And now from Wallenberg Studios in the heart of Utah,

to Shining Sea, and throughout the world. The Wallenberg Radio
Network is proud to bring to you The Brian Wallenberg Show.
The Brian Wallenberg Show, a conservative take on politics, news

(00:33):
and current events, exposing fake news and giving you the
real scoop with a lot of great insights you won't
find anywhere else. And now here's your host, multi time broadcast,
a wart winner, multi time broadcast, a wart winner, Brian Wallenberg.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
And welcome on back to another episode of The Brian
Wallenberg Show, live here on the Wallenberg Radio Network. Here
once again, Man, I got a full agenda today. It's
been a little bit over a week since I was
on the air, but I am back and the news

(01:11):
stories just piled up. This is so much great stuff
going on. Just everything is just is going on. There's
a lot of stuff, a lot of interesting so a
lot of new stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
I like coming on here every week and having a
lot of news. So sometimes I have updates on previous stories,
but I have a lot of new stuff that comes on.
So that's what keeps my show interesting. So without further ado,

(01:47):
let's go ahead and get things that. I might actually
go a little overtime today, a little bit more than
an hour. I try not to do that, but I
just got so much stuff that, you know that I
want to get through a lot of great stories. I
don't know what to weed out if I want to
keep my show a certain length, though, I just try

(02:08):
to do what I can. So let's go ahead and
just get things started.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
People do crazy things, but karma always catches.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Up with them, and as the saying goes, serves you right.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Okay, So all right, So I keep up on what's
going on in the state of Minnesota. It's my home state.
It's where I was born and raised. It's also a
swing state. It's the only swing state that is still

(02:45):
swinging a little bit liberal, but looks like not for long.
That was the only swing state that didn't go red
in the past elections, but that could change. So I
keep up on what's going on in Minnesota. So in

(03:06):
April of last year, Minnesota state Senator Democrat by the Way,
Nicole Mitchell, committed burglary. She broke into her step mother's
home to retrieve items that were supposed to be hind
it down from her father. Don't remember what those items were,

(03:33):
don't know if she really had the right to them,
or if her stepmother was supposed to get them, whatever,
But she broke into the house to try to retrieve them,
got arrested.

Speaker 5 (03:45):
And.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
They finally this past week they had the trial that
her burglary trial, and yeh, jury found her guilty.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
To count one, we the jury find the defendant, Nicole
Lynn Mitchell, guilty of the charge of burglary and the
first degree, signed by the four person and dated on
today's date, Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. Is this
your unanimous verdict as to count one? Respond yes, yes,

(04:23):
thank you.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
All right.

Speaker 6 (04:25):
As to count two, we the jury find the defendant,
Nicole Lynn Mitchell, guilty of the charge of possession of
burglary or theft tools and it's signed by the four
person and dated on today's date, Ladies and gentlemen of
the jury, Is this your unanimous verdict?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Yes? Yeah, so yeah, so I don't know why she
you know, she didn't take a plea deal, right she thought,
Oh well I'll find a way, you know, maybe you know,
I'm a Democrat. Maybe liberal privilege is going to play
out for me here in Minnesota. I'm a Democrat senator.

(05:08):
Maybe I have special privileges. Well, no, you don't, So
I don't know what the plea bargain would have been.
It hasn't been publicly disclosed. But now that she's been convicted,
there's a minimum six month prison sentence that she would
have to endure sentencing. The date hasn't even been set yet,

(05:33):
so the judge hasn't even decided when sentencing is going
to be, but she faces anywhere from six months to
twenty years in prison for this. Now. Her Senate district
is in a town called Woodbury, Minnesota, which is the
eastern end of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, very by

(05:56):
the Wisconsin border. But the crime was at her stepmother's
home in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, which is the northwest part
of the state, which is a very very conservative area.
So the judge and Jerry up there is not going
to give her any slack, and they didn't. And her

(06:19):
being a Democrat lawmaker, you shouldn't get any special privileges. Now.
She said that if she were to be found guilty,
she would resign, but she hasn't done that yet. If
she's going to resign, she should do that soon for
the sake of well, the state of Minnesota and for

(06:42):
the Democrat Party in the state of Minnesota, because Minnesota
it's a swing state. They're well, the governor is Democrat,
you know, it's tampon tim and the legislature is about
is evenly divided as you can get. The Minnesota House

(07:08):
of Representatives, it's sixty seven Republicans, sixty seven Democrats, evenly divided.
State Senate thirty four to thirty three. Thirty four Democrats
thirty three Republicans. They have a one seat majority in
the Senate. The Democrats do so they want to fail

(07:30):
her seat because if she's in prison next year, they're
not going to have her there to vote. So we'll
have to see how that is going to play out.
They want to be able to have a special election
to fill that seat because well, Woodbury, I'm trying to

(07:52):
think that's kind of an upscale area. I'm surprised as
a Democrat elected to the Senate seat in that area
should be swinging up. I mean, it might swing Republicans,
so if they have a special election, it might go Republican,
but we don't know. So they're already having a special

(08:15):
election this year to fill Melissa Hortman's seat. That's the
state legislature that was shot by political assassination a month ago.
So we'll see how that's gonna. I'll keep an eye
on it and report everything to you guys, because that's

(08:36):
what I do here on the Brian Wallenberg Show. All right,
so next step, Okay, Stephen Colbert. I just love having
the report on this. Stephen Colbert is being canceled. Uh.

