The Supreme Court just handed President Trump TWO huge rulings.  The high court ruled that the president does have the power to deport illegals from the country.  They also ruled that the executive branch does have the power control government spending, overturning dozens of injunctions by liberal judges.  Many are skeptical about Trump handling the economy.  Many are saying that we need to just trust him, and he'll fix it.  A town in Minnesota "will not" prosecute a woman for keying someone's Tesla because they say that the Tesla vandals are "victims," because of being bashed on the internet.  A new law in California says that if you commit a crime- that your punishment depends on factors such as who you are and whether or not you're rich or poor, etc.. -Thank you for listening!-

(00:33):
and current events, exposing fake news and giving you the
real scoop with a lot of great insights you won't

a wart winner, multi time broadcast, a wart winner, Brian Wallenberg.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
And welcome on back to another episode of The Brian
Wallenberg Show, live here on the Wallenberg Radio Network. As
we are in the second week of April. Yes, spring
is uh well pretty much here. Most of the country
is experiencing great weather. Glad it's warming up in most places.

(01:12):
Spring is in the air. And yes, we're having a
good week, great week. In uh politics, there's you know,
some minor bad things. But with Democrats still running a monk,
of course is gonna be uh some problems and stuff.

(01:32):
They haven't learned their lessons, so they're gonna cause havoc.
But he but here's the thing, they're losing. They're constantly losing,
and they're still losing. They thought they had an advantage
coming up, but nope, no more. So that's gonna be

(01:54):
the uh topic of the program because I have some
great news. I'm gonna start out with news. It's kind
of a breaking news story, but it's great. It is great.
Let's get right to it.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
It's always great when the good guys win.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Or should we say capitalism wins again.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Okay, we're waiting for this for quite some time. With
these radical left wing federal judges that the Democrats are
using to do anything they can to stop everything that
Trump is doing. Right, they're doing it because they lost

(02:41):
everything in the election. You figure the only way to
stop Trump is to seek out Democrat appointed federal judges
to basically stop everything. Every time Trump issues are ruling signs,
an executive order, does this, does that, There's some stupid

(03:02):
lib tard federal judge that has to get in there
and say, no, I order you to not do this.
You cannot deport illegal immigrants, you cannot do this, You
cannot do that. You know, the Democrats do. You have
to stop Trump on everything, and for a little short time,

(03:23):
they're actually doing a damn good job of it. But
oh no more, it just came out Rados is doing
the prep for this episode. The Supreme Court issued some
rulings that Trump can and does have the executive and

(03:44):
constitutional powers to deport illegal immigrants, so that Judge Boseburg
his injunctions are no more. You can't say, oh, you
have to do this. You can't deport Ille, you can't
deport these gang members. You can't do it, No bring

(04:05):
them back. Well, sorry, Judge Bowsburg, that's out the window.
Supreme Court has stripped your power from you to say
all that. And Trump does have the constitutional powers to
control the spending and to cut fraud and waste, which

(04:27):
these liberal federal judges are trying to tell them. You
don't have the power to stop the spending and cut
the ways got to keep spending on these Democrat programs. Well,
the federal judges do not have power to do that.
They don't have power to run the federal or the
executive branch. You know, every time the president does something

(04:48):
or they issue a ruling or want to cut spending,
it doesn't have to go through the judges. I mean
they're supposed to like rule that laws are unconstitutional stuff.
But you know, it's it's an abuse of power. But
it's great because the Supreme Court just issued ruling in

(05:11):
Trump's favor. So yeah, so I got some great audio
clips to celebrate the momentous event. His first one Jesse Waters.
You know, like I said, I always say this, I
love listening to the Jesse Waters. He talks really well

(05:33):
because a lot of great stuff. The way he just
presents everything is great. So I like to share his
audio clips quite a bit here on the on the program.
So this clip is of Jesse Waters and White House
Press Secretary Caroline Levitt on the Supreme Court's rulings ruling

(05:56):
in favor of Trump's constitution Right, the Supreme.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Court just cleared the way for Trump to deport illegals
even faster. The High Court rule that Trump can use
the Alien Enemies Act to send Venezuela and gang bangers
to a mega prison in El Salvador. This is a
huge ruling in Trump's favor and a major win for
the country after as you know, DC Judge James Boseburg
ordered a stop to the deportations. So this is pretty

(06:23):
significant these deportations. Caroline can keep going.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
This is a massive legal victory, Jesse, a massive victory
for law and order and for our constitutional republic in
the sovereignty of the United States of America. We called
on the Supreme Court to reign in these activist judges
like Judge Bosburg, who was completely out of line and
trying to say that the President didn't have the executive

(06:48):
authority to deport foreign terrorists off of our soil. We
have always maintained the position at the White House that
the President was well within his constitutional authority to do so.
And this decision proves that President Trump in our administration
have always been right from the beginning. He will continue
to utilize the Alien Enemies Act to remove foreign terrorists

(07:10):
and trendy Aragua members, vicious gang members from American communities.
And because of this ruling, the United States of America
is a much safer place. Our team will get to
work tomorrow to deport these heinous, violent foreign terrorists from
our neighborhoods.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
And you had another couple critical wins in the court
with regard to dog. Tell us about those that seems
to be making progress, Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
Yes, absolutely, there have been many wins that the mainstream
media has failed to cover, particularly over the week. The
Supreme Court also ruled that the president does in fact
have the authority over federal funding, that he can dictate
what funds can go out the door and what can't,
so long as they are part of the executive branch.
So we've always again maintained that every executive order the

