Speaker 2 (00:50):
As we start off the month of May, Welcome on
back to another episode of The Brian Wallenberg Show, live
here on the Wallenberg Radio Network. Back on the air. Yes,
my voice is a lot better, getting over my cold
that I had last week. It makes it so much
easier to do a show. So yeah, welcome on back. Yeah,

(01:14):
weather's getting nice, nice and springing, so yeah, I'm excited
maze here. It's also my birth month, YadA, YadA. Also
a lot of great stuff going on in the news,
a lot of great exclusives that I have here on
the program and that I bring to you a lot

(01:37):
of great stuff. So let's go ahead and get things started.
Let's start off by talking politics.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
It's time for Brian's conservative take on politics.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Because being conservative is the only way to be.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Because when he's right, he's right.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Well, the big beautiful bill has passed the House. Right
now it has to go through this So will it
go through the Senate. Well, we don't know. They do
have the filibuster in the Senate that could well, it
could possibly kill this bill in the Senate. Now, Mike

(02:16):
Johnson and Republicans they all think that it'll get through
the Senate. They'll end up conjuring enough votes in the
Senate to get it passed. It is a I mean,
if this gets passed, a huge win for Donald Trump
and the Republicans. And that's what the Democrats are afraid of.

(02:44):
They don't want Donald Trump and the Republicans to have
a win, right. They're trying to make sure that Trump's
presidency is a failure. That was their goal from the beginning.
That's why they're having judges foul lawsuits against Trump for
everything that he's doing, for any bill that they pass,

(03:07):
any executive order, any anything. There. They are libtar judges
trying to say, oh, there's some constitutional you know, because
they're trying to make everything. They're trying to make it
a failure. Because this Big Beautiful bill, the biggest part
are the tax cuts of twenty seventeen, the Trump tax cuts.

(03:31):
They'll become permanent in this bill, right and then there's
a lot of other things in there. There's spending stuff
to strengthen the economy. That's why Trump calls it the
Big Beautiful Bill, because this is a major win, well
not only for Trump and the Republican Party, but for Americans,

(03:56):
for everybody, you know, tax cut for the wealthy and
the billionaires. That's it's it's not in there. Democrats will
say it. Chuck Schumer's running his mouth, keep saying it,
but it's it's a lie. It's not in there. Now.

(04:16):
The spending is gonna be well cut. I mean, it's
just they're cutting the waste, fraud and abuse right there.
They're not gonna cut Social Security. They're not cutting Medicare.
That's all a lie from the Democrats. It's not in there.
They're not cutting any of that. The thing that is

(04:37):
cutting is the waste, fraud and abuse people that are
collecting Social Security. That's one hundred and fifty years old. No,
that's it's it's not that's not gonna happen. I mean,
that's the only thing that's being cut. So Democrats say, no,
there's coats of Social Security medicare. Okay, well that's only

(04:59):
true to the extent of they're just cutting the waist
fraud interbuse. That's what's being cut. Anything else is not
being touched. I don't know what we can do to
get Chuck Schumer and the rest of the Democrats to
quit lying. If you look at Chuck Schumer's Facebook page,
he's working non stop spreading those lies. But yeah, that's

(05:25):
not in there. Tax cuts for the billionaires, No, that's
not in there. Tax cuts for the middle working class
is what's in this bill. Will the Democrats tell you that, No,
they won't. So the Republicans are pretty confident to get
that they're gonna get this pass. So I got some

(05:46):
audio clips. Here is Senator Marsha Blackburn. She's a Republican
from Tennessee. She was interviewed on Fox News and she
talks about passing this big, beautiful bill.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Mike, there is agreement that we will pass a bill,
and we will pass President Trump's agenda. That is where
there is agreement. There's also agreement that we will pass
the twenty seventeen tax cuts, the Trump tax cuts, and
we're going to make them permanent using current policy, and

(06:25):
everyone has agreement on that. Now, when you look at
some of the other issues or items that people want
to add in, that is where you're going to have debate.
But Speaker Johnson says they're going to finish this before
they go to Memorial Day. The Senate Finance Committee has
been hard at work on this, as have the other committees,

(06:49):
and I fully believe that we're going to get this
bill finished sooner rather than later. And you know, people
continue to doubt the Republican Congress, they doubt the president.
But what we know is the American people gave President
Donald Trump a mandate on November fifth. We owe it

(07:10):
to the American people to make the Trump tax cuts permanent,
to deliver that tax relief, because if we don't, it
will be the largest tax hike in American history. And
that is not what the American people voted for on
November fifth.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
No, but that's what the Democrats want, because the Democrats
want this bill to fail. Okay, because they don't want
the Trump tax cuts to become permanent, because when they expire,
it's going to be a tax hike, like she said,

(07:48):
when she says, it's tax hike because we won't have
the Trump tax cuts anymore for the middle class they want.
The Democrats want this bill to fail because when and
if it fails and it'll end up being a tax hike,
the Democrats are gonna say, yeah, yeah, see yeah, Donald Trump,

(08:10):
but yeah, you raise taxes on the working class. Yeah,
you know the thing that they're always saying, that's what
the Democrats want. And Speaker Johnson and they're they're confident
it'll pass the Senate, and it better pass the Senate

(08:32):
for the sake of American people. I mean, if for
some reason it fails, then the American people need to
know that it's the Democrats that failed it and obviously
will hold them accountable. That's what's gonna happen. So Marcia Blackburn,

(08:53):
you know, she has even more things to say about
this bill.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Well, then is where you get to the element of compromise,
and not everyone is going to get everything they want.
But when you look at the twenty seventeen tax cuts,
they worked well, for this country, you saw people benefit.
It lowered the cost of living, it lowered inflation, It
accelerated investment in the country, It accelerated investment in communities

