Speaker 1 (00:01):
Spoiler alert spoiler alert, spoiler alert spoiler alert. I'm saying
that now because I'm gonna talk about the March twenty
seventh episode, which was this is out.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Today if you're listening to a Friday, just the release date.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
I'm talking about Thursday's episode this week, the all female
historic episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, written, directed,
co produced, and read some scenes acted by Heather Tom. Yes,
Heather Tom homegirl, and I know HER's and she's amazing.
(00:42):
First of all, So I'll talk about that episode. So
if you have not watched it yet, stop now. When
you're done watching it, come back and listen to this. Okay,
get your chance to get away.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
I'll rest of you. Let's talk about it. What a
well done episode we had.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
The we had Stephie and I call I Say Faux
Taylor over together on one side. We had the logans
on the other got to see Donna for a second.
Had the main ones were Katie Brooke and Hope. Great concept,
got it?
Speaker 2 (01:21):
I no thing is.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
I have nothing to say really about the forests hide
my show The Boney from Me Spotlight, which we do
on Sundays. I'll talk about that on there probably a
little more.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
But I have nothing other to say.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
My praise, my talking, my everything is about that scene,
those scenes. To say, that scene, those scenes between Brooke
and Hope annaka Noel and Captain Kylan KKL did an
(01:52):
amazing Emmy worthy in my opinion, job. It was so
good we had anything like that in such a long time.
The back and forth, the truth telling on both sides,
but especially on Hope. So you already know the company
(02:19):
went back to Forester's Carter betrayers due the state Hope
finds out. Brooke was on their side the whole time,
was not on her side brother the Forester's side the
whole time. Did see open a lot of stuff going down,
but it shows called bomb beefore rewinds. So we also
WoT the past mixed the present and what's institute And
(02:40):
I saw these scenes.
Speaker 2 (02:42):
And she brought stuff up.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
She brought the past and reminded me too of the
past and how go back to Hope's birth completely, She
brought that up too. The writing was spot on Hope's birth.
She was a logan because she didn't give her father's
last thing.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
She's not Hope sharp.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Because Dallionship was always because Hope was born.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Out of a taboo situation.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
For those of you guys don't know, just Lord Fresher,
Bridget Brooke's daughter was married to Deacon, and Hope had
sex with Deacon and they fell in love.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
She got pregnant with Deacon's child.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
That is some effed up stuff up. So Hope was
born out of a whole situation, making Bridget and Hope
half siblings, her stepdaughter. I mean, all this, all this
weird stuff, right since from the very beginning, it was
a strange thing. Brook has there been Mother of the Year.
(03:51):
Not my opinion. All her kids are messed up on
some level, bridget Rick and Hope and I guess our
he's like, you don't anymore, and who knows with the
other one that's out there with jacksonwhere So it was like, okay,
this stuff coming into her head and Hope's truth. Carter
(04:17):
brought it up because she was hurting. She went along
with it, and she took the fall. That is kind
of wrong on on there on all of their level. Yeah,
she should have went along with it and said there's
some things that yeah, there's some things she's account for
and Hope can't see that, right, now I'm Brooker's trying,
Brooks trying to be like a good mother on an end.
(04:37):
And usually Brook's got wrong about stuff Brook Bayby, you know,
same things that he goes.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
She used to eating right about stuff. In this case,
it was there was a little rough, it was tit
for tat.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
It was back and forth, and Anaka delivered Hope's venom
and brought up everything but the kitchen sink when she
called it just a ridge.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Where are you rich?
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Oh that's right, he's retailer. I fell out. Ooh, oh,
my goodness. They both put I mean, for these ridiculous
storylines or ridiculous things they put in one hundred and
ten percent of these scenes. Another Tom Writney scenes was amazing.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
My only gripe, My only gripe. We didn't need.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
We didn't need Katie in that scene with them. She
came at the end and just separate because I hope
that the slap Brooks. She says she's she's a slap
brook and then Katie walks in and he separates them.
We didn't need Katie walking here. Don't talk to my
sister Gerway. That's the only part I was like, oh,
just h no, we didn't need that part, but the
(05:49):
rest of it, but Heather Tom's direction, all that was
really good, very very good. I just I can't stop
praising it.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
It was a not have a.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Ten episode because there's a little thundo part there, but
it was just so good. And I just think and
I you know, that was real drama. That was that
was steeped in history, that made sense. We always, my
brother J j R. I always talk about what happened.
You know, when the kids grow up they have these
messed up families. Well, now we're seeing it. What kind
(06:20):
of people they grew up as adults and what they
went their role models are, what they saw it all,
it all comes together kids. Well I'm I'm about that. Yeah,
That's why my view I think it's just I thought.
I just thought it was phenomenal. She brought up everything,
I mean everything that was, Oh my god, and the
(06:44):
way they both had tears in her eyes, the way
she falls apart at the end.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
It's just it was I think it was all needs
to be said.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
It all got I'll be curious se where they go
from here, whatever that means for them. But kudos to
both actresses. They just did such an amazing job this episode.
So if we so, just I may watch it one
more time, just again, because from my show on Sunday,
we're here Sunday, we're talking more about it. You get
(07:16):
to hear Tammy Gove and Candice mac and Matter Russ's
opinions on it. You get to hear what they think.
It's just I'm curious what they think, because Tammy actually
sent me a message saying I carry to watch the episode.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
I know it's kind of it's kind of crazy, but.
Speaker 1 (07:30):
We're on Sunday Live eleven eleven thirty am, six d time.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Check us out them. I'm James Lott Jr. Talk to
you next time,