(07:57):
President assigned, every executive action that he has taken, has
been well within his executive authority. And Doe is doing
a tremendous job at cutting back at the wasist and
the fraud and the abuse that have been ripping off
American taxpayers that have not been aligned with our interests
here in our country. So we're going to continue the
president's agenda. Again, he's well within his constitutional authority. And

(08:19):
it's great to see the Supreme Court reigning in these
activist judges who are wearing robes but are acting as
judicial activists, not as real judges and real arbiters of
the law.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
Yeah, that's exactly what those federal judges were doing. You know,
they're activists. They're just they're part of the Democrat party.
Since the Democrats they don't have the presidency, they don't
have either House of Congress. They don't have the Supreme Court.
But Democrats say, well, we have a lot of federal

(08:54):
judges that are Democrat. We're going to get them guys
and them guys only to rule again against Trump. Oh,
we're going to stop them one way or another. But
that didn't work. That didn't work. Then they were just
activist judges. They were exceeding their power to issue all
these nationwide injunctions even though they're a district judge. They're

(09:15):
only over a certain judicial district there, so they so
they issued that they can't do that. And yeah, you
so we're able to put a stop to them because
President Trump was within his constitutional authority to do everything

(09:39):
he's doing. It's those federal judges that that were in
the wrong. So okay, So Attorney General Pam Bondi came
out recently and says that the Democrats have filed one
hundred and sixty lawsuits and injunctions at least against President

(10:05):
Trump to stop now one hundred and sixty and it
was you know, I think there's even more in there
too that you know. So that means that they were stopping,
trying to stop everything that Trump's doing. But you know Trump,

(10:28):
he's not doing everything illegal. It can't be illegal. And
every single thing that just said, you know, the Democrats
agenda stop Trump, agenda on everything basically, So here's Pam
Bondy with that.

Speaker 6 (10:45):
They have filed, just to put it in perspective, since
President Trump has been in office, one hundred and sixty
lawsuits they have filed. In the month of February, they
have over fourteen injunctions. That's more than Biden's entire term.
These activist judges are trying to control our entire federal government.
They have filed just.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Put yeah, so it's uh, yeah, I mean they're just
active judge, activist judges. They're just trying to control everything.
They figure, well, Republicans have the House and Senate in
the White House, they figure, well, we're just gonna put
a stop to everything and we're gonna run it, you know,

(11:27):
so that way, us Democrats, we're running everything, not the Republicans.
Everything Trump's doing is not illegal or unconstitutional. Actually I
don't think anything that he's done so far is illegal
or unconstitutional. But that's what the Democrats are using as
an excuse and saying, oh, these judges though they're the

(11:48):
ones that are upholding the Constitution. Well, no they're not,
because the Supreme Court is the ones upholding the Constitution
and they ruled against them. So now the Democrats have nothing.
As you heard on the program a few weeks ago,
when they passed that spending budget, the reason why Chuck

(12:11):
Schumer voted to keep the government open is because he
was afraid that if you shut the government down, he
shut the courts down. And he says, well, that's just
our last line of defense to put a stop to Trump.
So they were counting on the court and they have it.
They had it set up that way so their liberal

(12:33):
judges can try to shut everything down, and they failed,
and they failed. So I got one more ideal clip
of the topic. This is Senator Ted Cruz that says
just that that the Democrats purposely went out and filed
these lawsuits only in liberal districts and with liberal, liberally

(13:01):
appointed judges, and uh, yeah, you know, let's roll it here.
It's great.

Speaker 7 (13:10):
Democrats today hate democracy. Democrats today are angry at the
voters for re electing Donald Trump and electing a Republican
Senate in a Republican House. Yeah, they engaged in lawfair
to stop democracy from operating. Oh yeah, understand, this is

(13:30):
the second phase of lawfair.

Speaker 8 (13:32):
Second chart.

Speaker 7 (13:33):
This is the second phase of lawfair. Now that their
efforts to indict President Trump and stop the voters from
re electing him have failed, they're going and seeking out individual.

Speaker 8 (13:44):
Radical judges.

Speaker 7 (13:47):
To try to shut down policies, and they are forum
shopping like crazy. Give me any loon judge put on
the bench by Obama or Biden who.

Speaker 8 (13:56):
Disagrees with the policy.

Speaker 7 (13:58):
We just saw a judge lagrantly ignore US immigration law
concerning TPS being revoked. US law explicitly said there's no judicial.

Speaker 8 (14:09):
Review for that.

Speaker 7 (14:10):
But hey, they found a judge who says, you know what,
we the Democrat Party, we are the party of illegal aliens.
We are the party of murderers and rapists and gang members.
And the Democrat Party exists here to fight to keep
murderers and rapists and gang members in your communities. There's
a reason the Democrat Party is at twenty six percent

(14:31):
approval nationwide. Oh yeah, yeah, because they put radical policies
ahead of rule of law.

Speaker 9 (14:41):
Nationwide.

Speaker 7 (14:41):
Injunctions are an.

Speaker 2 (14:42):
Abuse of power, they sure are.

Speaker 7 (14:45):
It is the judiciary acting as policy deciders, and it
is incumbent on this committee and this body to rein
in the abuse of power from these unelected radical judges
who are trying to over turn the election because they
disagree with what the voters decided.

Speaker 10 (15:03):
Thank you, Senator Klobuchar.

