and current events, exposing fake news and giving you the

a wart winner, multi time broadcast, a wart winner, Brian Wallenberg.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Well, it's only going to be one week away from
Donald Trump taking office for second time. Wait, so welcome
on back to The Brian Wahllenberg Show. Another episode as
we are in twenty twenty five. January twentieth can't come
(01:12):
soon enough. So Biden's trying to destroy as much as
he can before he leaves intentionally. My gosh, what a
sore loser. But we're gonna talk about that a little
later on in the program. Man, we have just a
lot of stuff to cover. I'm sorry I missed the
(01:35):
episode last week. It just gets so busy after the holidays.
But well then I just wanted to wait for this
breaking news that we have with Trump's sentencing and Trump
being certified and as president, all this great stuff coming up.
(01:58):
So yeah, we have lots and lots to talk about
this episode. Will try to get it done in an hour.
If not, we'll just go over a little bit. I
just I just got so much this week, just so
much to cover, but it's all great. Anybody who listens
(02:20):
to the show often enough should know that I cover
it all and we have it all so without wasting time,
Because like I said, got lots to do, so let's
go ahead and get things started.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
Can't wait for the huge stories.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well wait no more. Brian is here with the exclusives,
and here's the stable there.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
For the President of the United States, as delivered to
the President of the Senate is as follows. The whole
number of the electors appointed to vote for President of
the United States is five hundred and thirty eight. Within
that whole number, the majority is two hundred and seventy.
The votes for President of the United States are as follows.
(03:13):
Donald J. Trump of the state of Florida has received
three hundred and twelve votes. Kamala de Harris Kamala de
(03:39):
Harris of the state of California has received two hundred
and twenty six votes. This announcement of the state of
the vote by the President of the Senate shall be
deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons elect did President
(04:01):
and Vice President of the United States, each for a
term beginning on the twentieth day of January two thousand
and twenty five, and shall be entered together with the
list of the votes on the journals of the House
and the Senate.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Thank you very much, right man, twenty twenty five. Sorry,
I just can't stand her voice. But but what that's
so great? I mean, kam La Harris had to certified Trump,
(04:41):
her opponent in the election that she lost to. She
had to certify him to be president of the United States.
Oh man, that's just I don't want to bask in
someone else's misery, but that is just that is awesome.
With all the trouble the Democrats cause of the last
(05:04):
four years, well it's kind of well deserved. But one
thing I won't miss is her voice. Donald Trump, Gota
my darnie, don't her voice is somethings is not right
with it. But but yes, without any objections or anything.
(05:26):
On January sixth, Congress had to certify Donald Trump as
the winner of the election and the next president of
the United States. So that's all great. Yeah, Kamala Harris
had to certify her opponent. That hasn't happened in a while.
(05:52):
I think that was what was Al Gore that had
to do that to George W. Bush Beck in two thousand. No,
I'm trying to think when the last time that happened.
Oh well, I mean, it doesn't happen a whole lot.
It doesn't happen a lot, but it's happened. And yeah,
(06:13):
it would have to be hard for Kamala Harris to
have to do that to her opponent that she lost to.
Even late night hosts most of them are Democratic anyway,
but late night talk show hosts, they went on their
shows and they had to joke around about that particular thing. Here,
(06:38):
it is some clips for you that's got a sting. Yep.
Speaker 5 (06:53):
She's like, I can hear you. God, it's like attending
your own funeral. And even the mourners are like, I
can't imagine anything that would be where uncomfortable and standing
there while the crowd applauds your opponent Tamala Harris.
Speaker 2 (07:11):
You know, because she's Vice President.
Speaker 6 (07:13):
And President of the Senate, she had to give the
official sign off on.
Speaker 7 (07:17):
Trump's win, which that is cruel and unusual.
Speaker 6 (07:20):
I mean, this is like, it's like making your ex
dj your wedding to your new.
Speaker 8 (07:25):
Today, Congress convened to certify the results of the presidential election,
and Vice President Harris oversaw the process. Harris is like,
and with that, my dry January is over.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Oh well, like you said, I usually don't want to
bask in someone's misery, but you know, the way the
Democrats have screwed everything up intentionally over the last four years,
and the trouble they gave President Trump for no reason,
and the terror that they caused, you know, and if
(08:00):
the worst thing I can do is sit there and
bask in their misery, well this time I think it's
well deserved. That's just that's just how I feel. Normally,
I'm not the sick hearted kind of guy that would
do that. But oh well, but anyway, next up, Well,
(08:25):
speaking of elections.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Your voice, your vote, it's time now for election coverage.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
You know, Donald Trump takes off is January twentieth, but
the new Congress has already taken over. I think they're in.
The new Congress takes over what January second or third,
one of those days, so they're already in in power.
(08:59):
The Democrats are out of power in the Senate. Yay,
so they can't screw anything else up. But yeah, Mike
Johnson has been re elected as Speaker of the US
House of Representatives.
Speaker 9 (09:20):
The tellers agree in their tallies that the total number
of votes cast is four hundred and thirty four, of
which the Honorable Mike Johnson of the State of Louisiana
has received two hundred and eighteen.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Oop. All right, whoop, what an ovation?
