather and climate search.
And on the same day, the organization Midas Touch reported

(34:11):
quote according again, this is Sun square Saturn. According to
recent ipsos and CNN pulling, Trump's approval rating has been
underwater every single day since March twelfth, totaling two hundred
and eighty.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
One consecutive days.

Speaker 4 (34:28):
He is now deeply negative on every major issue, immigration,
foreign policy, trade, the economy, and especially as handling of
the Epstein case. On that issue alone, his net approval
is negative twenty nine points. The data Midas touch says
speaks for itself end quote, And I wanted to mention, well,

(34:52):
of course, there was the evening of December seventeenth.

Speaker 2 (34:56):
The fact that these.

Speaker 4 (34:59):
Dropping pull numbers made Trump's address to the nation that
evening all the more remarkable for its rapid fire, angry
sounding Biden's responsible for everything bad, living in the past,
even though Biden's been out of office for nearly a year.
That Trump's rant was filled also with statistical inaccuracies and

(35:22):
outright lies. Now that's the sun square and the Moon's
square Neptune. To say that he's out of touch with
reality would be an understatement at this point. After all,
a president with an alcoholic personality isn't really all there
is he And we also just had a new trunch

(35:42):
of photographs photo photography related to Neptune and Pisces released
on December eighteenth. Related to the Jeffrey Epstein stuff. I'm
not quite sure as I record this if there's more coming,
because the deadlines set by the Epstein Transparency Act a

(36:04):
month ago means that they was supposed to release the
government was supposed to release or the DOJ all of
its files on Jeffrey Epstein by tomorrow, December nineteenth, so
that may have occurred, or it may not by the
time you listen to this podcast tomorrow, because again it's
now late afternoon early evening on December eighteenth. While I

(36:27):
record this now, both luminaries can join tonight at twenty
eight degrees and twenty five minutes of Sagittarius as I
mentioned before at five forty three pm Pacific Time in
eight forty three pm Eastern Time on December nineteenth, and
shortly before this, both both the sun and the moon,

(36:50):
as I just mentioned Quincunk's Urinus retrograde at twenty eight
degrees and eighteen minutes of Taurus harold that while we
should plant seeds that put us in greater touch with
our soul's true wisdom about what is just moral and ethical,

(37:12):
that some kind of adjustment is necessary for us to
grow in consciousness about this particular topic.

Speaker 2 (37:18):
So the moon.

Speaker 4 (37:19):
Squares Neptune just following this lunation tonight, and the Sun
follows suit as I just said on December twentieth, and
will be followed by Venus and Sagittarius a square to
Saturn impisices late on the twentieth or early the twenty first,
depending on your time zone. Now, the former the moon
and the sun square to Neptune may distort and or

(37:43):
confuse us as to what it is we really believe
is moral and just within ourselves and the collective. Now
that energy has been waxing, right. So on the evening
of December seventeenth, when we listen to Donald Trump's out
of Touch with Reality, you know, addressed to the Nation,

(38:05):
which thankfully I listened to it. But thankfully it wasn't
that long. It didn't seem to involve too much of
the weave, so and he seemed to stick to the teleprompter,
which was a good thing. He was probably pretty much
ordered to do so, not that he would have actually
obeyed those orders, who knows, but anyway, I digress. So

(38:31):
Congress is reportedly either out of session already by late
afternoon or early evening on the ninth on the eighteenth,
or definitely by tomorrow, where as you're listening to this
on the nineteenth, the Senate I think, is still scheduled
to be in session until early next week. But I'm

(38:52):
not positive about that. But Congress the House will come
back on January third, but they leave the affordable care
healthcare subsidies to expire for millions of Americans on January first.
And there is also the matter of the as yet unresolved,
therefore currently looming governments shut down possible to happen again

(39:16):
shut down REDEU when Congress returns, since the last day
to pass a fiscal twenty twenty six budget runs out
on January thirtieth. Now, it doesn't help that Series and
HYGIEA are still in square aspect to each other, as
they've been for a while now. Series, which I consider