(09:24):
in main streets. Making that permanence so that people know
they can count on it. That is something they're wanting
to see. And let's get as much done as we
can possibly get done. Let's make certain the American people
know they are going to get to keep their tax

(09:45):
cuts from twenty seventeen. Let's make certain that small business
owners know that they are not going to see a
tax site, that they're going to be able to invest
in their businesses. And let's make certain that parents know
their child tax credit isn't going to be cut in half.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Yeah, that's exactly right. I mean, it's just I mean
it worked in twenty seventeen when the Trump tax cuts
first went into effect. Well, we want to do it again.
You know, the tax cuts worked great too when George W.
Bush implemented them. See, that's what the Republicans are all about,

(10:25):
implementing tax cuts for the middle class, the working class people.
Democrats spread their lies and say, oh yeah, they don't
care about the middle class or just doing tax cuts
for the rich. They don't care about the working class
or screwing the working class, which is a bunch of hogwash,
because that's not true. We've seen Republican presidents in the

(10:49):
past implement tax cuts for the working class. That's what
American people are seeing. So Democrats spreading their lies. What
do they think people are supposed to believe their own eyes?
I mean, give me a break. Well, Democrats are stupid,
but they think that they think that they're smart. But

(11:12):
the thing, the American people are stupid. So the last
clip I have with Marsha Blackburn, well she tells the
truth about what's going on in this bill, about the
no cuts to Social Security or Medicaid that's in this bill.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
When you look at Medicaid, you want to make certain
that beneficiaries are not going to be adversely impacted. The
President has said that, and the Republican Senate and Republican
House have said that there will be no cuts to Medicaid.
What there is going to be is a review of

(11:55):
improper payments, rooting those out, rooting out waste, fraud.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
And abuse.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Because every dollar that you save in these programs is
a savings for the taxpayer. And an assurance to beneficiaries
that they're going to get the benefits to which they're
entitled and which they're expecting. With Medicare and Social Security
the same thing. There will not be a cut to

(12:23):
Social Security benefits or to Medicare benefits, but rooting out
the waste, the fraud, the abuse, getting people off the role.
When you know that you don't have people one hundred
and twenty five years old getting a check, but somebody's
getting that check. They are cashing that check. Those individuals

(12:44):
need to be prosecuted and those faults payments need to
stop so that the money goes to the beneficiaries and
people that have paid into Social Security and medicare all
their lives.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
Amen. Amen, that's the truth.

Speaker 6 (13:00):
You know.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
These payments that Dodge doge or whatever you want to
say it uncovered. Were these people that are one hundred
and fifty years old or more getting Social Security checks.
I've been saying that to for the longest time on
the program, that somebody's getting it. When they talk about waste, fraud,

(13:23):
and abuse, Well, there's fraud in there. Somebody is getting it,
and somebody is cashing the checks. That needs to be investigated.
That would be like me having my great great grandfather,
you know, getting a Social Security paid out and obviously

(13:45):
he's not alive anymore. That would be like me getting
the check and caching it. Well, that's fraud, that's the waste,
fraud and abuse. That's what's being cut. The Democrats don't
want that stuff cut. So we're cutting that, and they're
they're all saying, oh, no, weget Oh, they're cutting social Security. Oh,

(14:09):
they're cutting medical care.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Everybody's got to be in a rage against Republicans. We
gotta stop them. Democrats, what are you scared of?

Speaker 7 (14:18):
Oh? I know.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
You're the ones getting that and you don't want us
to uncover that. M I see how it works. But yeah,
hopefully this big, beautiful bill gets passed quicker than later
because it's a huge major win for the Trump administration,

(14:42):
the Republican Party, and most importantly America and the American people. Anyway,
time to take a break, first break of the program.
Be back in one minute. Lots more to go as
we're getting started. Back in one minute. Stick around.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Politics, News and Current events. We do that better than anyone,
great news stories, great insights.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
And welcome on back to this first episode of May
twenty twenty five. It's grateful everyone is here, who are
listening to me from around the world. Yeah, just great
to have everybody along as we talk about all the
great stuff. And you know, everybody gets everything from here.

(16:09):
This is the great show that everybody likes. So grateful
that you're here. Got a full agenda, a lot more
great stuff. So let's continue on.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
People do crazy things, but karma always catches.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Up with them, and as the saying goes, serves you right.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Okay, So all right, now we all notice that the
Trump administration they mean business. Okay, They're not a force
to be reckoned with. Trump is not a laid back guy.
It's not like George W. Bush or anybody else that's
been kind of laid back. No, he's a toughie. We

(16:52):
have borders our Tom Homan, who's another tough fighter. Turn
your General Pam Bondy, another one, Christy Noan Homeland Security secretary.
So we have a lot of tough they know. Cash
for Tell, Director of the FBI, you know, and they

(17:16):
mean business. Okay, Now we all know that nothing can
stop Trump. Hey, I hate to tell everybody that you
can't stop Trump. Everybody should know that by now, with
everything that he's been through the past few years, you're
not stopping all right now. Tom Holman has said repeatedly

(17:44):
that if local and state leaders, law enforcement, whatever, If
you guys don't want to help ICE deport illegal immigrants,
that's fine, you can sit back and watch. You don't
have to help us. But once you cross that line
and impede them, Yep, it's not gonna be good. And

(18:08):
they'll arrest anybody and everybody if they need to. And
it's already happened. This already happened. This story is almost
a week goal. That just happened after I did my
last episode. But a Wisconsin judge, Hanna Dugan, was arrested

(18:30):
in Milwaukee. She had an illegal immigrant in her courtroom
being tried for a crime. She knew that ICE agents
were out waiting to arrest this guy, and she deliberately
let this guy and her his attorney go through the