(09:01):
You know, I shouldn't celebrate in somebody's misery, but with
what this guy's done, and I'm gonna recap this. So okay.
This guy is the host of the late show on
CBS Late Night There supposed to be a comedian, but
he brings his far left liberal politics into it. He's

(09:25):
always insulting Trump, insulting half the country, insulting Republicans. Right,
It's almost like a left wing show, and they end
up losing ratings and money and duh, that's why it
ends up getting canceled. CBS says. The reason why it's

(09:46):
canceled is, well, it's got nothing to do with Stephen
Colbert or the content. It's just a financial decision. Well, okay,
you lose ratings. The new parent company of CBS, Paramount
doesn't like it and stuff. They had to make a

(10:06):
settlement with Trump. Yeah, there's some finances involved in it,
but the root of the problem was Stephen Colbert's mouth.
And I'm gonna kind of recap this eye. I played
this last year when they had the FBI raid on
mar A Lago. Right, if you all remember that when

(10:29):
Joe Biden had the FBI raid mar A Lago for
political reasons, YadA YadA. Far left show host Stephen colebar
celebrated that when he said this on his show.

Speaker 7 (10:46):
Welcome, welcome on of all. Thanks, ladies and gentlemen, Welcome
to the Late Show. I'm your host, Stephen Colbert.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
It is.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
What is it?

Speaker 3 (10:54):
What was it? Today?

Speaker 7 (10:55):
It was like ninety six degrees outside. Thank you wall
for standing up in this heat and being here tonight.
Of course, it may be hot out there, you're the heroes.
Stay hydrated. It may be hot outside, but in here
it's Christmas.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Yeah, yesterday we.

Speaker 7 (11:14):
All got the present we wanted. FBI agents rated Malago.
Oh God, that's the most beautiful sentence. America has ever produced.
It's right up there with we put cheese inside the crust.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Here's what we know.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
Early Monday morning, the FBI executed a search warrant on
the former president's offices and personal quarters. I feel bad
for those agents, sir. I finished searching the cabinet full
of empty chicken buckets. Where should I go next? Please
don't say the bathroom. Please don't say the bathroom. Please
don't say that. Wanting out, so we know the rate happened,
we still don't know why the ra happened because we

(12:01):
don't yet know what was in the warrant.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Think about that.

Speaker 7 (12:06):
We're talking about the former president of the United States
of America.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
The FBI raids his home and know what can thing is?
I wonder which of his crimes.

Speaker 7 (12:15):
They're investigating because he's done so many.

Speaker 8 (12:18):
It's hard man.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Okay, cut that off her. We get the point. I
when it happened. I played that clip on my show
back then. So this guy is celebrating. He is the
far left guy. Right, he's just as far left as
he get. So he's celebrating. But he just this guy
brings his far left politics to the show. He has

(12:46):
episodes where he's Adam schiff On there and they just
basically insult half the country. They're insulting Republicans. No wonder
why the ratings drop. You can insult half the country,
you know, people like Stephen Colbert, these fire left liberals,
they think, you know, Republicans are you know, ten maybe

(13:10):
twenty percent of the country at best, and everyone else's
Democrat And that's all he needs to do to get
an audience for a show. But he's insulting half is
half the country? So okay, well that happens all right, Well,

(13:30):
good rittens.

Speaker 9 (13:31):
You know.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
So he's saying, cause remember that clip I just played, Well,
it's Christmas time here. We all got the present we wanted. Yeah,
they rated mar algo, Well, we got the president we wanted.
Celebrate fireworks, Yeah, they canceled. Stephen Colbert, And you want

(14:01):
to talk about Christmas. Oh, you're at the Christmas present
we wanted. Well, I feel like a kid at Christmas
time right now, you finally serve this guy, right, everyone's a.

Speaker 8 (14:15):
Kid at Christmas time, Holly Tarlly kid at Christmas stun
everyone from me to that.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
You got the news deep.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Screw okay, And I don't want to celebrate in someone misery.
But this guy asked for it. I mean he literally
asked for it, Okay, And yeah, that that's what he gets.

(14:53):
He got what he he got what he deserves. So
h yeah. Although CNN is also whining about Stephen Colbert
being canceled.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
CBS is saying this is a financial decision. It is.
Certainly the timing of this is kind of stunning.

Speaker 5 (15:17):
Right from the optics standpoint, The timing could not be
worse for CBS. Colbert is such an outspoken Trump critic,
He's just back from vacation, and as he showed there
on Monday on his first night back from vacation, he's
also a thorn in his parent company's side. So this
looks to a lot of Colbert's fans like another form
of capitulation by CBS to the President of the United States.

(15:37):
I'm told by a source close to the network that
the Late Show Stephen Colbert is now technically unprofitable, So
that does give the company a financial reason to end
the show starting in May twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Yep, that's what Stephen Colbert's contract is up. That's exactly right,
you know. But it all came from his mouth. That's
the reason why the show is unprofitable, having problems and
solving the parent and company of CBS, which is Paramount,

(16:12):
and Jesse Waters over at Fox News tells us just
how that went. Check this out.

