(00:01):
So Jack Alexander, you you asked, well, was it incompetence or was
it corruption that Hillary Clinton didn't getprosecuted. I'd say it's a little both.
Well, no, let me backtrack. It's a portion of incompetence,
the bulk of which is hid hiddenby corruption. That's what I'd have to

(00:26):
say in answer to you. Maybeusually I normally phrase it as criminal incompetence.
Oh god, damn criminal collusion. You know, considering every one of
those things that were listed in thatmusical parody comes with a five year prison

(00:49):
term and a fine of twenty thousanddollars if you want to lay them all
out, Hillary Clinton would have atleast two or three life sentences stacked ender
end for just the email server stuffand the fact that she was prosecuted.

(01:12):
But to this day bothers me consideringthere was a general who, for the
life of me, I cannot rememberwho it was, accidentally let his mistress
use his laptop and got sacked overit and pled guilty to many of the
same charges that Hillary Clinton should havebeen brought up on just because he let

(01:36):
his girlfriend use his laptop, whichwas a secured government machine. So this
is the sort of stuff that justdoesn't It just doesn't gel out when you
look at it. You know, equal enforcement under the law. Yeah,
and what universe. Man, it'sfunny you should bring that up. I

(02:02):
made mention of this originally. NowComy admitted, we're kind of digging in
the weeds here, but you haveto dig in the weeds a little bit
before you announced the new information thatwas exhumed late last week. Now,
Comy, let's go back. Comeyadmits that Clinton lied, but there's a

(02:27):
difference that we won't know precisely becausethere was no oath and no recording.
Here's what people primarily don't know aboutthe FBI unless it just changed. The
FBI doesn't record their interviews. Lawenforcement agencies all around the US almost all

(02:54):
of them record their interviews, butthe FBI does. Well, Okay,
you can lie publicly all you want, if people are sufficiently stupid to believe
it, like much of the electorateand the American media maggots are a doltish
enough, but you should not lieto the FBI. Well, my guess

(03:16):
is that Hillary Clinton came relatively cleanin three and a half hours. And
that's why I believe this, thatshe was not placed under oath and the
interview was not recorded. Why thingslike that make it easier to dispute later

(03:39):
when politically necessary. There's no recordand it is not completely official, As
the church lady would have said, how convenient. I don't know, okay.
I would imagine that there's a statuteto limitations on some of these crimes,

(04:00):
hopefully not hopefully like murderer. Yeah, there's no statute de limitations on
that. But the fact still remainsthe crimes were committed. We know the
email server was created. We knowthat information so sensitive that agents had to

(04:23):
be specially vetted to even examine it. You know, information so sensitive that
the majority of the five hundred andthirty five members of the US Congress and
the President doesn't have access to thatinformation freely. You know that that was
transferred over. These were crimes thatwere committed. Whether she was interviewed under

(04:47):
oath or recorded or not, itstill doesn't change the fact that those particular
felonious events have happened. It isfact, it has been proven. Isn't
that grounds to at least get thebitch indited. You're dealing with a legacy

(05:15):
with people that have political power suchthat even today is relatively staggering. Now,
I said since July no January oftwenty seventeen, five years ago.
Five years ago, I said thatwhat we're witnessing in the United States of

(05:35):
America is a soft coup against apresidential nominee, a president elect, and
a sitting president. Back then,I was told that I was a tinfoil
hat wearing conspiracist, particularly particularly withregard to saying that it's a soft coup

(05:59):
against a sitting president, because bythe time Trump got in, Oh,
that wasn't happening. They were aware, Oh that that just that couldn't be.
That couldn't be occurring. Well, yes it was, and it turns
out that it was. Here's whatwe're discovering. These people involved are dirty

(06:26):
to the bone, and up untilthat time, because I used to work
for the FBI a really long timeago and decided the Federal Law Enforcement Service
was not for me. Worked forthe FBI, was a sworn US Marshal,
and then started working for other agencieshere in California and retired in twenty

(06:47):
sixteen, forty one years. SoI'm not stupid, and I am fairly
well educated, and I know agood portion about the law, not only
just California penal codes, about theUSC as well the United States Code.