(18:52):
back into a restricted area just to get them out
of the courthouse to avoid ICE. Yeah, the judge is
a Democrat, and it's a Democratic agenda is to fight
against Trump administration and the fight against America because you know,

(19:14):
I personally identify the Democrat Party as and declare them
as domestic terrorists. So it is their agenda to worship
these precious illegal immigrants and these criminals gang it's they

(19:35):
don't just protect them there, they worship them. They're so
precious to the Democrat Party. Tom Holman says he can
arrest and they and they can. They can arrest anybody, judges, governors, mayors,
police chiefs, anybody, the FBI. They can arrest anybody for

(19:58):
doing just that. And we had some judge decide, oh,
I'll just do it. I can fight against oh the
big bad Trump. Oh we're gonna show who. Well, I
don't know how stupid people are. You should know that
nothing has stopped Trump, all these felony convictions, everybody went

(20:23):
at him with everything. Nothing has stopped Trump. Okay, nothing
has stopped Trump so far. And he's a tough fighter.
He's gonna make sure he gets done. You know, because
the American people, not the Democrats, but the American people

(20:47):
elected Trump and the Republicans to get this stuff done,
this kind of job done. Okay, that's what he's elected
to do, and he's gonna do it. He's gonna clean
up this country that O Biden and the Democrats messed
up the past four years. So he's going to clean
it up. Democrats are stupid. They didn't we don't realize

(21:11):
why they lost in November. Instead of just saying, Okay, okay,
we lost, let's just help Trump fix the country. You know,
life would be better if they just help Trump fix everything.
Just go along and just get everything done, get everything
fixed up. Maybe he can win stuff coming up in

(21:31):
the midterm. But no, they're not. They're still fighting to
promote their radical agenda. We I mean, all they're doing
is they're taking off Americans and the swing voters are
not going to vote for them anytime in the near future,
starting with the midterms, and they're going to find that

(21:53):
out the hard way probably. So So anyway, like you said,
Hannah Dugan, Hanna dug and Dog I think her name's
pronounced Dugan was arrested by the FBI in her courtroom.
Serves her right, just like my intro says. So, so yeah,

(22:18):
I got some audio clips great stuff here is borders
are Tom Holman talking about the arrest of Hannah Dugan
And if.

Speaker 8 (22:30):
I can also answer your question as far as the
judges look, we just the rest of the judge of
Pam Bindi for impeding ICE enforcement moves. I said from
day one, you don't have to support ICE's operations. You
can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do,
sanctuary cities and stand aside and watch ICE keep their

(22:53):
community safe. Because any public official, where you're mayor, city councilman, governor,
there are number more responsibilities for detection the communities, and
ICE has been clear we're targeting public staatesty threats and
national security threats. I can't readers any elected official, and
especially a judge that doesn't believe we should be doing
that and they should be helping us. But I seven
day one. You can sit outside and watch. You can,

(23:14):
you can argue against us, always want, and protest all
you want. But when you cross that line. I've said
this to a thousand times, when you cross that line
to impediment or knowingly harbor and concealing an illegal ALIHM ICE,
you will be prosecuted. Gad You're not and the fire
is releasing so many people. You know why the Biden
administration released millions of people in the United States? No

(23:35):
one ever talks about I'll talk about it. Why do
they release people into the interior and iied States and
put them rather than put them into an ice bed?
Why not put them in an empty ice bed one
hundred and twenty seven dollars a night rather than a
hotel them at five hundred bucks night. They did it
on purpose because when you put an ice detention bed,
they get hearing in thirty five days. Court records show

(23:56):
nine out of ten people came aside them and get
order removal.

Speaker 5 (23:59):
They're gone.

Speaker 8 (24:00):
But if you release them and put them a hotel
them at five hundred bucks a night, their hearings can
be five to seven nine years. You pull out all appeals,
and what are they hoping for then that another Democrat
administration is in power, they can warr an amistate of millions.
This is about selling this country off for future political power.

Speaker 9 (24:19):
That's what it was.

Speaker 8 (24:20):
The law Clearity says, if you arrive on our border
without proper documentation, you shall be detained, not maybe not
think about it, shall And that's what President Trump's doing
catching leases over. That's what the law says, that's what we've.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
Done exactly, That's exactly right. Democrats want these people in
the country for future political power. That's it. That's the
motto of the Democrat Party. That's probably why they're fighting
so hard to keep these illegals here and then not
to port them. That's probably their only possible avenue that

(24:59):
they may have have to try to regain power because
they can't govern straight for the life of them. Okay,
that's it. They're just but they're digging a hole the
wrong way because this will not work because you hear
Tom home and say they'll arrest governors, you know, anybody

(25:22):
that's gonna do this stuff. So Democrats, if they're smart,
stop while you can. It's going to backfire on the
Democrats like everything else, and they're going to be out
of power for even much longer time. So okay, So

(25:43):
Caroline Levitt, House Press Secretary talks about the ice arrest
of an illegal alien.