(39:36):
the god of sustenance nurturing, including literal food and metaphorical faith,
is in aries and that combination is what I call
angry nurturing, while such as the Republicans in Congress, particularly
the House, not believing that Americans should be able to

(40:01):
access reasonably priced healthcare or that they should be entitled
to healthcare for all. While Hyjiya, which is the goddess
asteroid of health and the prevention of bad health in cancer,
wants a healthy family, particularly it's children. We know it also,
and I don't have the specifics on this but some

(40:23):
of you may have seen in the news last few
days there is a growing measles outbreak. I have forgotten
what state, but they are trying to contain it now.
And many of the people who are getting sick obviously
have not been vaccinated for their MMR, momps, mebles and
what is it? I forgot mons, moms, measles and rubella. Okay,

(40:48):
thank you, Sherry.

Speaker 2 (40:49):
All right.

Speaker 4 (40:50):
So whether weather this square continues to hold up the
healthcare subsidies vote as we wax towards the end of
January remains to be seen. But as outlined above, it
doesn't look auspicious that this will be. While I didn't
do that, I cut out some of what I was
going to say. There's some energies that don't really make

(41:10):
it look auspicious that this will be a harmonious time
of bipartisan agreements. One other piece of news I just
want to mention that happened on the seventeenth, which I
think is related also to both the squares to Saturn
by the sun end to Neptune, is the announcement that

(41:32):
Dan Bongino, the assistant deputy to FBI Director Cash Bettel,
is stepping down come January, according to the NPR News.
And that's interesting because some of us may remember the
video of him on Fox five News.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
Well it's Fox.

Speaker 4 (41:50):
Five here where I live, several months ago, not sure
how long ago, where he was complaining because he comes in,
it's seven thirty, and he doesn't leave until seven, and
he doesn't get to see his wife, and it's it's
hard work, and he and recently he was quoted as
saying that he used to be a podcaster and he

(42:12):
was paid for doing that to give his opinion. But
since he's been with the FBI, he has to deal
with facts. So you know, there's a guy who clearly
maybe isn't really fit for a job where he deals
only with facts and not with conspiracy theory opinions. But

(42:33):
in any case, I wanted to mention some of this
which is out of punch Bowl News yesterday on December eighteenth,
which is about the ACA subsidy extensions or lack thereof,
And they put it this way, Mike Johnson's healthcare episode
was a debacle for the House Republican leadership. They don't

(42:55):
mean his personal health care episode, they mean the legislation,
and they say that there is no other way to
put it. Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick or a Republican from Pennsylvania,
Ryan mackenzie, Republican from Pennsylvania, Rob Bresnahan, Republican from Pennsylvania,
and Mike Lawler, a Republican from New York not only
signed a discharge petition to force a vote on a

(43:17):
three year extension of the enhanced OBAMACAM Obamacare ACA premium subsidies.
They signed House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffrey's discharge petition. They
sided with the Democratic leader who will spend tens of
millions of dollars to defeat the House GOP majority next
year and become speaker himself. The result, the House will

(43:40):
be forced to vote in January on these subsidies, something
that's wildly unpopular in the broader House Republican conference. Again,
I mentioned the squares at this lunation because it's part
of the seed planting time of this kind of distortion.
But also I'll get into it in a moment, the
kind of disappointment and fatigue and things that we feel

(44:02):
around these things not happening that are going to benefit
so many people, including ourselves or people we love. But
the article goes on party leadership is supposed to protect
their members from bad votes. The GOP leadership didn't successfully
do that here. Johnson and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise
argue that they tried to assuage Fitzpatrick's group. They say

(44:25):
that most of the Five Families, the different ideological factions
of the House GOP, were on board with the Republican
leadership's plan to offset the Obamacare subsidies and insert High
Amendment protections in exchange for a floor vote. Part of
that deal would have also canceled out Fitzpatrick's discharge petition

(44:46):
and another bipartisan one, but they didn't accept the deal. Now,
the High Amendment has to do with not allowing the
federal government to pay for abortions.