(07:08):
James Comy came in July, Iforget what day it was, and lied
to me. He lied to mebecause I know he lied. He didn't
think that anyone was going to callhim on it. As I have said
time and time again, here thereare two kinds of crimes as written by

(07:30):
statute. There are crimes of generalintent and those of specific intent. Go
back to that briefing. Comy statedthat Hillary Rodham Clinton had to have possessed
a very specific intent to commit hercrimes, and that is what, in

(07:58):
his estimation, mandated essentially that henot go after her except two huge exceptions,
except that the US codes applicable arenot those of specific intent. Now,
how can you tell when a crimeis that of general intent or specific

(08:24):
intent. It's very simple, becausesomewhere in that law will you will find
the phrase with the intent too. That's how a crime of specific intent it
is. That's how it's it's crafted. And again go back, I remember

(08:50):
this stuff. Even more disturbing,Attorney General Loretta Lynch didn't recuse herself from
the final decision on whether or notto prosecute the case, nor did she
give it that decision to a careerprosecutor at the Department of Justice. She

(09:11):
just prejudged the case by supposedly acceptingblindly accepting the FBI's recommendation. Duh,
of course she would. The fixwas in and Comy was predestined to take
whatever fall occurred, if it occurredat all, and it didn't really no

(09:37):
consequences for him. But here's theother deal. The job of a law
enforcement agency is not to recommend ornot recommend prosecution. The job of a
law enforcement agency is to line themup and make the arrest, and then

(10:01):
you hand over stuff to the prosecutor, to the DA, to the state's
attorney or in this case, theDOJ, who makes the decision as to
prosecute. It's not call me.And yet because it was a politically massively

(10:22):
sensitive football, then Loretta Lynch wasjust happy as hell to let Jim call
Me take the hit for making thatdecision when it wasn't his decision to make.
Because in any and every other caseimaginable, she wouldn't have listened.

(10:45):
No one would listen to an FBIdirector and say yeah, we'll take that.
Oh. Oh, Director, Ifyou say the DOJ isn't taking the
case, oh I guess well,we're not taking the case because you told
us stay in your lane. Thejob of the FBI is to stay in
their lane, and the job ofthe DOJ is to stay in their lane

(11:11):
unless there's more going on here, and there was a ton more going on.
Anybody remember that James Comy leaked himself. Anybody remember that Buehler. Did
James Comy himself violate any laws byleaking? There's a United States Code that

(11:39):
was hammered into my head eighteen USC. Six forty one. Whoever embezzel,
steals, perloins, or knowingly convertsto his use or the use of another
without authority, sells, conveys,or disposes to any record, voucher,
money, or thing of value ofthe United States, or to any apartment

(12:00):
or agency thereof, or any propertymade or being under contract for the United
States or the department or agency thereof, shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than ten years orboth. Really really, yes, that's

(12:22):
true. Said, Here's new Gingriddeliberately leaked through an intermediary to create this
council who happens to be one ofhis closest friends. That look at whom
Miller is starting to hire. Imean, these are people that frankly look
look to me like they're setting upto go after Trump. They're including people,
by the way, who have beenreprimanded for hiding from the defense information

(12:45):
in two major cases. I thinkthis is going to be a witch hunt.
I think that Cami himself, byhis own testimony, tainted this particular
process. You have a director ofthe FBI deliberately leaking in order to create
a special counsel who we're now opposedto believe there's going to be this neutral
figure. I think that's just nonsense. It is nonsense. But that's what

(13:07):
happened, and we still don't Idon't know remember that really seriously. Okay,
here's and that's that's the same UScode that Hillary Clinton violated numerous times
for every one of those records shetransferred off of the Department of State network

(13:31):
onto her private server. I let'ssee if I can Okay, this is
from memory, let me see anyrecord. Let me see if I can
remember my USC's because I had toI didn't have a choice. We all