Speaker 10 (25:54):
We are in the beginning stages of carrying out the
largest deportation campaign in American history. Over this past weekend,
it was announced that through Operation Title Wave, a joint
effort between ICE, Miami and Florida law enforcement agencies. Nearly
eight hundred illegal aliens were arrested during the first four
days alone. Among those arrested were a Colombian murderer, alleged

(26:16):
MS thirteen and eighteenth street gang members, and a Russian
with a red notice for manslaughter. And on the other
side of the country, in the early Sunday morning hours,
DOJ and DHS together launched a joint raid of an
illegal alien underground nightclub used by Trendy Arragua and Colorado Springs.
Colorado DHS took more than one hundred illegal aliens into

(26:38):
custody and many drugs and weapons were also seized. Operation
Tidle Wave is a previews what is to come around
this country, large scale operations that employ our state and
local enforcement partners to get criminal illegal aliens off our streets.
As always, President Trump and our entire administration are grateful
for the courageous law enforcement officers who are putting their

(26:59):
law on the line every single day to protect their
fellow Americans and to keep our country safe. After four
years of being vilified and hamstrung by the Biden administration,
heroic ICE and CBP officers finally have a president who
has their backs and is allowing them to do the
jobs they signed up to do.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
Yes, and that is great. That's exactly what we need.
So yeah, I mean there are democratic governors that are thinking,
you know what, I need a shoot one for the team,
and I need to do this. They'll arrest this judge,

(27:37):
but uh oh, they're not gonna arrest me because I'm
a governor. Okay, don't antagonize Trump, it will not work
out for you. Okay. So Hannah Dugan was arrested. Okay,

(27:59):
now the wiscon Yeah, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, you would
think they're kind of liberal, but because of the arrest
of Hannah Dugan, the Wisconsin Supreme Court relieved Judge Dugan

(28:19):
of her duties while this whole thing's playing out. So's
she hasn't been removed from the bench, but she's like
gone suspension basically until this whole thing gets all worked out.
What shocked me because I think that Wisconsin Supreme Court, well,
it is kind of evenly split, but it does have

(28:40):
a liberal the slight liberal majority by like one judge.
But no, they're all ingredients there, most of them are.
Anyway that it looks bad. And then you know they're
also saying, well, Judge Dougan needs to follow the laws too,
and that she's not above the I think that's the

(29:00):
message that the Wisconsin Supreme Court is giving us. So okay,
before we go to the break, can we get this
audio clip? And I mean we will continue this topic
after the break as well. It's a long segment. But
in the arrest of Judge Dugan, Hannah Dugan, not only

(29:26):
the Supreme Court ruled that she cannot do her job
until after this whole thing gets all worked out. Milwaukee
County Chief Judge. His name is Carl Ashley. He speaks
out on the arrest of Hannah Dugan.

Speaker 11 (29:47):
Look, in a perfect world, we would have the opportunity
to have a courthouse where people would never have to
worry about coming.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
There for their activities.

Speaker 11 (29:54):
But the reality is they are legal parameters which allow
the government to sfectuate warrants and we're not going to
interfere with that.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Yeah, it's well said that, you know, the judge is
supposed to be uphole in the law. I mean, right,
that's the judicial branch of the government. They're supposed to
uphold the law. This guy this illegal alien was in
her courtroom and being tried for a crime. You need

(30:29):
to hold justice for him. Okay, well, we'll prosecute him
maybe for the crime, but oh as far as getting
deported and captured by Ice, Oh, we can't do that.
It's the democratic agenda. I need to follow what the
democratic cult is telling me we need to do. I mean,
the judge is supposed to uphold the laws, right, and

(30:53):
what this Hannah Dugan did was break the law and
it makes the whole judicial branch look bad. So this
guy's right. You know, something needs to be done, and
this will set precedents because you would think that the
Democrats would have her back, but so far that's not
doing any good. It's not gonna be good. This judge

(31:14):
is being made an example of, and it better do
that across the country because that way it sets precedents that, hey,
do not impede Ice and the Trump administration in this
regards or any regards, because it's not going to work
out well for you anyway. Time for a break, second

(31:35):
break of the program. Be back in one minute. We
got more on this topic, so we'll have that in
one minute when I come back, So stick around.

Speaker 3 (31:49):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (32:10):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Great news stories, great insights.

Speaker 3 (32:17):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
And welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's listening
from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout the world.
So grateful that everyone is here in May to well
enjoy the beautiful weather, but to get the real scoop,
the whole scoop, and nothing but the scoop here on

(32:50):
the program, as we are talking about the success of
the Trump administration and the rebellious cult, the domestic terrorist
organization known as the Democrat Party, who is digging themselves

(33:10):
into a hole, and we'll talk more about that later
on in the program. I do have some stuff to
talk about with the Democrat Party sinking and they're just
kind of letting it sink because the radicals they don't
know enough to how to fix it. But we'll talk

(33:31):
about that later on in the program. It is coming
up in a forthcoming segment later on in the program.
But I just want to get through what we are
talking about before the break, we're talking about the arrest
of a judge from Milwaukee, Hannah Dugan, for impeding ice

(33:52):
to deliberately help an illegal immigrant escape. The arrest of
Ice Ice, I should say, and now she's paying the
price because she's she had to retain an attorney and
she is gonna be facing charges and it's gonna set

(34:13):
precedents for judges and anybody else across America. Democrat governors, mayors,
police chiefs, whoever. Democrat governors are probably gonna be next
if they decide that well they have the power to
impede ice, Well they're not gonna arrest me. I'm a governor.

(34:35):
Well not not not not not so fast. But AnyWho.
As we are continuing this talk, here we go, got this.
Got a couple more audio clips to talk about here,
speaking of Wisconsin, because this whole incident happened in Wisconsin.

(34:58):
So Wisconsin Wresman Brian Style, he was interviewed on Fox
News as he talks about the arrest of Hannah Dugan.

Speaker 1 (35:14):
Let's spring in Wisconsin. Congressman Brian's Style.

Speaker 6 (35:17):
Parts of his district are just south of Milwaukee, where
Judge Dugan presides, so she is under arrest charged with,
you know, obstructing federal agents, among other things.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
What do you think was going through her.

