President Trump blows up Iranian Nuclear sites and Democrats are mad.  The Supreme Court ruled that these Liberal federal judges need to stop issuing federal injuctions outside of their constitional authority.  Democrats once stood for striking Iran but, not while Trump is President.  I spend a lot of time talking about their hypocracy.  The Wisconsin Supreme court ruled in favor of Republicans, as Democrats want to redraw the congressional districts in the state.  Al Green tried to issue articles of impeachment of President Trump but, 128 Democrats joined the Republicans to kill it.  The Democrats who were against the January 6th protests had their own protests at the Capitol.  More hypocracy on their part.  Speaking of protests, one protester in Oregon was intentionally hit by a car for blocking a roadway.  -Thank you for listening!-

Speaker 2 (00:50):
As we finish out the month of June looking forward
to Independence Day coming up, Welcome on back to another
Episodeberg Show, live here on the Wallenberg Radio Network once again. Yes,
and summer is in full swing. So I hope everybody

(01:10):
is doing well. I hope everybody is staying safe out
there with Yeah, I'm just excited. I can't wait for
Independence Day. It's one of my favorite holidays of the year.
So anyway, we have a full agenda as always, so

(01:35):
let's go ahead and get things started. Let's start off
by talking politics.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
It's time for Brian's conservative take on politics.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Because being conservative is the only way to be.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Because when he's right, he's right.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Okay, So we have in the news, we have airstrikes.
We struck Iran was something that we had to do.
We had to keep Iran from getting nuclear capabilities. So

(02:21):
we basically did something that the past, the presidents in
the past, when the past forty years wanted to do,
never got around doing. But then Donald Trump actually did that,
and of course Democrats say that he's wrong, you can't

(02:44):
bomb him. Well, we kind of had to bomb him.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
And.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Well we I mean, was it our business, Maybe maybe not,
but we can't allow them to have nuclear capabilities. We
have to kind of keep them from being able to
take over the world. So it was a sneak attack.
We didn't tell the Democrats. I mean, they kept a

(03:18):
low profile on that, which is something that you should
be doing, because the Democrats, let's face it, they would
have tipped off Iran and told them about it. The
Navy sent decoys out to lure the Iranian army away,
and we used stealth bombers to use bunker bombs to

(03:41):
blow up the Iranian nuclear power sites. Right, so flat
out Democrats would love to have tipped them off to
foil the crime, but we kept a low profile and
we just did it. We didn't know it was done

(04:02):
until President Donald Trump got up in front of the
nation and addressed us and told us that we struck Iran.

Speaker 5 (04:12):
A short time ago, the US military carried out massive
precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the
Iranian regime for Doau, Natans, and Sfahan. Everybody heard those
names for years as they built this horribly destructive enterprise.

(04:35):
Our objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity
and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the
world's number one state sponsor of terror.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Tonight, I can report to the world.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
That the strikes were a spectacular military success. Iran's key
nuclear and Richmond facilities have been completely and totally obliterated.
Rand the bully of the Middle East must now make peace.
If they do not, future attacks would be far greater
and a lot easier. For forty years, Iran has been

(05:12):
saying death to America, death to Israel. They have been
killing our people, blowing off their arms, blowing off their
legs with roadside bombs, that was their specialty. We lost
over a thousand people and hundreds of thousands throughout the
Middle East and around the world have died as a
direct result of their hate. In particular, so many were

(05:34):
killed by their General Cassem SOLMANI. I decided a long
time ago that I would not let this happen.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
It will not continue.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
I want to thank and congratulate Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.
We worked as a team like perhaps no team has
ever worked before, and we've gone a long way to
erasing this horrible threat to Israel. I want to thank
the Israeli military for the wonderful job they've done. And
most importantly, I want to congratulate the great American patriots

(06:07):
who flew those magnificent machines tonight, and all of the
United States military on an operation the likes of which the.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
World has not seen in many, many decades.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
Hopefully we will no longer need their services and this capacity.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
I hope that's so.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
I also want to congratulate the Chairman of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Raisin Kane, spectacular general, and
all of the brilliant military minds involved in this attack.
With all of that being said, this cannot continue. There
will be either peace or there will be tragedy. For Iran,
far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days. Remember,

(06:48):
there are many targets left. The night's was the most
difficult of them all by far, and perhaps the most lethal.
But if peace does not come quickly, we will go
after those other targets with precision, speed and skill. Most
of them can be taken out in a matter of minutes.

(07:09):
There's no military in the world that could have done
what we did tonight, not even close. There has never
been a military that could do what took place just
a little while ago. Tomorrow, General Kane, Secretary of Defense
Pete Hegseth, will have a press conference at eight am
at the Pentagon.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Okay, so yeah, well yeah, so, I mean it was
just it was an easy thing to do, right, and
we just had to stop them from developing nuclear weapons.
We just can't allow that in the world, Okay, to
have weapons of mass destruction like that, that was something

(07:50):
that kind of had to been done. And you know,
keeping a low profile. It's not just so you know,
Democrats don't go and blab it, you know, because they will.
They would have went and did it to try to
get Iran to be you know, not let their guard down.

