Episode 10: Living Through Trauma

This episode is a conversation with Trauma and Abuse survivor, Tylea Banks, about her choice to share her journey through social media and her blog Snowball's Castle of Thoughts. In this episode we discuss what living through trauma can look like and the freedom that can come with starting to heal from within. Tylea gives credit to several modalities and practices such as Yoga to help her reclaim her body and mental health. She also very transparent about this being a work in progress.
