70. Becoming A Forever Athlete with Cory Camp

On this episode of Beyond The Limit I am talking with Cory Camp. Cory is a former nationally ranked swimmer turned Forever Athlete. He has spent much of his time following a successful career at the University of Delaware bringing the sports “zone” into daily life. 

Cory is a community builder that is on mission to help eliminate isolation after sports though his work at Forever Athlete Sporting Club. Where he is focused on creating space for athletes of all ages to play once again.

Listen in as Cory shares his early connection to swimming. His experience with flow state and how he found safety in the pool. You’ll hear how to develop self-awareness while navigating an uncertain future. How to communicate when you’re afraid and don’t know what to do. And how to find meaning and purpose when your identity is shaken.
