Speaker 2 (00:51):
And welcome on back to another episode of The Brian
Wallenberg Show, live here on the Wallenberg Radio Network. Halfway
through May towards June. Summer is fast approaching, so welcome
on back. Hope everybody is doing well, and join the
great weather out there, and hope everybody's doing fine. The
(01:15):
world of politics is very busy, and yeah, it's just
the same old, same old. I'm trying to report all
the good stuff. Of course, you gotta report all the
bad stuff and YadA YadA. So anyway, it's all good.
(01:36):
That's why I'm here, That's why I'm here to do
a show. Got a full agenda, but first let's start
off with some breaking news.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
And now Brian has a breaking news update.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Okay, so this is doing prep, getting ready to go
on the air. How to get this in? Word came
out that former President Joe Biden has prostate cancer. Not
sure yet if it's the curable kind. I think that
(02:16):
doctors think that it can.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Be.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
So, you know, it's kind of hard to say when
you're that old and stuff. It's just hard to say.
So yeah, it was discovered on Friday, but announced on
Sunday by Joe Biden's personal office that he was seeing
(02:45):
for an exam and they found a nodule in his
prostate and doctors confirmed that it is indeed prostate cancer.
So on Friday it was diagnosed with the prostate cancer
characterized by a glease and source of nine grade grade
group five with metastas to the bones. I mean, and
(03:12):
I don't know what all this means. I don't know
what this humbo jumbo medical terms mean for everything. So yeah,
spokesman for Biden's office says that they don't have any
additional information at this time. So former President Biden and
(03:33):
his family are meeting with doctors and considering multiple treatment options,
including hormone treatment for the cancer and probably other things
with that. So they'll go over the options. So that's
all we know at this point. So yeah, hopefully this
(03:54):
will get heered. I mean, I'm getting up there in
age two, not nearly as old as but I'm in
my early fifties, so yeah, this probably hit all of us.
So anyway, that's all that we have on that for now,
So let's go ahead and continue on with the program.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
People often make a lot of mistakes. It seemed kind of, well,
you know, stupid, so.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
We prepared this segment called what were You Thinking?
Speaker 2 (04:28):
So you got to figure out what former FBI director
James Comy was thinking when he put a social media post.
Sure everybody's heard about this by now. James Comy, former
FBI director that Trump fired in twenty seventeen, apparently was
(04:52):
walking on the beach and saw some seashells that were
put in the shape of eighty six forty seven, which
is considered a threat to President Donald Trump because eighty
six is a mobster term for you know, kill somebody,
(05:13):
take somebody out, and forty seven obviously represents President Trump.
He's president forty seven. So James Comy took the post
down thinking that was going to be it, but no
Secret Service had to go pay a visit to James
Comy because you know, James Comy doesn't like Trump kind
(05:39):
of I don't know what, hate him or despise him,
but then this happens. So anyway, let's see here got
a few audio clips on the issue. This one. Fox
News comes out with the breaking news of that this is.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
A Fox News alert disgrace to FBI Director James Komi
making a threatening post against Donald Trump tonight as the
President is overseas. Fox is Peter Doocey is live from
Abu Dab with all the details.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
My goodness, Peter and Laura.
Speaker 7 (06:20):
The real head scratcher about this very serious topic is
that James Comy wants us to believe, and we have
this photo here that he saw a cool These are
his words, cool shell formation on my beach walk. And
the cool shell formation, according to the person who used
to be in charge of the FBI, shows shells in
the shape of eighty six forty seven. Eighty six is
(06:44):
common restaurant lingo, of course, for denying service to somebody.
But after about thirty seconds of googling, you can see
that a good chunk of people all around the world
also associate eighty six with meaning to kill somebody.
Speaker 6 (06:58):
An old mob's an old mine.
Speaker 7 (07:00):
Saying basically, take somebody eight miles outside of town and
then you put him six feet in the ground. James Comy, again,
a guy who has prosecuted mobsters, apparently had no idea
that this was a thing. He deleted the original post
with the cool shell formation, and he writes, I posted
a picture earlier of some shells I saw today on
(07:21):
a beach walk, which I assumed where a political message.
I didn't realize some folks associate those numbers with violence.
It never occurred to me, but I opposed violence of
any kind, and I took the post down. Ah, that's
not enough for Donald Trump Junior, he says, just James
Comy casually calling for my dad to be murdered. This
is who the dem media warships, demented, and cash Pattel.
(07:45):
As we were coming to air, the new FBI director,
one of Comey's successors, is saying that he is in
touch with the Secret Service and they are going to
be sending Secret Service agents to talk to James Comy
about what exactly he was getting at. Petel says, we
are aware of the recent tweet by former FBI Director
James Comy directed at President Trump.
Speaker 6 (08:05):
We're in communication with the Secret.
Speaker 7 (08:06):
Service and director current primary jurisdiction is with the Secret
Service on these matters, and we the FBI will provide
all necessary support. This is, of course, a president who
has had two assassination attempts on him within the last
three hundred and sixty five days.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Yeah, so cut that if I think we heard enough.
But yeah, yeah, it is the jurisdiction of the Secret
Service to investigate this, not the FBI when it's a
direct threat to the President of the United States. Yeah,
it's under the direction of the Secret Service. But yeah,
I mean it's just like you think that James Comey,
(08:44):
who is a former director of the FBI, would know
this stuff and we'd know the severity of it that
when you threaten the President of the United States. You know,
it's all these Democrats that keep taking shots at Trump.
You know, somebody gets busted. This judge in Milwaukee gets
arrested for impeding ice, and this happens, and that happens,
(09:08):
and Congressman get arrested for barging into an ice facility.
And this happens, and then he got some other idiot
that thinks, well that's them, I'm special. Let me try
to take a shot here. Then he does that thing.
Oh he has Paul Well, he's a former FBI agent.