Speaker 7 (35:32):
Mind here, Congressman, nothing, Probably federal agents is a crime.
And it doesn't matter if you're the defendant, a witness,
or a sitting judge. When you read the criminal complaints,
it reads like a textbook case of obstruction that she
allowed this defendant to go through non public areas of
the courthouse to get into the streets. And the reason
this is so important is it because it puts the

(35:52):
lives of the men and women of law enforcement who
are there to effectuate the arrest at risk. The reason
the arrest was being made at the county court most
likely is because it would be known that the defendant
would be unarmed, having already gone through security, allowing the
defendant to get loose onto the street, allowing a footchase
to take place, push the lives of officers at risk,

(36:12):
and this criminal complaint makes it very clear a large
number of witnesses. It reads like a casebook case of obstruction.
She deserves her a day in court to explain her
side of the story, but she does not deserve special treatment.

Speaker 2 (36:26):
Oh yeah, exactly. You know, she probably thinks she does,
but she doesn't. Doesn't deserve special treatment just because you're
a judge. See, these judges think they're above the law.
That's why Judge James Boseburg decides to stop Trump on
everything that he's doing and issue injunctions. And these Democrat

(36:51):
judges are doing all this because they probably think they're
above the law. Well, no, they're not above the law either.
They have to obey the laws to and they should
be obeying the laws. The Democrat Party looks crazy that
they're fighting so hard for their precious illegals. Why that

(37:14):
is the most stupidest thing, But that's their agenda. Okay,
last audio clip on the topic. I want to get
through this quick so I can move on to my
other topics. This one is a clip from Bill O'Reilly.
Now he talks about the city of Boston. Because the

(37:35):
Boston City mayor and police chief now they're threatening to
impede Ice. So I'm gonna roll this clip here, bustin
Ice showdown.

Speaker 12 (37:51):
Now, this is where I think Homan is gonna come
up against it in Boston, all right, And I know
the city as well as anybody, all right. I went
to school there, I worked at the two local stations there.

Speaker 5 (38:07):
I love Boston.

Speaker 12 (38:09):
The mayor is Michelle Woo far left, basically says I'm
not going to winbey any federal immigration law.

Speaker 5 (38:18):
That's what Michelle says. It's no, was not gonna do it.

Speaker 12 (38:23):
The police commissioner, a guy named Michael Cox, NA says
the same thing.

Speaker 5 (38:27):
But listen to this. Cox has done an excellent job in.

Speaker 12 (38:32):
Boston on crime. Boss is a very liberal city, but
the crime is not nearly as intense as it is
here in New York, in Philadelphia and Baltimore, on and
on and on, because Boston has a very smart community
policing program and it tamps down the offenders, makes it

(38:55):
very difficult for the offenders to operate because they have
a community relationship. So Cox has done an excellent job
on crime, but he refuses to deal with undocumented alien
crime rule the tape.

Speaker 9 (39:14):
You know, in the Boston Police Department has pretty defined
rules set by the law, and we abide by the
law here in the state and we don't you know,
enforce civil detainers regarding federal immigration law. It's you know,
it's defined here in the state and that's just how
it works.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
Well, you've lined up the state.

Speaker 2 (39:34):
How do you navigate the difference between the state, the
city of Boston and Washington, d C.

Speaker 9 (39:41):
And so I can't. You know, it's hard enough to
run the Boston Police Department. I could never fathom, you know,
running outside of that.

Speaker 12 (39:50):
Well, that interview is done on my alma mater, wcb
BE Channel five in Boston, still a very fine station.
Now you notice that the police chief says, uh, we
don't enforce civil detainers. Ouch, that's against federal law. The
police commissioner could be arrested. Now, is uh Christy Nolan

(40:15):
going to do that? Is uh Tom Holman going to
do that?

Speaker 5 (40:20):
He could be arrested.

Speaker 12 (40:21):
You can't have state and local law defy federal law.
Federal law is the top, It overrides the others. And
he admitted, we get a detainer from Ice. Homan wants
us to keep somebody because they Feds want to investigate
the person. We're not keeping them. Now, if me and

(40:46):
I would, it would break my heart to do it.
I would go in and arrest both Wu and Cox.

Speaker 2 (40:54):
Yeah, because they can do that. You know, they can
arrest a man or a police chief or sitting governor.
Because yeah, they said that they're just gonna not that
they're not gonna follow any of the loss. They're Democrats. Wow,

(41:15):
that be careful what you do, guys, because they will.
I mean, so, what do we have to have happen?
Do we have to have them arrest some Democrat mayors
and police chiefs that say they're gonna impede ice? Do
they have to arrest Tony Emmers Ever's I'm sorry, Hope

(41:37):
I got the name right? Or JB. Pritzer or Gavin Newsom.
Do they have to arrest some of these people before
the Democrat cult gets the message?

Speaker 3 (41:50):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (41:50):
That just may happen because Democrats are just they're at
war with everybody. That war with the Maormerican people. That's
what it seems like. And that is a good segue
going into my next segment.

Speaker 1 (42:09):
Here there's a civil war brewing in America between Democrats
and Americans.

Speaker 3 (42:17):
Find out the latest in civil War two.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
Yeah, between Democrats and Americans might say Americans, I mean
Republicans and the swing voters basically everybody but the far
left Democrats. That's what it seems like. That's just what
it seems like. Have everybody else noticed that? I hope
everybody has noticed that, but they do. Now we know

(42:45):
that the Democrat Party is the party of violence. Okay,
they are. They love riots, they protect rioters. They call
it freedom of speech. You can do that, it's fine.
They call for violence against Republicans and to attack Trump

(43:12):
Cabinet members and YadA YadA. They blatantly do that, and
they've been doing that a lot lately. And I do
have some exclusives for you. That's what I do here
on the program. Okay, As I talked about Democrat governors
that can be arrested and they're proactive and breaking federal

(43:38):
law and stuff. Well, Governor of Illinois, JB. Pritzer, Democrat, well,
I don't know if he's threatened to impede ice or
anything yet, but he could be arrested for inciting riots.