Speaker 11 (15:06):
Okay, that was a lot. Let me start with a
few things. Number One, we love the democracy, and I
believe what we should be having is a civil debate
about how we can best. If Donald Trump wants to
make changes to the government, we should be doing it
in a legal way, not how he's doing it. And
the only reason there's all these injunction Center Cruise is

(15:28):
because he's violating the constitution. Why would Trump appointed judges?

Speaker 8 (15:33):
Why don't you file him in red districts?

Speaker 11 (15:35):
Senator Why what did you just say?

Speaker 8 (15:38):
Why don't you file him in red districts?

Speaker 7 (15:40):
Why are the Democrat atornator generals seeking out Senator Cruz
left wing.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
Senator Cruz's activity. Yeah, see, they try to stop Senator
Cruz from saying that, why did you file him in
some of these in red districts? They're seeking out liberal
judges on purpose.

Speaker 12 (16:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Well, as you heard Senator Cruz correctly point out that
they tried to indict President Trump and to stop them
from being able to be re elected. And that's failed,
so then they resorted to this, and now that's failing.
Everything the Democrats have done to try to stop Trump

(16:25):
has failed. Everything. Their last resort was to find these
liberal judges to stop everything Trump is doing. Everything, no
matter what it is. They thought that was their last resort,
and it probably was, and they failed miserably at it.

(16:50):
Now they have nothing, So it's and what's gonna happen
is there's gonna be more riots and protests like that's
all they know how to do, and that's that's all
they got left, and that's probably what's gonna end up happening,
guarantee it. Anyway, Time for a break, first break of
the program. Be back in one minute. Lots more to go,

(17:11):
just getting started, folks, Lots more to go, so we'll
be back in one minute, So stick around.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 13 (17:47):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Network and welcome on back to a spring edition. Of
the Brian Wallenberg Show here on Wallenberg Radio Network, as
we are celebrating a great Supreme Court victory for well,

(18:20):
for all of us. So, yeah, Democrats keep losing and losing,
and they don't realize why they lost the election. I
thought after we had this huge red wave in November,
I thought, by now I could sit here in my studio,

(18:42):
do the shows and report all the good stuff that
Trump is doing and how great everything's going.

Speaker 12 (18:50):
Well.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
I still get to do that, but got report on
all the stuff that these Democrats are doing. There's still
they're waging war. I never thought they were going to
do this. I thought that they would actually be smart
in some way and say, Okay, we lost, let's get
our heads out of our butts, let's get it on straight,

(19:10):
regroup our party, work with the Republicans, make the country great,
and we'll start winning stuff again, hopefully in the midterms.
I thought that was gonna happen. I never thought they're
gonna do this wage war on Donald Trump, wage war
on the Republicans and on the country, which they're doing.

(19:36):
They are doing. Yeah, So anyway, I got a report
on everything that these pesky Democrats are doing. Ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
We all know Brian is conservative, but what are the
liberals up to?

Speaker 3 (19:50):
No good find out here on democratic chaos.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Yeah, I know, I know, I gotta do that, and
I really wish I didn't have to do that. I
wish the Democrats could start doing some good work. But
all they're doing is ensuring that the red wave will
continue even through the midterms. Before the break with that

(20:19):
clip with Senator Ted Cruz, you heard him correctly point out
that the Democrats are at a twenty six percent approval
rating right now. Twenty six percent. That's pretty darn low.
And the traveling part is that there's twenty six percent

(20:40):
of this country who actually love what they're doing. Well, yeah,
that's as small Democrats are in a small percentage of
the country the rest of its Republicans and swing voters.
So yeah, I can smell red wave continuing in the
elections next year if this stuff keeps up. But that's

(21:03):
just how they are, so continuing on. As we are
talking about the domestic terrorist organization known as the Democrat Party,
I guess I gotta refer to him that as that
right now. Yeah, Okay, So we had the Supreme Court

(21:27):
ruling that says Trump can. He has the power to
deport these illegals, so Judge Boseburg and everyone else can't
stop him anymore. But here's a clip of Jesse Waters
on the Democrats who actually want the illegal aliens and

(21:48):
the MS thirteen gang members to stay in the country.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
Mean, while crazy Democrats are threatening members of the Trump administration.
One guy posted a video threatened to shoot Ice and
Christy nom and now that guy's behind bars.

Speaker 14 (22:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:02):
Trump's Team's actually getting things done and Democrats.

Speaker 8 (22:04):
Are mad because they're not used to it.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
This time.

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Last year, over one hundred and eighty thousand illegals were
caught and released by Biden.

Speaker 8 (22:12):
Under Trump, that number is nine nine, and.

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Homan says eight of those nine were either witnesses in
a criminal case or needed medical help. Ben Homan said,
if you're an illegal in hiding, we will find you.
But some Democrats love criminal migrants and they want them
to stay.

Speaker 15 (22:30):
Just to slightly push back on Mark, even if you
tell me and you prove that they're gang members, I'm
not so sure that I'm okay with them being sent
off to be tortured in a foreign country, but I'll
leave that aside.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
Wow, you hear that Homan keep the gang bangers here,
Eliz not sure he's ready.

Speaker 8 (22:46):
To say goodbye.

Speaker 4 (22:47):
JD doesn't care what MSNBC says. The bad ombres going
bye bye.

Speaker 16 (22:52):
We do not ask permission from far left Democrats before
we deport illegal immigrants. We do the American people's business.
We need to make our country stronger, We need to
create jobs, We need to.

Speaker 8 (23:03):
Make our streets safer.