(09:28):
You know, if he was still in there, he'd be
prosecuted and gone. My goodness.
Speaker 8 (09:36):
So uh.
Speaker 2 (09:40):
Next up. Tulci Gabbard, who's the Director of National Intelligence,
says that James call me should be held accountable for it,
regardless of whether he thought it was funny or not.
I mean, forty seven, you know, he just knows something
was up. He said, Well, because James can Toomi says, well,
(10:01):
I know it's a political message. I just didn't think
it was a thing. Yeah, right, But anyway, Telsey Gabbard
says he should be held accountable for his actions no
matter what.
Speaker 6 (10:11):
Do believe Comye should be in jail.
Speaker 9 (10:14):
I do any other person with a position of influence
that he has, People who take very seriously what a
guy of his stature, his experience, and what the propaganda
media has built him up to be. I'm very concerned
for the President's life. We've already seen assassination attempts. I'm
(10:34):
very concerned for his life and James Comy, in my view,
should be held accountable and put behind bars for this.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Yeah, it's like Donald Trump has had two assassination attempts
within the past year, and at least a couple of
plots that were foiled.
Speaker 10 (10:52):
Right.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
Remember I ran a story about a month or so
ago about the guy that uh kill his parents to
get money to plan assassination attempt against Donald Trump, but
he got busted and stuff. And then there's also another
one a little while back to where there was a
plot that got foiled, and who knows, there's probably a
(11:17):
lot of other plots out there that we don't know
about yet. I mean, the Democrats have painted this picture
that Donald Trump is a horrible monster, horrible for the
country and needs to be taken out. That's what the
Democrats are saying, well without directly saying it, but that's
the rhetoric that they're using, and that's the message that
(11:39):
they're trying to get out. And the Democrats, we know
for a fact, is a violent party. Violent cult is
what I'd rather call them. So you know, you know,
putting two to two together what do you think is
gonna happen. James Comey doesn't like Trump. We know that. Thinks, oh,
(12:02):
Trump's gotta go. I think this is cool. It's supposed
to picture. I didn't know. Okay, well you know it now,
and I'll admit that I didn't know what eighty six
meant prior to this story coming out this week. But
of course I'm not a former FBI director. I'm a
(12:23):
radio show host. I'm not familiar with mob terms and
stuff like that radio show hosts. I'm a professional wrestling referee,
I'm a forestry guy. No, I don't know about mob terms. Now,
had I would have done that, yeah, I mean yeah,
(12:44):
I after finding out that, I would expect secret Service
agents to come and visit me and speak with me
on that, you know, and I might be able to
get off by saying, well, I really didn't know what
eighty six meant, and honestly I don't, and they might
buy that. But James Comy is a different story. He's
(13:07):
the former director of the FBI, and like you just
heard the audio clip there that from this man that
prosecuted mobsters. Being the director of the FBI, you would
think you would know a little bit about the lingo
since they have to go and arrest these people. So
(13:29):
there's a little different story there. And he's Democrats. They're
all trying to take shots at Trump. Some of me
at bus said, Oh, let me take a shot. I'm special.
I'm this person. I'm not a mayor, I'm this person
that you know well craft that's not gonna work. Just
like with all these arrests of people impeding ice and
(13:51):
trying to attack Trump. I'm willing to bet you one
of the next people we're gonna hear about it's going
to be a Democratic governor that's gonna get arrest did
for doing something. Who wants to bet money on that?
I'm probably willing to do that. And also with this, uh,
(14:13):
Donald Trump has a response to what James Comey posted
on social media.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
And he knew exactly what that meant. The child knows
what that meant. If you're the FBI director and you
don't know what that meant, that meant assassination. And it
says it loud and clear. Now, he wasn't very competent,
but he was competent enough to know what that meant.
And he did it for a reason, and he was
(14:44):
hit so hard because people like me, they like what's
happening with our country. Our country has become respected again
and all this and he's calling for the assassination of
the president.
Speaker 9 (14:55):
Obviously, he apologized and said he does well.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
He apologized, do you want what do you want to
see happened? I don't want to take.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
A position on it, because that's going to be up
to Pam and all of the great people. I have Cash,
I have Pam, I have great people, and I'm going
to let them because if I if I tell you something,
they'll say, oh, I'm not going to get involved. But
I will say this. I think it's a terrible thing.
And when you add his history to that, if he
had a clean history, he doesn't. He's a dirty cup.
(15:25):
He's a dirty cup. And if he had a clean history,
I could I could understand if there was a leniency.
But I'm going to let them make that decision. But
you know, he knew exactly what it said.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
Yeah, of course. I mean you know, it's like you
heard the reporter there saying, well, you Polo joysed for it. Well,
so apologies, don't you make everything Okay? I hate to
say that you pologoized for it. So what And like
(15:59):
Trump's says that if he had a clean record, he
might be able to find some leniency, Like you've like me,
I mean, I got a clean record. I haven't done
anything wrong. And yes, I didn't know what eighty six
meant prior to this, so you know, yeah, there might
be some leniency that. Okay, maybe I didn't do it.
(16:20):
But like Trump says, I mean there should be something happening.
I mean, should James Comy go to prison for it?
Maybe not. We should get something probation, get a good scare.
And the big thing is it's just showing the rest
of the country don't take shots at Trump or this
(16:41):
administration or try to overthrow the government or anything, because
no matter who you are, you can go down. And
we just saw recently a mayor get arrested. We saw
three members of Congress get arrested. James Comy's former FBI
director is in trouble. You know, doesn't matter who you are,
(17:08):
you could go down. You know, Like I said a
minute ago, I'm willing to bet the next person that's
gonna cross a line would be a democratic governor. Thinking well,
it's all these people but I'm a governor. I'm special.