(44:00):
Because I got this clip. I'm gonna play it right now.
Governor JB. Pritzer of Illinois was speaking and he literally
blatantly called for Democrats to commit violence against Republicans. And

(44:21):
I'm gonna roll this clip right now. This is exclusive here.

Speaker 13 (44:25):
Never before in my life have I called for mass protests,
for mobilization, for disruption.

Speaker 2 (44:32):
But I am now, WHOA, WHOA what insane.

Speaker 5 (44:47):
These Republicans cannot know a moment of peace.

Speaker 13 (44:52):
They have to understand that we will fight their cruelty
with every megaphone and microphone that we have. We must
castigate them on the soapbox and then punish them at
the ballot box.

Speaker 2 (45:05):
Oh, I'll cut that off there. Uh it's well, I
know about the ballot box, bro. Because Americans aren't voting
Democrat for a while, I can tell you that right now,
that's not gonna happen. Did he call for extreme violence,

(45:28):
probably not, But he called for mass protests. But you
know how Democrats think. Democrats are stupid and they're also
looking for violence. They're looking for an excuse to cause

(45:49):
violence and to attack Republicans. And their idea of protests
isn't marching with signs and megaphones.

Speaker 14 (45:58):
No.

Speaker 2 (45:58):
No, we know even since twenty twenty that their idea
protests is violence. It's burning stuff down, attacking police officers,
white people, Republicans, anybody, assassination attempts on any Republican official.

(46:24):
You know, it's rhetoric like that that sparks the Democrat Party,
and they Democrats, they think they have the green light
to do that just because their leaders get up and
do that. But all I know is if that stuff
starts violence, JB. Prisser and anybody else doing that. Chuck Schumer,
he's another one that sparked that stuff. They should be

(46:46):
charged with anything that happens, anybody gets killed, they should
be charged for that property damage. They should be responsible.
Democrats if they decide, oh, it's greenlight to come come
here and burn down my radio station and stuff, well JB.

(47:09):
Pritzer can pay to get that replaced. And if he
wants to spark violence, that's all I know about that.
Oh yeah, and it's not just you know, Chuck Schumer's
rhetoric or JB. Pritzer. Bernie Sanders is spewing hate right

(47:33):
along with them.

Speaker 14 (47:36):
Thanks to Donald Trump, we now know what oligarchy is about.
We have a government of the billionaire class, by the
billionaire class, and for the billionaire class. We are looking
at an unprecedented attack on the foundations of American democracy and.

Speaker 1 (47:56):
On the Trump a movement toward.

Speaker 2 (47:59):
Authoritary what no, liar, Well, if that's not spewing hate,
then I don't know what is. And Democrats take that
stuff is a green light to protest and to cause riots.
And attacks and all that stuff. Well, all right, well

(48:19):
let's start arresting them. Start arresting Chuck Schumer for his
violent rhetoric. JP Pritzer, Bernie Sanders and all of them.
Let's just go after him the time. Holman won't do
that if it's got nothing to do with the border
or legal immigrants. But Pam Bondi can issue that, and

(48:40):
Cash Patel can carry it out. Get them. They need
to stop this. It's insane. That's destroying America. Anyway. Time
for a break, last breaking program. A few more great
stories coming up. We'll continue that in one minute. I
come back. You don't want to miss any of it.

(49:01):
Stick around.

Speaker 3 (49:07):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (49:27):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Great news stories, great insights.

Speaker 3 (49:34):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (49:47):
And welcome on back. Vital stretch of the program ahead
of us. We're nearing the end of the episode for
the first episode in May twenty twenty five. Boy, we
are having a great time covering a lot of great
stuff bringing into the real scoop. Basically the exclusives you

(50:08):
might not find most other places. Mainstream media won't carry
it because well, they got to protect the Democrat cult
by any means necessary, and they do. CNN, ABC, NBC,
they're all there. There's a few of us that bring

(50:29):
all this great stuff, and I'm one of them. Why
the Democrats don't like me? I mean, I just yeah,
I hope I'm not the target of a of the
Democrat violence when they start writing again. Yeah, oh, these Democrats,
these pesky Democrats.

Speaker 1 (50:47):
We all know Brian is conservative, but what are the
liberals up to.

Speaker 3 (50:53):
Find out here? On democratic chaos?

Speaker 2 (50:57):
Hey, earlier in the program, I did tease that we
are talking about the Democrats and the Democrat Party that
they're still sinking their party. They're not taking corrective action
for why they lost in November. They're not taking corrective
action to straighten out their party. They're actually digging the

(51:21):
wrong way. Said that before. I said that a lot,
and I'm gonna keep saying it because it's true. So
I got one audio clip on this topic, and it's
from Bill O'Reilly again me. I like using his clips
because Bill O'Reilly he's a great guy. I love listening

(51:43):
to him.

Speaker 14 (51:43):
Talk.

Speaker 2 (51:45):
Him and Jesse Waters are kind of my two favorites.
I love listening to them them to talk. They're really good.
They have a lot of really good stuff. So I
get a lot of clips from them. So Bill O'Reilly
interviews a moderate Democrat, Tom Suwoozy. I hope I'm pronouncing

(52:11):
his name correct. I apologize if I'm not, but I
hope I'm pronouncing his name correct. Congressman in New York Democrat,
but I think he's kind of moderate. On why why
this guy might think that the Democrat Party has gone

(52:32):
far left? And who might have hijacked it? So I'm
going to roll this real quickly.

Speaker 5 (52:37):
I got some questions for you.

Speaker 12 (52:39):
Number one, your party was hijacked by far left people
under Biden. There's no doubt about that. Yeah, that's why
Trump won. How did that happen? You're not a far
left guy? How did your party get hijacked by the
far left?

