(00:34):
and current events, exposing fake news and giving you the
real scoop with a lot of great insights you won't
find anywhere else. And now here's your host, multi time broadcast,
a wart winner, multi time broadcast, a wart winner, Brian Wallenberg.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
And welcome on back to another episode of The Brian
Wallenberg Show, live here on the Wallenberg Radio Network. I'm
a little wait getting back on the air from last
week's episode. It just I've been fighting off a bad cold,
hard to talk, so I'm a little like getting back
on the air waves here. Yeah, a few days ago
(01:13):
I sounded a lot worse than I do now, couldn't
even talk to do a show. But I am back.
I'm still not one hundred percent, but well, I'm here
just because you know, there's lots to talk about. I
love doing this. It's my civic duty. A lot of
stuff going on and I gotta bring everybody the facts,
(01:35):
the real scoop and everything that's going on. So yeah,
we got a lot of great audio clips, so yeah,
I won't have to talk the whole show, but yeah,
there's just so much going on. I actually revived a
couple of segments that I haven't ran in a while,
(01:59):
so we'll have that coming up here on the show,
a little bit of a treat for everyone. So yeah,
let's go ahead and get things started.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
People do a lot of things that are just too
hard to believe.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
So we've prepared this segment called Seriously, You've got to
be kidding me.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Okay, So we have a Democratic Senator, Chris van Holland
from Maryland, uh took it upon himself to head to
El Salvador to see if he can spring free kill
(02:41):
more of Brego Garcia, who the Democrats seem to love
more than anybody, more than any American, more than any
American hostage being held anywhere overseas. But no, they the
Democrat Party, they loved terrorists, they loved Messic terrorists, they
love foreign terrorists, everybody, you know, they just that's who
(03:06):
they are. There. They're fighting to get this guy back
President Bukelly of El Salvador says he's not going to
extradite this guy back to the United States. The face charges.
You know, Trump can request the guy to come back,
and El Salvador says, no, we don't want to extradite him.
(03:28):
He's our prisoner. You know. One might think, why would
they not let this guy come back to the United States.
Why would El Salvador want to keep this guy. Well,
it's quite simple, and I'll give you an example. Yeah,
(03:52):
if you remember a while back, I covered the Darryl
Brooks story. That's the guy from Milwaukee who a few
years ago, out of rage, ran his car into a
crowd at a parade at a Christmas parade in Waksha,
(04:13):
killed six people, injured dozens more, but has a huge, huge,
long history of hitting people with cars because he's mad. Okay,
he's been convicted, he's in prison for life, so he's
our prisoner right now. I mean, the guy's from the
(04:36):
United States, but let's say he was born and originally
from Nigeria. Just hypothetically thinking now, if the president of
Nigeria wants us to extradite him back, we can say, oh,
heck no, he's our prisoner. He needs to be in
prison for life, because if we extradited him back to Nigeria,
(05:00):
they can do whatever they want. They can let him
go and then he's a free man for the rest
of his life. Who knows he can end up back
here and we don't want that. So that's what's going
on with that. So now with that said, well, I said,
(05:25):
I got a lot of audio clips because it's hard
for me to talk with my cold and my bad voice.
My throat's kind of numbs, So I got a lot
of clips that'll do a lot of the talking for me.
So I got this one. This is Jesse Waters over
at Fox News, and this is where Chris van Holland,
(05:47):
far left Democrat from Maryland, where he is going to
El Salvador to try to spring this guy free.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
There's been an attempted prison and break. A Democrat senator
arrived at a mega prison and El Salvador ready to
free a Maryland dad. But we're just finding out he's
not really a Maryland dad. Home Land Security says he's
a verified member of MS thirteen and he's been accused
of beating.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
His wife twice.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Maryland Senator Chris van Holland was up at the crack
of dawn to rescue this guy from a Central American prison.
Speaker 5 (06:24):
I'm here at the airport. I'm about to board my
flight for San Salvador. The goal of this mission is
to let the Trump administration to let the government of
Alf Salvador know that we are going to keep fighting
to bring Abrego Garcia home until he returns to his family.
I just landed at the airport in San Salvador a
(06:45):
little while ago. I'm now en route into the city,
looking forward to meeting with the team from the American Embassy.
The goal of my visit is to talk to people
here about the release of Kilmar Brego Garcia. I also
hope to have the chance to meet with him.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
Once Van Holland caravan down to the Mega prison. He
made an announcement he's not leaving until he frees MS thirteen.
Speaker 2 (07:11):
Oh well, then he can stay there forever.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
Then, huh, why is Al Salvador continuing to hold him
in Seacott. Why not release Abrego Garcia today. I'm not
asking him to smuggle mister Abrago Garcia in the United States.
I'm simply asking him to open the door of Seacott
and let this innocent man walk out.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
What the distinguished Senator from Maryland flew three thousand miles
on a rescue mission to free an illegal alien gangbanger
from a mega prison and bring him home to Maryland,
even though his homes in El Salvador, and the President
of Al Salvador said, would you like a tour of
the mega prison instead?
Speaker 5 (07:52):
I'm not interested at this moment in taking a tour
of Seacott. I just want to meet with mister Abrago Garcia.
He said he was not able to make that happen.