(08:12):
So then that way it wouldn't have been so easy
to foil Trump's attack that and you know, and if
we had to meet up with the Iranian army, Democrats
wanted to be a lot of US military casualties. That's
what they want so that way they can blame Trump's

(08:34):
the thing with the Democrats. They just want tragedy to
happen just so they can blame Trump. But we just
can't trust the Democrats. But it's not just them. It
just if you tell anybody, it'll be on the news.
And if it's on the news, it's gonna get around
to Iran. That's why you got to keep a low profile.
So nobody knew but the president and the generals, I

(08:56):
mean at the Pentagon, just those are the only people
that know. Right until you do it, you have to
keep a low profile, just like during Trump's first term
when you went after an ISIS leader bag daddy, you
know that leader. He had to use that dog to
go into a cave and get him. Well, again, we

(09:20):
had to keep a low profile because Nancy Pelosi and
the Democrats would have went and warned him. Sucks just
having a Democrat party that would do stuff like that.
So anyway, since they had to keep a low profile,

(09:41):
Democrats are whiny mad kill us I do yet, you know,
all that stuff, whining because they couldn't foil Trump's plan,
they couldn't leak it to Iran and warn them and stuff.

(10:01):
So they're whiny, man and they're saying, well, you got
to get our approval for that. You got to get
get approval. You know, Well, you gotta get approval to
declare war. But you don't need to on every military strike, Okay,

(10:25):
and well, and Democrats have done that in the past.
Barack Obama has done that in the past. You know,
I mane some military strikes without getting approval, and we'll
get to that later on in the program. I got
a segment coming up later on that. But like House
Speaker Mike Johnson says that, yeah, you don't need approval

(10:48):
on everything. The president is the commander in chief. If
we're gonna declare war, that's one thing. But if you
need to make a couple of strikes, you know, you
don't need rational approval. Just like nine to eleven, when
New York City has those planes going to the buildings.
In order for the military to respond, the president has

(11:10):
to give the go ahead because he's the commander in chief.
So Bush had to make that decision. He can't say, oh,
I can't say nothing. Now, you got to get Congress
permission first and then get them to meet first, and
then do it. No, you had to make a split decision,
just like here, And Mike Johnson goes on in front

(11:30):
of the country and says just that.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
It is ridiculous for anyone to assert that the commander
in Chief, using his Article two power under the Constitution,
should have to consult all the members of Congress, or
even all the leadership in Congress every time he has
to make a decisive, quick action. I mean, would that
would not be feasible. So the idea that they're saying
that what he's done is somehow inappropriate or in constitutional
is nonsense. None of them ever complained when Barack Obama

(11:58):
and Joe Biden used this same authority to drop bombs
all over the Middle East, all over the world. Yeah,
it's it's it's entirely inconsistent with their their previous actions,
and I think we call them on that hypocrisy.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
Yeah, exactly, I mean that's exactly right. I mean, it's
it's okay for a Democrat president to do something like that.
Uh yeah. Barack Obama kept a low profile when he
got Osama bin Laden telled nobody, you know, did that

(12:32):
in secrecy. Then when he got him was able to
come out and announce to the nation. Did he con
sell Congress on that? No? So yeah, I guess they
think it's okay for them to do something, but not
okay for a Republican But like I said, it's probably
because they couldn't go in in Foyle Trump's plan. They

(12:57):
couldn't go and tip them off. So that's where that is,
all right. So that's that. Let's go on to our
next story.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
It's always great when the good.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
Guys win or should we say capitalism wins again.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
All right, So this day finally came, the day that
the Supreme Court had the rule on these activist Democrat
judges that are going around, you know, issuing nationwide injunctions

(13:44):
you know, for everything. Every time President Trump makes an
executive order, they pass a bill, say anything, or do anything.
There they are with like injunctions. They had like what
one or two hundred injunctions to stop Trump on everything. Well,
first of all, not everything Trump did was unconstitutional. In fact,

(14:06):
I don't think anything he did was unconstitutional. That's just
the Democrats trying to stop President Trump from everything. And
that's what they were doing. Just to recap that. The
Democrats they have no power. They don't have the White House,
they don't have the Executive Branch, they don't have house

(14:26):
in the Senate, they don't have the Supreme Court. So
their last avenue in Chuck Schumer admitted this to try
to stop Trump, and his agenda was to use the
court system. That's why they had Democrat judges going around
and issuing injunctions which they didn't have power to do,
just to try to stop Trump. And that's what the

(14:48):
Democrats plan is. Well that failed now because the Supreme
Court came out and out said nope, stop those radical
in functions. You cannot do that. So yeah, I mean
they can still do stuff, but their injunctions are limited

