The End of an Episode: My Struggle with Depression

Hey everyone! In this episode, we are talking about something big... Mental Health. Recently I have had a very real battle with my own mental health and it has allowed me to really open up and see what I have dealt with throughout my life and the things that I need to start doing differently. It has also allowed me to reevaluate my self-worth, my friendships, and my overall view of things in my life. I hope that you all can take something from this episode and listen to it as many times as needed so you know that you are not alone in your journey. This one took me some time to record but I wanted it to be as real and in the moment as possible.

 My journey is far from over but doing this has allowed me to heal a part of me that I didn’t know was hurting. I love you all and you are not alone!
