This was a tough episode to record because I’ve witnessed first hand the devastating effects of Lock Downs on our senior population, and the traumatizing toll it’s taking on their mental health.
I share personal insight on how restrictive measures negatively affected my late mother. Forced Isolation, Confinement, Separation and Alienation do more harm than any virus out there.