(15:09):
and they're you know, put to a stop. Judge Bowsburg
is irate over this, but yeah, so anyway with it.
This is a huge, huge victory. And yet President Trump
goes out, well, him and Pam Bondi went out had

(15:32):
a press conference just to celebrate this great win that
we had in the courts.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
Bessive use of nationwide injunctions to interfere with the normal
functioning of the executive branch. The Supreme Court has stopped
the presidency itself.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
That's what they've done.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
And uh, really it's been it's been an amazing period
of time.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
This last hour.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
There are people elated all over the country. I've seen
such happiness and spirit. Sometimes you don't see that, but
this case is very important. I was elected on a
historic mandate. But in recent months we've seen a handful
of radical left judges effectively try to overrule the rightful
powers of the president to stop the American people from

(16:21):
getting the policies that they voted for in record numbers.
It was a grave threat to democracy, frankly, and instead
of merely ruling on the immediate cases before them, these
judges have attempted to dictate the law for the entire nation.
In practice, this meant that if any one of the
nearly seven hundred federal judges disagreed with the policy of

(16:43):
a duly elected president of the United States, he or
she could block that policy from going into effect, or
at least delay it for many years.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
Tied up in the court system.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Which is unconstitutional.

Speaker 5 (16:59):
This was a collapse abuse of power which never occurred
in American history prior to recent decades. And we've been
hit with more nationwide injunctions than were issued in the
entire twentieth century together.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Think of it more than the entire twentieth century.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
Me.

Speaker 5 (17:17):
I'm grateful to the Supreme Court for stepping in and
solving this very, very big and complex problem, and they've
made it very simple.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
I want to thank Justice Barrett.

Speaker 5 (17:28):
Who wrote the opinion brilliantly, as well as Chief Justice
Roberts and Justice is Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Thomas.

Speaker 4 (17:37):
Great people. Thanks for this decision.

Speaker 5 (17:41):
And thanks to this decision, we can now promptly file
to proceed with numerous policies that have been wrongly enjoined
on a nationwide basis.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Yeah so yeah, So with this, Democrats are whining and saying, okay,
well Trump can now and birthright citizenship, Well that's not
exactly what's That's exactly what happened. See, all these injunctions
were stopped, but as far as the Fourteenth Amendment goes

(18:14):
the birthright citizenship, the Supreme Court decided to take up
that case. Now we're still awaiting a final decision. The
Supreme Court did issue a stay on that that Trump
can proceed to go with his claim and the Democrats
can still oppose to it. And it's gonna be like

(18:34):
a back and forth, you know, battle in front of
the Supreme Court. They're gonna hear basically, they're gonna hear
arguments from both sides, and they're going to make a
decision yay or nay. You know. Trump is arguing that
as far as birthright citizenship, that was the fourteenth Amendment

(18:57):
that was made primary for the children of slaves, not
for Mexicans to invader country, come and have a baby
and then but they're all going to become citizens now.
Democrats say no, it is for everybody. So the Supreme
Court is going to hear this case and they're going

(19:19):
to end up making a decision on that dan. At
that same press conference, not only President Trump spoke, but
Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke as well on the matter.

Speaker 8 (19:37):
Thank you, President Trump, Thank you for fighting for all Americans.
Americans are finally getting what they voted for. No longer
while we have rogue judges striking down President Trump's policies,
across the entire nation no longer today. In the six
to three opinion, Justice Barrett correctly holds that the district

(19:59):
Court lacks authority to enter nationwide or universal injunctions. These
lawless injunctions gave relief to everyone in the world instead
of the parties before the court, as the Supreme Court
held today, they turned district courts into the imperial judiciary.

(20:20):
Active liberal justices. Judges have used these injunctions to block
virtually all of President Trump's policies. To put this in perspective,
there are ninety four federal judicial districts. Five of those
districts throughout this country held thirty five of the nationwide injunctions.

(20:44):
Think about that, ninety four districts and thirty five out
of the forty opinions with nationwide injunctions came from five
liberal districts in this country no longer, no longer. These
injunctions have blocked our policies from tariffs to military readiness,
to immigration, to foreign affairs, fraud abuse, and many other issues.

(21:07):
The judges have tried to seize the executive branch's power,
and they can't not do that.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Yes, that's exactly right. That's exactly right. That's what does
district judges tried to do is take over the executive branch.
And they can't do that. Democrats are saying, oh, you
gotta have to follow the constitution. Well, these district judges weren't.
They're trying to exceed their power, and basically we had

(21:38):
to check their power and finally did that. Great. Anyway,
time for a break, first break in the program. You
back in one minute. Lots and lots more to go.
You're gonna love this next segment coming up. We'll do
that in one minute when I come back to stick around.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
And welcome on back. As we are starting out the
month of July. I hope everybody is doing well. We
should be doing well. We have the Supreme Court that
put the stop to these libtard judges, these federal judges

(23:03):
that are highly democratic, like Judge Boseburg that tried to
take over the executive branch. So the last avenue that
the Democrats had to try to stop President Trump and
his agenda and make the country fail. Their last avenue

(23:24):
they hoped for gone, I'm not a gone out ins
out of here. Ah. So yeah, hey, they're mad. They're saying, oh,
there's no more rule all in this country. It's like,
what because the Democratic district judges couldn't overstep their constitutional authority.