Speaker 10 (16:19):
CBS just canceled the Late Night with Stephen Colbert just
days after Colbert took a swing at his own network
for settling with Trump.

Speaker 7 (16:27):
Listen, this kind of complicated financial settlement with a sitting
government official has a technical name in legal circles.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
It's big fat bribe.

Speaker 7 (16:35):
This all comes as Paramount's owners are trying to get
the Trump administration to approve the sale of our network
to a new owner, sky Dance, and some of the
TV typers out there are blogging that once Skydance gets CBS,
the new owner's desire to please Trump could put pressure
on late night host and frequent Trump critic Stephen Colbert.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
Okay, so you know, so, all right? So Steven Colbert
goes on the air and insults his own boss, insults
his own company. What the heck were you thinking? I
learned in broadcasting school that you don't do this stuff.
You watch what you say when you're on the radio

(17:18):
or TV. You need to watch it, you end up
out of a job. You can't just insult your boss.
You can't certainly can't go on the air on a
late night comedy show and turn that into politics and
insult half the country, insulting Republicans, calling them Nazis, because
you're gonna lose ratings and you're gonna lose money. Oh

(17:40):
then why did I get canceled? Duh? See, democrats think
it's Trump that's one hundred percent behind it. So Democrats
are like, oh, if it's because of political reasons, I
want to know why. Well, no, it's political reasons. Is
icing on the cake. It's the reason Colebert said what

(18:01):
he does on his show, which caused a financial burden
on the show, and then that causes problems with ratings,
and that's what causes you to lose your show. Not
rocket science, folks, Not rocket science. Anyway. Time for a break,

(18:21):
first break of the program. Be back in one minute.
Lots and lots more to go. Do that in one
minute when I come back, So we have to stick around.

Speaker 4 (18:34):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
Politics, News and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Great news, stories, insights. You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg
Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
Network, and welcome on back. We are having a great
time bringing you all sorts of great news stories, great politics,
great insights, the real deal of what's going on. So yeah,

(19:28):
it's all right, it's July, but we can basically have
Christmas in July. All right, Well, Stephen Colbert got what
he deserved. Great, You know, do I feel bad for
him now? I mean, he got what he deserved. Gotta
learn he can't just turn that late night show into politics.

(19:50):
I mean, the guy's got enough money. If he doesn't,
if he doesn't ever get work again, he'll be well off.
He made like twenty million dollars a year for gosh,
I don't know how he'll be fine. So all right,
speaking of Democrats that need to watch their mouths and

(20:12):
watch what they say and watch what they do, there's well,
there's people out there that are going to give them
what's due to them coming up.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
Great Americans will do whatever they can to fight for
freedom in our republic.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
They are American patriots at work.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
All right. So, now that Donald Trump has the leadership
of this country under control, we have. Ah, well, Republicans
have pretty much control of everything, you know, both Houses
of Congress, the executive branch, the you know, FBI everything,

(21:02):
control of everything. Now people are gonna get They're gonna
get got if that's even a thing. You know. Not
talking just about Stephen Colbert. We're talking about other people
and their scandals. Okay, so we have Okay, the Democrats

(21:28):
couldn't leave Trump alone. They just can't stand the fact
that a great Republican got elected, somebody that's gonna make
the Democrat Party just look like crap. So when Donald
Trump got elected in twenty sixteen, Democrats couldn't take it.
Barack Obama wanted Hillary Clinton to win, and they just

(21:54):
couldn't take it. So there's this Russia Russia Russia colusion
scandal that was they're blaming the Presden saying hecluded with Russia,
and they interviewed in the election Democrats and where they
could to impeach Donald Trump over it. Not convicted, but
got impeached. We found out later from the John Durham

(22:16):
investigation that there's no collusion. And we find out now
because Telca Gabbard has declassified documents with overwhelming evidence that

(22:37):
that was all just that, that was all a big
scandal that Barack Obama purposely fabricated evidence to frame Donald
Trump to look like there was collusion with Russia.

Speaker 11 (22:51):
OTU's alert.

Speaker 10 (22:52):
We just got a peek inside Obama's black book.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
And it turns out Barack knew the.

Speaker 10 (22:57):
Russia hoax was a hoax all along, pushed it anyway
to sabotage the Trump presidency. D and I Telca Gabbert
to classifying pages and pages of documents showing Obama's intel
guy's briefdom just weeks after the sixteen election that the
Russians didn't actually sway the election.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Quote.

Speaker 10 (23:15):
We assessed that Russian and criminal actors did not impact
the recent US election results. Criminal activity also failed to
reach the scale and sophistication necessary to change election outcomes.
But Obama just couldn't accept that, so he and his
staff instructed intel agencies to cook up new reports to

(23:36):
support Russia collusion.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
Quote.