Speaker 9 (10:05):
The Honorable Hakeem Jeffries of the State of New York
has received two hundred and fifteen.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
What do you do? Smaller ovation for him?
Speaker 9 (10:24):
And the Honorable Tom Emmer of the State of Minnesota
has received one.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Oh.
Speaker 10 (10:29):
God.
Speaker 9 (10:34):
Therefore, the Honorable Mike Johnson of the State of Louisiana,
having received a majority of the votes cast, is duly
elected Speaker of the House of Representatives for the one
hundred and nineteenth times.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Yeah, it looks like he's got a bigger ovation than well,
Johnson's got a bigger ovation than Hakim Jefferies because Mike
Johnson is a Yeah, Mike Johnson is a respected individual
in the House of Representatives. John Curtis told me that,
(11:22):
And I had that on my show last year when
you had the Republican Convention that I was a part of. Yeah,
John Curtis, who is who was congressman now he's senator,
US Senator from Utah. Yeah, he says that Mike Johnson
is a very well respected individual. You know, Democrats respected him.
(11:45):
Even though they voted for Hakim Jefferies to be the
the House Speaker. Tom Emmer from my home state of
Minnesota just got one vote. Oh my gosh, you shouldn't
have even ran. He is a Republican in You should
have just let Mike Johnson get the votes, because I
(12:07):
think it was the second round of vote that they
had to they had to do to get Johnson reelected.
At least it's not what two years ago where they
had to do like, well it was a ten to
fifteen rounds of votes just to get McCarthy in there. Well,
at least we didn't have to do that this time.
It should have just been you know, Tom Emmer should
(12:29):
have stayed out of it. It should have just been
Mike Johnson and then hockeym Jefferies, then Johnson because originally
in the first round of voting we had three that
didn't vote for Mike Johnson, so he didn't get the
two eighteen needed. Yeah, so he didn't, so they had
(12:53):
to do it again. But I'm glad that the Republicans
have the power. They have the gavels. Republican Senate's already underway.
They're all underway. So the Democrats are basically lost power now.
(13:15):
And as I talked about on the show the past
few weeks that for areas where the Democrats did win
in state and local elections, their majority titan so they
lost power across the board. Now, all we're waiting on
is for the next week, for January twentieth, the come
(13:37):
to get Biden out of there, get him into the
nursing home or the nursing home basement where he feels
more comfortable, so he can eat ice cream and take
care of his dementia. He'll get that taken care of
because he's causing too much trouble. He's caused so much
(13:57):
trouble over the last four year. He's intentionally messing more
stuff up to make it harder for Trump to fix
everything when he takes over. And we'll have that coming
up later in the program, but for now, we need
to take a break. It's gonna be our first breakout
(14:18):
of the program. Be back in one minutes. Hey, we're
just getting started, folks. Lots and lots more to do.
We'll continue on in one minute when I come back.
Stick around.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (14:54):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Great news stories, great insights.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
And welcome on back. As we are just one week
away from Donald Trump taking office for a second time.
Get Joe Biden totally out. Just can't wait. We have
to wait one more week. Unfortunately, I just can't. I
(15:37):
just wish we could make an amendment to the Constitute
well with the Convention of States, once that gets approved
by enough states to have this convention. Do you proposed
all these amendments that ought to be one of them? Okay,
we have the new Congress take effect, they're in office,
(16:01):
they certified the new president. They should move the date
for the new president to take off as January tenth
or something. That's what they should do, but that's gonna
require a constitutional amendment. But we just can't wait to
get Joe out of there. He can't Joe can't do
(16:22):
a whole lot because he doesn't have a Democratic Congress
of any kind anymore. So, but he doesn't do much anyway.
He just sits there, runs his mouth. He's signing executive
orders to try to ban Trump from doing domestic and
(16:44):
offshore drilling, which it's not gonna work, but that but
he's just trying to destroy that. But we're we'll talk
about that later on in the program. But we do
have one more items of a breaking news items, so
let's go ahead and get right to it.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
People often make a lot of mistakes. It seemed kind of, well,
you know, stupid.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
So we've prepared this segment called what were you thinking?
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Hey, I had to kind of dust off this bumper.
Haven't used this in a while, but I'm gonna refer
this to Judge Murshan, the judge in the Trump's case
where he got convicted in New York. Okay, now you're wondering,
(17:38):
why did I use this bumper. Well, I'll get to that.
But Donald Trump was still sentenced even though he won
the election. The judge went he had the option of
throwing it out, okay, but he went ahead and sentenced
them to what's called an unc additional discharge. It's basically well,
(18:05):
giving him a sentence but with nothing. There's no prison time,
know nothing. It's almost like throwing it out. But it's
still on his record as a conviction. But here is
Judge Vershan giving him that the sentence of unconditional discharge.
Speaker 10 (18:24):
The protections afforded the office of the President are not
a mitigating factor. They do not reduce the serious seriousness
of the crime or justify its commission in any way.