I asked him, if I came back next week, whether
I'd be able to see mister Abrego Garcia. He said
he couldn't promise that either. So I asked him if
I could get on the phone, either video phone or
(08:14):
just a phone and talk to mister Abrego garst Go.
He said he could not arrange that.
Speaker 4 (08:19):
The President of l Salvador just told the US Senator,
don't waste my time. Gringo Van Holland's flying to foreign
countries to call legal aliens, but he never called the
mom whose daughter was killed by one in his own state.
All this over a fake Maryland dad. But what about
the real Maryland mom, Rachel Morin, who was raped and
murdered by an illegal in the same gang.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Yeah, what about all that? You know, what is Chris
van Holland planning and doing? You know there's other Democrats
doing the same thing. Uh, Trump can't get this guy freed.
Trump can get the president of El Salvador to send
(09:04):
this guy back. What makes these Democrats think that they
can do that? Okay, that makes zero sense to me.
Why do they think that? Okay, so you know, they
probably want to make themselves be successful so they can say, Haha,
(09:27):
we got this. Trump can't do this, but we got
him freed. Kudos to us. Okay, But then Chris van Holland,
being unsuccessful, didn't want to come back and defeat, so
he has to go and lie to the liberal media,
(09:49):
and of course they're happy to let him lie.
Speaker 5 (09:54):
I asked the Vice President, if Abrego Garcia has not
committed a crime, why is El Salvador continuing to hold
him in Seacott And his answer was that the Trump
administration is paying El Salvador, the government of l Salvador,
(10:17):
to keep him at Seacot.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
What a lie? That is a lie. Because the president
of El Salvador was in the Oval office with Trump
and we saw it all on TV. He says he's
not going to release him back to the United States.
That was his decision, not Trump's. Why would we pay
(10:42):
another country to hold their citizen from us? That that
makes no sense, So that's a lie. Anybody who's smart
can figure out that that is a lie flat out.
So he continues the lie. Okay, Eventually Senator Van Holland
(11:10):
ended up meeting with him. Anyway, they weren't gonna let
him do it, but I guess they ended up lett
him have a meeting, so he was able to meet
with kill mar Abrego Garcia. So they're at a table
and there's some water, some drinks or whatever. You know,
(11:33):
if they had some drinks, so what. But then he
has to make this stupid lie and act like there's
a conspiracy going on.
Speaker 6 (11:42):
Listen, Bukulee. You know, after I met with kill Martin
did this tweet showing us at the table with these
two glasses. So here's what happened. When I first sat
down with kill Martin. We just had to as of
water on the table, I think, maybe some coffee, and
(12:04):
as we were talking. One of the government people came
over and deposited two other glasses on the table with
ice and I don't know if it was salt or
sugar around the top, but they look like margaritas. And
if you look at the one they put in front
of kilmar it actually had a little less liquid.
Speaker 7 (12:26):
Than the one in me.
Speaker 6 (12:28):
They in front of me, So try to make it
look I assume like you drank at it. Let me
just be very clear. Neither of us touched the drinks
that were in front of us. And if you want
to play a little Sherlock Holmes, I'll tell you how
you can know about it. So if you look at
the video or the picture I sent out from the
beginning of our beating, you'll see there are no glasses
(12:51):
on the table. So you'll see in later videos they are.
Speaker 5 (12:55):
On the table.
Speaker 6 (12:57):
But they made a little mistake. Some people are very careful, right,
if you sip out of one of those glasses, some
of whatever it was all or sugar would disappear. You
would see a gap. There's no doubt nobody drank any
margarita's or sugar water or whatever it is. But this
is a lesson.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
It's the lengths that President.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
Mukayley will do to deceive people about what's going on.
And it's also shows the lengths that the Trump administration
of the President will go to because when he was
asked about a reporter about this, he just went along
for the ride. So the White House and the President
had been lying about this case from the beginning. They've
(13:39):
been trying to change the subject from the beginning, as
I said, and the courts have said, from the Supreme
Court to the Fourth Circuit to the District Court, what
this is about is adhering to the Constitution, to the
right of due process. And that's why we say ring
(14:00):
kilmar Hume so he can be afforded his rights under.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
The Constitution, his rights under the Constitution. I didn't think
foreign terrors had rights under the Constitution. This guy's an idiot.
So he heard what he said, Oh, it's a conspiracy.
They're putting drinks in front of us to make it
look bad. Well, so what if even if he did
(14:25):
have a drink, So what what's the federal crime of that? Nothing.
He's just trying to make everything look bad. Because he's unsuccessful.
I'm getting this guy freed. So he asked to go
around saying all this crap, and you want to talk
(14:48):
about due process, right, what about the January sixth protesters.
I'm gonna and I'm gonna bring this up. Were they
given due process? Says no, They're all thrown in jail
and they weren't giving hearings and trials or anything. They
(15:09):
were just sitting in jail. They got no due process.
Where's a Democrat rage on? That just depends who it is,
you know, this is how the Democrats are. It's like,
if you do something wrong and it's for the Democrat narrative,
(15:34):
you get off scott free. But if you're a conservative
doing something for a conservative cause, oh, let's throw the
book at you. Even if it's a minor, I'll throw
the book at you. Let's get you in prison for
twenty years. That's just how they are. Okay, Before we
go to break, I'm gonna get into this last audio
(15:55):
clip for the segment, Caroline Levitt, White House Press Secretary,
says that the l Salvador president will not send an
MS thirteen gang member back to the United States, and
that's what it's all about.