Speaker 16 (23:04):
What is it about congressional Democrats that get more angry
at deporting violent gang members than they do at the
victims of those violent gang members. I don't even understand
where they're coming from. They've gone off the deep end
and they got to come back to reality.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
Yeah, that's uh, that's JD vance there. I like how
I like what he said about we don't get permission
from the far left Democrats. Of course we shouldn't. We
don't need their approval. Why do Democrats want them to stay?
They're domestic terrorists the Democrat Party, they're domestic terrorists flat out.

(23:45):
You know, they probably want these precious people for votes.
They vote Democrats. Democrats. Yeah, they're just gone off the
deep end. That's just uh, who they are. So they're

(24:05):
against everything that Trump is doing. They're just against him.
Doesn't matter if Trump's doing stuff good, which he is.
They're fighting everything no matter what it is. They don't
want Trump to succeed. They're mad because he got elected
by the majority of the American people. They're mad that

(24:27):
he's fixing the country, cleaning up Joe Biden's mess, making
the Democrat Party look bad in the process. So they're
protesting everything. So we have a Republican member of Congress
that says the Dems were against the spending bill, you know,
the spending bill that was passed that would have caused

(24:48):
the government shut down if they didn't pass it, the
one that the Democrats say they're cutting Social Security in Medicare,
which is not true. But here's the kicker. The Democrats
decided they were against that bill before it was even written.

(25:10):
Check this out.

Speaker 17 (25:12):
And maybe it's because Donald Trump said he's for it
that then the Democrat leadership decided they were going to
be against it.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
And when did they decide they.

Speaker 17 (25:21):
Were going to be against this bill before the bill
was even written, before it was filed. They came out
against it and started saying things that were in the
bill when it wasn't even written, mister speaker. You heard
them talking about cuts to Medicare, cuts to veterans. The
bill wasn't even written, and they were already making up

(25:41):
stories to try to figure out how to vote no
and shut the government down. That's sadly where this Democrat
Party has gotten. The Democrat Party of today is a leaderless,
rudderless ship. They don't have an agenda.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Well, they do have an agenda. That's destroy the country.
So yeah, they're making up the lies that, oh there's
cuts the social Security and cuts the Medicare. The bill
hasn't even been written yet. They're just saying it. They're
just saying stuff to try to make Donald Trump look
bad to get their Democratic cult riled up so they

(26:17):
can start fighting against Donald Trump and the country and
everything else and start the civil war. So yeah, so,
oh yeah, here, got a couple more clips here. I
want to get real quick because this is all good stuff.

(26:41):
This is what I do on my show. I get
to all the good stuff. So Jim Jordan weighs in
on the Democrats who are against cutting waste because well,
the only thing the cuts that are really made, you know,
let me correctly point this out out. The only cuts

(27:03):
the Social Security in medicare that are maid is the waste.
And that's where Doge has found that people one hundred
and twenty one hundred and fifty two hundred years old,
their names are still in the social security system getting
social security. We don't know where the money's going yet,
they're still investigating it. But that's the only cuts that

(27:28):
they're made. And here's Jim Jordan weighing in on the
Dems who are against Doge and Donald Trump cutting the waste,
fraud and abuse.

Speaker 11 (27:43):
Sherman.

Speaker 12 (27:43):
Instead of stopping the stupid spending, Democrats attack the guy
who's exposing it. I think the taxpayers of this country
had just assume we stop.

Speaker 8 (27:51):
Spending their money on dumb things.

Speaker 12 (27:53):
Yeah, like what was what was the example from USAID
is some transgender comic in Ireland spending money on Burton
Ernie and Big Bird on Baghdad TV.

Speaker 8 (28:04):
I think they would prefer we not do that.

Speaker 12 (28:07):
Elon Musk is doing exposing in the federal government exactly
what he exposed at Twitter when he purchased Twitter.

Speaker 8 (28:14):
What do we find out there?

Speaker 12 (28:16):
Big government was pressuring big tech to censor Americans.

Speaker 8 (28:21):
You have to take my word for it. We had
the Twitter files.

Speaker 12 (28:23):
Oh and we also had someone else in big tech
send a letter to this committee and tell us exactly
what they were doing. Mark Zuckerberg said the Biden administration
was pressuring us to censor.

Speaker 8 (28:34):
We did it.

Speaker 12 (28:35):
We're sorry, we won't do it again. Told the whole
world that in a letter to this committee. So Elon
Musk is now doing that for the federal government. We
think that's a good thing. And I understand the fundamental
difference the left has with US. Conservatives Democrats believe it
is the career elected bureaucrats who were supposed to run
the country.

Speaker 8 (28:52):
We don't think that's the way it's supposed to work.
We actually think it's the people who put their name.

Speaker 12 (28:56):
On a ballot who get elected by we, the people
who make the decisions. And the guy who got seventy
seven million votes on November fifth says he wants Elon
Musk working for him, the elected member who heads the
executive branch working for him every been and much as
the federal employees of people in Treasury who were supposed
to have all the answers, or in USAID who did
the career officials working for him to expose stupid things

(29:18):
our government is spending money on.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Yeah, exactly, it's just stuff like that. They like Sesame
Street and Bagdad and hundreds of millions going here, hundreds
of millions going there on stupid things. That's what's being cut.
Democrats don't want it. They want to spend money on

(29:41):
their programs. As I had on my episode last week,
and go back and listen to it if you haven't
listened to my last week's episode. All these Democrats back
in the day, we're four cutting waste, fraud and abuse.