(23:47):
Oh my gosh, these Democrats are just unbelievable. But all right,
lots more ahead on the program, Go ahead and get
in to it.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
Some things seem strange and unbelievable, but by golly, it's true.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
But you know you can't make this stuff up.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Okay. So yeah, as we know the Democrats, they're just
they're horrible. I mean it's like I did hint before,
you know, in the last minute or so that yeah,
they think that, oh, the Supreme Court throughout the Constitution
and they're not following the constitution. Well it's the Democrats

(24:29):
that aren't. Okay, dicru judges can't stop the presidency on everything. Okay,
but that's just their way of thinking. But that's not
what this segment is about. There's a lot more stuff
with uh, well, it is about the Democrats, let's put
it that way. They're doing crazy things and you just

(24:57):
can't believe everything that they're doing. Okay, but okay, let's
backtrack a little bit. Okay, we had the Iranian bombing, right,
Democrats are mad because they didn't know about it, We

(25:18):
didn't brief them on it, and they couldn't stop. They
couldn't stop Trump and his agenda because you know, Democrats
would never have gone for that. They don't want Trump
to succeed. And if we had to rely on the Democrats, well,
well they probably would have gotten the votes anyway, because

(25:40):
Republicans have controlled the House and Senate. Democrats are mad
because they couldn't tip off h tip off Iran. And
if we had that the Democrats permission, they would they
would never grant it because they want Iran to use
those nuclear bombs. And then they can try to say, well,

(26:01):
president's Trump's fall, he didn't stop it, just to blame
it on him. Volt Yeah, so a democratic and no,
this is the thing. Democratic congresswoman from Texas, Jasmin Crocket,
who's been running her mouth lately, running her foul mouth,

(26:29):
was mad, you know, saying well, it wasn't Congress's decision.
She was saying it was supposed to be her decision
of whether we bombed Iran or in her words, it
was supposed to be my fin decision to bomb Iran.
Check this out here to.

Speaker 9 (26:48):
Understand enough about the constitution to the extent that I'm
the one that's supposed to make a find decision or
at least get a boat.

Speaker 10 (26:57):
Oh oh, that's horrible, But yeah, that's just what she says.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
Okay, And yeah, she's got a foul mouth on her.
And I'll take you back a little trip down memory
lane when she first came out of the woods and
you know, into the public spotlight started running her mouth.
She used her foul mouth when she called Governor Greg Abbott,

(27:34):
who's in a wheelchair, Governor hot wheels.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
You know, we got Governor hot wheels down there.

Speaker 9 (27:41):
Come on now, and the only thing hot about him
is that he is a hot ass mess.

Speaker 2 (27:49):
Whoa My gosh, Why isn't that like a Democrat? My gosh. Okay, So, okay,
got that out of the way. I just wanted to

(28:12):
expose her for her foul mouth and then her pride,
like I still can't believe that she said that Bomby.
I ran was supposed to be her decision. Well, no,
she's not the commander in chief. The Democrats saying that
they're supposed to be the ones running the country, and
there's a reason why they're not. But okay, there's a

(28:38):
lot of hypocrisy going on. So okay, well let me
back up. Well into a time when Barack Obama, you know,

(29:01):
struck Syria and he's may add military strikes and stuff.
Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the House, and she
was Nancy Pelosi was cut front of Hey, doesn't President
Barack Obama, doesn't he have to get congressional approval for things?
But Nancy, also a Democrat who was a Speaker of

(29:24):
the House of the time, says, no, he didn't have
to have our permission to do military strikes. Here she
said that.

Speaker 11 (29:35):
Alatam, leader, you're saying that the president did not need
authorization initially and still does not need any.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
Authorization from Congress.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
Wan Libya, Yes, thank you all very much.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
Yeah, so I guess that was okay. If Barack Obama
or a Democrat president does that, oh, they don't need
constant they don't need congressional proof. But only when a
Republican does it. See how that goes right there? Of

(30:11):
course Democrats will say, well that's a different story. Well
no it's not. Well that was broke then, no, it's
the same thing. It's either it's right or it's wrong.
And oh yeah, here's here's the other thing. Democrats are
mad saying, oh, Trump had no business doing that, He

(30:33):
had no business striking Iran. That was something we should
not have gotten into. Well, Democrats wanted to do that
before Trump. Mazouria one that had the fortitude to do it.
I mean, Bush could have done it, Bill Clinton could

(30:54):
have done it. Barack Obama and checked this out when
Hillary Clinton herself when she was running against Donald Trump
back in twenty sixteen. She didn't get elected, thank goodness,
but she said on the campaign trail that if she
became president, she would have bombed Iran.