Speaker 10 (23:38):
After the meetings, Clapper's executive assistant emailed intelligence community leaders,
tasking them to create a new intelligence community assessment, per
the President's request, that detailed the tools Moscow used in
actions it took to influence the sixteen election. Tulca Gabert
described what she found as a conspiracy to divert the

(24:00):
will of the American people, and she says the people
involved should be prosecuted and has made a criminal referral
to the Department of Justice. We knew Hillary created the dossier,
and now we have proof that Barack was calling the shots.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Wow, that is big. But you know what the Democrats
are gonna say, we started going after Barack Obama, arrest
him like they did with Trump and try to get
him for treason. Democrats will say, oh, you're just going
after your political opponents. Well, okay, Democrats, isn't that what

(24:39):
you guys did the Trump just go after your political opponents,
arresting him for stuff, making stuff up. Although we didn't
make anything up. They have overwhelming evidence and this is
all coming out now that Barack fabricated that whole thing,
totally lied about it, totally lied just to get Donald Trump.

(25:05):
And also January sixth, that was a political hit job, okay,
because Trump had to pardon a lot of January six ers,
because there's a lot of them that were just arrested
that weren't even in the Capitol and they were looking

(25:28):
at like fourteen years, And I got this ideal clip
right here of a January sixer saying just that.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Here it is, We've got some more j sixers.

Speaker 11 (25:39):
Tell me your name, I'm Pete Schwartz, and how long
were you charged for? I was sentenced to fourteen years
and two months for obstruction of official proceeding?

Speaker 3 (25:46):
WHOA, I never set foot in the Capitol building? Hold it,
hold on, hold on, hold and hold it, Pete.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Hang on what sense of fourteen years? It never stepped
foot in the Capitol building.

Speaker 12 (25:59):
Obstruction of our a federal proceeding was thrown out by
the Supreme Court. I believe as being totally illegitimate to
charge you guys with correct.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
Absolutely, you got.

Speaker 12 (26:08):
Fourteen years on something that's completely illegitimate.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Is that why I'm hearing? Yeah, that's absolutely true.

Speaker 11 (26:14):
Everything they charged me with was just fabricated charges. And
I don't know how they choose who they're going to
charge what with, but they absolutely nailed me to the wall,
and I eventually I did end up getting my case overturned.
But because of the politics and the optics that they're
trying to present, which means that has nothing to do
with justice. It's a legal industry. They held my appeal

(26:35):
and they held it. So the oral arguments on my
appeal was one week after the election, and my case
did get reversed and remanded, but they didn't want that
kind of information to come out before the election. They
didn't want people to know that January six ers were
actually innocent and that they're platforming off of us. So
the whole the day the Supreme Court overturned I think
it was the Fisher decision, they didn't come to your cell,

(26:58):
unlock it and say you're free man, since they the
Supreme Court of the United States, so it was totally
illegitimate to charge you with that and all the.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Other j Sixers.

Speaker 11 (27:07):
No, and as a matter of fact, I felt like
that should have reversed everything at that point.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
But that not even a win for everybody. At that point.

Speaker 11 (27:15):
They say that you have to then get your appeal
in and see if the courts will give you that
same win, even though they said it's illegitimate. They know
that you're there, they know you're being held illegitimately, but
they're gonna pull every trick in the book, just like
when they overturned my appeal, and I had already won it.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
I didn't get released at that time either.

Speaker 11 (27:33):
That was three days before Trump gave me the pardons,
but I didn't get to talk to my lawyers or anything,
so I was completely unaware that I had won. I
got out when Trump got in, and then I was
days later I found out that I had actually beat
the case, but.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
I was never known. Were you in a medium security.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
No cut that I freight there? Yep, there's investigations into
that too, and you can bet that there's gonna be
a lot of Democrats in trouble for that. Of course,
a lot of the people that can be prosecuted for
that were conveniently pardoned by Joe Biden before he left office.

(28:13):
But the ones that are been pardoned by Joe Biden's
auto pin which is the next thing that's going to
be investigated because that's a crime. Because Joe Biden doesn't
even know who's been pardoned. Staff members gave the pardons
and used the autopen for that, which is it's illegal

(28:37):
and it's illegitimate. So they're going to probably work on
getting those pardons null and voided, hopefully by the Supreme Court,
so they can prosecute the criminals that Joe Biden pardoned,
and there's also going to be an investigation into that
whose staff members were using that that's a crime. Chares

(29:00):
could be brought up against Joe Biden for instructing people
to do that, because that is a crime as well,
because he cannot do that. You know, auto pen is
used for when the public rights letters of the president,
they get like thousands a week and they have to
send a generic response everybody, and then staff members do that,

(29:23):
but not for pardons or any official business. So yeah,
Trump says that that's a crime, and they're gonna end
up looking into that and possibly doing something about that
as well.

Speaker 13 (29:40):
President Biden, of all people, spoke to the New York
Times over the weekend.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
He did not speak to.

Speaker 13 (29:46):
Them on the record during his time in office at all,
but he spoke to them recently, and he defended his
use of the auto pen and said that he signed
off on every decision. But at the same time, the
Times reports that he did not individually approve each name
for the categorical parties that applied to large numbers of people.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
Of course, not what are yours your take on that?
Any newer relations from them?

Speaker 3 (30:07):
Well, I mean you're talking about the outopen.

Speaker 14 (30:09):
Look, the autopen I think is maybe one of the
biggest scandals that we've had in fifty to our hundred years.