(13:54):
know what I think of Jim Comy. I called him Jimmy the Leak Comy.
Jim Comy, in my estimation, lied to Congress. He lied to
me, He lied to you,He lied to the American taxpayer. He
became the political butt boy the demoatsand in particular Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama,
and Loretta Lynch. He carried theirwater when demanded, and did so

(14:18):
willingly under the false guys of youcan't see it, but these are air
quotes independents. Comy was as independentas your average cow or herd animal.
He could easily have referred to HillaryClinton, for example, to the DOJ

(14:39):
under these statutes, and there arefive. There are more, but these
are the ones that I recall. There's eighteen USC. Seven ninety three gathering,
transmitting or losing Defense information Felony USCthirty one oh one about records management

(15:05):
by agency heads. There's eighteen USC. Nineteen twenty four. This is the
biggie Unauthorized removal and retention of classifieddocuments or materials Felony eighteen USC. Twenty
seventy one concealment, removal or mutilationof job of documents generally, and one

(15:31):
of the ones that was bandied aboutquite a bit. Eighteen USC one thousand
and one. Statements are entries thatare generally false or misleading. So James
Coeney that one of that destroying recordsthat would also include the taking to digital

(15:52):
devices with hammas, wouldn't it?It would certainly appear to me if you
had a diligent prosecutor and there reinlies the rub Oh wait, look,
I don't have any I don't haveany real training in law, but I
honestly believe that I could successfully trythis case in court with the with the

(16:15):
amount of evidence that is there.I wouldn't disagree to win this with without
a lick of legal training. Becauseyou have common sense. We're gonna have
to take a break right now,be right back. Conservative Media done right.

(18:52):

let's just stop this right here.Stop this for a second, because I
have to tell you this, folks. Folks, this is Beuzy's final hour,
step up, last call for alcohol. That's true. That's true.

(19:17):
Since I've stopped there, I willalso tell you that Jack Alexander is with
us here tonight. I'll play therest of that music some other time anyway.
Jack, good to have you heretonight. Thank you for being here
for an hour and a half. This is the final half hour. It's
always a pleasure. Yeah. Iwould love to put a program together for

(19:37):
one of the cable networks where wecould take these sorts of government corruption crimes
where they slipped through the cracks andactually try them. Yeah, okay,
it'll be an absentia, but actuallypresent the evidence to the American people and
have a certified I don't know, let's have Janine Piro or Andrew Politana presiding

(20:00):
over it, and we can trythese cases that absent you in the media.
I wonder how quickly these people wouldstart ducking for cover all the fact
that politicians would be calling the likesof the Department of just saying you know,
why have you not prosecuted these people? You number one? It would
never see the light of day. Here's the other aspect that you and I

(20:22):
both well know. Rhinos are Republicansin name only. And I've said this
any number of times frequently on amultitude of issues. There isn't a dimes
damn worth of difference between both sidesof the aisle. There are exceptions to
the rule. I'm hoping that theexceptions start to become the rule. But
the problem with saying that, oh, in November, we'll get the House

(20:47):
back, Okay, all right? That occurred under Bush. At one time,
the Republicans under Bush held the WhiteHouse held the Oval office. Great,
also held the House of Reives greatand also held the Senate. Great.
These assholes, however, decided thatthey weren't going to wield the power

(21:11):
that they had. They were tootimid, they were too afraid that they
were going to offend their contributors. They're donators. Fuck that. Use the
power you have if it needs tobe quantified in terms of retribution. Oh
well, does anyone think that leftistsor the demo rats or the American media

(21:34):
maggots when they come in power again, because everything is cyclical, aren't going
to put a chunk of C fourunder the seats of Republicans? And the
answer is they will. But there'sa good thing. There's a good thing
that exists that frequently a lot ofpeople don't a lot of people meaning the