(30:03):
I have audio clips on my last episode of Chuck Schumer,
Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi that says that
we need to do just that that was back in
the day. But they don't feel that way now that
Trump's in power and Trump is doing the cutting of

(30:23):
the waste, fraud and abuse. Yeah, they said, they just
don't want Trump to succeed. And the reason why they
don't want President Trump to succeed is because he really
is going to make America great again. The Democrats are
afraid of Trump because he makes the Democrat Party look bad.

(30:44):
Because he runs the country so well, He's like a
modern day Ronald Reagan Trump is running the country so well,
you know, the Democrats might not get elected too much
in the near future. And of course the Democrats not
getting their heads straight and fighting against all of us

(31:09):
and the civil wars that they're trying to start, that's
not helping. And they're gonna be out of power for
a long time if they don't start acting straight. I've
been saying this for a long time, and they won't listen.
But that's just how they're gonna have to be, you know.
So that's just who domestic terrorists really are. Anyway, time

(31:33):
for a break, second break of the program. Be back
in one minute. Show was halfway over. Got a lot
more great stuff coming up next, so stick with me.
Be back in one minute.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 13 (32:10):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Network, and welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's
listening from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout
the world. So grateful that everyone is here checking out
the program. Getting the real deal. As you've been listening

(32:41):
to this episode, in episode last week and all of
them in recent past, you know that this is where
you go to get the real scoop, the whole scoop,
and nothing but the scoop. You get everything all collaborated
into one program of what's really going going on here
in America and what the problems are, what the solutions are,

(33:04):
and bust through fake news and just have everything here.
So anyway, welcome on back. As we are talking about
well one a great Supreme Court victory, a couple of
them actually, and I had a touch on the Democrats

(33:26):
who are still trying to rage a civil war. It's
gonna hurt them coming up because I'm sensing a red
wave continuing through the midterms. As I've said before, statistics
show that in the midterms, whichever party has the presidency,

(33:49):
the other party gets the House and the Senate. That's
typically how it works, not always. There's a few times
in history that it has not worked that way. Twenty
twenty six might be one of those. Because the Democrats
will not stop terrorizing America. They're out of power, and

(34:10):
to show that they're starting a civil war, they're encouraging
people to burn Tesla's and the fight and to attack people,
and they're rioting and demonstrating, and they thought that the
judicial system is the one last bit of hope for

(34:31):
them to stop President Trump, to make them fail and
try to tell the American people, oh see they fail,
though you can't vote for them. But no, everything they's
thrown at Trump has failed. They tried to indict them,
prosecute them, jail them, to stop them from running being reelected.

(34:55):
That's all failed. They got their lib tar judges from
the from blue districts. They're appointed by President Barack Obama
and Joe Biden to try to put a stop to
everything Trump is doing on his agenda. That's failed miserably.

(35:19):
So the riots and the protests and the violence we
see from the Democrat Party. Unfortunately, it looks like it's
going to continue. So anyway, moving on, all right, I
got one. Let's move on to a You know, I

(35:39):
hate talking about these stupid Democrats. I really don't want
to have to do it, but it's my civic duty
because that's what I gotta do. They're an active force
in the news. But now I get to report on
something a little bit more positive.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
Great Americans will do whateverything they can to fight for
freedom in our republic.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
They are American patriots at work.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
So let's talk about President Trump and his successes and
all the great stuff that President Trump and the rest
of the Republican Party are doing. Okay, so all right,
we're on the verge of making America great again. Trump
can resume deporting terrorists, undocumented immigrants, no one better known

(36:38):
as illegals. He can him and Elon must they have
the power to stop the waste, fraud, and abuse, and
Democrats can't stop him. Now it's all going to continue.
But let's talk about the economy. I mean think Trump

(37:01):
is going to straighten out the economy. It's not an
overnight fix. I've been saying this on the program a lot.
It's not an overnight fix. He's not gonna fix it
on day one. He's not gonna fix it on month one.
But he's working on it. Okay, He's he's gonna do

(37:22):
what he did in his first term. Curve inflation, have
gas prices down, everything, affordable, high wages, low taxes. That's
what he did during his first term, and that's what
he's gonna do. In his second term. He's got a
big mess to clean up that he inherited from Joe Biden.

(37:45):
The tariffs are a temporary thing, and it's not gonna
hurt everybody the way everybody's fearing. I mean, the Democrats
are fearing this and trying to get everybody in America
to fear that. But it's not. It's just that even
the trade, the trading field with other countries, when Trump's

(38:06):
made threats in the past to have tariffs, the other
countries fold, they give in, negotiate a great trade deal
with Trump, and Trump drops the tariffs, and that's all
it's gonna happen. Now, we need to trust President Trump.
And how Speaker Mike Johnson tells us why we need

(38:32):
to just trust Trump just it might look might look
bad now, but we just need to trust them on
straightening out this economy.