Speaker 2 (44:57):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (44:58):
But the other thing I want to point out here
too before I run out of time, is that I
come from staten All in New York, which during the
time that I grew up in the sixties and the
seventies and the eighties was the home of the mafia,
and even before that. The reference to the five families
used here in this punch Bowl News report just made

(45:21):
me laugh hysterically because he's referring to these different ideological
factions within the House.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
GOP as though they are mafia like.

Speaker 4 (45:32):
Apparently this is something that isn't coming from punch Bowl,
is coming from the label that other legislators give in Congress,
give this these ideological factions. But it just cracked me up.
I mean, really, it's like they're going to go to
the Mets and there's going to be a mafia war

(45:54):
over these subsidies when they come back, you know. But anyway,
so you know, a lot of this has to do
with the big beautiful bill that was passed in July.
I talked about that last week, and Punchballl News just
also includes it also didn't help that Johnson kept the
House out of session for fifty four days during the

(46:17):
longest forty three day government shutdown, if your call. He
kept them out of sessions so that he didn't have
to swear in the new Arizona representative. I can't say
her name without the spelling in front of me, but
because she would have been the two hundred and in
fact eventually was the two hundred and eighteenth vote for

(46:40):
the Epstein Transparency Files Act. And this Punchbowl News report says, well,
many House Republicans were supportive of the move at the
time they returned to Washington as free agents, more focused
on saving their own political careers than caring what leadership wanted.
So the thing is that this just fits into a

(47:03):
lot of what the media is saying, whether they're mainstream
media or whether they are more independent media sites. They
seem to be more in agreement obviously in the dependent
but you see it in the mainstream media as well,
that the Republicans that Trump is losing his grip on
Republicans as he loses his grip on his sanity. Okay,

(47:25):
we disregard that is getting late anyway. Meanwhile, at this lunation,
Venus and Juno read the wife or partner in Sagittaris,
are also conjoined to both Luminaries and Queencong's to Jupiter
retrograde at twenty two cancer as Mercury and Sagittarius forms

(47:46):
the apex of a T square to the transiting nodal axis. Now,
the former denotes that an adjustment to our sense of
values is necessary, further feeding into the aforementioned quest to
plant seeds that lead us to a stronger sense of
what we all believe in our heart. Of hearts to
be timelessly moral and just, regardless of what society says

(48:10):
at any given point in history. So the Sun Neptune
square on December twenty it tells us again, as I
sort of mentioned, that we may feel weary, lethargic, discouraged,
but that the way to counteract this is to take
the high road through mindful and meditative activities. Now, if not,
we may fall into that trap of distorted or wishful

(48:31):
thinking that also was part of that Mars Neptune and
the Sun Neptune I'm sorry, not well the Sun Neptune previously,
but a while back square. So while that now the
one that's at the lunation, sorry tomorrow. While that square
proved to manifest as violence Mars based on distorted thinking

(48:52):
Neptune not only in the US, but globally, you know,
based on what I mentioned, and I didn't mention even
you know, we talked about Venezuela, We talked about the
issues I mentioned early on related to the Mars Neptune Square.
I didn't mention any other atrocities committed by rebels and
military factions in places like Gaza or Ukraine or Sudan

(49:15):
or other nations, but it's easy to see how feelings
of hopeless or helplessness are the result as we wax
towards the sun's exact square to Neptune tomorrow on December twentieth.

Speaker 2 (49:26):
And this would also prove true based.

Speaker 4 (49:29):
On Congressional inaction related to healthcare now that Congress has
gone home for the holiday season or will be without,
you know, without doing anything. So the key is not
too quote get discouraged by the gap between your ideals
and reality, astrologer Rob Hand advises in his Planets and

(49:50):
Transit book. In other words, spend time thinking about what
is realistically manifestival in the future, and not unpie in
the sky notions that have little to know possibility of
becoming concretely manifestival now. The Venus Saturn square puts us
in the mindset of having to take a cold, hard

(50:11):
look at our relationships while simultaneously judging whether they are
worth the effort or not.