(21:55):
American media maggots don't refer to anddon't use. Is the Internet. Oddly
enough, I still have the Internet, and the bulk of the important audio
that I like to use these dayscan still be found, is still available.
What's one of the critical things thatyou're still hearing from demarrats in the

(22:18):
American media maggots today? Oh,there's Russian collusion still in twenty twenty two.
Really, here's sixty seconds. RobertMiller's report did not find any US
or Trump campaign officials knowingly conspire withRussia in the twenty sixteen election. That's

(22:42):
according to details released on Sunday. So after a long look, there was
no collusion with Russia, there wasno obstruction, and none whatsoever. And
it was a complete and tall exoneration. It's a shame that our country had

(23:04):
to go through this. A summaryof the conclusions from the Attorney General,
William Barr, was sent to congressionalleaders and the media. It also says
that Muller did not exonerate the presidentof obstruction of justice or find that he
committed a crime. The chairman ofthe House Judiciary Committee says he'll cool bar
In to testify in the near future. The White House says the findings were

(23:26):
a total and complete exoneration of thepresident, as they were. And yet
today in twenty twenty two, we'restill hearing Russia, Russia, Russia,
Russia, Russia, Russia. Well, if you haven't been listening to what's
been going on, and I wouldsay probably, Jack, you tell me

(23:48):
this about Australia. In the UnitedStates of America, I would say probably
eighty percent of the Americans are dumbshits and are not paying attention to what's
been going on, And if theywere to hear the show, they would
say something similar to Durham, who'sthat investigation? What's that Russia Gate?
What's that? Any thought as tohow what percentile of Australians are awake to

(24:15):
the reality around them, because whathappens here and some in the US eventually
leaks down into the Southern hemisphere.Prior to COVID, I would have said
that even more so, probably closerto the ninety five percentile of Australians do

(24:41):
not give a rat's ring if itinterferes with drinking beer and watching professional sports
on the weekend. Oh that's cruel, jack, Look, I'm honest they
pay it. The only time themajority of Australians pay attention to politics is

(25:07):
in those six weeks of campaign.Yes, an Australian election six weeks,
twelve weeks if it's really a longcampaign, but on average it's usually six
weeks, not two frigging years likeit is in the United States. But
the only time they pay attention topolitics then is when the auction is going

(25:30):
on and is to how much isthe government going to give me in tax
credits or family paid welfare payments tobuy my vote? And even then,
you know, if it wasn't alaw that Australian citizens must turn up to

(25:52):
vote, ninety five percent of Australianscouldn't be asked to even turn up.
So that's interesting. There's a lawthat you must vote. Yes, you
must turn up and have your namecrossed off the electoral role. Now you
can scribble on your paper, screwit up, whatever after that point,

(26:17):
but you know, scribble out thenames and put Mickey Mouse. In one
election in my district. Somebody scribbledout the names of the political candidates and
put Australian race car drivers the equivalentof Australian NASCAR drivers on there. Somebody

(26:37):
else put professional Australian rules players andso on on there. Other one used
Disney characters. Uh, that's allperfectly legal. But you it's a crime
not to have your name crossed offthe electoral role, okay, And you

(26:59):
know they did that. They hadto do that because well, in Australia
they hold elections on a Saturday, meaning that the majority of Australians aren't at
work making it. You know,it's in theory to make it easier for
them to go and vote, butthat cuts into time when they could be
watching the Tenors, the cricket football. You know, the bars here open

(27:25):
at those that do close, youknow, open at about ten in the
morning and run through it all aboutyou know to two am that you know,
overnight, so you know they'd ratherbe at the bar doing eight ounce
weightlifting of amber fluid than voting ordoing anything else for that matter. Pearls

(27:52):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Andthis is the apathy that's here. As
I said, every four years whenthere's a federal election, unless they call
it a the majority, the vastmajority, as I said, probably ninety
five percent of Australians don't care. Now that was pre COVID. Now with
the two we're into our third yearof restrictions and you know government mandates now