The protections are, however, a legal mandate which, pursuing into
(18:44):
the rule of law, this court must respect and follow. However,
despite the extraordinary breath of those protections, one power they
do not provide is the power to erase such ury verdict.
It's clear from legal president, which until July one was scarce,
(19:07):
that Donald Trump, the ordinary citizen, Donald Trump the criminal defendant,
would not be entitled to such considerable protections. I'm referring
to protections that extend well beyond those afforded the average
defendant who winds their way through the criminal justice system
each day. No ordinary citizens do not receive those legal protections.
(19:33):
It is the office of the President that bestows those
far reaching protections to the office holder, and it was
the citizenry of this nation that recently decided that you
should once again receive the benefits of those protections, which include,
among other things, the supremacy claus and presidential immunity.
Speaker 7 (19:56):
It is through that lens and that reality that this
Court must determine a lawful sentence. After careful analysis, in
obedience to governing mandates, and pursuing too the rule of law,
this Court has determined that the only lawful sentence that
(20:19):
permits entry of a judgment of conviction without encroaching upon
the highest office in the land is an unconditional discharge,
which the New York State Legislature has determined is a
lawful and permissible sentence for the crime of falsifying business
records in the first degree. Therefore, at this time I
(20:43):
impose that sentence to cover all thirty four counts. Sir,
I wish you god speed as you assume your second
terminal office.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Thank you, okay, So okay, the reason why I put
that in the bumper of what were you thinking? Okay,
this judge made a mistake. I mean he should have
thrown the case out. The judge has the power to
throw it out, overturn the conviction, drop everything. He should
(21:12):
have did that at least by November sixth, the day
after Trump was reelected. Okay, But the judge went ahead
and made the sentence, but just did no punishment. So
that way, because if the judge would have thrown it out,
Trump would no longer be a convicted felon, even though
(21:34):
these were bogus, made up charges. Anyway, He's still going
to go on record as being a convicted felon. Had
the judge would have thrown everything out, he wouldn't have
that on his title. But the judge wanted to have
no punishment anyway, but he did it this way, so
(21:55):
Trump will still be a felon on record. Kind of
a big mistake because when Trump takes over and we
get the new FBI director and everything, I guarantee you
all these people that are involved in these witch hunts,
people like Judge Murshaan, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, and others
(22:24):
who are rumored to have been paid and bried by
people like George Sorows to get Trump. Okay, now it's rumors,
it's you know, they say there is evidence out there,
haven't seen anything yet. But what I'm trying to say
(22:46):
is that this will now be investigated once Trump takes
over and becomes president again. With Cash Fattel and the
new FBI in there, you can rest assure there's good
to be an investigation. He's been rumored that Judge Marshan
and his family was paid a lot of money to
(23:09):
get Trump, and if there's any truth of that, he's
gonna be in deep doggy dude. Now, judge should have well,
the whole case should have been different. Okay. The jury
was selected on purpose to be all democratic. They made
sure there were no Republicans on that jury. They made
(23:33):
sure of it. It was set up that alone is
gonna piss off Trump enough to make sure that there's
gonna be an investigation or sweet revenge or whatever you
want to call it. But this judge should have bought
some lenience. He should have bought himself some leniency. You know,
(23:55):
these guys thought, oh we can get Trump. It's gonna
be fine, he won't be able to be present, and
so we can go after him and get away with it.
They should have had a back door plan in case
Trump did win, because he did. Now the judge should
have bought himself some leniency. And what I mean by
that is what I said a minute ago to where
(24:18):
on November sixth, the day after the election, he should
have just thrown everything out, ruled a mistrial, or turned
the conviction, do something. He could have bought himself a
little bit more leniency. You know, he sounded nice and
that audio clip that I played a minute ago, I
(24:38):
wish you the best of luck, sir, in your in
your second term. You know, okay, try to be all
nice about it. That might have a little leniency.
Speaker 3 (24:48):
But.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
You can rest assured that there's gonna be an investigation
in all this, in all the people that have went
after Trump, because that is politically motivated. That's what it is.
(25:12):
You know, it all came down from Joe Biden, who
controlled the Department of Justice, controlled the FBI, control everything.
It all came down from Joe Biden. He was over Mayorcis,
who's over the FBI and everything. It's all just to
(25:34):
go after his political opponent. Now, when there's investigations going on,
when Trump goes after these people, yeah, the Democrats are
going to come out and say, well, hey, you're just
going after your political enemies. Well, first of all, isn't
that what the Democrats did? Didn't they go after their
(25:57):
political enemies? Yeah, it's okay for Democrats. I mean, but
they did that because they had to find a way
to get Trump. Now when Trump does, it's gonna be
a little different. They're investigating to see if any of
these people were bribed and paid to do this. Okay. Now,
(26:23):
regardless of what side of the aisle you're on, you
have to admit that that is wrong, okay, and that
deserves to be investigated. I mean, if there's no crime,
you know, okay, no harm done. But if there is
a crime, you need to be brought to justice. Okay.