Speaker 3 (30:16):
This is a tremendous scandal.

Speaker 14 (30:19):
And I know the people on the other side of
the osid desk a resolute desk unfortunately used it before me.
But you know, we have our choice of seven desks.
You were all beautiful, but I chose the resolute and
so did he unfortunately. But the people on the other
side of the resolute desk, I know them, Lisa, the

(30:42):
whole group, and they're no good. There's sick people. And
I guarantee he knew nothing about what.

Speaker 15 (30:50):
He was signing.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Of course not Joe Biden knew nothing. He was sleeping
all the time. Staff members did all this stuff. So yeah,
that's another scandal that they're gonna be investigating. And I
guess Joe Biden was so out of it he didn't
know what was going on because he would there would

(31:13):
be a pardon issued or executive order signed, and then
Joe Biden would be interviewed on a show and they'll say, well,
you sign this legislation, what about this one? You know,
you know, I need to ask you about that Joe
would say, Oh, I didn't. I did not do that.
I didn't authorize that. I never said that. I never
gave this executive order. Yes he did. Oh no, it didn't.

(31:36):
That's because staff members and other people were signing all
this stuff without Joe Biden's knowledge. That's how we know
because he wasn't all there. He didn't he was sleeping
as dementia. He didn't know anything, which brings me to
the last scandal. Everybody knew he was unfit to serve

(31:56):
office even the first time, let alone try to run
for a second time, so all the people had to
do the work for him, which is not right. And
Joe Biden's doctor gave him a clean bill of health,
but he knew that Joe Biden was not mentally and

(32:17):
physically fit. And now Joe Biden's personal doctor, doctor Kevin O'Connor,
he's being investigated and questioned, but he's using the Fifth
Amendment to to decline to answer the questions because you know,

(32:40):
he has a lot to hide. So yeah, he's trying
to decline. Doctor O'Connor, were you ever told to lie
about the President's health.

Speaker 6 (32:51):
Of the advice the Council?

Speaker 14 (32:52):
I must expectfully decline to answer based upon the physician
basi of privilege and in reliance on I right under
the fifth med of the Constitution.

Speaker 9 (33:00):
I'm not a lawyer.

Speaker 6 (33:00):
I must follow my lawyer's advice in this matter.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
In other words, yes, I was asked to lie. I
was told to lie. But I have a lot to hide,
so I'm gonna shut up and not say a word. So, yeah,
all these crimes that you heard in this segment, they're
being investigated. Democrats are in trouble. Democrats are in big trouble.

(33:30):
They know it. Their party's been going down, continuing going down.
We're gonna get to the bud. They want to fabricate
charges and bring up fake stuff on Trump just to
ruin Trump's life and presidency. Well, why don't we go
after Democrats for the crimes they actually committed and charge
them with that that I'll teach them, But maybe not.

(33:53):
They're usually pretty stupid. But anyway, time for a break,
second break of the program. Be back in when it
lots more to go. We we'll do that in one
minute when I come back to stick around.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
Network, politics, news and current events. We do that better
than anyone.

Speaker 4 (34:33):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
And welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's listening
from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout the world.
So grateful that everyone is here. This is where you
get the insights and the real scoop of what's going
on in America with news, politics, and all that great stuff.

(35:08):
So we're talking about everything. You get the truth, expose
the fake news, get all the real truth out here.
So grateful for everybody who is here.

Speaker 3 (35:25):
We have.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
Lots of stuff. We talked about a lot of stuff
in the past half hour. I mean, it's been just
a lot of really great stuff. And want to keep
the momentum going. So let's continue on talk a little
bit about politics.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
It's time for Brian's conservative take on politics.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
Because being conservative is the only way to be.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Because when he's right, he's right.

Speaker 2 (35:54):
Okay, So the big beautiful bill has passed, it's been
signed in the law. Now it's just time for the
effects of it to take effect and to straighten out
the economy. Well's probably see a little improvement right away,
but it might it might take a little bit of
time for Trump's economic policies to take effect and to

(36:20):
clean up Joe Biden's mess. I mean, the economy is
already cleaning up. Stock market's doing great, prices are coming down.
All that stuff's starting to play out, okay, And of
course it's gonna be about a year where we need
to see some real, more big changes in order to

(36:44):
have a chance for Republicans to retain the House and
Senate in the elections. Now, as I always mentioned, the
swing state of Minnesota, the only swing state that hasn't
quite flipped red yet, to me that that that's in
the bag already, that that state is going to flip
red next year, I'm willing to bet money on it.

(37:05):
House and Senate in Congress. It's still up for grabs.
It's still anybody's ballgame. Ah. But we have about a year,
hopefully less than that to see a lot more drastic
improvements from the Big Beautiful Bill to secure those wins

(37:28):
for the GOP. So we'll see if that if that
will play out. So okay. So, but the Big Beautiful
Bill is the start of the great economy in the

(37:48):
United States. So, as House Speaker Mike Johnson says, that's
just the start, but we have more stuff coming.

Speaker 16 (38:00):
You and your colleagues were also able to stop what
would have been the biggest tax increase than anyone has
seen with the extension of the tax cuts. I want
to get your tank on what's next. Where does the
legislative agenda go now?