(28:17):
because of COVID, that is avery much a different situation now. And
you know I had to get thisfrom foreign media. In fact, I
had to get to get coverage ofthe massive protest out front of the nation's
capital that happened last weekend where amillion Australians turned up which is not not

(28:42):
a bad turnout for a protest whenyou've only got thirty two million people in
the country. But I had togo to a Dutch news service and listen
to the news coverage in Dutch andthen try and remember the Dutch that I'd
learned when I was living there withmy first wife. In the end,

(29:04):
I gave up and just use GoogleTranslate and got the basic gist of it.
But they didn't want to cover itin Britain. They certainly didn't want
to cover the protests on any ofthe Canadian or American news because it's all
linked in with what's going on.And yeah, I would not like to

(29:25):
be a member of any of thethree major parties. With the state elections
that are coming up this year andthe federal elections next year, there may
be a metaphorical blood bath. Okay, so let me see if I have
this right. Jack Alexander, Folks, I'm busy and we're listening to Jack

(29:48):
Alexander tonight. He has a radioshow called the Jack Alexander Experiment, which
he will tell you about at theconclusion of the show. Jack Alexander,
So we're talking about our midterms inNovember are a potential blood bath. I
am not exactly so sure yet,but the Australian equivalent of the midterms will

(30:11):
be federally will be next year. Then no, no, no, no,
no no, it will be ageneral We have a general election every
four years. There are no midterms. If you are elected into the
equivalent of the House of Representatives, that is a four year term. Okay,
I misspoke. What I should havesaid is our blood bath is alleged

(30:36):
to be in November this year.Your blood bath may be next year.
Yeah. Yeah. I also findit incredibly amusing that the US elections happen
on the same day as the fourthrichest horse race on the planet, that
of the Melbourne Cups, the firstTuesday of November. I had no damn

(31:03):
idea I found this story. Itjust seems absolutely appropriate, with all the
donkeys that run for politic city inUnited States, that it's held on the
same day as a horse race.Perfect. I found this article. Oh
my god, I should have justmade it a single topic tonight because there's

(31:26):
so much material and I still won'tget to but a fraction of it.
There's an article from the New YorkPost which is kind of perplexing. I
hope it's true. The headline says, most Demorats want Hillary Clinton investigated for
any role in Russia Gate. Inthat scandal, and this is from two

(31:48):
days ago, so it's a fairlyrecent article. A surprisingly large share of
Demoats want to see Hillary Clinton investigatedover her possible role in manufacturing dirt to
try to tie Donald Trump to theKremlin. A new poll says that is
yes, indeed interesting. This allstems from and let me go back,

(32:12):
this was This all stems from anarticle from three days ago that, of
all things, Fox News broke becauseyou know, it's not going to be
broken by CNN Comma for fuck's sake, so it was up to Fox to
try to bring actual news to theAmerican public. The headline on this this
is where it all started. Clintoncampaign paid to infiltrate Trump Tower White House

(32:37):
servers to link Trump to Russia.Durham Fines Tech executive one and his associates
exploited this arrangement by mining the EOPS, DNS, traffic and other data for
the purpose of gathering derogatory information aboutDonald Trump's stop go back to twenty sixteen,
back to twenty sixteen, Donald Trumpwas saying that he was let me

(33:07):
see if I get the terminology right. He said he was surveiled or spied
on. I should say that theTrump Tower was spied on. And everybody
at the time said, oh,what a blithering buffoon, Oh amb orange
man bad the guy with a deadorange cat on his said no, that's

(33:29):
what I said. Was the guywith the dead orange cat on his head.
And they said he was a tinfoilhat wearing Nutter conspiracist, just like
I was back in twenty seventeen whenI said that all of this was an
attempted soft coup on a presidential candidate, on the president elect, and it

(33:52):
turns out a sitting president. Lawyersfor the Clinton campaign paid a ten technology
company to infiltrate servers belonging to TrumpTower and later the White House stop Trump
Tower. That's Trump when he wasa presidential candidate, White House, that's

(34:15):
when he became president elect, andthen sat in the Oval Office. In
order to establish an inference and narrativeto bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump
to Russia. A filing from Specialcounsel John Durham found there are a million
places you can go with this. The first to be taken away is this.