Speaker 8 (16:16):
The El Salvador questions yesterday in the Oval Office administration
officials made it very clear that Al Salvador is responsible
for mister Abrado Garcia. Yet Al Salvador President said, We're.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
Not going to do anything with him.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
So my question is who is responsible.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
For this man and where he's going to end up.
Speaker 8 (16:33):
Well, No, first of all, President Bukelli said that he
is not going to smuggle a foreign terrorist back into
the United States of America as many in this room
in the Democrat Party seemingly want him to do. Abrago
Garcia was a foreign terrorist, he is an MS thirteen
gang member, he was engaged in human trafficking. He illegally
(16:55):
came into our country, and so deporting him back to
Al Salva was always going to be the end result.
There is never going to be a world in which
this is an individual who's going to live a peaceful
life in Maryland because he is a foreign terrorist and
an MS thirteen gang member. Not only have we confirmed that,
President Bukelly yesterday in the Oval Office confirmed that as well.
(17:18):
So he went back to his home country where he
will face consequences for his gang affiliation and his engagement
in human trafficking. I'm not sure what is so difficult
about this for everyone in the media to understand. And
it's appalling, truly appalling that there has been so much
time covering this alleged human trafficker and this gang member
(17:40):
MS thirteen gang member. It's truly striking to me.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
Yeah, I mean, I totally agree with all the other
stuff that we need to be worried about with Congress
and the Supreme Court and everything that we got to
get doing laws. We need to get past legislation to
get through uh Trump fixing the economy, and courts ruling
(18:06):
on other cases. So much time and effort by the
Democrat Party is focused on this. My goodness. Why Democrats
think that they might have an edge over Republicans and say, oh,
(18:28):
the Supreme Court is you got to bring it back.
If you don't, you're gonna be in trouble. So they're
spewing this up thinking, oh, Republicans are going to get
it now if we can't bring this guy on, well, no,
because the Supreme Court understands. They even said that they
just want updates on what the Trump administration is doing
to try to get this guy to come back to
(18:49):
face due process. So if Trump is making efforts but
not successful, there's nothing that you can do. Okay, He's
in El Salvador's hands right now and we have no
power to force them to send this guy back. Period.
(19:10):
That That's just how it works. But this is where
the Democrats' priorities are, this one incident. It's amas thirteen
gang members and terrorists and illegals across the board, Democrat
parties worshiping these guys, literally worshiping these guys. Anyway, time
(19:37):
for a break, first break of the program. Be back
in one minute. Lots more to go, stick with me,
be right back.
Speaker 9 (19:55):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (20:14):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (20:34):
Welcome on back. Me with my cold and all boy,
this is really hard to talk and do you this.
It's not the greatest job to have. If you have
a bad cold and you can't even talk, throats all numb,
all you want to do is coffin. I've been there
many times when I was a DJ over at kb
(20:58):
E MFM radio and Minneapolis. Yeah, I've had that trying
to host a jazz show and sound just like this. Yeah,
it's really hard to do. So anyway, let's uh continue
on the program.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
Have opinions on your favorite top news stories.
Speaker 9 (21:22):
Well so does Brian. All of your news delivered like
no one else.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
It's time for Brian's news insights.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
All right. So we have a bunch of court orders
that have been going on basically left and right. Okay,
he's had like, what is a couple hundreds so far.
My freaking goodness, because I've been covering this for the
(21:59):
past few weeks now. Whenever the Democrats have a problem
with something, because they have a problem with everything. They
have a problem with Trump being in the White House
instead of Kamala. They have a problem that Republicans have
control of the House and the Senate and also a
(22:23):
conservative base on the Supreme Court. So Democrats are having
a problem with that. So they're using the court system
to do whatever they can to. I don't know if
they're just trying to avenge it somehow or just screw
everything up, which that's what I think that they're trying
(22:46):
to do, knowing the Democrat Party, and they're kind of
doing a good job of it so far. Because they're
seeking out, purposely seeking out Democrat appointed federal judges to
take on these cases. Okay, So, like I said, just
(23:11):
so I don't talk so much because it's really hard
for me to talk with this cold. I really don't
sound all that great. So yeah, I got this ideo
clip from Bill O'Reilly. I love playing his clips to
Bill O'Reilly Jesse Waters are some of my favorite news
(23:34):
personalities because I just love how they talk. I love
how they explain stuff. So this particular clip is why
they're filing all these lawsuits. And Bill O'Reilly basically says
the same thing that I've been saying for a while,
(23:55):
that they're just doing it so Trump can't govern. But
they know they're not gonna win all this. It's gonna
get appealed. They're just trying to let me play this.
It's really good here.