I'm I can take a shot at Trump. They can't
arrest me. H, Well, go ahead and watch, go ahead
(17:29):
and try. I dare you so to Gavin new Some, JB.
Pritzker and all the Democrats out there, go ahead, try them.
I dare you, triple dog, dare you guys not gonna
end up well for you? I just hate to say that. Anyway.
(17:50):
Time for a break, first break of the program. Lots
more to go. We'll continue on with the program in
one minute when I come back, so I'll stick around.
Speaker 4 (18:06):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 11 (18:30):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
And welcome on back the middle of May edition of
the Brian Wallenberg Show here on Wallenberg Radio Network. As
we are having a great time as always, talking about
all the great stuff, bringing good, the bad and the
ugly and all that great stuff all combined in one show.
(19:08):
Exposing fake news like I always do, tell you the
real scoop, Yeah, exposing the Democrats for who they are,
and also the great Republicans and great Americans for who
they are. So and uh, let's continue on the program.
(19:29):
Let's talk politics.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
It's time for Brian's conservative take on politics.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
Because being conservative is the only way to be.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
Because when he's right, he's right.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
So Trump's big, beautiful bill is facing some hurdles. It's
failed in a House budget committee, but uh, House Speaker
Mike Johnson says that he's still expecting a House vote
this week, so they're still moving forward with it. There's
(20:02):
some there's some Republicans that are trying to kill the
bill for whatever reason. I don't know if it's pressure
from Democrats, members of the public trying to get to them,
or what the scoop is, but some Republicans are trying
to kill this bill. Now, this bill it's great. I mean,
(20:27):
if this passesn't get signed into law, it's going to
be a huge win for President Trump. It's going to
be a huge win for America and all. This is
what all the voters who voted for Trump voted for.
Speaker 10 (20:42):
Now.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
The Trump tax cuts of twenty seventeen are expiring this year.
The only way to extend them is to pass this bill.
Otherwise tax is going to be increased. Right, there's spending cuts.
That's where they're cutting out the waste, fraud and abuse.
(21:04):
Just what Elon Musk and everyone has said that we're
cutting the waste, fraud and abuse. Social Security and Medicare
will not be cut, despite the Democrats ongoing continual lies
that they are. They're just cutting the waste, fraud and abuse.
The people that are getting Social Security that are two
hundred years old, that's going to an end, Medicaid, all
(21:30):
the stuff going to illegals, that's coming to an end.
That's the only thing that's really being cut. So we
can lower inflation by spending within our means and all
that stuff, YadA, YadA. Nobody's tax is going down, nada.
(21:53):
So we can't stop the Democrats from lying going you know,
like I said, Chuck Schumer is just he's going on
a rampage just lying that, oh, they're cutting everything, but
it's not. And I got this clip here, I'm play
(22:15):
it now. This is from Bill O'Reilly from Fox News
that that he talks about the Democrats that keep lying
about the bill. And I like Bill O'Reilly's insights on
(22:37):
the topic, So I'm gonna play this now and oh,
just here for yourself.
Speaker 10 (22:44):
Republicans in their budget bill want to cut okay, eight
hundred and eighty billion over a ten year period, ten years.
That's eighty eight billion a year. Okay, yep, out of
the existing system by inserting a responsibility clause called community engagement.
(23:06):
They're not cutting the program so that old ladies and
unw mothers get thrown off. They're saying that if you
are going to get free healthcare, not include some portions
of Obamacare that you have to work if you can
find a job, and if you can't, you have to
look for a job. And if you can't get a job,
(23:29):
you have to do community service. Now, who opposes.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
That that's fair?
Speaker 10 (23:35):
Not for women with young babies, they can't do that, okay,
But it's for primarily young men who can work and
some women, single women who can work. Do you oppose that?
Speaker 12 (23:50):
Who?
Speaker 6 (23:50):
What American would oppose that that's fair?
Speaker 10 (23:53):
So the layabouts and the drug addicts are supposed to
get free medical care and they don't even care about
getting a job. That's what this is all about. But
you'd never know it by listening to the Democratic Party.
Speaker 13 (24:06):
Of course, Well, Let's be clear, this is not a
healthcare reform plan to improve our healthcare system or lower
costs for families and patients. Nope, Republicans are looking to
dismantle the basic Medicaid program to help tax cuts for billionaires.
Speaker 6 (24:27):
And it's all being done in service of trying to
provide a massive tax break to MAGA billionaire donors like
Elon Musk.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
Lie.
Speaker 10 (24:38):
Okay, So if you want to believe the Republican Party
wants to reform Medicare in the sense of asking for
people to look for work at do commuting curves because
they want to help Elon Musk make more money, then
you're a nit wit. Beyond a netw you're a moron. Yeah, yeah,
if you believe that. But that's what the Democratic Party
is peddling. Okay. So when you add it all up,
(25:03):
when you see the massive distortions and what they have
and what they're grabbing onto. Instead of saying, yeah, I'd
like to reform Medicaid too, we should have a community
engagement there so that the taxpayers aren't ripped off. We're
for that. They're not for it. They're not for it
at all. They want to massively. Now let's get to
the tax cuts for the rich. So you just heard
(25:26):
Congress and Jeffreyes, the Speaker of the House, say all right,
there are no new personal income tax cuts in the
proposed bill. It's simply an extension on the personal front
of what Trump passed in twenty seventeen, because his twenty
(25:46):
seventeen tax bill runs out this year. That's all. Yeah,
it's not slashing my income tax rate. I stay the
same and I'm paying a lot lot of money.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
To federal state.
Speaker 10 (26:03):
Lot big Okay.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
Yeah, it's because you're rich. But yeah, let mean, yeah, no,
nobody's getting tax breaks. These billionaires are not getting tax breaks,
even though the Democrats keep lying and saying that. But
it's not gonna happen. The Trump tax cuts for the
middle classes. What's in the bill if you read the
bill instead of going by what Chuck Schumer and all
(26:30):
these people are telling you. But uh, yeah, hopefully this
passes because there's a lot of really good stuff in here.