Speaker 12 (31:19):
Want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president,
we will attack Iran. Whatever stage of development they might
be in their nuclear weapons program in the next ten years,
during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel,
we would be able to totally obliterate them. That's a
terrible thing to say that those people who run around

(31:41):
need to understand that because that perhaps will deter them
from doing something that would be reckless, foolish and tragic.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
Aha. So yeah, Democrats back then supported that, but they
don't support it now only because Donald Trump is president. See,
it's just like, no matter what good Trump does, Democrats
just don't like it. They're totally against Donald Trump with everything.

(32:12):
You know, Trump could save a child from drowning in
an ocean, Democrats would accuse him of starving the shirts.
You know. It's like, no matter what Trump does, Democrats
are gonna attack him. It's horrible. Yeah, Democrats they think
they can do whatever they want. But Trump tries to

(32:34):
fix the country or does something good, attack them on it.
My goodness, they need to stop, but they won't anyway.
Time for a break, second break in the program. Be
back in one minute. Will continue the topic. It's a
good one. We'll continue with that in one minute. I

(32:54):
come back, So let's stick around.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
Network Politics, News and current events. We do that better
than anyone.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio Network.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
And welcome on back. So grateful for everyone who's listening
from wherever you're listening from across America and throughout the world.
So grateful that you're here, So grateful that you're being
safe wherever you are, if you're anywhere here in America.
I'm going to be doing a lot better now that

(34:00):
all these liberal federal judges from across the land we're
told to shut up rather the Supreme Court and stop
trying to take over the executive branch and to stop
President Trump because now the agenda is going on right.
President Trump is continuing with his agenda. They're still working

(34:23):
on getting the big beautiful bill passed. It's being discussed
a lot now in Congress. There may be a lot
of changes made it. It'll probably take a little while.
They're hoping that he get it pass this week, but
we'll have to see how that's going to turn out.
So anyway, before the break, we're talking about just how

(34:49):
sick and twisted the Democrats out, how stupid they look.
They're doing all this stuff that's just ridiculous, and they're
not even been embarrassed about everything of their agenda and
everything that they're doing is getting exposed but they're not
embarrassed about it, and they keep doing about it. And
then they wonder why their approval rating is so low.

(35:13):
They wonder why they're losing elections. They're wondering why their
party is still in turmoil. They're wondering why that if
the elections were held today, they would lose again, and
they might lose in the midterms and Minnesota might flip

(35:33):
red next year. They're wondering why all that stuff is
going on. Well, ever, wonder why your party is still
far left. Americans don't like that anymore. Getting rid of
all the illegal immigrants that vote Democrat and without them,
their party is nothing. They know it. Americans don't vote

(35:54):
Democrat anymore, and they're doing nothing to fix it. So anyway,
the hipocrisy continues. Okay, but so before the break, they're
hypocrites on Oh, President Trump was wrong to attack I
ran and I just proved segment before the break that well,

(36:18):
Democrats once stood for that. Democrats wanted that to happen.
And they're like, oh, well, we wanted to happen. But
Trump was supposed to ask Congress he has to do that. Well,
Democrats didn't believe that they have to ask Congress every
time they have military strikes. You know, Barack Obama's done

(36:40):
stuff without that. Yeah, they're just a bunch of hypocrites.
So as we are talking about that, and I've talked
about this a lot on the show, but since we're
on topic, I'm just gonna reiterate this as far as
border security, right, the only reason why they want illegals

(37:05):
in this country is to get Democratic votes. We all
know that they don't want the illegals here either. Back
when Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were president, they put
a stop for it. That's why they're hypocrites. Here Again,
I played this many times, obvious, gonna do it once

(37:25):
more just because we're on the on the topic about
Democrats being hypocrites. Here is Bill Clinton at State of
the Union nineteen ninety five.

Speaker 11 (37:37):
All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected,
but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed
by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country.
The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens
or legal immigrants. The public service they use impost burdens
on our taxpayers. That's why our administration has moved aggressively

(37:59):
to secure we are our borders more by hiring a
record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as
many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on
illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens. In
the budget I will present to you, we will try
to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens
who are arrested for crimes, to better identify illegal aliens

(38:21):
in the workface, as recommended by the commission headed by
a former Congresswoman, Barbara Jordan. We are a nation of immigrants,
but we are also a nation of laws. It is
wrong and ultimately self defeating for a nation of immigrants
to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws
we have seen in recent years, and we must do

(38:43):
more to stop it.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
Yeah, Okay, that was Bill Clinton back in nineteen ninety five.
Democrats don't feel that way today, do they? When Barack
Obama was president, and he felt the same way too
back then.