Speaker 10 (24:11):
Judge Boseburg, James Boseburg, Now this is the guy in DC,
the federal judge who said that the plane full of
the criminal migrants going to El Salvador from Texas had
to turn around and come back, and the Trump administration
ignored that. So Boseburg now says that he has probable
(24:36):
cause that Donald Trump is in contempt. So, okay, it's
in contempt again. This is a loser. Okay, Boseburg isn't
gonna win it. Bosburg is a liberal judge. Now, there
is a study by the Hill newsletter, you can get
that online that said there are says there are two
(24:59):
hundred lawsuits currently in play against the Trump administration. Seventy
two percent of them are been assigned a judge is
appointed by Democratic presidents all right, sixty nine, Biden sixty six,
Obama Clinton twenty six. Okay, seventy two percent of all
(25:22):
the lawsuits against Trump administration are being heard by judges
appointed by Democrats, and then they cite the Hillsize District.
Columbia is the most one hundred and seven, Massachusetts, Maryland,
Washington State, California, New York. One hundred and seventy seven
out of two hundred are in liberal states. Now, the
(25:43):
Supreme Court has already sent a message that this is
not going to stand. But they're going to have to
rule on this because what the intent is, so you know,
is for the Democrat the Democratic Party. I am putting
this in the party to create so much chaos that
(26:04):
Trump can't govern. That's what the plan is sue him
every time he turns around. But the Trump administration is
very litigious as well. Okay, they are now suing the
president is suing the state of Maine for failing to
enforce Title nine about gender where transgender men are competing
(26:30):
against girls and women in sports, high school and college.
So this is a lawsuit filed against the state of
Maine by the Trump administration. This is filed today. Okay,
this is going to cost may one hundreds of thousands,
maybe millions. Mainey, not a lot of money or already
losing money from the federal government. So Trump administration is
(26:52):
making an example of Maine. Now, how will this go. Well,
there's an executive order saying DEI has got to stop,
and the attorney General of Maine says she's not gonna
stop it. That's pretty straightforward. The states define the federal
government at the order of the governor of Maine, Janet Mills. Oh,
(27:19):
it's going to be in federal court. Federal court has
to rule against Maine.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Right, yeah. So see that's the thing. Now, democratic states
they're not following federal law either, so they're they're in
contempt too. So what in the heck is going on.
Speaker 11 (27:46):
Now.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
Democrats say, oh, Republicans have to follow the law, they
have to follow the constitution, which I think we are
because the Constitution doesn't say anything about we cannot deport
foreign terrorists, we can't deport illegals. Okay, we have the
(28:09):
right to do that. We have the right to control
the spending. The president has the right to control the
spending and cutting wasteful spending and all that stuff. That's
all powers the president has. When we do something that
the Democrats don't like, they always say, oh, they got
(28:30):
to follow the constitution. They're not to following the constitution.
But whatever, I mean, the stuff Trump's doing is not unconstitutional, okay,
but these liberal states are not following federal law. Okay,
that is unconstitutional what they're doing. That's the only difference.
(28:56):
And Bill O'Reilly said the same same thing that I've
been saying for the past few weeks. The Democrats know
they're not gonna win these The Supreme Court is gonna
ultimately rule and pretty much strike down everything. You know,
(29:17):
the only reason why the Democrats are doing this is
just to cause so much chaos and just stop Trump
from doing anything. Now, every bill that's gonna come out
of the legislature, they get signed in the law. There's
the Democrats trying to stop it. Every time he turns around.
(29:43):
Just like Bill O'Reilly said, Hey, you know, they could
pass any law A to Z. They're gonna Democrats follow
a lawsuit in some liber judge district and they're gonna say, oh,
you're gonna do that, it's unconstitutional. They're talking about passing
(30:06):
a law through Congress to end the daylight saving time
change to either be on standard time year round or
daylight time year round. That's gonna come through. They're and say, no,
that's unconstitutional. They're gonna do that to everything that President
(30:31):
Trump I want that Trump wants to do literally everything.
Oh yeah, and uh, speaking of that, they just passed
a law that says, uh that they have to they
(30:54):
federal law that you have to show a proof that
you're US citizen in order to vote. Some liberal district
judge just ruled and said, oh, that's unconstitutional. You can't
do that bull crap. Like I said, They're doing it
(31:15):
to everything, no matter what it is. They're gonna stop
Trump on everything, good, bad, whatever. They're just they're doing
this and this is extremely insane. Okay, this is why
I call Democrat Party domestic terrorists. They're destroying the America
(31:39):
on purpose. Now they figure, we can't run the country,
we're just gonna destroy it. We're gonna stop Trump everything.
They can't they can't even pass any they won't even
let them pass anything good. They're just trying to slow
down and stop them. And they're gonna use that. And
I'll bet anybody any money on this that they're gonna
(32:01):
use that during the next elections that oh, Republicans got
nothing done in their two years that they've been in charge.
You know, gee, I wonder why these Democrats need to go.
Somebody needs to stop. The Supreme Court needs to get
out and stop them. All right now, this is too
(32:22):
much chaos. We can't even get anything done anyway. Time
for a break, say you're breaking the program, be back
in one minute. Lots more ago, so yeah, stick around,
we'll be back in one minute.
Speaker 9 (32:43):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.
Speaker 1 (32:47):
Network Politics, news and current events. We do that better
than anyone.
Speaker 3 (33:07):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
Network and welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's
listening from wherever you're listening from across America, throughout the world.
I'm here suffering from a bad cold. I'm not sure
(33:36):
if we got a little leeringitis in with it, but man,
it's hard to talk. So just not been sounding good
throughout the episode. Hope everybody can just bear with me.