This is going to straighten out the economy big time,
a huge win for Trump. So this needs to pass
the House and Senate and gets signed in the law,
which it's facing some hurdles. But Mike Johnson. He feels
(26:54):
pretty strongly that this will prevail in the end, So
we'll just have to see what happens with that. All right,
let's continue on to our next story.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
Have opinions on your favorite top news stories.
Speaker 4 (27:08):
Well so does Brian. All of your news delivered like
no one else.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
It's time for Brian's news insights.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Okay, So the Aliens Enemies Act from seventeen ninety eight,
signed in the law by President John Adams back in
the seventeen hundreds, Well, we all know what that is.
It gives the president the right to deport alien enemies
and time of war and invasion, just get them out. Well,
(27:43):
we had a district judge also recently rule that Trump
can do that, but now the Supreme Court came out
with the ruling and says, oh, you can't just do that, right,
you can't just do it and they're gone. You know,
you have to give him due process and he can
still deport them. It's just you have to give him
(28:05):
a hearing and all that stuff too. So we don't
know what's going on with Scotis and why they made
that decision, but they're wrong. They are wrong to make
that decision. So I got this huge audio clip several
minutes long. This one's a really good one. Okay, it's
a little long of an audio clip, but I think
(28:26):
you're gonna like it because this particular audio clip is
the Deputy White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller. He
is arguing with a female liberal CNN news anchor about
the use of the Alien Enemies Act and Steven Miller,
(28:49):
You're gonna you're gonna hear this. During the clip, Stephen
Miller is going to correctly point out that this is
something this is a right that the President of the
United State has and this is one of those things
that the judicial Brdge does not have a right to
impede on, even though they're doing it. And I think
(29:10):
the Supreme Court is kind of doing it as well.
But it's a really great clip. Came across it. It's awesome.
So this is, yes, Stephen Miller arguing with a female
CNN liberal reporter news anchor. Let's roll it. It's really
(29:30):
good here.
Speaker 14 (29:32):
True, you called the judges order just earlier today quote
patently unlawful end quote and said that it was an
assault on democracy itself. Does that mean that the administration
is ignoring this order, and might you ignore future court
orders that meet the criteria you laid out.
Speaker 12 (29:53):
The President of the United States and his administration reserve
all rights under the Constitution to conduct national security operations
and defense the United States. The Alien Enemies Act, which
was passed into law by the founding generation of these countries,
men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the
(30:15):
President the authority to repel an alien invasion of the
United States. That is not something that a district court
judge has any authority whatsoever to interfere with, to enjoin,
to restrict, or to restrain any way.
Speaker 6 (30:30):
You can read the law yourself.
Speaker 12 (30:32):
There's not one clause in that law that makes it
subject to judicial review, let alone district court review.
Speaker 14 (30:39):
So Stephen, when you say that this person has no
authority at all, this is how our system works.
Speaker 6 (30:46):
It starts with these judges and.
Speaker 14 (30:48):
Then continues up At what point does it become, in
your view, legal for the justice system to be looking
at this and making a judgment. And I feel to
see how they're any other way. But to start with
where we're starting here before you get to eventually the
Supreme Court.
Speaker 12 (31:06):
Well, so, first of all, there's a there's a term
in law judicible. This is not just justicible. In other words,
this is not subject to judicial remedy. When the president
is exercising his Article two powers to descend the country
against an invasion or to repel a foreign terrorist that
is unlawfully in the country, he's exercising his core Article
two powers as commander in this is this is a
(31:30):
very important point. This is a kind of shifty authority.
It's a commander in chief authority. So just to ask
you a simple question, you talk about how the system works.
Does a district court judge have the right to direct
or enjoin troop movements overseas?
Speaker 6 (31:45):
Yes or no? Well, Stevens my question, don't you answer question?
Is Venezuela.
Speaker 14 (31:51):
Is Venezuela invading our country in a way that would so?
Speaker 6 (31:55):
Under So I'll answer your is and you'll answer mine.
Speaker 12 (31:57):
Under the terms of the statute, train Deirwogua is an
alien enemy force that has come here, as detailed at
length in the proclamation, at the direction of the Venezuelan government.
The statute says that a president has the ability to
repel an invasion or predatory incursion.
Speaker 6 (32:18):
That is directed by a stat government. Right, this would
be yes. It is.
Speaker 12 (32:22):
It is documented the that TDA was sent by the
Venezuelan government in the proclamation.
Speaker 6 (32:28):
And here's an even more important point.
Speaker 12 (32:30):
Under the constitution, who makes that determination a district court
judge elected by no One or the commander in chief
of the Army and Navy, the President and the president's
decision of what triggers.
Speaker 14 (32:41):
That they that are actually at war with Venezuela, the
nations of Venezuela.
Speaker 6 (32:46):
You're not hearing me, and you're not understanding me.
Speaker 12 (32:49):
Read the statute Alien Enemies Act, seventeen ninety eight.
Speaker 6 (32:53):
It says if a.
Speaker 12 (32:55):
Predatory incursion is perpetrated by a foreign government, so it
lists a three three qualifying actions, it would be an act.
Speaker 14 (33:03):
Doesn't say in the very again, there has to be
declared war against a nation or estate.
Speaker 12 (33:07):
That's what it's wrong. Look up the statute. It is
on my account on social media where we see it.
The yes, it says, or a predatory incursion or an invasion.
The statute delineates three criteria for triggering the Only Enemies Act.
One is a act of war, which, by the way,
(33:28):
invasion is an active war.
Speaker 6 (33:29):
But put that aside.