Speaker 3 (38:14):
And are you.

Speaker 16 (38:14):
Expecting to do a second reconciliation package later on in
the year.

Speaker 17 (38:20):
Yeah, we're implementing a playbook that we designed well over
a year ago, about fifteen months ago. We began this
process understanding and believing that we would win unified government,
that we'd have the White House, the Senate, and the
House in the Republican hands, and that we would not
want to waste this historic opportunity with President Trump coming
back to the White House and us having the responsibility
of fixing every metric of public policy that Biden and

(38:41):
Harrison the Democrats destroyed over the previous four years. So
the Big Beautiful Bill was the first big step in that,
but we have multiple steps ahead of us. We have
long planned for at least two, possibly three reconciliation bills.
One in the fall and one next spring. That would
continue to allow us to do this on a partisan
basis where we only need Republican votes and we don't
have to drag Democrats along. There are no appetite to

(39:03):
fix any of the mass.

Speaker 3 (39:04):
We have to do it ourselves.

Speaker 17 (39:05):
So yes, that's next. In addition to that, we will
continue to get the country back on a path of
fiscal responsibility by recisions packages that will come from the
White House and will enact in clawback spending and eliminate fraud,
waste and abuse in the multiple reconciliation packages, and inappropriating
at lower levels of funding. All these things will be
done while we're codifying more of President Trump's executive orders.

(39:27):
He has been very busy. We will be as well.
We have a lot more work ahead of us.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Yeah, and that's like I said, hopefully all this stuff
happened within a year, within less than a year, to
secure some wins for Republicans to retain the House and
the Senate. And of course, Mike Johnson, even though you
hear all the stuff about the Democrats and their lives

(39:52):
and stuff, and you hear, oh, well, this is going
to cost the Republicans in the midterms. No, well, Mike
Johnson and is convinced that all this will take effect
long before the midterms, that it's not going to hurt
Republicans in the midterms, but it's going to help Republicans

(40:12):
and will possibly pick up seats in both the House
and the Senate.

Speaker 3 (40:17):
Let's just speak our quick question. What will the Big
Beautiful Bill mean for the midterms?

Speaker 2 (40:22):
Everything?

Speaker 9 (40:22):
It's this is a bill that was written for hard
working Americans, middle and lower best earners in particular, and
they will feel the effects of that in the economy
and they'll have higher wages.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
And more opportunity and more economic growth, and that's.

Speaker 9 (40:36):
A major factor in a midterm election.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
And the border will be secure.

Speaker 9 (40:39):
If we have American energy dominance going again, we will
be restoring peace through strength, and I think I think
they'll reward us for that. So I wouldn't put any
state whatsoever in what Democrats are saying right now. Remember
they were sure that we're going to lose the majority
of last falls as well. We're going to pick up seats.
We're going to flip the Democrats seats, and we'll teach
them once again they shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (40:59):
Have no concerns it'll cost you any seats.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
No concerns at all.

Speaker 9 (41:03):
E fact, it's going to exchange seats for that.

Speaker 2 (41:06):
They're that confident it's gonna gain seats. Well, I hope
you're right. We can't ill afford to have Democrats be
in charge of anything anymore, just because we know how
bad they are. Okay, we saw what it was the
past four years. We saw across the country in Democrat

(41:29):
states and cities, just how destructive they are. You know,
it's great to have Republicans in charge of everything. I
don't want any of the seats to go, you know,
I don't want Democrats to take over the House and Senate.
Just because you know, Trump's big beautiful bill doesn't quite

(41:53):
take effect yet and hasn't cleaned up the mess quick enough,
doesn't mean give it back to Democrats. They're just gonna
trash everything. Just give us a little bit more time.
But these Democrats, they're just you know, I still think
they're communists. I think they're domestic terrorists, and I still
think they're at war with Americans.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
Right now, there's a civil war brewing in America between
Democrats and Americans.

Speaker 4 (42:21):
Find out the latest in civil war too Okay, so yeah, Democrats,
they don't know why they lost the election.

Speaker 2 (42:31):
They don't care. They're just gonna keep there being domestic terrorists.
And that also includes the Chicago mayor. So Chicago Mayor
Johnson says that he's not gonna that his police officers
were ordered to not assist ICE with any of these

(42:54):
ICE rays. Now we know why we have the ICE rays.
We need to get the illegals out of the country,
especially the criminal ones, and just mass deportation. That's part
of cleaning up everything. Do Democrats want to help No,
they love illegals, They need illegals. So yeah, the Chicago
mayor flat out just says his police department will not

(43:23):
help out ICE in this.

Speaker 15 (43:27):
You know again, it's unconscionable at a time in which
so many working people, impoort people need government to show
up for them that this administration, the Trump administration, has
caused so much consternation and division. Look, we are a
welcoming city ordinance. Our local police department will not ever

(43:50):
cooperate with ICE whatever their constitutional authority is. That is
obviously relegated to the Trump administration. All of our sister
agency city departments.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Let's got cut off there. But but yeah, it's uh yeah,
I mean they're refusing to straighten out the country. The
Democrat Party has fallen apart big time, and it's been
like that for a long time, and they're not doing

(44:35):
anything to fix it. They're losing support real fast. Do
they know it? Do they just want to not believe it?
Or do they think they can fix it by Oh,
let's be far left, more far left, let's be more destructive.
You know, that's not gonna help anything. What the heck

(45:00):
are they thinking? That's just how they are? So yeah,
I don't know. This is well, that's fine. We'll just
keep everything read in America for a long time. I mean,
if the Democrats want to be destructive and be the
enemy of the American people, well I guess that's fine.