This isn't my normal voice. For anybody who's just tuning
in for the first time, anybody that's been here for
a while, we'll know that, Yeah, usually sound a lot
(33:57):
better than this. Yeah. So it's a shame that we
have to talk about these Democrats all the time, just
causing trouble. Yeah, they just won't let Republicans do anything now.
As I mentioned before the break, but when Joe Biden
(34:23):
was president and Democrats had the House in the Senate,
Republicans didn't do any of this crap stopping everything. But
I guess if Democrats take control of everything in twenty
twenty eight, God forbid, hopefully not, but it happens, maybe
(34:47):
we should take a page out of their playbook. Maybe
we should file stuff with conservative justices and judges and
stuff and stop the Democrats from getting anything done. Give
him a taste their own messine. But yeah, uh, these
(35:08):
pesky peski Democrats.
Speaker 1 (35:10):
We all know Brian is conservative, but what are the
liberals up to.
Speaker 9 (35:16):
Find out here on democratic chaos?
Speaker 2 (35:21):
But yeah, we're no, they're up to no good. They're
always up to no good, always no good. That's just
no good Democrats. So you know, every week I got
a report on just what they're doing. I just thought,
with Republicans winning big in the election, I would, you know,
(35:42):
stop running that segment because they're not in charge to
do anything but leave it to the Democrats to find
a way to mess everything up and wreak havoc on
this country or something. Anyway, got some more audio clips.
I got plenty more, just because I don't want to
talk with this bad cold. So Tom Holman says, Okay, now,
(36:13):
Democrats want Republicans to follow the law in the Constitution,
but apparently they think that they don't have to, as
we also heard in the last segment that Maryland and
Maine they're not gonna follow Trump's executive orders and not
(36:33):
gonna follow federal law, so they don't have to follow
the Constitution because they're Democrats. Okay, we have liberal states
and liberal cities that are going to still be sanctuary
cities and states or so they're gonna try. They're gonna
be defiant and they're gonna go against Ice. It's one
(36:55):
thing to not help Ice, but they're actually gonna like
impede them, which could still lead mayors and everybody to
still get arrested, and they can so. Tom Holman says
that city leaders could be arrested for impeding ices.
Speaker 7 (37:17):
There are lots that make it a criminal offense to
shield their harbor illegal if imperence like the sanctuary state
city leaders could do it, do you think they should
be prosecuted the full seven law possibly towards them.
Speaker 12 (37:32):
Absolutely, And hold tight on that one because it's coming,
and it's coming. I've been clearing as in day one.
You can the sanctuary sitting and sit by and watch
their communities get ravished by illegal aliens. They can watch
young women get raped and murdered. Trump administrations not can
stand for that. So look, they can stand by and
watch and the Trump administration will secure their communities. The
(37:53):
Trump administration will drive down illego in crime this country.
If they don't do it, we'll do it for him.
But they can't. They can they can sit aside and
watch when they can't cross that line, when they cross
the line of harbor and concealing. That's a family. And
we got pan bonding now. Who won't hesitate to take
action when they can't impede in our enforcement efforts to
make this country safe again. That's a family. So Trump's
(38:17):
got his prisident, Trump's got his cabinet in place. Now,
we got a strong AG, we got a strong Secretary
of Homeland Security, we got we got a great group here.
We got you know, Steve Miller, one of most brilliant
men ever worked with when it comes to border security
and terim enforcement. You're gonna see a lot of things
happen next few months that people should expect. Many don't
watch what comes in their future.
Speaker 2 (38:39):
Yeah, I mean that, that's great. You know, we need
to get these Democrats what for. They're just they're just
trying to destroy everything. They're domestic terrorists. I've been calling
the Democrat Party domestic terrorists on the show for the
longest time. I still stand by it. They are domestic terrorists.
(38:59):
What about all in the law and the constitution. They
just won't do that. So next up, got this clip
of Governor New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy. Now this is
on a podcast where they talk about Governor Murphy who
(39:21):
says that he will fight ice, not just not just
not help them, but to actually fight them. I got
this off of a podcast, and this sounds really good.
Check this out here.
Speaker 13 (39:39):
Alita Haba, she's a US attorney, she's a federal prosecutor
for the District of New Jersey. And if you are
thinking of messing with the Trump administration's plan to deport illegals,
think twice. Here's what she said on Hannity last night.
Speaker 2 (39:55):
Watch.
Speaker 14 (39:56):
We know that the governor has on his website currently
dos and don'ts for his local state of law enforcement.
Those dues and don'ts instruct them not to cooperate with
illegal immigrants who have administrative warrants that have been issued
by the court after due process, saying that they are
no longer welcome here, they have gone through the court system,
(40:19):
they are to be deported. It is instructing them to
go against our federal rules, our executive orders. And I
am unfortunately going to announce on your show tonight, Sean,
and I want it to be a warning for everybody
that I have instructed my office today to open an
investigation into Governor Murphy, to open an investigation into an
Attorney General Platkin, who has also instructed the state police
(40:41):
not to assist any of our federal and they list
our federal agencies that are under my direction, the FBI,
the DEA, all these individuals that are trying to clean
up our streets in New Jersey not to cooperate. That
will no longer stand. Pam Bondi has made it clear,
and so has love President, that we are too could.