Speaker 13 (39:03):
I continue to believe that the best way to solve
this problem is by working together to pass that kind
of common sense law. But until that happens, there are
actions I have the legal authority to take as president.
The same kinds of actions taken by Democratic and Republican
presidents before me that will help make our immigration system
more fair and more just. Tonight, I'm announcing those actions. First,

(39:31):
we'll build on our progress at the border with additional
resources for our law enforcement personnel so that they can
stem the flow of illegal crossings and speed the return
of those who do crossover. Second, I'll make it easier
and faster for high skilled immigrants, graduates, and entrepreneurs to
stay and contribute to our economy and so many business

(39:53):
leaders had proposed. Third, will take steps to deal responsibly
with the millions of undocumented immigrants who already live in
our country. I want to say more about this third
issue because it generates the most passion.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
Yeah, okay, well cut that off. But yeah, that's not
how Democrats feel today, is it. See there are a
bunch of hypocrites, they really are. And then, oh yeah,
when you get to this waste, fraud and abuse that
President Trump and the Republicans are cutting from our budget

(40:31):
and our spending. I covered this recently on the program
as well, But Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer in the
past have once stood for cutting waste, fraud, and abuse from.

Speaker 7 (40:52):
Our cannot keep our promises on Metica. We simply must
make the cuts some way fraud and abuse in Medicare
so that the benefits and the premiums are untouched. We
owe it to our seniors, We owe it to our country.

Speaker 14 (41:10):
When I hear my friend Dave Camp say you cannot
cut money out of Medicare, well, we don't want to
cut the good stuff that you point out or not
or prevent at the prevention. But if we're going to
let if one third, if what Senator Colburn says, that
one third of Medicare doesn't go to patient care, you
can't just get up there and say we don't want

(41:31):
to cut anything out of Medicare. We want to cut
the bad stuff and keep the good stuff.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Yeah see they once stood for that, but now Trump
wants to do it. Oh it's bad Democrats and they're spending.
Like I said, they just want Trump to fail, that's it.
But yeah, they're just a bunch of hypocrites. All right.
So speaking of hypocrites, all right, next topic, there's protests

(42:06):
again by Democrats at the US capital. This time they're
protesting everything. They're protesting the big beautiful Bill, they're protesting
the Supreme Courts decisions that favor President Trump. They're protesting
ice raids, they're protesting everything and birthright citizenship. They're just

(42:34):
they're protesting, and they're protesting at the capitol. Now, way,
it's not nearly as big as January sixth, but they're
protesting at the Capitol. They're going into the Capitol, they're
going into the Senate Office building. The police were making arrests.
Isn't that an insurrection? Isn't that similar to what happened

(42:54):
on January sixth, but just a smaller scope. Yeah, sure,
they add mouth the Republicans on January sixth, but look
at what they're doing. Okay, hypocrites again. And oh yeah,

(43:15):
before we go to break, I'm gonna get this out. Okay,
So we have a report. I got this online. I
didn't make this at all, but a reporter confronts a protester,

(43:40):
a Democrat about deportation of immigrants. But then when that
person was confronted about the deportations of Barack Obama and
Joe Biden, he froze. He sounded really stupid. Check this out.

(44:04):
You just got to listen to this for yourself. You're oh,
but did you vote for Obama and Biden did.

Speaker 10 (44:10):
Yeah, how do you feel about their deportations being day back,
they actually deported more people than Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (44:16):
Oh that's a good question, because I really wasn't paying
attention at that point, so I don't really, I couldn't.
I can't really say.

Speaker 7 (44:24):
I just.

Speaker 2 (44:27):
Okay, okay, So you are out there protesting and you
don't even know what you protested. Oh, Donald Trump's deporting people. Well,
what about your democratic president that's deported more than then

(44:49):
Trump is deported so far? Oh oh dude, I don't
know that. Okay, These Democrats don't even know what they're protesting, protesting,
just the protest because the Democratic cult leaders told them, Hey,
you have to protest Trump's passing this big beautiful bill.

(45:12):
You have to protest Trump's uh, deporting all of our
voters that we need. Oh, you have to get out
there and protest. We're not gonna tell you why. You
just have to get out there and protest, mister okay,
mister cult member. Yes, master, that's kind of how the

(45:32):
Democratic cult really is. My gosh, just totally unbelievable. But
that's a Democrat for you. Anyway. Time for a break,
last break at the program be back in one minute.
A couple more really great stories to go, and we'll

(45:55):
do that in one minute when I come back. So
stick around.

Speaker 3 (46:02):
You're listening to the Brian Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg
Radio Network.

Speaker 1 (46:22):
Politics, news and current events. We do that better than anyone.

Speaker 3 (46:27):
Great news stories, great insights. You're listening to the Brian
Wallenberg Show on the Wallenberg Radio.

Speaker 2 (46:33):
Network and welcome on back final stretch of the program
ahead of us. As we are hearing the end, I
hope everyone is going to have a great Fourth of
July celebration this Friday. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Upper Midwest.