Speaker 12 (33:31):
One is an invasion, which this is. One is a
predatory incursion, which this is. So it actually meets all
three statutory criteria. But with respect to this particular statute,
it's the proclamation is utilizing the incursion and invasion whig
in the statute. But this is a very important question
because no, no, no, hold on, it's a very important question.
Speaker 6 (33:52):
You said.
Speaker 12 (33:52):
The way our system works is the President of the
United States commands the armed forces of the country, commands
the foreign policy of the country, and that's subject to
district court review.
Speaker 6 (34:02):
That is never this was not a military operation.
Speaker 15 (34:08):
I mean, the.
Speaker 12 (34:09):
District court judge can no more enjoin the expulsion of
foreign terrorists to foreign soil that he can direct the
movement of air force one, that he can direct the
movement of an aircraft carrier. Then he can direct Marco Rubio.
Speaker 14 (34:26):
Like if does the Supreme Court the United States have
any say over the things that you were just outlining
right here.
Speaker 6 (34:31):
I've answered, and I've answered it.
Speaker 12 (34:33):
I I've answered it because this department has made a
filing in the court.
Speaker 6 (34:36):
But then me make another point.
Speaker 12 (34:39):
The judge in this case put the lives of every
single person on those aircraft at risk. Did he know
how much fuels in those planes? Did he know the
flight conditions? Did he know the weather conditions?
Speaker 6 (34:49):
Did he know how many crew hours? Did he know
the need for crew rest? Did he know any of that?
Speaker 12 (34:54):
No, this judge violated the law. He violated the constitution.
Speaker 6 (34:58):
He defied. He's wants the government that we have in
this country, because that does seem to you're arguing the.
Speaker 12 (35:04):
Same the same district court judges didn't do a damn
thing to stop Joe Biden from flooding this nation with
millions of the aliens? Do these district court judges didn't
issue any injunctions to save the lives of Joscelyn Hungary
or courts?
Speaker 6 (35:19):
Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 12 (35:20):
What I'm saying is that what you said there's a
separation of powers.
Speaker 6 (35:25):
The the the judiciary exercises didn't And you are here
to see will do? You're here to speak for I?
Will I want you to answer that one simple question. Ready,
here we go.
Speaker 12 (35:38):
Under a proper reading of the constitution, district court judges
provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief. District court judges
do not have the authority as a general matter to
enjoin the functioning of the executive branch, but their authority
is at its lowest point when the president is exercised
(36:00):
his powers as commander in chief. And I asked you
a question you never answered it. Can I judge and
joint treat movements overseas? Can I district court judge and
joint treat movements overseas?
Speaker 2 (36:08):
No?
Speaker 6 (36:09):
I am not going to get into the and then
you'll know that I'm wrong. You'll know that I'm right.
Speaker 2 (36:17):
I guess he can't argue with the Democrat. This is
what happens. They don't get it.
Speaker 3 (36:22):
Well.
Speaker 2 (36:23):
I think she gets it, but just doesn't want to
admit it. That's CNN anchor and just very liberal. Doesn't
get it. Well. I like I said, I think she
gets it, but just doesn't want to get it, doesn't
want to say, oh, okay, you're right. These Democrats, they
just won't give up. But yeah, the judges are wrong,
(36:44):
even the Supreme Court is wrong. This is totally within
the powers of the executive branch. It is not subject
to judicial review, just like Steven Miller correctly pointed out.
So hopefully we can get the Supreme Court to change
their mind and just say, you know, you guys shouldn't
(37:08):
be doing that. I don't know, but this proves that.
This should prove to the Democrats at the Supreme Court
isn't one hundred percent on Trump's side, but they will.
All the Supreme Court has to do is agree with
Trump on one thing, and they're like, oh, Supreme Court's
bought up. No, no, not happening. So we'll see where
(37:31):
this story ends up someday. Hopefully we can still deport
all these criminal aliens out of the country before it's
too late. Anyway, time for next break, second break of
the program. Be back in one minute. Lots more to go.
Stick with me, be right back.
Speaker 4 (37:52):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (38:11):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 11 (38:16):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
Network, and welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's
listening from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout
the world. I'm grateful that everyone is here. Middle of May,
Weather's starting to do great. Summer is fast approaching the
(38:46):
political scene in America as busy as always, and here
I am bringing into the real scoop on everything that's
going on. So we have to talk about a lot
of things, good things, bad things. And when we talk
about bad things, we have to talk about these these
(39:09):
pesky Democrats.
Speaker 1 (39:10):
We all know Brian is conservative, but what are the
liberals up to.
Speaker 4 (39:16):
Find out here on democratic chaos?
Speaker 2 (39:20):
Well, yeah, they're causing a lot of trouble everywhere, everywhere
they can. They're gonna do everything they can to throw
Trump off. They're gonna overthrow the government, do anything they can,
fighting so hard to protect their precious to legal immigrants
(39:42):
they say, precious illegals. That's who they are to them.
Democrat Party, I mean the Democrats and all they worship.
These people. They love them, They do everything they can
to protect them, and the fight for rights that they
don't have and try to want to give them rights.
(40:03):
They care more about them than they care about the
American people. They love him so much and it gets
kind of irritating, but that's just who they are. So
I touched on this last week. I'm gonna touch up
on it again. Okay, we know the Democrat Party lost
(40:26):
in November, and we know why Okay, they protect the
legals over Americans and just a laundry list of stuff.
I've talked about this a lot all the time. Anybody
who listens to the show a lot knows why they lost.