Speaker 13 (41:00):
Drop moments criminal that fil crime no longer out of.
Speaker 14 (41:03):
This country and to completely enforce federal law. And anybody
who does get in that way in the way of
what we are doing, which is not political, it is
simply against crime.
Speaker 3 (41:14):
Yeah, that will no longer stand.
Speaker 2 (41:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (41:18):
So, if New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy decides that he
doesn't want to work with ICE agents or he doesn't
want his local New Jersey law enforcement officers to assist
with ICE deportations, you're going to be investigated because you're
going against.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
The federal law.
Speaker 13 (41:41):
And the immigration policy of the President of the United
States of America.
Speaker 2 (41:48):
Yeah, and he can't do that, you know, I don't know.
The Democrats are just I just don't get it. Why
do they not understand why they lost? Do they not
understand why they lost? Do they not understand why we
had a red wave and what the Republicans ran on
(42:10):
and what the American citizens voted for? Do they know?
Apparently not? Do they think Americans love the fact that
they're you know, that they're doing all this? Well, not really,
(42:32):
but they think so. But that's okay, because the red
wave is gonna continue through the midterms. I can sense it.
If this keeps up, most likely to happen, all right. Anyway,
speaking of pesky Democrats, got another story for you.
Speaker 1 (42:56):
People do crazy things, but karma always up with them
and as.
Speaker 3 (43:01):
The saying goes, serves you, right.
Speaker 2 (43:05):
Okay, So well, I liked reviving that old segment that
I haven't ran in ages. So if you remember, when
the Democrats had power, they weaponized government to go against
their political opponents, such as Donald Trump. They threw every charge,
(43:31):
everything they can at him try to get them locked up.
Totally failed. So Latitia James Turney General New York tried
to get Trump. Now we knew that was a gamble
because if she didn't get Trump locked up, there's going
(43:54):
to be hell to pay because Trump will get his revenge.
Latitia James ran on this notion that she's gonna get
Trump and get him locked up and take care of him.
So she brought phony charges against them. That didn't stop them, Okay,
(44:20):
but now they investigated her and they uncovered mortgage fraud
that she's committed, and she could go she could go
to jail to it. It's fraud. So here is a
clip again from Bill O'Reilly says that Letitia James could
(44:44):
and probably will get investigated.
Speaker 10 (44:47):
Donald Trump versus New York Attorney General Leticia James. As
you know, miss James was very instrumental in prosecuting mister Trump. Yes,
the crimes in New York that, in my opinion, and
I think most people agree with me, were trumped up.
Pardon the punt, all right, And she had one case
(45:09):
where his business operation did something that nobody could understand
where there were no victims, and James's behind this.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Yeah, I was a witch hunt. The Trump didn't do anything.
He is a witch hunt.
Speaker 10 (45:24):
Okay. So now Donald Trump is president and guess who's
under investigation for mortgage fraud that would be Leticia James.
Fascinating case. So, a guy named William Poulti is the
director of the United States Federal Housing Finance Agency, Okay,
and he has sent a referral to the Attorney General
(45:47):
of the United States, Pam Bondy, right, that the New
York Attorney General, Letitia James, may have committed fraud in
purchasing a purchasing a house in virgin Yeah. Basically, the
case outlines this way, if you tell the Commonwealth of
Virginia the house you're buying is your primary residence, you
(46:11):
can get a lower mortgage rate. Apparently, allegedly that's what
miss James did when she bought a house in Virginia.
But it's not her primary residence because she's the Attorney
General of New York. So now the Justice Department may
file charges against her. Fascinating story. But this is really
(46:37):
oh whoa, So no charges yet, I expect there will
be against Ms James. Now. She today announces that she's
investigating Donald Trump, the president, for insider trading over the
(46:58):
tariff stuff. You see where this is going.
Speaker 2 (47:04):
No, man, well it's all not gonna stand. I mean,
it's just well, she just has to try to find
a way to get him again. It's just it's not
gonna work out for.
Speaker 10 (47:19):
You.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
See, Trump is winning and overcoming everything. It's best to
stand down and don't attack Trump anymore. It was also
noted with that mortgage fraud case that Letitia James may
have used her father's name on the application and said
(47:40):
that it was her husband. Okay, that's also fraud. So
she tried to prosecute Trump for fraud. Well, it looks
like it, Uh may go back the other way. She
may get fraud charges to now and she might end
up in pre I'm like Trump anyway. Time for a break,
(48:02):
last break of the program. A couple more great stories
to go, and we'll have them next when I come
back in one minute. They'll stick around.
Speaker 9 (48:14):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 3 (48:39):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
And welcome on back. Final stretch of the program ahead
of us, we're nearing the end of this episode that Yeah,
I really got to take care of this cold that
I got it's it's been rough trying to do this
show and talk just can't do it. Hard to do it,
(49:15):
but it's my civic duty. Gotta be here for everybody
and do my job. So bear with me. Just a
couple more great stories to go, So let's go ahead
and get to it.
Speaker 1 (49:32):
People often make a lot of mistakes. It seemed kind of, well, you.
Speaker 2 (49:36):
Know, stupid.