(34:37):
And this is again where I'd likeyou to weigh in. Does it
not seem Jack Alexander, like JohnDurham, has moved at a glacial pace
over all of this. And doyou think that more will be unearthed?

(35:00):
Because glacial pace, that to me, that's a given. Do I think
more will be an earthed? Ithink so, Jack Alexander, your thoughts.
Oh, yeah, it's gone incrediblyslow. You know. I think
there was more than enough grounds tomake some of these announcements way sooner.

(35:22):
And yeah, I do think thereis going to be more to it.
And you know, when we lookat the timings of all of this,
there was the video grap that Isent you that came out about the same
time as all of this started, the Nancy Pelosi bite. Okay, funny

(35:42):
you should mention that because I haveit up now. I played it a
couple of times during the break andthe sound is really low. I'm going
to give it as much volume asI possibly can pump up the volume,
so to speak, and I'm goingto have to play that over my telephone
because I can't get the necessary volumeout of the computers. It's techno crap

(36:05):
anyway, Jack Alexander, I'm goingto play this. It's about a minute
and a half, and then I'dlike you to tell everyone what you believe
the significance is of this. Thisis speaker House speaker Nancy Pelosi on c
SPAN talking about leverage on the impeachment. And let's see if I can do

(36:28):
that. Okay, apparently I can't. All right, let me stop this,
go back. This is one ofthe things that I need a producer
for someday. All right, let'stry this again. You said that you

(36:49):
want to focus on what you're doingin mental course. Now some of your
Democratic colleagues believe you're simply trying torun out the clock on a teachment,
are you. No, I'm notgen the pod. Let's get sophisticated about
this, okay, Okay. Wewon't proceed when we have what we need

(37:12):
to proceed, not one day sooner. And everybody has the liberty and the
luxury to espouse their own position andto criticize me for trying to go down
the path in the most determined positiveway. Again, their advocacy for impeachment
only gives me leverage. I haveno complaint with what they are doing.

(37:32):
But I know Muller President, Ikeep calling him special counsel. Mister Muller
said the other day confirmed confirmed inthe public mind that the president has obstructed
justice. You know what he said. It could have exonerated them, he
would ever didn't, but he wasnot able to investigate the president's finances,

(38:00):
no business or otherwise. And thatis what we are doing in the courts.
So I'm willing to take whatever heatthere is there to say when the
decision will be made in a timelyfashion. This isn't endless, and when
we have the best, strongest possiblecase, and that's not endless either.

(38:21):
I mean it may be endless interms of the violations of the law that
the president is engaged in. Okay, now, Jack Alexander, to you,
why was that significant? What didthat indicate? Wasn't actually the I
thought there was more to that one. Following on from that statement, she

(38:43):
then goes and explains the tactic thatthey're using, and she called it a
wrap up smear, where you putforward an allegation that you know is blatantly
fault and then leak it to themedia so that you can then turn around,

(39:07):
in using her words, merchandise thatmedia coverage in the minds of the
American people and to move things aheadlegally. You know. So the first
idea is to make the selligation theRussia collusion thing, then leak, you

(39:31):
know, find something and make aleak to the media. Now we know
that it was John McCain who leakedthe fake steel Dorsey eight, which the
Clinton campaign has now been shown tohave paid for. That all right,
now, John McCain was used asa patsy to leak that to the media

(39:52):
so that the Democrats could then turnaround and merchandise that media coverage to perpetuate
that everage. Oh, it mustbe true. It was in the media.
A government, you know, amember of government linked it to the
media. This must be true.Okay, and quite alur here's something very

(40:15):
interesting, which is why you havea thinking individual on both of our ends,
you and Australia. Me here. While you were talking, I found
the cut that you're talking about. So let's see if I can get this
to play. Pelosi admitting to usingwhat she terms the wrap up smear.