Speaker 15 (52:57):
I think that both parties are prone to being hijacked
by their extreme bases, both parties. In the case of
the Democratic Party, Joe Biden is not the greatest messenger
in the world. I think he did a lot of
good stuff, but he's not the greatest messenger in the world,
and too many people are intimidated to speak up against

(53:18):
their extreme base. And as a result, I think the
Republicans effectively weaponized the extreme elements of our party to say, like,
you're all for defund police, you're all for open borders,
you're all for all this extremist stuff. And it worked.

Speaker 2 (53:32):
It's true though, there are plenty of.

Speaker 15 (53:34):
Extremists in the Republican Party, you know, Marjorie Taylor Green
and Lauren Brobert and Matt Gates. But we did not
effectively weaponize that. And the beggar spokesman was Donald Trump,
so you couldn't paint them with that brush. It was
just the message he was selling as opposed to.

Speaker 12 (53:51):
But I still don't understand if you're a president of
the United States and you go into office and open
the border and fourteen million foreign nationals come in on ad,
that's a far left play. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (54:03):
Do you have any idea why that man Biden did that?
Any idea at all?

Speaker 15 (54:08):
My belief, I genuinely believe this bill Joe Biden is
a creature of the Senate and he thinks that, you know,
to make long lasting change, you got to negotiate a
deal in the Senate and to come up with a compromise,
and he worked on trying to do a compromise for years.
Ultimately they came up with this compromise in February twenty
twenty four. Was too late, and he did an executive

(54:31):
order in June of twenty twenty four. I sent him
a letter along with the Republican Bryan Fitzpatrick, asking him
to seal off asylum applications in between the ports of entry,
and he did it, and the numbers are down from
what they were when it was really bad back in
end of twenty twenty three. But it just waited too
long and as a result.

Speaker 5 (54:50):
But he too long. It's three years of damage.

Speaker 15 (54:56):
The first year. The first year was not as that
bad because we were still having the COVID hangover and
there were not that many problem comes.

Speaker 5 (55:03):
You know how bad it was. You said it in
your campaign that it was wrong. There was no question
he said it. So why did he do it? Why
did he do it for three years?

Speaker 15 (55:15):
I think he was focused on other stuff and he did.

Speaker 5 (55:18):
Other stuff before he.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
Rams through.

Speaker 5 (55:26):
I don't get me.

Speaker 15 (55:28):
COVID was a major issue when he first came into office.

Speaker 5 (55:31):
I mean, what does COVID had to do with an
open border? Nothing? And then he rams through regulation. Wait,
listen to me.

Speaker 12 (55:39):
He rams through regulation after regulation on the energy industry,
rocketing inflation, so everybody suffers.

Speaker 5 (55:47):
And then two years in he takes that off.

Speaker 12 (55:50):
Takes them two years to figure out you can't strangle
the fossil fuel industry and not have inflation, and.

Speaker 5 (55:57):
He takes it out and he drills like crazy. This
is Biden.

Speaker 15 (56:02):
So he is.

Speaker 12 (56:03):
Well, he's the second worst president ever in my opinion,
And I know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 5 (56:09):
Let's advance it.

Speaker 12 (56:09):
You're the coach here of the problem solvers caucus right
in the House.

Speaker 5 (56:16):
Correct.

Speaker 2 (56:16):
Well, hey, I know, I'll cut it up. I think
we kind of heard enough. Well, maybe this guy might
not be moderate, doesn't seem to know what he's talking about,
and he must be far left extremists. But yeah, the
party's been hijacked by the far left, and we don't
know who's the blame for it. We don't know who's

(56:36):
running it now. Basically we don't know what's going on,
and they're not taking corrective action. But that's okay. That
party can just sink and sink and sink. Maybe they
have to lose the midterms to realize that. Right, Maybe

(56:57):
Republicans have to retain the House and send it in
the midterms, maybe by bigger numbers. Maybe Minnesota would have
to flip red in the midterms. Maybe the Democrats will
start learning and giving up on this out there sticking
hard to the left, extreme far left agenda is not
what it's gonna take to fix the party anyway. I

(57:22):
don't want to waste much more time. And they got
three quick stories. I want to try to get rid of. Boy,
it's been almost an hour here already, but usually I
want to end the program at this time. But I
got three quick stories, just three quick ones. I'll try
to get it done in about five minutes or so.
We'll see what we can get done. It's great stuff.

(57:44):
I don't want to toss any of it out because
it's great stuff.

Speaker 6 (57:48):
Right.

Speaker 2 (57:49):
We have a great time here on the program, bringing
a lot of great stuff, So let's get right to it.

Speaker 1 (57:56):
People often make a lot of mistakes. It seems kind
of well, you.

Speaker 3 (57:59):
Know, stupid, So we prepaired this segment called what were
you thinking?

Speaker 2 (58:07):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna talk about a Democrat.

Speaker 7 (58:09):
We have to.

Speaker 2 (58:12):
Anybody who's going to do things that are kind of stupid,
well you have to be Democrat. So we'll talk quickly
on New York Attorney General Letitia James. And I've talked
about her before, I think just last week as a
matter of fact, who is the attorney general in New York?

(58:36):
Committed mortgage fraud in Virginia, tried to buy a home
and uh made some lies that that's her primary residence,
which is not true, and naming her father's name as
her husband. Ah, that's just to try to get better rates.

(58:59):
So that's kind of the problem. So I got this
quick audio clip I came across. I just want to
get through this real fast. Jim Jordan, who's on Fox News,
he's on the Judiciary Committee, who talks about the Letitia

(59:22):
James mortgage froust.