And it's coming to light because Joe Biden is kind
(40:49):
of inching his way back into the spotlight and some
Democrats are saying, oh, Joe Biden should have stayed in,
he could have beat Trump, which is now coming out
by the rest of the Democrat Party like, no, no, no,
he's demented. He's the one that destroyed the party by
running again and then ending his campaign too late to
(41:15):
put in a primary to pick the next nominee their
candidate for the Democrats, so they gave it to Kama
and that's what's screwed it all up. There's the blame
game going on, YadA, YadA, YadA. Well, the Democrat Party
as a whole was screwed no matter what, because of
what they did in the last four years. Biden screwed
(41:37):
everything up, Democrats covered it up, and the Democratic agenda
in itself was bad enough to ruin the party. And
that's what happened. So we have a one of the
co hosts of the view. You know, this is all
they talk about. It's a stupid show. They're Democrats, they're liberals,
(42:00):
talk about stupid things. Surprised that show is still on
the air, but yeah, one of the co hosts says,
even though she's liberal, says that Trump won because the
Democrat Party screwed up and they would be.
Speaker 15 (42:16):
Boxed out of meetings if they raise concerns.
Speaker 6 (42:18):
And there's very specific examples.
Speaker 15 (42:20):
George Clooney goes on the record to Jake Tapper and
says he moved mountains, he flew in from Italy to
do this record fundraiser for Joe Biden.
Speaker 14 (42:28):
Joe Biden didn't recognize George Clooney, one of the.
Speaker 15 (42:30):
Most recognizable, one of the most recognizable medical plan. And
now that is not that's not a presidential duty, it's
not the job. You don't have to recognize George Clooney.
But does that give you confidence that in the middle
of the night, if China's about to attack us, there's
a war breaking on, that he is the sharpest person building.
Speaker 12 (42:47):
The illustration texted war plans to their brothers look like
Joe Biden.
Speaker 15 (42:53):
No, when do we just keep lowering the bar because
Trump is bad. Nothing else is bad because Trump is
bad and be true.
Speaker 5 (42:59):
But don't you know I have this ship has sailed,
It's ound in the ocean somewhere with.
Speaker 15 (43:06):
We have Trump because you guys screwed this up.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
Oh oh my gosh, he's got these Democrats. Oh they're hilarious.
Now they're fighting about you know, they lost because of Biden,
or it wasn't because of Biden, or they should have
did this. They're all fighting amongst themselves because, like I said,
the message the Democrats had during the election, they never
(43:31):
had election about oh, what can we do to fix
the country, what can we do to fix the economy,
what can we do to fix this? Or that? No,
their entire campaign agenda was on what do we need
to do to beat Trump?
Speaker 8 (43:45):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (43:48):
Then you ever wonder why they lost? That was just hilarious.
So oh yeah, and then everybody knew, you know, Joe
Biden was not mentally fit. That came out and even
the liberal media now is saying that because they want
(44:10):
to hurt Biden. They're doing this so everybody knows about Biden,
to keep him out of the picture, because well, the
Democrat Party's sinking. But Joe Biden sinks it a lot worse.
And Okay, before the break, we heard the audio clip
of Steven Miller arguing with a female Democratic CNN anchor. Well,
(44:38):
I got another clip of her and she asks Chuck
Schumer if Chuck Schumer knew that Biden was unfit, and
Chuck Schumer, we knows, but he just totally didn't answer
the question. This is hilarious. Check this out.
Speaker 14 (44:56):
I'm interested to know whether the man that you saw
sitting there on that couch on that day you were
in there, you saw him up close and personal, did
you really not have any idea that he was not
fit to serve a second term?
Speaker 1 (45:10):
Casey, we're looking forward.
Speaker 10 (45:12):
We have the largest medicaid caught in front of us,
we have the federal government.
Speaker 14 (45:16):
All this because you lost a presidential election. And is
that not Joe Biden's responsibility for deciding to run again.
Speaker 1 (45:22):
We're looking forward.
Speaker 6 (45:25):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (45:26):
That's it. Oh, Chucky boy, Oh my gosh. Yeah, Chuck Schumer. There, Yeah,
the the guy doing the most running his mouth telling
(45:48):
lies about oh Trump's cutting taxes for billionaires and all
this other stuff. Probably one of the Democrats with the
most poll right now couldn't even answer the question. Yeah,
ask well, the reason why we have this in front
of us, because you guys lost, isn't that guy's responsibility.
(46:09):
We're moving forward now, Well, the question was did you
know he was unfit? Chuck Schumer could have said no.
He said no, No, I didn't know that at the time.
It would have been a lie. But Chuck Schumer's used
to line because he does it all the time. He
couldn't even say that. Yeah, then Democrats they just have
(46:35):
to wonder why they lost, and they keep wondering why. Okay,
before we in the segment and go to break, one
more audio clip, and this is Bill O'Reilly again. I
love listening to the Bill O'Reilly. He's really good. He
(46:56):
says that Gavin Newso it looks like he's considering running
for president in twenty twenty eight. You know, my guess
is they're gonna let Kamala run be the Democratic nominee
and become the next governor of California. So Newsom can
(47:18):
probably run for president. But here's a kicker. We know
that California is in the toilet, right, and the whole
country knows it, and they know why. So Governor Gavin
Newsom is changing his tune lately to try to make
(47:43):
himself look good prior to a possible presidential run. So
here's Bill O'Reilly with that. It's a great clip. Check
it out.
Speaker 10 (47:53):
I've been new Some run for president. I told you
this earlier this week. And he sees an opportunity because there's.
Speaker 6 (47:59):
No competition a democratic side for him.
Speaker 10 (48:01):
At this point. Right, So new Newsome, I mean, talk
about a hypocrite. This is this is hypocrite number one.
And I don't even know Newsom. Okay, So earlier he
says he wants all the homeless camps to be dismantled
in California. Well it took you so long, you've been
(48:22):
governor for six years. Well you know this costs estate
billions of dollars.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
Yeah, Governor new Some loves the homeless camps. He wants
to get rid of it. Now.
Speaker 10 (48:32):
Wow, it's destroyed San Francisco and other cities, and all
of a sudden you're enlightened. You want the homeless camps dismantle.