Speaker 2 (50:17):
Quote. It is necessary to separate.

Speaker 4 (50:19):
Yourself from the illusions that run through even the best
relationship and to look at that which is really their
Hand advises. It pays also to remember that we are
all only human and not to be too judgmental or
dissatisfied with quote people who do not live up to
a rigorous and rigid standard. He adds, However, given the

(50:43):
current context of politics in the United States, you know,
do we want to continue to have a relationship with
someone who's out to lunch or you know, or his sycophants,
or do we want to trade that in eventually for
somebody new. But also taken as part of this lunation's message,

(51:04):
I believe that the growing dissatisfaction with our political leaders
and their seeming coldness the sun Saturn square as we
review their disregard for people's emotional well being Jupiter retrograde
in cancer is part of where we need to adjust
our values. That means we should be judging those in
power who don't seem to care about their citizens based

(51:26):
on what are our true moral and ethical beliefs about
what they should be.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
Doing to protect us.

Speaker 4 (51:34):
So I don't really think I have to mention whether
or not most of you listening believe it's moral and
ethical to round up people who've been vilified through unproven
accusations and then deny due process and the ability to
prove their innocence. Nor do I have to mention the
war I'm sorry, the warlike actions against foreign nationals and

(51:55):
international waters in defiance of international and US maritime laws
like that, which is really simply the tip of the
iceberg right now. So it stands to reason that these
are prevalent energies leading to such prevalent topics right now.
Given that Jupiter retrograde is also square to wounded healer
Chaiwan and dwarf planet, goddess of chaos and discord eras

(52:19):
both in ares at this lunation. Again, this poses tension
between what some may believe to be morally right and
ethically just if it causes chaos and wounding to many.
Jupiter's square to Chiron alone is it can manifest as
a loss of faith right, a woundedness to our sense

(52:40):
of faith. And while the luminaries are squaring Neptune, even
if it's in the short term, we can see how
you know, the end of this Congress year can leave
us feeling rather debilitated, right, But also president It's lunation
is Mercury and Sagittarius waxing multiple square to the transiting

(53:03):
nodal axis, which perfects either December twentieth or the twenty first,
depending on whether you're using the mean or true nodes.
And December twenty first, they're very close together right now,
so it's irrelevant. But December twenty first brings us the
sun's entrance into Capricorn at the winter solstice, which happens
to be the shortest day of the year, meaning the

(53:24):
least light in the northern hemisphere. And here's what Celeste
Teal says in her book Lunar Nodes Discover Discover your
soul's karmic mission about transiting Mercury Square to the transiting
nodal axis, which she likens to the energy of Mercury's
passage over the South node, which is to say, less

(53:45):
fortunate than is transit over the North node. Quote wrapping
up of business matters with logistics to handle sounds like
the end of the congressional year. Here is members adjourned
for the year today tomorrow, right, she adds, quote News,
information or communications tend to present challenges, so like just

(54:07):
ask Susie Wiles, or give a listen to Trump's national
address from December seventeenth, or look again the impasse in
Congress on healthcare.

Speaker 2 (54:17):
And also, as I said.

Speaker 4 (54:19):
Before this tranch of new photos and potentially more information
released tomorrow on the Epstein debacle, and Tiel continues, quote
the past is somehow significant. There's a need to resolve
or update something from the past. All right again, given
that four GOP House members of this week signed onto

(54:40):
a petition by Democrats to demand a vote on extending
the ACA healthcare subsidies, but that vote won't occur until
Congress returns from its holiday recess, more more likely after
January third, after these subsidies have expired. And as I
said before, millions of Americans will be hit with hire
and in many cases on affordable healthcare insurance costs. I'd

(55:02):
say need might be an understatement. Quote data coming in
and the present circumstances may allow you to unload or
purge an old idea. According to tel Well, we had
data saying that the inflation rate went down, but yet more,
I just read yesterday that mortgage rates are still going up.
You know, economics is a complex subject unless you're well