(46:57):
From where I'm from, you seem to have a lot
of story lately. It's good for the vegetation and for
the environment. But hopefully no one's Fourth of July barbecues.
Get get rained out to celebrate America's independence, even though
the day is not about barbecues. It's about American independence

(47:20):
in our freedoms. We can celebrate. The holiday rests easier
that the Democrats' power that they didn't really have but
they're trying to exercise, got shut down. So I like it.
I like it. So anyway, a couple more great stories.

(47:44):
So let's go ahead and continue on.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
You never hear about the unusual news stories because you
won't find them on those six o'clock news.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
So we've prepared this segment called news the other guys
don't talk about.

Speaker 2 (48:00):
You know this next story, Well, you'll hear about it
on Fox and Newsmax. You won't hear this too much
on NBC ABC. The Liberals are trying to avoid this story.
I mean it is out there, but the Liberals are

(48:20):
trying to avoid this story. And there is an impeachment
and attempt on Donald Trump. Okay, they're trying the Democrats.
They want to impeach them on everything. They're looking for
any avenue that they can try and say, oh, he

(48:41):
did this, Oh we want to impeach him. Well, they
want to impeach him because he's a Republican and they
don't want a great Republican as president, so he doesn't
have to commit a crime. They want to impeach them,
and they and they make stuff up, well, President Trump
didn't follow the constitution, blah blah blah blah. So Representative

(49:05):
l Green, you know, the same guy that was physically
removed from Trump's State of the Union address earlier this
year by the Sergeant at arms for causing a disturbance
not letting presidents speak. Yeah, same guy anyway, he issued
articles of impeachment on Trump just and they're not even

(49:30):
voting on it. They've the House voted, actually did not
even take it up. The vote was three hundred and
forty four to seventy nine to block it, so which
means every Republican voted to block it, plus one hundred

(49:50):
and twenty eight Democrats. House Democrats voted to block it.
That's over half of the House Democrats. Only seventy nine
voted to bring it to the force, so it basically failed.
But yeah, you had al Green there that says, oh,

(50:11):
we have to uh impeach him, and I am issuing
articles of impeachment.

Speaker 9 (50:17):
I rise to give notice of my intention to raise
a question of the privileges of the House. The form
of the resolution is as follows, h Res five three
seven Impeaching Donald J. Trump, President of the United States,

(50:44):
for high crimes and misdemeanors. President Trump has devolved and
continues to devolve American democracy into authoritarianism by disregarding the
separation of powers and now usurping congressional war powers.

Speaker 1 (51:06):
In all this, Donald J.

Speaker 9 (51:09):
Trump has abused the powers of the presidency in a
manner contrary to his trust as president, has become a
threat to American democracy, subverted our constitutional government, and devolved

(51:30):
democracy into authoritarianism, to the great prejudice of the cause
of law and justice whatever, and to the manifest injury
of the people of the United States.

Speaker 4 (51:46):
Wherefore, Donald J.

Speaker 9 (51:49):
Trump, by such conduct, warrants impeachment.

Speaker 2 (51:56):
And trial.

Speaker 9 (51:59):
And removal from office.

Speaker 2 (52:01):
Oh my gosh, you know, haven't you caused enough trouble
for one year? Well that failed miserably, So nope, he's
not going to be removed, all right. So next up,
another story that's not getting any attention out there is Okay,

(52:25):
in the state of Wisconsin. You know that state is
turning red like Minnesota, looks like that's going to be doing.
It's a swing state. It voted red in the last election,
has a Democrat governor, but it has a little bit

(52:46):
of a liberal majority on the Supreme Court. There's like
four Democrat justices and then three Conservatives. It was them
that voted to have District Judge Hannah Dugan removed from
the bench while she's being prosecuted for harboring an illegal alien.

(53:12):
Remember that. But the Wisconsin Supreme Court came out and
sided with Republicans that the Democrats cannot have their congressional
districts redrawn. The Democrats claim that the congressional districts in Wisconsin,

(53:36):
the way the boundaries are drawn favors Republicans and they
want it redrawn, so some of their districts go Democrats.
That's what they want, you know that. Ha's that battle
going on. Wisconsin Supreme Court said nope, leave him as is,

(53:59):
so basically sided with Republicans. That story is not getting
a lot of media attention. I mean it is probably locally,
but nationally the ones that have it would be Fox News, Newsmax.
You're not getting that from ABC and NBC. Again, so

(54:21):
the liberal news agencies, they're not covering that, and they're
not covering that impeachment vote that failed miserably. You know,
these liberal news organizations, they just think that if they
ignore it, they just think that the whole story goes away.

(54:42):
It didn't happen because they didn't report on it. But yeah,
these Democrats they're losing, they're losing miserably. Still can't believe
so many Democrats in the House the side of the
vote against impeaching Donald Trump. I think they're all getting

(55:03):
the idea not to fight against Donald Trump or the
MAGA movement. Are they all listening to my show? Probably so,
But either way, it's just yeah, Democrats are losing. You know,

(55:25):
the rest of them need to get on the bandwagon
here because you're going to continue to lose and lose
elections until you get off from this far left agenda
and quit acting like nutcases and help Republicans save the country.
It's the best thing they can do. But they won't.

