(00:20):
ever our content ge was live, but in today's video we are going over
general track strategy, how to approachthe slate from a DFS perspective, and
my top five favorite plays on theslate. Now please keep mindless video.
It's being quite a pre qualifying whichis very important at a track like this
because place differential is basically the nameof the game, so some my thoughts
and opinions on these drivers could verywell end up changing with you want those
(00:42):
most up to date thoughts, opinions, analysis projections, you can find those
over on stochastic dot com, whichis going to be linked down below,
and if you are a first timeuser over on the site from a code
score can get you fifty percent offyour first week. But anyway, as
far as how we should approach theslate from a DFS perspective, place differential
at these kind of track types ortypical the name of the game. Although
sometimes Talladega is not as chaotic asDaytona, so stack the back maybe not
(01:06):
being complete full effect. Now,place deferential is still going to be the
main part of your lineup. ButI am fine with kind of creeping more
towards the front of the field insome tournament builds, just to get a
little bit different. Like if there'sa driver starting in twelve that I think
has the potential to win this race, I am fine with plugging them in
some lineups. I've also seen someguys getting close to the top five that
also were in the offer if theyhave and delete some laps and when the
(01:27):
race, so you have to accountfor that in tournaments. But for the
most part, you are focusing onplace deferential just because there's so much variance
and chaos with these kind of tracktypes, that's usually the best route to
go, all right, So movingonto the picks. He we'll start with
number five and again guys. Thisis really dependent on qualifying, but just
look at some of the numbers here. There's the guys that do stand out
as of right now, no matterwhere they start. So Eric Jones sixty
(01:48):
seven hundred dollars on DraftKings, sixtyeight hundred bucks over on fandals, some
of the overall best numbers of Talladegaover the past few seasons. He's actually
averaging the most Fantasy points per race, whether it be on traffickings or fandel
has the best average finish of ninepoint two, one of the best running
positions, one of the best driveratings, two top fives, five top
tens the past six races. EricJones has always been a good superspeey driver.
(02:10):
Now I will say his team hashad absolutely zero speeds so far this
year, but this is actually oneof the tracks that they can perform well.
So I'm assuming they're gonna have totry to push it here because they
know this is one of their onlyshots to be able to get a win
and advance to the playoffs. Andmoving on the number four, we're looking
at Michael mcdown here from Front RowMotorsports. Sixty inter bucks on draft kings,
fifty five hundred dollars over on FandelA lot. What I can say
(02:32):
about Eric Jones can be applied hereto Michael mcdowas and the overall best numbers
of talent Dega actually the past fewseasons, averaging these second most points per
race. Here in these second orthird most FanDuel points, average finish of
fourteen point two doesn't run as wellnear the front as Eric Jones does typically,
but he has been able to getgood finishes, two top fives,
(02:53):
three top tens, and overall avery good superspee ray driver. And like
I said, they're not gonna winat a regular track more than likely,
so this is one of those trackswhere they can punch their ticket to the
playoffs. And moving in the numberthree, we have an oddly cheap Kyle
Bush this week at eight one hundredbucks on draftings ninety five hundred dollars over
on Fandel. While I realized thatthe finishes aren't there for Kyle Busch these
(03:14):
track types, especially Talladega, recently, with an average finish for twenty one
point two, he's still is oneof the best average running positions in the
field, which means he's running tothe front more than most drivers here.
The problem is he only has onetop fifty the show for at the past
six races. And it's kind ofthe same old story for Kyle Busch,
where he's typically running up front ofthese track types but then just ends up
getting caught in the mess at theend, which sometimes that's no fold of
(03:36):
his own. And if you're lookingat this year, I won't talk about
Atlanta, but if we're looking atthe twenty five hundred, probably should have
won their race before la caution cameout. Then he ends up getting wrecked
and finishing I forget exactly where hefinished, but he was at the front
and honestly probably should have won thatrace. And then in the dual race
leading into the twenty five hundred,he was winning his duel and then ends
up getting screwed as well wrecked out. So same old story for Kyle Bush.
(03:58):
But if he can just keep itclean here, I love this price
point on both sites and he shouldbe a contender. And before we get
into our next pick, I haveto mention these sponsor they show Prize Pix,
because they do make these videos possibleand as of right now, for

slash million right. So moving backover to the picks here at number two,
we're going with Bradkisoski, the driverof the former number two car,
now with number six with r Fokay. He comes in at ninety two
hundred dollars on Draft Kings ten fiveover on fan, though I personally have
(05:05):
some action on him winning this race. He looks super strong at Atlanta,
and he's a super strong at everysingle super race, and Talladega is the
track that Koslowski it's pretty good atHe's one here four times here recently actually
in the past six races. Hedoesn't have a win under his belt.
He's gonna be up front, he'sgonna be continuing to leading some laps and
it typically works well with some ofthe Team Penske drivers like Ryan Blaney and
(05:28):
Joey Logano, who I'm assuming you'regonna have some of the best cars in
the field because Ford looks super strongin the last Super Serio race, which
was at Atlanta, So Bratkislowski here, he's got good track history, great
super Serio driver. Can he tendto cost some trouble, but you just
kind of have to hope he's puttingother drivers and not himself at that point.
And finally moving on to a numberone playoff for the gig of five
hundred at Talladega super Speedway, prettytough. There's lots of good drivers here
(05:50):
that I could contend for the win. And there's a reason all the odds
are kind of jumped together up top. I mean, there's a favorite in
Joey Logano, but they're all veryclose. Matter all this team at Ryan
Blaney ten thousand, three hundred buckson Draft Kings, thirteen five over on
fan though he's a multi time winnerhere at Talladega, has one here in
the past six races, and overall, for looking at his numbers, they're
(06:11):
pretty good. I would say he'sprobably the best driver in the field recently
at Talladega, the best running position, the best driver rating, has the
second best average finish only behind EricJones, some of the most Fantasy points
per race, and the most Dominatorpoints, and overall just a very good
plate racer. So Ryan Blaney, while there's a lot of good drivers up
here, he is the one Iam gonna be targeting as of right now.
But let's just say Joey Logano startstwenty spots further back over Blaney.
(06:35):
I'm gonna side with Joey, butthat's gonna be TBT as of right now.
Those to recap at number five,we have Eric Jones number four,
Michael mcdown number three, Kyle Bushnumber two, Bred Kasowski number one,
Ryan Blaney. But that's all Igot for you guys this week. I
hope you didn't join. If hedid, maketually you're like down below,
sub scy Lehane if you haven't getdone so. If you have any questions,
comments, concerns, he lives downbelow to be more than happy to
(06:57):