Speaker 16 (59:23):
You knowing me now, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, House Judiciary
Committee Chair, Congressman. Now, given Letitia James this crusade against
Trump where no benefit by the way, in that case,
no benefit accrued to Trump, and choose this novel application
of a fraud statute. Shouldn't an investigation go forward here

(59:44):
on a fairly straightforward issue.

Speaker 17 (59:46):
Well, it sure seems like and this may be the
biggest irony I've ever seen in American politics that she's
now looks like she's engaged in the same thing she
charged President Trump with. I mean, turns out you can't
have your principal residence in Virginia and be the Attorney
general of New York. Turns out you can on a
mortgage form say that your dad is actually your husband.

(01:00:08):
And you also can't say that you got a four
unit property that's actually five units. Those are the three
things that it looks like she did over a long
period of time, and yet she had the goal to
go after President Trump.

Speaker 5 (01:00:20):
You got to be kidding me.

Speaker 1 (01:00:21):
So yeah, I think this is real. We'll see her comments.

Speaker 17 (01:00:25):
So far, she's been kind of quet of course, she
does a typical thing the left always does. The left
will well, you know, they'll be they'll always accuse us
of what they're doing. And the other thing you always do,
The left will tell a lie Trump did something wrong,
big media will report it, big tech will amplify it.

Speaker 1 (01:00:40):
And then if you tell the truth, they call you names.

Speaker 5 (01:00:42):
And that's exactly what she did.

Speaker 17 (01:00:44):
I think she called President Trump and his administration bullies
for simply pointing out that looks like she lied on
these forms and she did it to get better terms
and a better rate on the loans. So she was
doing it for personal gain, and you're not supposed to
do those kind of things.

Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
Yeah, exactly. You know, because she campaigned on she's gonna
find a way to get Trump. So she charged Trump
with business fraud. It turned out that it wasn't really fraud,
but she had to find a way to get Trump
and try to get him so he couldn't run again.
That didn't work out. This is what I mean about

(01:01:23):
nothing stopped Trump before. So she say, oh, nobody's above
the law. See here's the thing. Latitia James is like, oh, no,
one's above the law. It doesn't matter if Trump's a
big businessman, uh, former president, He's gonna be running for
president again, all this great stuff. Doesn't matter who you are.

(01:01:45):
You're not above the law. She said that a million times.
But what about her? Is she above the law? It's
like Jim Jordans said that that's Uh, it's irony. It's
the biggest case of irony in America politics. She won't
have to Trump for all this stuff, but look at her.

(01:02:09):
In fact, they probably wouldn't be doing an investigation on
her to find this if she didn't attack Trump. So yeah,
I don't know what she was thinking there, but Carmel
will catch up to so we'll see where this goes.
All Right, a couple more quick things I want to
get through. Let's get right to it.

Speaker 1 (01:02:31):
Some things seem strange and unbelievable, but by golly, it's true.

Speaker 3 (01:02:35):
But you know, you can't make this stuff up.

Speaker 2 (01:02:38):
So yeah. In the state of Minnesota, my home state,
that's still a swing state. It's been ran by Democrats
for at least the past twelve plus years. I mean,
it's still evenly split. The Democrats have control that state
by a very slim majority, but anyway, it's still being

(01:03:02):
ran by Democrats, and Democrats are still protecting their precious illegals.
They're still what they're far far left agenda. The citizens
of Minnesota are getting sick of Democrats and Democrats that
are running the state. That's why I think is a

(01:03:23):
huge chance in the midterms next year that that state,
when all their offices are up for election, we may
see a shift in power. It's likely to go red.
So Hannepin County, which is the county Minneapolis is in.

(01:03:44):
That's the county seat of Hennepin County. That the Hanniban
County Attorney Mary more Rarity. I sorry, I'm trying to
pronounce her name correctly. Hopefully I am Mary Moore Mariarty.

(01:04:08):
I apologize if I'm not pronouncing her last name correctly.
Tells prosecutors to take race into considering in the consideration
when crafting plea deals. So the left is at their
the same games of try to prioritize blacks and Hispanics

(01:04:31):
and Middle Easterns and Mexicans and such with them over
white people, also with protecting illegal immigrants. So what this
woman is saying is she wants all the prosecutors to
put race in the consideration when crafting plea deals. So

(01:04:54):
that way, if you're black or Hispanic or Middle Eastern
or Mexican, he's supposed to get a way better plea
bargain than a white person, which is racist. It's totally
against the law. But now the FEDS are stip stepping in.

(01:05:14):
Department of Justice is now investigating her new policy, so
you can expect that this will get shot down it's
gonna get appealed. Yeada, Yeah, it's gonna go up to
the Supreme Court. Probably. The left is at their game,
the same games and the Democrats. I thought the Democrats

(01:05:40):
in Minnesota were more moderate than they were far left,
but that seems lately that they're not. They're starting to
ruin that state. But the midterms can't come soon enough.
But the state leadership is still Democratic. Tampon, Tim is

(01:06:02):
the governor of Minnesota. They're not gonna do anything about it,
so the Feds have to step in, and they are,
and the Feds they need to stop them as much
as possible until the midterms come. We can get all
republican state government and just get all that straightened out

(01:06:25):
to stop these far left Democratic local leaders that are
continuing to ruin the state. All right, So one more
quick story, let's get to it.

Speaker 1 (01:06:42):
What's going on with corporate America.

Speaker 3 (01:06:44):
Brian is here to bring you business news.

Speaker 2 (01:06:49):
All right. So I can't believe this guy is still
a CEO running things at his old age. But he's
a great guy. Warren Buffett ninety four years old. But
he announces that he's going to retire at the end
of the year. With all this money that this guy has,

(01:07:12):
she should have retired a long time ago.

Speaker 1 (01:07:14):
I would have.

Speaker 2 (01:07:17):