Speaker 18 (38:43):
Have to trust the President's instincts on the economy. Okay,
why you don't. This isn't blind faith. Remember what he
accomplished in the first administration, before COVID, we had the
greatest economy in the history of the world, not the US,
all the whole world. Every demographic was doing better because
we cut taxes because regulations and we made a better
economic environment for everybody to succeed. And he is going

(39:05):
about that same plan to bring that about and tariff's
is a component of that and we'll see how it
all develops. I mean, the reciprocal tariff policy is one
that makes a lot of common sense. I mean you
look at the trade disparity between many nations, and much
of this began after World War Two, and the rationale
apparently was, well, we need to rebuild Europe and America

(39:28):
emerges as the great superpower, so we should have this imbalance.
It's fair, it's you know, this is what we need. Well,
that carried on for generations and we're well beyond World
War Two now and this is a different world. It's
a much more integrated, complex economy. And the President's absolutely
right when he says that we have to think about
America's interest first, because we're if we don't, we're not

(39:50):
going to maintain our status as the great superpower. And
when he says let's have free trade and fair trade,
I think the reciprocal tarif policy makes sense. If somebody
has one hundred pl us percent tariff on imports of
US goods, and we have virtually nothing. Why don't we
we settle that balance if we raise and match their
tariff policy. I think ultimately what happens is you get

(40:11):
back down to a free trade agreement that these countries
that are engaged in this disparity, this raw deal for
Americans for so long. It'll get their attention and they'll
I think, reduce their tariffs on us. Then you get
back to a free and uh in fair trade.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
Yeah, I think so too. I mean that's the thing.
Trump is a smart man. The Democrats say, oh, he's dumb,
he's an idiot.

Speaker 3 (40:36):
And du No.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
Trump is a very smart man. He knows about the economy.
He did a great job with the economy during his
first term. Well he's going to do during a second
term as well. And we just need to trust them.
Democrats are just fearing everything, and you know, because of
the fear, the stock market was doing bad. But we

(40:58):
need to just trust them. He's a smart man. He's
got Elon helping him to the greatest businessman we have
who knows a lot about the economy. Just trust them,
Just let them do what they need to do. Things
will get better. He's gonna clean up Joe Biden's mess.

(41:19):
But that's what the Democrats are just fearing. So okay,
so let's see here. Oh you know, I got another
clip of Mike Johnson who actually kind of sets a
news reporter, a liberal news reporter, straight on that they

(41:40):
need to tell the truth on the Medicare and Medicaid
that the Democrats rumored was in the spending bill. But
it's not.

Speaker 18 (41:51):
I challenge you or anybody on your staff do a
word search for Medicaid on the on the resolution that
we passed last night.

Speaker 8 (41:57):
You will not find it. That is not part of this.

Speaker 9 (42:00):
Okay.

Speaker 18 (42:00):
We're talking about finding efficiencies in every program, but not
cutting benefits for people who rightly deserve that. You know, uh,
working requirements, work requirements for Medicaid. That is a something
that is public opinion polls almost ninety percent. You don't
want able bodied workers on a program that is intended,
for example, for single mothers with two small children who's
just trying to make it. That's what Medicaid is for,

(42:22):
not for twenty nine year old males sitting on their
couches playing video games. We're going to find those guys
and we're going to send them back to work. That's
what everybody supports. That's what the Republicans are for. And
by the way, we find dignity in our work, that's
going to be good for everybody.

Speaker 2 (42:36):
Yeah, so he has to set he was on a
liberal news program. He had to set the news reporters
straight because they're sitting there continuing their lies and saying, oh, yeah,
you guys are cutting Social Security and Medicare, which I'm
kind of getting sick and tired of the Democrats making
those lies up. Is there Speaker Johnson say there that

(42:58):
that's not even in the bill. Democrats are totally making
it up.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
You know.

Speaker 2 (43:04):
They do that to spark rage. They're trying to spark
rage with the American people, so Americans will get outraged
with the Republicans and Trump because Trump's doing all these
great things and they have to do whatever again to
try to put a stop to and they need to
actually stop doing that and tell the truth. So oh yeah.

(43:31):
But as we were talking about tariffs, I got this
great clip. This is okay, a blast from the past.
I dug this up.

Speaker 12 (43:42):
It is.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
Joe Biden's press secretary Koreem Jean Pierre talk about tariffs
that were imposed during Joe Biden's presidency. Well, this all
embarrass the Democrats. Check this out.

Speaker 19 (44:05):
The President directed his trade representative to increase tariffs under
Section three oh one of the Trade Act of nineteen
seventy four on eighteen billion dollars of imports from China.
This action will protect American workers and businesses from China's
unfair trade practices. As you've heard the President often say,

(44:25):
American workers and businesses can outcompete anyone.

Speaker 2 (44:30):
Yeah, sorry, you got that. Yeah, I found it that
way with the music a circus music. But yeah, tariffs
Joe Biden's implemented on countries. Democrats have done that stuff too,
but I guess it's only a crime when Trump does it.

Speaker 3 (44:48):
Right.

Speaker 2 (44:52):
I love catching the Democrats and playing quotes from when
they say something from back in the day. Right you
know that they support like like like I said, go
back and listen to my episode last week where I
played clips of Chuck Schumer and all them. There were

(45:15):
four cutting government waste back in the day, back before
Donald Trump ever took office. They're just against it now.
And speaking of such, Bill Clinton, he was, well, he
was on the show last week with that. But I
got another clip here for this week. This is Bill

(45:39):
Clinton back when he was president and talking about when
he wanted to reduce government, and he actually did that
a little bit too during his term. Cut, you know,
shrink government, cut waste and spending. Two, strengthen the economy.

(46:01):
Check this out going.

Speaker 9 (46:05):
We cut the federal government by more than one hundred
thousand positions in the last two years. We're on the
way to reducing it with laws already passed by two
hundred and seventy two thousand positions, making us the smallest
it's been in more than thirty years. We cut taxes
for fifteen million working families with forty million Americans in it,

(46:26):
about an average of one thousand dollars apiece for families
of four with incomes under twenty six thousand dollars. This year,
we made nine of ten of our small businesses eligible
for tax reductions. We invested in the tools our people need,
in education and training and technology. We did more to
open markets in the last two years than in any
previous period in a generation.