(26:47):
And this judgement Sean he better realized he might not
be out of the woods yet. This guy should have
overturned everything and called a mistrial ors something. At least
by November sixth or something, you should have just gotten
rid of everything. That way, Trump is no longer a
(27:08):
convicted phil at least try to buy himself some leniency.
That's why I used that bumper, That's why I dusted
that off, And like, what were you thinking? Because it's
like you're making it worse. You're digging yourself into a hole.
Go and sentence them. Okay, that made it a lot worse.
(27:31):
You did the wrong thing. Should have overturned everything a
long time ago. So I hope it works out for
the best. I mean, I don't want the FBI to
go stinking on everybody because you Republicans said that the
FBI should be protecting citizens, not targeting them. The Democrats
(27:52):
use them to target political opponents. Democrats use the FBI
to go after parents just for speaking up at a
school board meeting and treating them like terrorists. I mean,
they shouldn't be doing that. They should be protecting people.
(28:13):
And as far as investigating crime, they should investigate real crimes.
So if people were bribed and paid millions of dollars
to take down Trump, well of course that should be investigated.
But that's it. Just when there's real crimes that happen.
They should do that. Anyway, time for a break, second
(28:33):
break of the program, so we'll be back. We have
we have lots more stuff to cover. And it's gonna
be great. We'll continue on one minute when I come back.
Stick around.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
And welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's listening
from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout the world.
As I know, I'm gonna keep saying this, as we
are one week away from Trump taking office for his
second term, the start of great success has to do
(29:51):
nothing Democrats. All they did was destroy this country over
the last four years. Trump is going to start a
cleanup pro sys, the FBI, Secret Service, all the agencies
are gonna be reformed, military, rebuilt everything. We're just gonna
(30:11):
we got at least four years of clean up the
mess that Joe Biden and the rest of the Democrats
have left us. So that starts in one week on
January twentieth. It's gonna be great. So all right, as
I said, we have lots more to go, so let's
(30:33):
continue on with the program.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
It's time for Brian's conservative take on politics.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
Because being conservative is the only way to be.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
Because when he's right, he's right.
Speaker 2 (30:45):
All right, So now we can talk about politics because
now we're gonna have great legislation passed. Now that we
got Now we got the Democrats basically out. Ooh gone. Joe,
like I said, is stuck here for one more week.
But he can't do much now because Republicans have control
(31:05):
of everything else. So we have well, we have the
Republicans already passing stuff. Okay, they're passing you know, spending
bills and doing all this great stuff and the stuff
Joe Biden is signing into law the Democrats are given
(31:28):
Joe Biden credit for, but it's Republicans that are passing
stuff going on. So Mike Johnson came out and said that, well,
one way to get the nation back on track, the
(31:50):
curve inflation and strengthen America's economy is to cut spending. Now,
every time the Republicans say that, the Democrats come out
and say, oh, yeah, it's because you're going to cut
social Security in medicare you know, they keep saying that,
and my rival Democratic show host Mike Moran keeps saying
(32:14):
that as well, it's not gonna happen. Republicans keep coming
out and saying that that's not gonna happen. Donald Trump
says that's not gonna happen. Mike Johnson comes out and
says that that is not gonna happen. And Mike Johnson
(32:35):
actually came out this week and specifically says, Yeah, we're
gonna cut unnecessary spending, We're gonna spend responsibly, but no,
we will not cut Social Security and Medicare.
Speaker 11 (32:51):
Among all the issues, is probably one of the most important.
I want to emphasize this, and I'm gonna say this
every time the issue comes out. Republicans and this this
Jory and the House innocent. Our intention and our mission
is to reduce the size and scope of government, to
reduce spending in a meaningful way so that we can
get restore fiscal sanity and get our country back on
(33:14):
the right track. So raising the debt limit is a
necessary step so that we don't give the appearance that
we're going to default in some way on the nation's debt.
That's important to the bond markets and the stability of
the dollar and all the rest. But that does not
mean that we have any intention whatsoever or will tolerate
spending up to the new debt limit. The idea is
(33:34):
to do exactly the opposite. So while that is almost
a pro forma sort of step that must be taken,
the commitment at the same time is to reduce spending,
not to spend more. So that will be the thought
discussion we have behind the scenes that number. The final
formula for that is yet to be determined, but it
will be determined here in the coming days, and I
look forward to having that discussion money.
Speaker 7 (33:53):
But missus bigger as part of that, are you open
at all to cuts to entitlement programs, specifically to care?
Speaker 11 (34:00):
Now, look, the President has made very clear Social Security
and Medicare have to be preserved, and we are not.