Speaker 3 (49:37):
So we've prepared this segment called what.
Speaker 9 (49:40):
Were you thinking?
Speaker 2 (49:46):
Yeah, how to revive this segment too. I haven't done
this one for a while either. They're really good segments.
I need to kind of do it a little bit
more often. So okay, oh, Democrats are still up to
(50:07):
their They're still up to their games. Okay, I mean
they won't.
Speaker 10 (50:14):
You know.
Speaker 2 (50:15):
Let me put it this way, Okay, the best thing
that the Democrats can do to revive their party is
just stop all the bull crap, stop terrorizing the country,
stop all this nonsense, stop lying, stop defending terrorists, and
just work with Trump, work with Republicans, straighten out this
(50:39):
country and get off this leftist agenda. But no, no, no,
they're gonna be fighting and fighting. So a Democratic protester
decided to crash a town hall in Georgia was a
(51:00):
town hall for Marjorie Taylor Green and he got thrown
physically thrown out by about a half dozen cops. That
was a great thing here it is, are you yeah?
(51:24):
Really you?
Speaker 8 (51:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (51:40):
Get that guy out of here? Yeah, are you really
doing this? Yeah? What do you think they're gonna do?
Just let you stand there and destroy the whole town
hall now online, Democrats obviously they want to stick out
for this guy, says, well, doesn't you have a freedom
(52:01):
of speech? Well in public? Yeah, but that was a
private event. Okay, when you have a private venue, you know,
just like if I rented out a VFW hall or
some type of auditorium or something to have some type
(52:26):
of Republican convention or some town hall or something with
my show, a live broadcast, do something, and I rent
it out, you know, it becomes a private venue. Just
like if I rented out a reception hall for a wedding.
That's a private venue, and you it's not open to
(52:51):
the public where anybody can just crash it. You know,
So same principle applies there. You can't go to a
private event and do that. Yeah, sure, you know. Democrats, Yeah,
they want him to have his freedom of speech, because
(53:12):
if they would let him just talk and do what
he wants to do, he would do that the entire time.
Marjorie Taylor Green wouldn't have been able to speak or
do anything because that stupid protester would would be there
and just constantly talking. Won't be able to do anything.
(53:35):
Just like back in twenty eighteen, I went to an
event in Minneapolis. It was a live event from Tommy Laren.
She had a event in some type of like theater, auditorium.
We should put on a show and start talking, kind
of like a town hall. I don't know what you
(53:57):
call it. But when she talked politics and stuff, and
I attended that, and there was one lib tar doom
that started that stood up and started yelling at her.
There's about six Minneapolis police officers that dragged the guy out,
and Tommy was on stage say no, no, that's okay,
just let this guy talk, let him talk, But the
(54:19):
cops brought him out anyway, And I'm thinking to myself,
it's like, Tommy, if you let this guy talk, he's
just gonna talk the entire time, you won't be able
to do your show. So your freedom to have freedom
of speech, but it has limits such as a private venue.
(54:46):
If you're in public, you can have your freedom of
speech as long as you're not it's disturbing the peace
if you're not threatening somebody you know and stuff, you know,
So there are limits to freedom of speech. The Democrats,
(55:08):
Oh yeah, sure, they want their freedom of speech. But
what if it's a Republican that crashed a town hall
of like Chuck Schumer, where Republicans have their freedom of speech. No,
they're gonna have the police throw the Republican protests throughout.
That's just how one sided the Democrats are. So anyway,
(55:31):
one more story, let's get right to it.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
There's a civil war brewing in America between Democrats and Americans.
Speaker 3 (55:39):
Find out the latest in Civil War two.
Speaker 2 (55:45):
But isn't that the truth we are gonna eventually have.
We've kind of got one going on right now. This
whole episode should have been on civil war because that's
just what the Democrats are trying to start, a civil war.
I mean, it's not you know, like the Civil War
(56:09):
back in the eighteen sixties, where there was guns, where
it was like an army organized deal like that. But
it's Republicans and Democrats are fighting amongst themselves doing whatever
they can. We know the Democrats are just going to
destroy the country and do whatever they can because they're wine.
(56:30):
He had that Republicans out of control. They're burning Tesla's
because Elon Musk is uncovering hundreds of billions of dollars
of government waste that we need to cut. They're all
for the libtar democratic programs, and we're cutting off funding
(56:55):
for illegal immigrants to get free welfare and stuff. All
that needs to stop too. So there kind of is
a civil war going on as it is. But it's
the rhetoric that the Democrats are, that the Democrat leaders
(57:18):
are spewing in front of the nation that is causing
Democrat citizens to be violent. And Jesse Waters at Fox
News does a great job explaining that.
Speaker 4 (57:35):
Last summer political violence reached a boiling point. Democrats called
Trump a dictator and a threat to democracy, and he
was almost killed twice. But they didn't learn their lesson.
In fact, they're doubling down.
Speaker 15 (57:46):
What I see happening is a very familiar song being
played in autocratic regimes.
Speaker 16 (57:51):
A collapsed economy is an open door to autocracy, and
that is what Democrats should be shouting from the mountaintops.