(45:20):
We'll just keep Republicans in charge. Anyway, Time for a break,
last break in the program. Be back in one minute.
A few more news stories to end the show. We'll
do that in one minute when I come back to
Stick around.

Speaker 4 (45:33):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (45:53):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 4 (45:58):
Great news stories, great sites. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 2 (46:04):
Network, and welcome on back final stretch of the program.
Ahead of us, we are nearing the end of the episode.
I got a few more great stories for you. It's

(46:24):
been probably a long forty five minutes, but we're having
a great time, right, We're having a great time. It's
almost like Christmas. Yeah, So we talked about, yes, Stephen
Cole Bear finally getting what for, talking about other Democrat

(46:46):
leaders including Barack Obama, Joe Biden and others who are
gonna get what for Joe Biden. Yeah, talk about the
great stuff. Republicans are doing, the great steps to clean

(47:07):
up our country, and that's moving right along. So that's that,
But we also are going to move along and continue
with the show. Got a few more great stories, so
let's get right to it.

Speaker 1 (47:25):
You never hear about the unusual news stories because you
won't find them on those six o'clock news.

Speaker 4 (47:31):
So we've prepared this segment called news the other guys
don't talk about, all.

Speaker 2 (47:36):
Right, So yeah, you don't find this story too much
out there. That's why I dust it off the bumper
for that segment right there. To they haven't done that
for a while. But there is stuff that I mean,
you'll hear it on you know, some people you know,

(47:59):
like Fox over it and you know Glenn Beck and
some others, but the mainstream media won't cover stuff like this.
Now we know we have the ice raids here in
America right where, rounding up illegals because there's too many.

(48:20):
It just gets it gets too many, you get overwhelmed.
It's not that we don't like colored people, it's just
it gets overwhelming. And the Mexicans can even admit it
without saying, oh, we want to be removed from our country.
Because in Mexico City, interestingly enough, there are white Americans

(48:45):
that are migrating to that city. And it's on the
news down there, and I got this great audio clip
that I'm gonna play. Mexicans down there are doing what
Americans are doing up here. They're saying, oh, there's too many,
we can't have them here, you know, send them back.

(49:11):
But you can't make this up. So I'm gonna go
ahead and play this audio clip. It's really really great.
Check this out.

Speaker 8 (49:19):
There was a protest in Mexico City that got mostly peaceful,
and what's got these Mexicans so upset is peak irony.
When remote work became popular in twenty twenty, more and
more Americans moved to Mexico City to take advantage of
cheaper prices.

Speaker 18 (49:38):
It's just a dream that I had, and that dream
is just to be treated like everyone else, to be
treated fairly, equally, and to have peace. In Mexico City
is the place where I've been able to achieve that.

Speaker 8 (49:50):
Since then, prices have soared and people are pissed.

Speaker 13 (50:00):
Del barrios, plaas, kuentekenses and some extra heros.

Speaker 2 (50:08):
Again, susprezios e.

Speaker 8 (50:14):
Huh, you're telling me mass migration has negative effects on
the host city or country. Unbelievable. Some of these protest
signs are so on the nose that I had to
make sure I wasn't being swindled by ai. Gringo, stop
stealing our home. Your new home is an invasion. Learn Spanish,
respect our culture. Pay effing taxes. Spanish is spoken here, Gringo.

(50:38):
I want you to go back to your country, not
your home. Pay taxes, Learn Spanish, respect my culture. Have
Americans in Mexico tried shutting down highways, I hear that
one's effective, or burning the Mexican flag or starting cars

(51:01):
on fire. Come on, guys, the blueprint for success has
already been laid out.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
Right, But you heard what they're saying that Mexicans are like, oh,
it's overwhelming. The economy does bad if there's mass migration
from the other side. Mexicans said that about Americans migrating
to Mexico City. How ironic. Okay, well, that's what happens
when too many of them migrate here. This is why

(51:30):
we have an immigration process and not just mass migration
and barge the border and blah blah blah came across
that how to get that out? That was great? So
all right, uh, a few more stories. I can do

(51:51):
these quickly. Check this out.

Speaker 1 (51:56):
Some things seem strange and unbelievable, bud By, golly true.

Speaker 4 (52:00):
But you know you can't make this stuff.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
Up, and I can't. There's a poll out there.

Speaker 13 (52:07):
Now.

Speaker 2 (52:07):
I don't always believe in polls, but the Democrats like to.
Unless the polls are negative towards their party, then oh
it's fake poll. But whatever. But there is a poll
that was conducted amongst Democrats even and their approval rating

(52:29):
at least for the congressional Democrat approval rating. Guess what
that is? Nineteen percent? So Democrats have a nineteen percent
approval rating right now? Is anybody out there surprised the

(52:53):
way the Democrats are with the far left extremists that
hijack the Democrat Party. You know, they truly are in
the minority. You know, I'm not saying the Democrats are
in the minority so much. I mean they are, but
the far left extremists certainly are, and the moderates seem

(53:20):
to go along with them. But yeah, right, yeah, so
right now, yeah, nineteen percent approval rating, We went down
to the bottom. Yeah, these Democrats. Oh yeah, these pesky

(53:41):
Democrats are What else is new?