No one is coming in with the intention of cutting
benefits in any way or anything. But we have to
look at all spending and look at it very deliberately
while maintaining those commitments. The Republican Party is not going
to cut benefits. Okay, We've made that very clear over
(34:21):
and over and over, and that's the commitment of the
White House and the commitment of this Republican Conference.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
Yeah, Well, there's the thing they may get clear and clear,
but yet you still have Democrats accusing Republicans of going
to cut Social Security and Medicare. So I hope my
rival Democratic show host Mike Moran, I hope he's listening
to this, because you just heard Mike Johnson specifically say
(34:49):
that Donald Trump nor any other Republican have any intention
of cutting Social Security and medicare. Okay, flat out, But Democrats,
they don't have to believe. They can keep accusing us
of gonna do it. But then what's gonna happen is
we're not gonna do it. And then what Democrats say, Oh,
(35:12):
they're gonna do it, we just watch, Well, you're gonna
watch for four years, not gonna happen, and then oh, yeah,
it's gonna come someday. Well, no it's not. So we
applaud the Republicans for wanting to strengthen the country, the economy,
and that's exactly what they're gonna do. That's what the
(35:36):
Democrats are afraid of, that we're gonna strengthen the economy.
But when that happens, they're gonna either say, well, it's
not strengthened though they messed it up. Democrats are gonna
say that anyway. But if it gets to the point
to where they can't deny it, watch, they're gonna give
Joe Biden credit for that. They're gonna find a way
(35:59):
to give of Joe Biden credit. So that's how the
Democrats are. Every time we have a troubled economy, they
always blame the previous administration. Then when they when we
have a great economy, they give credit to the previous administration.
That's just how the Democrats don't take responsibility for their problems.
(36:21):
They blame Republicans. When Republicans do something right, they want
to take credit for it. That's just how they are.
But oh well, that's why they're being voted out of
power anyway. So I don't want to waste my time
talking about that. So we are looking forward to a
lot of great work by this new administration, this new government.
(36:47):
It's going to be awesome. And I get the joy
of broadcasting all this here on my show, so that's great.
So anyway, there's a lot more great stuff that the
Republicans are gonna do. Let's get ready to it.
Speaker 3 (37:04):
Great Americans will do whatever they can to fight for
freedom in our republic.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
They are American patriots at work.
Speaker 2 (37:16):
Okay, so I've talked about already how Republicans are going
to pass all this great legislation. We're going to clean
up the country, the cleanup the mess of the Democrat party. Well, yay,
we know that Joe Biden pardoned Hunter Biden even though
(37:39):
he promised he will not do that, but he did.
And Democrats saying, oh, that's all fine, our precious Hunter.
Democrats are like, well, nobody's above the law, not even
Donald Trump, but Democrats thinking it's okay, Hunter Biden is
above the law. He's a precious Democrat. You also, yeah,
(38:03):
they're above the law. Okay, So what's done is done. Okay,
Hunter is pardoned. But now Trump wants to pardon the
January sixers from four years ago. Well, if I think
(38:23):
that if Joe Biden can pardon Hunter, why can't we
pardon January six ers, what's the difference if they're all criminals? Right, So,
here is Chuck Schumer whining about that very issue.
Speaker 6 (38:43):
It is shamefully, utterly outrageous that the president is considering
pardons for these rioters.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
President is Trump president already.
Speaker 6 (38:55):
Who broke the law, attacked our police officers on January sixth,
Pardoning the criminals who assaulted police officers and tried to
halt the democratic process would be a dangerous endorsement of
political violence. It would send a message to the country
into the world that those who use force to get
(39:16):
their way will not be punished. It is wrong, it
is reckless, and it would be an insult to the
memory of those who died in connection that day.
Speaker 2 (39:28):
Okay, well, while that might be true, what about sending
a message that Hunter what he did was okay, that
he can be a drug addict, and he can lie
when he's trying to get a firearm, and he can
commit crimes and stuff, business fraud, get money from overseas
(39:51):
or what have you, though, I mean, what about pardoning him.
Oh yeah, it's okay if you're the son's president, or
just say the son of a president and stuff that.
I mean, the Democrats right to say, well, you're above
the law if you are a Democrat, you know it.
(40:19):
You know, I can also say stuff too about you know,
I could go on and on. I mean, we have
Joe Biden who took documents from from his time that
he served as vice president. Okay, now when he's president
when when he's vice president where he doesn't really have
(40:42):
authority to take classified documents, Take him out, take him
to his Delaware home, put him in a box in
his garage, just sitting there, unprotected by the Secret Service. Oh,
it's okay for that, right, It's it's totally okay for that.
But for Trump to take some documents from when he
(41:05):
was president, it takes them tomorrow lago to where they're
protected by the Secret Service. Oh, that's a horrible crime.
But that's just how the Democrats think. So if we
want to talk about above the law, what about suff
Democrats do? I mean, you know, so you can just
(41:27):
pardon Hunter for no reason. Trump didn't get a pardon
for what business records, you know. But then, await with
these January sixers, I mean, the ones that are still
sitting in jail, I mean, they've been in jail for
what four years now, okay, and all they did was
(41:48):
enter the Capitol when they're not supposed to. Okay, it
was apparently close off. They entered the capitol trespassing. Okay,
is it a time, yes, But it's been four years.
They've suffered enough, you know, let's just end it. You know,
they're being tortured like they're terrorists. But oh, what about
(42:14):
the riders in twenty twenty that got arrested for riding
and burning down cities, burning down Minneapolis to where Kamala
Harris went there personally and personally bailed them out so
they can go back and riot. What about those criminals
They get off scott free. They just got to figure
(42:38):
out what's wrong and what's right. Okay, next up, before
I go to the next break, let's get this out
of the way. Now that we have American patriots in
office and Republicans doing a lot of great things, let's
(43:01):
talk about this. The Republicans want to secure the border
and provide great national security, and Mike Johnson talks just
about that. Listen.