(40:36):
Let's see what she says in tonight'sfact or a fiction. We're answering another
viewer question. Chris Brown from OtionSide wants to know if a video of
Nancy Pelosi discussing a tactic called wrapup smear is real. Here's the clip.
You smear somebody with falsehoods and allthe rest, and then you merchandise
it and then you write it unlessI see it's pointed in the press that

(41:00):
this, this, this, andthis, so they have that validation.
Some websites are sending around this videois proof the Democrats made up the assault
allegations against Brett Kavanaugh. But ifit's applicable there, Your point, Jack
Alexander, is it's applicable everywhere, isn't it. I mean, it is

(41:23):
exactly what the Democrat Party did toTrump with over the Russia, well,
over everything, not just the Russiacollusion thing, Ukraine and everything else,
every single alleged crime. But theDemocrats have accused Donald Trump of committee.
You know, this has been thetactic that they have used. But you

(41:45):
know they then go and use iton Brett Kavanagh and so on. Now
you know that ABC thing was theywere trying to dissuade and this is where
the media were caught lying yet againthat ABC journalist to saying, well this
ise a brick cabin. No,no, no, no, that immediate
that was the original thing was ofthe same press conference as the first part

(42:10):
you grat Yes, it was.It was. And the reason I know
you're right Jack about well, shewas wearing the same stupid outfit. Okay
again since the beginning of the show, I said, jacket out of my
head. There's only room enough inhere for me. Because I was just
going to tell you I was lookingat the two videos. They're on two
separate screens, ones on my laptop, ones on my big computer spector monitor.

(42:36):
She's wearing the same blue blazer, the same pearls, the same background,
the same hairstyle. This is outof the same damn conference exactly.
Yeah, So Jack, Alexander,I got time before we go for one
more story only and then I'd likeyour take on potentialities. Excuse me.

(43:05):
The headline on this is Durham probehas accelerated, with more people cooperating coming
before a grand jury. Durham hasrun his investigation very professionally, a source
tells Fox News Digital special counsel JohnDurham's investigation has accelerated. More people are

(43:29):
cooperating than previous than has previously beenreported, a source familiar with the probe
told Fox News. Durham does thisright and keeps everything a secret, the
source said, adding that there hasbeen much more activity in Durham's investigation than

(43:49):
has been visible to the public. The closest look Durham has given with regard
to grand jury witnesses came in afederal court filing last month outlining materials that
had been provided by the Special Counsel'soffice. Durham doesn't explicitly explicitly name the

(44:09):
individuals who testified before the grand jury, but instead their professional titles. So
then what the federal government does isthis and this is where this will be
the final final question for the showtonight. A standard federal tactic is to

(44:30):
break someone and offer make an offeron the table. The first person to
accept the offer to turn gets thesweet heart deal and everyone else doesn't.

(44:53):
Is that what is going to occurin the future? Do you think,
Jack Alexander, is there somebody justwaiting for the right deal or has Durham
already applied various screws or tools inorder to get someone to cooperate? And
should that occur. Does the Houseof Cards fall? Jack Alexander. I'm

(45:17):
not sure whether Durham is as apride the right amount of pressure, but
I do think that there are nowa lot of people who were either the
political appointees or staffers that see thewriting of the wall. If I don't
take a deal, I'm going downwith the ship and I will be thrown

(45:37):
under the bus, you know, like others have been in the in the
past. So I think this ismore of a case of the minions trying
to cover their own asses and getout from under the bus before it runs
over them. You know, theremay be, you know, there will
there will be pressure from the Durhaminvestigation on there, But I honestly think

(45:59):
given the way things are moving towardsNovember, that the minions are seeing the
writing on the wall, and yeah, they're not prepared to fall on their
swords for this because it would bea very weighty and very costly and a
very deep, oh so very deepand glorious wound, perhaps even mortal.

(46:22):

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