Speaker 15 (57:58):
Yeah, we should be striving for clarity when it comes
to the fact that this is not merely deportation but
deportation two a dictator's turn ristholding facility. Yeah, gulag is
what we've been calling it today, rightfully, gosh and worse.
Speaker 4 (58:15):
This is the kind of language that puts Trump in
danger because it fires up the crazies and provides a
world justification for assassination. We've already seen their attacks on
Elon trigger teslitarism, and just this weekend, a deranged Arab
spring break or firebomb Governor Joshapiro's house with his family inside.
You think Democrats would notice, but they're too busy trying
(58:37):
to underport Latin gangs. It wasn't that long ago when
a Congressional Republican baseball practice was shot up by a
Bernie Brow. Just last week, the liberal who flew across
the country to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh confessed in court he
was out for blood. And we still don't know a
thing about Thomas Crooks. We just know that Ryan Ruth
(58:57):
had a connection to Ukraine. I's getting frustrated.
Speaker 16 (59:01):
It has not been explained to me perfectly by other
Secret Service or the FBI. We have somebody two good
people running that, and I would like to hear the explanation,
even if it's not released in the public. I should
be allowed to hear it, amen, and I might very
well release it to the public now.
Speaker 4 (59:21):
Another assassination plot against Donald Trump was foiled in Wisconsin,
and just like Ruth, there's a Ukraine connection. In February,
the Wisconsin Sheriff's office arrested seventeen year old Nikita Cassip
for killing his parents and uncovered a plot to kill
the president. This kid, who was also part of a
Satanic neo Nazi group, allegedly killed his parents for cash
(59:44):
so we could fund an assassination attempt on Trump. Authorities
went through his phone and found messages in Russian with
an anonymous source. He was trying to buy a military
drone to take out forty seven Quote a drone with
a dropping mechanism then would drop a bomb, so I
would need that once the transfer is complete. He was
(01:00:05):
also texting a Ukrainian phone number and planning an escape
route to Ukraine. Quote how long will I need to
hide before I'm moved to Ukraine?
Speaker 10 (01:00:15):
One to two months?
Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
So while in Ukraine.
Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
I'll be able to get a normal job and have
a normal life even if when it's found out I
did it.
Speaker 10 (01:00:23):
Who is this kid? And why does he have an.
Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
International network of arms dealers and human smugglers at his fingertips?
Why is he texting Ukrainians and trying to overthrow our government?
And what is it with Ukraine and all these unhinged assassins?
Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Yeah, I cut that off right there. Well, the guy's Democrats.
Democrats are crazy. It's a violent rhetoric from the Democrat
Party that Democrats citizens look at as justification to cause violence,
recab it and assassinate Republicans. Okay, that's the Democrat Party
(01:01:08):
for you. And one last audio clip, let me get
to this before we and the show. Tucker Carlson asks
President Trump if he thinks that we're moving towards a
(01:01:29):
civil war. Here's what was said on that.
Speaker 4 (01:01:33):
We're moving towards civil war.
Speaker 16 (01:01:37):
There's tremendous passion and there's tremendous love. You know, January
sixth was a very interesting day because they don't report
it properly. I believe it was the largest crowd I've
ever spoken before. And you know, some of the crowds
I've spoken before, and.
Speaker 11 (01:01:53):
Like July fourth on the mall, I think they had
a million people there, But I think that the biggest
crowd I've ever spoken before was on January sixth, and
people that were in that crowd, a very very small
group of people, and we said patriotically and peacefully, peacefully
and patriotically.
Speaker 5 (01:02:12):
Right.
Speaker 16 (01:02:12):
Nobody ever says that, go peacefully and patriotically, But people
that were in that crowd that day, very small group
of people went down there and then you there are
a lot of scenarios that we can talk about, but
people in that crowd so that it was the most
beautiful day they've ever experienced. There was love in that ground.
Speaker 11 (01:02:35):
There was love and unity.
Speaker 16 (01:02:37):
I have never seen such spirit and such passion and
such love. And I've also never seen, simultaneously, and from
the same people, such hatred of what they've done to
our country.
Speaker 4 (01:02:51):
So do you think it's possible that there's open conflict
we seem to live.
Speaker 16 (01:02:56):
I don't know, because I don't know what it there is.
I can say this, there's a level of passion that
I've never seen. There's a level of hatred that I've
never seen them. That's probably a bad combination.
Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
Donald Trump, thank you. Yeah, you know who knows. I mean,
I think we might. It's getting that point. The Democrats.
I just nott losing the election. They would sit back
for a couple of years and just help Trump, help
the Republicans, get off the far left agenda, fix the country,
(01:03:32):
rebuild the party. Life goes on. But they stepped it up.
They stepped up their domestic terrorism. The Democrat Party is
domestic terrorists, and they love it that way. And it
looks like it's gonna stay that way. If they lose
(01:03:53):
big time in the midterms, they might learn from that
and say, Okay, we gotta start. You're rebuilding the party.
I don't know what it's gonna take. God you son. Anyway,
that's gonna do it for me. I am out here.
Be back in a week. Hopefully my voice is a
(01:04:17):
lot better. Get over this cold. I can do a
better show next week. Anyway. Check me out on Facebook.
Tell a friend about the show. I love getting you
listeners all the time. Have a great week. Everybody, stay
safe out there, and until next time, Bye bye.