Speaker 1 (53:45):
You know, we all know Brian is conservative, but what
are the liberals up to.

Speaker 4 (53:51):
Find out here on democratic chaos?

Speaker 2 (53:57):
Okay, So the Supreme Court in the United States there's
six conservative justices, three liberal. The probably the most liberal
out of those three is Justice Cantangee Brown Jackson, who

(54:19):
was appointed by President Joe Biden. So the liberal justices
are upset because they're in the minority and they're always
getting out voted. They can't push their liberal agenda through.
But Justice Kagan and so do my ore are kind

(54:44):
of falling in with the Republicans and saying, you know what,
let's just you know, give rulings and I'll try to
side with you. But Justice Jackson will not. I mean,
she is far far are left, you know, because these

(55:04):
rulings when they're overturning all these district court judges for
issuing injunctions just to stop Trump. You know, they're all
getting overturned. But when that happens, Democrats say, oh, well,
the Supreme Court they need to follow the constitution. Well,
the Supreme Court is it's the liberal justices that aren't.

(55:29):
And Justice Jackson actually goes on on an interview on
TV and it admits, and I got this audio clip.
She admits that she based it off of her feelings
and her personal opinion.

Speaker 3 (55:48):
Tell you exactly what it is.

Speaker 19 (55:50):
And I just feel that I have a wonderful opportunity
to tell people in my opinions how I feel about
the issues.

Speaker 2 (56:01):
In your opinions, No what you know, I don't like her,
but this is worth it.

Speaker 19 (56:10):
Tell you exactly what it is. And I just feel
that I have a wonderful opportunity to tell people in
my opinions how I feel about the issues.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
How I feel about the issues. Well, okay, Justice Jackson, Uh,
you know, you're not supposed to base a case off
of feelings or your personal opinions. You're supposed to go
by the law and the constitution. Supreme Court suppose it's

(56:46):
supposed to base everything off the Constitution, not your personal feelings.
Oh my gosh, what the heck? How can you do that? Liberal? Liberal? Liberal?

(57:09):
All right, one more story, one more quick story before
we end. Let's get to it here. It comes.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
People often make a lot of mistakes. It seemed kind
of well, you know, stupid, So.

Speaker 4 (57:24):
We prepared this segment called what were you thinking?

Speaker 2 (57:31):
Okay, havn't done this segment a while either, but uh yeah,
I got one for you. So there is a seventy
seven year old man from Vermont, Okay. He was in

(57:55):
Florida driving on Interstate ninety five. He saw a turtle
crossing the freeway, so he stopped in the middle of
traffic to try to help the turtle get to the
other side. Well, the problem is is you don't stop
on the freeway and get out and cross the lanes

(58:18):
of traffic just to help a turtle, because you're going
seventy eighty miles an hour. Cars are going to hit you.
And that's what happened. Car hit him and he died.
You know, it's very sad. But this day and age,
people just walk in front of cars. They think that, oh,

(58:39):
I'm out here, cars cannot hit me because it's murder.
They have to stop, so I can just walk in
front of him. They're all gonna magically stop.

Speaker 13 (58:48):
Right.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
It's not true, but that's what people think these days.
This guy who's seventy seven. You know, back when when
I was younger, this it was a guy from this
generation that would is the guy and of guy that
would teach me people for my generation, look both ways
before you cross the street, don't stand out in traffic.

(59:12):
Don't do this. But now it seems like the motto
is just walk out. Cars magically will stop. It's all magic.
You don't even have to look. Just walk out there.
It's the way it goes. So he did. He started.
You know, it ended up getting a chain reaction because
there was a motorist who did try to stop, and

(59:36):
I think she did stop, but the people traffic behind
did not stop and cause a chain reaction to those
other people that got hurt. Caused a major accident on
the freeway. But the guy died and the turtle died.

(59:56):
So you know, I'm a all life enthusiasts myself, but
you know, as much as I enjoy saving wildlife because
your heart is in the right place if you're kind
enough to do that, but stopping on the freeway to

(01:00:18):
get into the lanes of traffic to save a turtle
is not a very smart move. Okay. I mean, it's
sad the guy died, but you know what, what can
we do? What can we do about that? Unfortunately? So

(01:00:41):
all right, uh oh, looks like I didn't really go
overboard too long. I thought I was. I had a
lot of stuff that I had prepped for this episode,
went through it fast. But it's great. So anyway, I
am out of here. I'll be back next week then
a new episode. I'll update you what's going on with

(01:01:02):
Nicole Mitchell in Minnesota if she resigned, give you some
updates on great stories and a lot of really good
news stuff. So check me out on social media, tell
a friend about the show. I love new listenership. Have
a great week. Everybody, stay safe out there. Don't cross
a freeway until next time.

Speaker 5 (01:01:22):