(55:25):
schooled in it, which I'm not going to say I am.
I only have a son who majored in economics, but
I don't get too much. He's a lawyer now, I
get more information about law than economics. But anyway, I'm
laughing because you know, I love him, but sometimes it's
hard to have an economic conversation with him. A lot

(55:46):
of it in his days was seemed to surround colonialism,
which if you have someone who's in college now or
studying that kind of stuff, it's more prevalent with this
younger generation at gen Z and the next one rather
then like you know, stuff that goes back to canes
and things like that, anyone Adam Smith. But anyway, Teal

(56:09):
also says, while nerves become frazzled by errors and schedules,
travel related upsets, dealing with agents, et cetera. And that
sounds to me like a heads up to those of
you who are planning to travel this coming week for
the holidays. But finally, Teal writes, quote young people play
a significant role frustrations felt in the matters of the

(56:30):
house ruled by Mercury. Well, given the time of year,
young people usually do play a significant role during Hanugah
and Christmas now or just the holiday season in general.
It's Kwanza too. Perhaps this relates to the fact that
even though inflation, like I said, came in a little
bit lower at two point seven percent on December eighteenth,
compared to its previous three percent level, according to the Bureau.

Speaker 2 (56:53):
Of Labor Statistics.

Speaker 4 (56:54):
But they still haven't caught up since the government shut down,
so nothing that they put out is necessarily a hundred
percent accurate. Many may have less disposable income to spend
on presents this year, maybe only two or three dollars
instead of thirty seven, as Donald Trump put it recently,
which brings us, you know, to the winter solstice, and

(57:19):
the sun will be in Capricorn for the next month,
as I mentioned. And really as we move ahead, you know,
we've really got not all that much going on. I mean,
Venus is also going to square Neptune on December twenty third,
which is a whole lot of wishful thinking, right before

(57:39):
Christmas Eve the next day. It's late on the twenty
third and early on the twenty fourth, and then she
enters Capricorn, thus also reigniting her square to Saturn. Right,
you see, Saturn and Neptune are traveling so close together
that a fast moving planet is going to square one
and then the other. So this is like a ping

(58:01):
pong thing down the line. But Anyway, I've got to
sign off now because I'm over time, and I thank
everyone for listening, and I hope you've found the information
presented here helpful, and please be sure to join me
again next week. I may take vacation next week and

(58:22):
the week after. I am not sure yet. I am
thinking I might pre record early a podcast episode where
I look at some of the natal charts because one
of the things that I love to talk about is
Uranus while it's retrograding back into Taurus and hitting already

(58:42):
the pleiad's point and coming within a.

Speaker 2 (58:45):
Degree of the.

Speaker 4 (58:49):
Algahol fixed or algo at twenty six and a half Taurus.
And I just mentioned Susie Wild's chart. I'd like to
look at Pete Hegg's that's chart obviously, Donald Trump, Christy
no Home, who they say is on her way out,
and a few others you know, well JD Vance maybe, but.

Speaker 2 (59:05):
Or Elon Musk.

Speaker 4 (59:06):
But there's a few others I have in mind to
see whether where and how this particular Urinus transit may
affect their charts, and whether it does foretell a fall
from grace.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
So we shall see.

Speaker 4 (59:23):
I mean it said that that issue is more magnified
in Trump's chart because Urinus transiting. Uriness has also been
square to his ascendant, his Mars, his ascendant, and his
fixed star at birth, Regulus, which I spoke about, I've
spoken about numerous times recently. Anyway, all right, listen, Happy Hanukah, everybody,

(59:44):
Merry Christmas, happy Kwanza, and just happy holidays in general.
And I wish you all a lot of love and
a lot of time off and relaxation during this period.
Thank you all my stay.

Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Long ago before this days confusion did be again.

Speaker 2 (01:00:10):
Throughout the stars.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
Did we go wandering.

Speaker 3 (01:00:18):
Distance was no barrier, and time it had no hole.
Free to come and free to you. Free you come,

(01:00:39):
and free to go.

Speaker 1 (01:00:43):
Open of the boat, the book on the Boat.