Speaker 8 (46:49):
The results were cleared.

Speaker 9 (46:51):
The deficit that two years ago was projected to be
over four hundred billion dollars a year by the end
of the decade is now under two hundred billion, going
down for three years in a row for the first
time since Truman was president. The economic plan we have
already passed will cut the deficit in half as a
percentage of our economy. We have almost six million new jobs,

(47:14):
the biggest year in economic growth in nineteen ninety four
in a decade, with ninety three percent of those jobs
in the private sector. That's the largest percentage of private
sector job growth.

Speaker 2 (47:25):
Cut that off here, I think we heard enough. So
I guess it's only a crime when Donald Trump wants
to reduce the size of government, cut government spending to
reduce the deficit and to strengthen the economy. Sure, if
Bill Clinton or Barack Obama wanted to do that, great,

(47:47):
but oh no, Trump wants to do that. Oh it's
a crime. These democrats. I just really wish they would stop.
It's really annoying. Probably have to come back on the
episode next week too and talk about the same stuff
because Democrats just won't stop. Reagan on Trump. Oh well, anyway,

(48:13):
time for a break, last break the program. A couple
more great stories for you, and we'll be back in
one minute to get right to those. So yeah, stick around.

Speaker 3 (48:29):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (48:49):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 13 (48:54):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallen Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (49:09):
And welcome on back final stretch of the program. Ahead
of us says, we're getting near the end of the
episode for this week. Of course, I'll be back next
week with an all new episode as well. Yeah, we're
gonna have to report on obviously again the Democrats still

(49:30):
fighting against Trump, still trying to stop everything and spreading
their lies and also civil war now that they know
that they don't even have the courts to back them
up anymore. Like I said, they thought that they had

(49:52):
the upper hand that, ah, well, we don't need Congress
to have control of the Congress. We have the courts
that's gonna overrule everything thing that the Republican Congress and
President is going to put forth. They should have known
the Supreme Court was going to rule in favor of Trump.

(50:12):
It is strongly liberal, strongly conservative. But they're gonna try
and say, oh, well they're not the following the Constitution. Well,
yes they are. The Supreme Court is following the Constitution.
They just ruled that President Trump is within his constitutional

(50:33):
rights to do all these things. But now that they
lost everything, now that they know that they don't have
these liberal federal judges that can back them up anymore,
the violence is gonna continue. The violence. The attack on
Tesla's on everything. Soon, the Democrat party leadership is just

(50:55):
gonna say, Okay, attack anybody who's a Republican on the streets,
just attack civil war. Boom, let's go. It's gonna it's
probably gonna resort to that assassination, attempts everything because they're
rhetoric by the Democrat leaders It's fueling it. It is

(51:18):
fueling it. So I do have a story on a
recent Tesla attack, so let's get right to it.

Speaker 1 (51:33):
People do a lot of things that are just too
hard to believe. So we've prepared this segment.

Speaker 3 (51:39):
Seriously, you've got to be kidding me, all right.

Speaker 2 (51:43):
So it's in my home state of Minnesota, a state
that I still believe is a swing state, but it's
also considered a blue state because it's been blue for
quite some time, but just by a just a sliver margin,
just barely blue. And their margin kind of shrunk in

(52:06):
the last election. Looks like it's gonna be shrinking or
might be turning red next year. But right now it's
under Democrat leadership. It is. We have a Democrat governor.
It's tampon tim Democrats have control the state Senate. The
Republicans kind of have to control the House. It's an

(52:31):
even split, but they agreed to let a Republican have
the speakership. And Minneapolis and a lot of the suburbs
because it's inner city area, are liberal, all right. So
we have a suburb of Minneapolis, Bloomington, it's south of Minneapolis,

(52:57):
has them all of America in it.

Speaker 11 (53:00):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (53:01):
Used to be a really great suburb, but the Democrats
have destroyed it. It's under liberal control now. So let's see.
I got this audio clip. It's a tesla and you're
gonna hear it. Let's see it's uh Jesse Waters again.
All good, buddy, Jesse Waters ran a story on a

(53:26):
mom who keyed to tesla in front of her little
daughter and got caught. But because it's liberal, liberally ran city,
they're not gonna have press charges and you won't. And
you gotta hear the uh the reasoning from the Bloomington

(53:49):
Police Chief on why that is. It's you just get
it's hard to believe this. Check this out, Jesse Waters.

Speaker 4 (53:58):
Back in America and Minnesota, mom keta tesla while her
young daughter flipped off the camera.

Speaker 2 (54:03):
Oh yeah, yeah, that's what you want to do, Liberals,
teach your kids to do all these bad things and
flip off cameras and do all this stuff. Great, just
how liberals they just want to teach our kids horrible things.
Oh but I'm sorry, let me get to the audio clip.

(54:26):
I'm sorry. I just had to put that in there.

Speaker 4 (54:28):
Back in America and Minnesota, mom keta tesla while her
young daughter.

Speaker 8 (54:32):
Flipped off the camera. So sweet.

Speaker 4 (54:35):
The good news is Pam Bondi's cracking down. The bad
news is some liberal cities like Bloomington, Minnesota, are letting
them off because the Internet was mean to them.

Speaker 2 (54:47):
Yeah, Internet was mean to him. And now here's this officer,
I think he's the Bloomington Police chief speaking on the matter.

Speaker 20 (54:59):
The victim in this case just wanted their car fixed,
and they just wanted the suspect to pay for that.
The suspect in this case may have been a victim,
and I mean victim in terms of the rhetoric that
is being spewed out here by some of those in leadership.