Speaker 2 (48:39):
Yes, public it.
Speaker 10 (48:40):
Was a public safety problem then when it started six
years ago, when you were a governor, when he came in,
still a public safety and public health.
Speaker 2 (48:49):
Yeah, yeah, you.
Speaker 1 (48:50):
Can knock it out in the second under the law.
Speaker 10 (48:52):
Now he says, uh, we're going to freeze healthcare payments
to the undocumented. Remember California the biggest undocumented population in
the country. It spends more than five billion dollars. California
spent five billion dollars giving free healthcare to illegal alias
(49:13):
my families.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
Wow.
Speaker 10 (49:14):
Okay, So now some goes, oh, we're gonna stop that.
Speaker 1 (49:20):
Roll a tap. So here are the solutions.
Speaker 16 (49:24):
Five billion dollars on a freeze on our medical expansion.
We're not cutting or rolling back those that are enrolled
in our medical system. We're just capping it, particularly for
those without documentation.
Speaker 2 (49:38):
Wow.
Speaker 17 (49:39):
Yeah, not cutting happen? What weasonless guy is so what
don't you do it five years ago? Why do you
do it? It's so ridiculous?
Speaker 6 (49:53):
All right.
Speaker 10 (49:53):
So in addition to that, California is the highest deficit
of any state. It is the largest state the union
okay about forty million people look there, yep, and has
a twelve billion dollar a year deficit. So it's broke. Essentially,
it's broke. Here's a new sub size about that.
Speaker 16 (50:11):
California is under assault.
Speaker 8 (50:13):
The United States of America in many respects, it's under
assault because we have a president that's been reckless in
terms of assaulting those growth engines, what has created a
climate of deep uncertainty and certainly has California in his sights.
Speaker 1 (50:30):
So it Shrump's fault.
Speaker 10 (50:32):
It's Drug's fault that California has a twelve billion dollar
a year deficit. Okay, Democrats, this is what you want.
This is what you're gonna put up.
Speaker 6 (50:43):
JD.
Speaker 10 (50:43):
Van's got to be the happiest guy in the world.
Speaker 1 (50:46):
Got to be the happiest guy in the world. Yeah,
bring it on.
Speaker 2 (50:50):
Yeah, because JD. Vance it looks like he's going to
be a shoe in to win the presidency in twenty
twenty eight because Democrats can't put up anybody but he good.
Gavin Newsom blamed their deficit on well, it's Trump's fault
because he won't give California money. Well, here's my opinion.
(51:11):
I'm gonna give you my opinion on this before we
go to break. Running a little late to go to
break here, but that's fine. California spends all their money.
They have the largest economy in the country, right, lots
of money. Forty million people. The reason why they're broke
(51:32):
is because they spend all their money giving it to
illegal immigrants, you know, and then they ask the federal
government for a bailout. Oh, we need a bail we're broke.
Why you broke? Oh we got to give all of
our money to illegals. Fault. What do you want Trump
to do? Give them more money so they can give
(51:53):
that to illegal immigrants. That's what Trump's trying to stop.
So now Gavin Newsom has no choice but to cut
free health care to illegals so the state can save
money not be broke. He's just figuring this out. Now,
(52:14):
why should illegals get free health care? Americans have to
pay for it? Why did legals get free health care?
And this guy wants to probably wants to be president
and run the country and give away all this money
to illegals and just printing money. Give him to imagine
(52:38):
if he was the president wanted to do all this,
we'd have hyper inflation, printing all this money just to
worship these precious illegals. He's trying to clean up his
state and the homeless accountments and all this other stuff
and now wants to start you know, budgeting everything better
(53:01):
and stuff. Well, I think it's too late, if you
want my opinion. Yeah, guys are not, but they're Democrats.
What do you expect? Bill O'Reilly's right? Jd vance is
you win? So anyway, time for a break, last break
in the program. We got another great story for you
(53:21):
coming up in one minute when I come back. So
we have to stick around. Be right back.
Speaker 4 (53:30):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.
Speaker 1 (53:49):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.
Speaker 11 (53:53):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.
Speaker 2 (54:00):
Network and welcome on back final stretch with the program
ahead of us. Well, the show is almost sober. I
got to that last break kind of late, but proving
a good time, talking a lot about really good stuff.
(54:21):
And see that's what the show is all about. So
any of you who are new listeners to the program,
this is what the show is all about. Got a
lot of really great stuff. I bring you the whole story,
not just parts of it. Expose fake news when there's
any out there, bring you everything all in one spot.
(54:44):
That's why I got a listenership worldwide. So grateful, Yeah
for everyone. Shout out to everybody who is listening worldwide.
This is where you find out what's going on. Get
a growing listenership all the time. So grateful for everybody
who was here. Nearing the end of the program, I
(55:04):
try to keep the show about an hour long. Go
over a little bit. See five minutes left in the show. Well,
I could probably end on time. Only got one more
story left. I could probably do it in about five minutes. Here,
great story, let's get to it.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
There's a civil war brewing in America between Democrats and Americans.
Speaker 11 (55:29):
Find out the latest in Civil War two.
Speaker 2 (55:34):
Okay, so a little bit more on the Democrats that
storm that ice facility in New Jersey last week when
I talked about it, there was the Democrat mayor of
New York, New Jersey and three Democratic members of Congress
(55:54):
from New Jersey that thought that they had enough power
to storm the facility to well, they say, to perform oversight.
But now they were they act like they thought they
could just storm it and have it all shut down
because they say so, Well, they were arrested by Ice
(56:18):
because well, they barred to the gate when they had
to open it. To bring a bust of criminals into
the to the prison, and apparently they assaulted ICE agents
in the process, and they thought that they had the
right to do that. They can't see. This is how
(56:38):
violent the Democrats are. That's just who they are. So
there's words on out that these people can still be prosecuted,
and they still might be. That's still in the process.