Speaker 11 (43:17):
Grateful for this nomination. I'm grateful for this election, for
the confidence this Chamber has placed in me. It is
the great honor of my life to serve this body
with all of you. Of course, these are difficult days
in our home state of Louisiana, where I come from.
We all know about the terrorist attack in New Orleans
and it's really shaken our state. People are reeling from
that attack.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
And we'll talk about that a little later on in
the program as well.
Speaker 11 (43:42):
It took the lives of fourteen innocent people, and it
injured dozens more. And I wanted to begin appropriately today
if we could, I'd ask you all to join me
in a moment of silence for the victims of this
horrific act.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
Sure, we are stewards of.
Speaker 11 (44:00):
The Great American Revolution that began almost exactly now, two
hundred and fifty years ago, seventeen seventy five and seventeen
seventy six. It will fall at the time of this
Congress the Great Anniversary. And in these two and a
half centuries, we've been reminded repeatedly, repeatedly that freedom is
never free, and we have stood tall as the greatest
(44:20):
nation on the face of the earth.
Speaker 1 (44:22):
It is without debate.
Speaker 11 (44:24):
We are the freest, the most powerful, most benevolent nation
that has ever been in the history of the world. Yes,
that's not what happenstance. We are the ones who settled
the West. We're the ones who ended slavery, who laid
the Transcontinental Railroad, who gave women the right to vote,
who won two World Wars, who landed on the Moon,
(44:45):
and who won the Cold War. Throughout our history. We
have done what no one thought was possible. We also
recognize that the core principles that made America what we
are must still be preserved today. The principles I call
them this seven core principles of American conservatism, but it's
really the seven core principles of the nation itself. Individual freedom,
(45:06):
limited government, the rule of law, peace through strength, fiscal responsibility,
free markets, and human dignity. These are the ingredients that
things that made us who we are. We will act quickly,
and we will start by defending our nation's borders. That's
a number one priority. We have to apply common sense.
We have to stop the attacks on lookified natural gas.
(45:29):
Pass legislation to eliminate the Green New Deal, that funding,
that funding.
Speaker 2 (45:35):
Yeah, that's a lot of great stuff that Republicans are
going to do now that the Democrats are out of office. Uh.
Yeah's get it, get started. Protect the border, protect us
from any foreign enemies. Strengthen our oil in our energy
(45:58):
dominance that Joe Biden worked so hard to destroy and
destroy intentionally. Okay, I did promise I will talk about that,
but it's time for break, last break of the program.
But when you come back, we'll talk about just that
(46:20):
Biden destroying everything and other news. We'll do that in
one minute when I come back to stick around.
Speaker 3 (46:27):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Great news stories, great insights.
Speaker 3 (46:55):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
And welcome on back final stretch of the program. Ahead
of us as we are, yes, only one week away
from Donald Trump taking office for a second time. Get
Joe Biden finally out. So that's gonna be uh, that's
(47:28):
gonna be uh just a great monumental thing to have happened.
And we'll cover that next week on the show. Yes,
because I'm gonna be I'm gonna be ecstatic. I was
great watching Kamala Harris certify Trump as president. Ahead myself
(47:53):
a little party, but with the horror that this country
face of the last four years under democratic control, this
has felt so good. It really did. Yep them and
these pesky democrats.
Speaker 1 (48:10):
We all know Brian is conservative, but what are the
liberals up to.
Speaker 3 (48:16):
Find out here? On democratic chaos?
Speaker 2 (48:21):
And that's all they do. They cause chaos with Biden
doing whatever he can to try to make sure that
the Trump administration has a bigger mess to clean up.
Speaker 9 (48:35):
We have.
Speaker 2 (48:38):
Joe Biden trying to sign an executive order to ban
offshore drilling, which is not gonna hurt too much. You
might have a little bit of a hurdle when Trump
takes office, but should be able to get stuff going.
Reopen the Keystone XL pipeline project, get oil domestically and
(49:03):
off shore, because yeah, Trump wants to get these gas
prices down, and we do. They're hovering right around three
bucks pretty much all over the country. We need to
get that down farther. Another dollar would be nice, but
at least fifty sixty cents or so, get them closer
(49:24):
to two bucks. That's really what we need to do.
Biden is releasing yemen hostages from Guatanamo before Trump's inauguration.
Is this trying to create a mess? I don't know.
Does Democrats just want another terrorist attack, wants to have
(49:47):
a big mess, something big to have happened so they
can try to blame Republicans for it. This lunatic Joe
Biden needs to be gone, this way needs to be gone, sooner,
should have been gone. Already. So I was saying a
little bit ago about the constitution needs to be changed
(50:08):
to get the new incoming president in sooner, get this
lunatic out. So okay. So he's trying to ban drilling.