Speaker 2 (55:17):
Oh, you've got to be kidding me, because the rhetoric
online that's saying, oh, these vandals that are vandalizing tesla's, Oh,
they're so bad. You know, people like us go around
saying that. So now people that are destroying tesla's are

(55:38):
the Democrats are calling them victims? Seriously, they're calling them
victims because people like me and everyone else is saying that, Oh,
it's domestic terrorism. So we all say that, and then
tomorrow somebody goes out and vandalizes the tesla. They're the

(56:01):
victim because of the rhetoric we're using on them. This
only happens in liberal areas. Folks that police, chief the
government in those areas, they're just so liberal. This is
all they are. They worship criminals, worship criminals, and they

(56:28):
demonize the victims. That's the victim's fault. You shouldn't have
a tesla. Oh these precious criminals, we need to let
them go. It only happens in liberal areas. This is
just the Democrats way of excusing those crimes, because destroying
someone's tesla damaging someone's tesla. It fits the Democrat agenda.

(56:54):
So the Democrats want to try to excusees it. Oh
it's okay, you know, it's okay to you. Gotta find
a way to excuse it because they're victims. The way
the Democrats are concerned is like, Okay, let's say I
have a tesla, which I don't, but let's say I
do and somebody vandalizes my tesla. I'm not allowed to

(57:17):
press charges or anything because the person whoes my tesla
is a victim because they're putting forth this democratic movement
which is so precious, So we can't press charges on them.
But then in return, if I retaliate and go to

(57:37):
their house and do some damage to their Chevy or
their Toyota or their Ford, Oh, Brian, that's a hate crime.
Oh you can't do that. How dare you do that?
But that's how the Democrats think. Alright, So let's continue

(57:58):
on here with this audio clip here.

Speaker 4 (58:01):
If Democrats don't condemn this, then testa terrorist is gonna
get a lot worse. The left needs to step up
and tell the voters to knock it off, not run away.
When someone starts asking questions.

Speaker 2 (58:12):
Do you see it can all right, this is AOC
actually being asked a question here, connection.

Speaker 10 (58:18):
And all between the rhetoric we're hearing from Democrats on
musk and tesla, connection to the violence at all of
what's happening on the streets to tesla dealerships.

Speaker 19 (58:28):
Yeah, I mean again, like I've I've seen Republicans call
me communists.

Speaker 2 (58:33):
I hate this country.

Speaker 10 (58:34):
I mean it's like, yes, I don't know, an, would
you still have your tesla? I just wonder if you
still have your tesla.

Speaker 8 (58:41):
For security reasons and not?

Speaker 10 (58:42):
I don't know, how is you? What did you agree
with the Attorney General calling in domestic terrorism?

Speaker 2 (58:49):
AOC is walking away and Democrats they try to confront
him with that. They won't answer you. But no, they're
just excusing all this stuff. So it's so that's how
the Democrats are. I mean, if a Democrat commits a crime,
if it's for their agenda, oh it's precious and worshiped.

(59:12):
Democrats won't prosecute in Democrat areas. So if there's anything big,
it'll be appealed to a higher court and hopefully up
to a Supreme Court that will overturn all that stuff.

Speaker 10 (59:30):
It's just.

Speaker 2 (59:33):
These Democrats are. There's just one side. It's okay to
riot and protest as long as it's for their agenda.
But if Republicans ever wanted the protests, Oh, how dare
you do that? Yeah, that's just how they are. Anyway,

(59:57):
let's see, it's been an hour already. You know what,
I got one more quick story, real quick story. I'm
gonna try to get this out of the way real fast.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
Some things seem strange and unbelievable, but by golly, it's true.

Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
But you know you can't make this stuff up.

Speaker 2 (01:00:16):
You know, I gotta get this story in here. It's
just to show you just how crazy the Democrat Party is.
So let's go on to californ Ah. Okay, they passed
a strange law where people are not equal. They're talking

(01:00:41):
about equality and stuff, but they're not equality. So I
got I got this one more clip to show you.
It's from Bill O'Reilly this time. You know, I like
listening to Bill O'Reilly as well, along with Jesse Waters.
But where Bill O'Reilly tells us about this strange, sick,

(01:01:06):
weird law that can only be with these liberal Democrats
and their crazy agenda. Check this out.

Speaker 14 (01:01:19):
A new law assigned by Governor. Newsom says that if
you are in a certain category, you don't have to
pay as much as people in another category. This is
called the speed camera program. So the fines are issued
from five hundred to five hundred dollars. Sorry, from fifty
to five hundred dollars. All right, you're caught on a

(01:01:41):
speed camera. It depends how fast you're going. That should
be the only litmus test for the fine. But no,
if you are a homeless person, you're eligible for an
eighty percent discount. If you are poor, fifty percent discount.
So the Francisco authorities look you up and they see

(01:02:03):
what kind of circumstance, and that's how they find you. Wow,
so you could conceivably commit manslaughter in a vehicle, But
if you're an indigent Amland person, you get eighty percent
off your sense.

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
I mean, come on, oh man, yep. That kind of
a law can only be passed by Democrats. Sick, isn't it.
It's just plain sick. What is this party do into
this democratic cult? They're gonna lose everything and they don't care.

(01:02:43):
Oh well, anyway, that's gonna do it for me. I
am out here for the week. Be back next week
with an all new episode. Uh yeah, tell a friend
about the show. I love getting new listeners all the time.
I show girls all the time. Spread it along, folks,