They're not out of the woods yet. They're not in
(56:58):
custody anymore, so they posted bond or whatever, but yeah,
they could still be in deep trouble. So yeah, we
have a Fox News clip here that says that the
Democrat congress men and women that were arrested could still
(57:22):
be punished for storman that ICE facility.
Speaker 18 (57:26):
A trio of House Democrats who scuffled with federal law
enforcement at a New Jersey Immigrations and Customs Enforcement detention
center are facing congressional discipline after that FRACTICE and after
viewing video of the incident, House Speaker Mike Johnson says
it appears his colleagues also broke the law.
Speaker 19 (57:44):
I don't think that's speech and debate clause. I think
that's a in my view as a former practicing attorney,
that looked like a battery to me.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 18 (57:53):
New Jersey Republican Congressman Jeff Van Drew serves on the
House Judiciary Committee, and he is our guest. Now, Congressman,
what did your fellow members of Congress accomplish by storming
the gates if you will, at that facility, Well.
Speaker 20 (58:10):
They accomplish being bad examples, you know, among the many
things that we should be in Congress is a good
example to young people, good example to Americans about how
we are the purveyors of the rule of law. It
doesn't mean you can't demonstrate.
Speaker 2 (58:25):
You can.
Speaker 20 (58:26):
Nobody wants to deny anyone their First Amendment rights. As
a federal member of Congress, you can investigate. It doesn't
mean that you are going to be violent, that you're
going to be aggressive, that you're going to endanger yourself, others,
and possibly the public. Because of what goes on there.
It was a truly disappointing time. And John, that is why,
(58:50):
as chairman of the sub Committee and Judiciary on Oversight,
I am going to be chairing a hearing on Tuesday
where Tuesday afternoon we're going to discuss all the We're
gonna break this open, really dig deep and find out
the truth.
Speaker 2 (59:05):
Yeah, well and they should and they should. So that's
coming up here on Tuesday, So by the time the
show hits the airwaves, it's probably gonna be happening. So
you know, Mike Johnson is upset over it. So you're
sure there's gonna be some censuring going on, and you know,
charges quite possibly expulsion from Congress. Well, they might not
(59:30):
get enough votes for that because Democrats won't vote to
have them kicked out, but they could still be legal charges.
They get arrested and they're facing actual charges while they're
sitting member of Congress, they might be forced to resign.
(59:51):
But yeah, this needs to be dealt with and set
an example to everybody, and keeps saying this, no matter
who who you are, you can get in trouble, whether
you're James Comy, congressman, mayor even a Democrat governor. Once
you cross a line to try to overthrow the government,
(01:00:15):
you could be arrested and brought up on charges. And yeah,
Mike Johnson also goes on to say that, well, he
goes on and gives more insight on his opinion on
(01:00:36):
that attack on the ice facility.
Speaker 19 (01:00:39):
Deserve our gratitude and they deserve our respect, and you know,
I wish all of our House Democrats agreed with that.
They show with their actions that they don't, you know.
And we got to talk about what happened in New
Jersey on Friday. As you all know, three Democrat members
of Congress got into a physical altercation with our ICE agents,
I mean outside the Delaney Hall Attention Center, New Jersey.
(01:01:00):
What a spectacle that was, What a horrible what a
horrible display for our children to see. Right amid a
long list of shameful and embarrassing episodes this year, that altercation,
I think it takes the cake. I think it's a
new low for Congressional Democrats. Instead of condemning the action,
of course, the Democrat leadership in the House sent out
a statement of support. My friend Hakim Jeffrey said, quote,
(01:01:21):
we will never bend the knee. To bend the knee
to what, Hakim do Ice?
Speaker 2 (01:01:25):
Come on?
Speaker 19 (01:01:27):
The reason the Democrats were even at the detention facility
is equally concerning. The purpose was they were there demanding
to shut down the detention facility. Now look, here's who's
housed in the distention facility, violent gang members, rapist and murderers.
They want to shut it down. We already know the
Democrats support open borders, they support Ms thirteen gang members.
They go visit them in jail. They want to allow
(01:01:50):
legals to vote, so many of them. But this really is,
this is, this is a new low. Republicans want to
detain and deport criminal, illegal aliens. Democrats want to empty
the jails. Could you have a stronger contrast than that
right there. We don't need less detention beds and facilities.
We need much more, and that behavior is just unacceptable.
We're grateful to US Attorney Alena Habba in New Jersey.
(01:02:11):
She's opened an investigation under this matter, and that legal
process will play out. We're having conversations, we had them
this morning in the House Republican Conference meeting this morning
about appropriate action that we need to take here to
address that inappropriate behavior. They're wildly inappropriate behavior, and we
will do that.
Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Well, yeah, you better do that, because Democrats need to
know by now that they cannot impede any of this.
They can't impede ice, they can't impede the Trump administration.
They can't be breaking the laws, even though they're good
at it. You know, they got to stop trying to
overthrow the government. It's like I've been saying all along,
(01:02:54):
the Democrats need to just sit back. You don't have
to do anything. You don't have to do the hard work.
It back. Let Donald Trump and the rest of the
Republican Party fix this country. Just sit back and enjoy it.
That's all you need to do. But they're working so
hard to stop Trump, who's trying to fix the country.
(01:03:15):
They don't want the country fixed. They want it broken
so during the next election they can say, oh, well,
Trump didn't fix anything.
Speaker 6 (01:03:24):
Uh, yeah, we are.
Speaker 2 (01:03:25):
We're the Democrat. We're gonna fix it. Put us an off.
Give me a break. My goodness, these Democrats are just unbelievable.
They need to learn when to stop. But looks like
it's going to be a shoe in for a red
wave to continue during the midterms next year. Anyway, that's
gonna do it for me. I am out of here.
(01:03:47):