Not gonna work because the only way he's able to
do that is to impose an executive order, which is
(50:29):
not a law, but it's something that Trump can undo
once he takes office. So Joe, but Joe Biden, He's
just gonna embarrass the Democrat Party, causing all this chaos
before he leaves office. All that's gonna do is make
Americans think, oh, this is how bad the Democrats are.
(50:49):
It's gonna make Democrat Party harder to take office again.
So that's all he's going to do.
Speaker 12 (50:57):
That.
Speaker 2 (51:00):
One other note that's been out there is the Democrats
are saying that if Trump takes office, he'll never leave.
Chuck Schumer said that before that, Hey, if you vote
for Trump, if if Trump wins the election, he will
(51:20):
never leave. He's going to become a king. They're going
to redo the Constitution. He's never gonna leave office. We're
not gonna have elections anymore. Well, I don't know how
the heck that's gonna happen. The Convention of States isn't
going to do all that. Although I could be wrong,
but I don't think that's gonna happen. And then you
(51:43):
have Liz Cheney who tries to say the same thing.
Speaker 3 (51:52):
Can you believe if Donald Trump were elected next year
that he would try to stay in office beyond a
second term?
Speaker 11 (51:59):
He would never leave office.
Speaker 13 (52:00):
There's no question.
Speaker 3 (52:02):
Do you think he would try to stay in power forever?
Speaker 13 (52:04):
Absolutely? I mean, he's already done it once. And in fact,
if you look at what he did in the run
up to January sixth, in terms of his pressure on
the Vice president not to count legitimate electoral votes, his
pressure on the Department of Justice, on state officials, and
then refusing to send help when the capital was under attack.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
No, that was Nancy Pelosi.
Speaker 13 (52:24):
He's already attempted to seize power and he was stopped,
thankfully and for the good of the nation and the republic.
But he said he will do it again. He's expressed
no remorse for what he did. Vote for Donald Trump
may mean the last election that you ever get to
vote in.
Speaker 2 (52:42):
No, I don't think they're gonna do that. I mean it's,
you know, been rumored by the Democrat Party. But at
this point, I don't think we can believe the Democrat
Party anymore, okay, because they've done nothing but lie to
us over the last four years. Now I've heard them
(53:03):
try to say, well, Republicans are going to try to
maintain a permanent grasp on power. Well, if I said
this before recently on the program, but if that were
to happen, it's going to be legal. It's going to
be because the citizens of this country are going to
(53:26):
vote Republican for the next several elections because the Democrats
have shown that they mess everything up. It'll be like
nineteen eighty all over again, where Jimmy Carter had everything
all screwed up, Ronald Reagan came in, made everything great,
got re elected, and then George Bush got elected after him.
(53:48):
So the Republicans will be in power for quite a while.
It's only because the people vote for them because they
don't want to vote Democrat, because they don't want to
go back to Democratic policies. If Republicans try to maintain
a permanent grasp on power, it's gonna be that way.
(54:09):
The Republicans will have no way of just changing the
constitution and not having any more elections, so the Republicans
in power will stay in power. I don't think that's
gonna happen. Okay, these Democrats can just calm down. I
don't think that's gonna be able to happen. But that's
(54:33):
just them running their mouths. So anyway, got a couple
of news items to talk about, just general news items,
so let's go ahead and get to it.
Speaker 1 (54:46):
Wallenberg Radio Network News. Here's Brian Wallenberg.
Speaker 2 (54:52):
Okay, so we had a couple of terrorist attacks, domestic
terrorist attacks with Louisiana New Year's where some psycho drove
a car into a crowd of people, killing several and
injuring dozens. Okay, that's that's a bad situation at this point.
(55:20):
I don't know who to blame for that, just some
psycho out there. Although the Democrats want to say, well,
if it happens there a Republican administration, let's blame them all.
This happened during Joe Biden administration. Should we blame him?
We probably could, But like I said on this one,
(55:40):
I'm not gonna blame anybody for that because we don't
know who's the cause of that. And we had a
bomber in Las Vegas who blew up a bus outside
of the Trump Hotel. Okay, we blame something for that,
(56:01):
Maybe blame Democrats, because sounds like something a Democrat would do.
If it's outside the Trump Hotel, it's not gonna be
a Republican doing that. So we don't know. I mean,
just a couple of psychos, you know, So I'm gonna
leave it at that. Okay, just two psychos doing something.
(56:26):
If it comes out that it was politically motivated, well
then we'll go off of that. But for now, just
two psychos doing something stupid.
Speaker 5 (56:37):
You know.
Speaker 2 (56:37):
I won't make those political. But let's go on to
these wildfires in California. Now, they say they arrested somebody
in connection to that, that this is not natural wildfires,
that somebody, another psycho got out and started them. Okay,
(57:04):
we don't know the motive behind it. We don't know
much about the person yet, we don't know if that's
politically motivated. We don't know if it's a psycho Democrat
or whatever. So that one I'm gonna leave at that
as well, because we don't know much about that, and
I'm not gonna sit here and just speculate and say,
(57:29):
oh yeah, it's got to be a psycho Democrat. I'm
not gonna do it. I tell the truth on the show.