(55:46):
All Right, one more quick story before we end, go
and get right to it.

Speaker 1 (55:51):
People do crazy things, but karma always catches.

Speaker 3 (55:55):
Up with them, and as the saying goes, serves you right.

Speaker 2 (56:00):
All right, So we have okay, we still have protests
that go that go on across the country, not just Washington, DC,
but in several other places around the country. And one
of the things that protesters like to do is block traffic.

(56:24):
They think that they have a right to do because
they're protesting. Well, they don't, okay. Governor Rhna Santis down
in Florida said that if you're if well, if they're
blogging traffic well, and only if you feel that your
life is in danger, Like if a dozen protesters come
up to your car with baseball bats and you feel

(56:45):
you know that your life is in danger, you're in
great harm, you can run them over to get out
of there, because you have a right to defend yourself.
But even if the protests really aren't that violent, they
think that they have a right to block traffic. Blocking
traffic technically is illegal no matter what. But protesters, you know,

(57:11):
especially Democrat protesters, they just think that they have a
right to do that simply because they're protesting. So we Yeah,
I got this online from one of the news agencies,
some local TV station, I'm not sure where it was,

(57:34):
but there's a protester blocking traffic, and you know, some
guy had to get to his house or his apartment
and they're blocking traffic. So the car hit him. I
mean not hard. I mean it wasn't intent to kill
him or anything. Just bump into him and injure him

(57:54):
and basically just say, hey, you know, get out of
the road, dude. Protester doesn't understand why this happened. I
got the audio a vima play it. This is very interesting. So,
uh check this out here he comes, you have a.

Speaker 8 (58:14):
Can in the car.

Speaker 15 (58:20):
Every other day somebody is showing up with the gum,
somebody's trying to drive through the crowd.

Speaker 16 (58:25):
For several days, Nick has joined protesters outside Portland's ice facility,
a mid growing hostility. Then Wednesday night this happened. Nick
took the video.

Speaker 15 (58:37):
I was in shock, to be honest.

Speaker 3 (58:39):
He says.

Speaker 16 (58:39):
The incident started when the driver of the car confronted
protesters for blocking the way to his home.

Speaker 15 (58:44):
He lives there, so it was like, you know, my bad.
I get that this is probably frustrating. Yeah, and so
we let him go.

Speaker 2 (58:51):
You know, to his apartment.

Speaker 16 (58:52):
About five minutes later, Nick says, the guy returned in
his car, and.

Speaker 17 (58:56):
Then he came up to us and told us that
we weren't letting him leave, despite nobody standing in front
of him or anything. We're being called terrorists by the
Department of Homeland Security, and we're being dehumanized in a
way that makes it okay for people to come do
what that guy did. We need people to know that

(59:17):
we're just people who care about our community.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
Well, if you care about your community, quit stopping people
from going home. Quit stopping people from going to work.
Quit pissing everybody off around you in your community. You
care about your community. And he says, oh, we're being
called terrorist by the permit Homeland Security. Well you are

(59:42):
domestic terrorism. Okay, that is not a peaceful protest. I
just can't believe that guy's saying that. Okay, it's totally ridiculous. Yeah, yeah,

(01:00:02):
you are doing something wrong. You're being dehumanized. What do
you want them to do? You're protesting. What do you
want them to do? Roll out the red carpet, have
a king come out and knight you and give you
a glorification and have the government grant your request or

(01:00:23):
whatever you're protesting, you know, becomes law and bow down
to you like you're some kind of superior being. Being dehumanized.
You're dehumanizing everyone else by blocking traffic. It's ridiculous. Get
out of the road. My goodness, that is not peaceful
protest when you do it. I don't care if the

(01:00:45):
Democrat cult is telling you it is not okay for
a car just to kind of back Indian bump you
just knock you down or whatever. You know. I don't
know is it legal? Well, you have a right to
defend yourself. I mean, maybe that part wasn't. But I'll

(01:01:07):
tell you something. You're asking for it, Okay, you're asking
for it flat out, Okay, flat out stop doing that, Okay,
trying to make the world a better place while you're

(01:01:28):
not by doing what you're doing. There's better ways to
protest and get your point out because the government's not
you know, Trump's not gonna stop deporting illgals or whatever
you're protesting. They're not going to change it because you're
blocking traffic and hurting innocent people. But that's the Democrat

(01:01:49):
way of thinking. Okay, this is why liberalism is sinking
in America. And instead of changing their way and changing
their ways to improve themselves, like what, we gotta import
voters from Mexico to compensate for that. It's just just

(01:02:14):
totally ridiculous, but that's how they are. Anyway, that's gonna
do for me. I am out of here. We'll be
back next week with an all new episode. Hopefully we'll
have more updates on what's going on with the Big
Beautiful Bill. If it passes by then I'll bring it
to you. So have a great week, everybody, Stay safe,