I only think say things when I know the facts.
I mean, I'm not Mike Moran, host of the Irrational
Boomer podcast that sits there and just talks about what
I believe or what I think, make stuff up, blame
(57:52):
one party over the other. I'm not gonna do that,
so and I won't. Okay, so we'll leave it at that.
But let's talk about managing the fires. Okay, let's talk
about what can we do. What is Gavin Newso and
(58:16):
the Democrats in California doing about the fires. I mean,
you know, Trump is blaming Gavin Newsome because they have
water but they can't use it, and the fire hydrants
don't have water. Here's Trump talking about that.
Speaker 12 (58:36):
This is a true tragedy and it's a mistake of
the governor. And you can say the administration they don't
have any water. They didn't have water in the fire hydrants.
They don't have water, and yet they have The water
comes from you nowhere up north and it comes down
at levels they get millions and millions or barrels of
gallons of water that they have, and they said, out
(59:00):
into the Pacific. For the Pacific, it's like a drop,
it's nothing, but for California would take care of the
whole state. So what's happened is a tragedy, and the
governor has not done a good job with that.
Speaker 2 (59:11):
Big said, I got along.
Speaker 12 (59:12):
Well with him when he was governor. We worked together
very well, and we would work together. I guess it
looks like we're going to be the one having to rebuilding.
But what happened there, I don't think there's anything that
I've ever seen quite like it.
Speaker 2 (59:25):
And the insurance company is going to have a big.
Speaker 12 (59:26):
Problem because you're talking about big.
Speaker 2 (59:29):
Big dollars. Yeah, so you know, they're saying that they
have water, but they can't use them. The fire hydrants
will have water. It'saw a picture online of a fire
hydrant painted rainbow color. At least it's inclusive, but there's
no water. Some of these fires are near the ocean.
(59:51):
They don't have water. They have water stranded somewhere that
they're not using. Okay, if there's any truth that, you've
got no choice but to blame the Democrats and governor
Knews them just more chaos in California, and that's going
to cause more and more people to leave the state
(01:00:14):
of California, take their Republican votes out of there, take
them to another state, which will definitely reflect in the
twenty thirty census. Okay, so that's that. Now. Governor Ron
(01:00:34):
De Santis of Florida rips the governor of California, all
the Democrats, and also rips the media for basically given
the Democrats a free pass, saying, well, if it was
a Republican that did that, you'd be all over it. Well,
you know what, listen to this clip.
Speaker 14 (01:00:57):
To be appropriate for people in your industry to try
to create division and to try to create narratives anytime
these things happen. Now you're not as interested in doing
that because Newsom is a d If Newsom was a Republican,
you guys would go try that. You would have it
nailed to the wall for what they're doing over there.
That mayor of la If that were a Republican mayor,
(01:01:19):
I can only imagine what that would do. I mean,
you know, the fires are at high risk, and you
try to go to Africa or wherever she was to
go on some type of voyage. You should have been
there preparing and doing that, and yet I don't see
a lot of heat being directed in that thing. And so,
you know, I just I'd like to see some balance
on how this is done. You could criticize the President elect,
(01:01:41):
but I think you also have to hold these other
people accountable.
Speaker 7 (01:01:44):
And I have not seen that.
Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
Yeah, So Rhyn DeSantis rips the Democratic media because they're
not holding the Democrats accountable. They're blaming Trump, the president elect.
He's not even president yet. Yeah, they're criticizing him. But oh,
you got horrible leadership in California letting these fires burn,
(01:02:10):
and Democratic media has given them a free pass. And
as you heard Ron de Santis correctly point out that
if it was a Republican governor and mayor that's in
charge of all that, they would have him nailed to
the wall, because that's how the Democrat media is. Yeah. See,
(01:02:34):
you see how the Democrats are. And I'm kind of
getting sick of it myself. These Democrats, they're running a rampant,
they're dooming. Never can that protect precious Democrats when they
do something wrong, don't report it, but try to blame Republicans.
But oh, if something have bad ever happened, Oh, you
(01:02:56):
gotta blame Republicans, gotta hold them accountable. My goodness. So
these fires are horrible. Apparently somebody started it and they
say they have somebody in custody, so hopefully they'll be
charged with it. I mean, it is California. But instead
(01:03:21):
of the Democrat leaders taking responsibility, Oh, let's blame Trump.
We don't know how, but it's got to be Trump's
folk because he's the Republican. My goodness. You know, like
I said, January twentieth can't come soon enough. But that
still the Democrats are still in charge of California. That
(01:03:44):
doesn't seem like that's going to end. That's just their
Their state's going to have to burn. You know. They
need to get water from somewhere and put out the fires.
Quit letting it burn. This isn't twenty twenty anymore. Democrats
letting cities burn. Well where have we heard that before?
(01:04:10):
All right, but that's gonna do it for me. Let's uh, well,
all right, let's adjourn. That's I covered a lot of
stuff for this week. Next week on the program, Trump
will be in office. It's gonna be great. So anyway,
