Speaker 1 (00:00):
Whatever it wants. Get out the insurance cards, get out
(00:05):
the copays.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
The office is open, my friends, brought to you by.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
So let's get to it. What's up, everybody.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
It's heat over one and I'm ready to bring the
pain for you and doctor Rhoder this week, the Fight
Club of Pain is open. Two week layoff, one week layoff,
whatever way you want to look at it.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Dan, how you doing, buddy?
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Oh man, I'm tired like always, but I'm ready for this.
I'm ready for this.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
I know, I know, man, things things can get change
at any moment at work, right and then all of
a sudden it seems like you're the only guy around.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
So crazy, so crazy. But everybody that's new to the
fight Cup of Pain. Of course, what we talk about
is the UFC UFC only it's just what we do.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
We focus on four fight It's four fights that luckily
didn't have any shenanigans.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
One of them did, but that's okay.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
We'll stick to that because those are the four fights
that we have been looking at the longest.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
And I you know what.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Sucks is that I wasted a lot of time, at
least over the past two weeks looking at some of
these soup cans, and and now they're not even fighting
because their visas didn't work or whatnot.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Man, Yeah, bro, you know.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
Yeah, I'm tired of these lame UFC cords that they're
just I feel like they should pay me to watch
these fights. Sometimes.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
I as long as they throw it in with the
Disney package, we're good.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
We're good. Yeah, right.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
If I had to pay twenty bucks to do this,
I don't know you would have to pay me.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
In any way.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
We mentioned them so much that ESPN's honestly sponsors to
the Fight Club of Pain because we have a cooler
fight We have a cooler name than any other podcast
out there that covers the UFC.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Nobody has called themselves the Fight Club of Pain because
we put the pine. Yeah, y'all walked it.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
But why we want to talk about We want before
we get into the bets, before we get into the fights,
and before of course we do our DFS picks. At
the end of the show, I'll do my lineup. Dan
does a live lineup unless he's got it ready already,
and that's okay, we'll do it live anyway. We'll just
throw something together because that's the fun of it. That's
the fun of what we're doing. And so many of
(02:23):
these fights can go either way. And now that some
of the fights have changed, like some have become one sided,
some have actually became a little more even and so
that actually happened in one of the fights. So that's
that's the cool thing to do. And that's when, you know,
the one of the fights were covering. So that being said,
what i want to say and what I've been talking
(02:43):
about and what I've noticed since taking over and doing
the Fight Club of Pain with Dan and everybody else
in the club that weighs in and gives their messages
and doesn't come on the live show, I'm calling all
of you all out. Y'all have to come on. I'm
talking about Jonathan anybody, Oh y'all. I mean Jonathan was
on the one time, so at least Jonathan came on.
(03:04):
But we got to get more of y'all into this,
more of it. So anyway, before they all get here,
because that'll just be a wild time. There could be
like eight of us in this room.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Right.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
I want to talk about how the sites are behind
on dfs for UFC. Now, we talked about that briefly
for our NFL show a couple of weeks ago with
ed and you know what did you take from that?
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Dan Uh?
Speaker 2 (03:32):
I don't know, man the site that the sites are
a little iffy sometimes.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
So what is going on is as as of today,
FanDuel released their numbers. DraftKings had those out now. FanDuel,
of course the money lines were out. The money lines
didn't come out to earlier in the week. The DFS
lineups didn't.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Go live till yesterday late.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
So like literally when I when I joined the DFS slate,
it was like twenty six people. Now FanDuel or DraftKings
has had theirs out a couple of days earlier. But
what has happened is, and I know that they're not
all that behind the times. So before I start wrapping
you out FanDuel and DraftKings, I noticed that you guys
(04:13):
aren't releasing your lineups till later in the week, especially
you FanDuel.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
You are waiting a while.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
And it's for reasons like this, with all of the
fights canceled because of what happened, and then people filling in,
I mean people like of course now we have Billy
ray gofffighting Ramierz Brahmanage right so now, and those two
guys were supposed to fight, so you know, that was
one of the picks. And then you have you have
(04:42):
Trevin Giles now fighting Gustason and which a lot of
people still feel up and down about that. You have
as of yesterday, literally as of yesterday, Michael Aswell is
facing Bilogie Oki now and it's just totally thrown off.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
So I'm not to.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Say that it kind of the way that these fights
happened and canceled all the way up until yesterday, I
can't blame them for waiting. But at the same time,
let's get some numbers out there, let's get some ideas,
let's get some feels. You know, we already caught FanDuel
already canceling a contest on Friday. So when we say
(05:20):
that you guys are behind in times, you're behind in times, and.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
You're scared shitless.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
All the DFS sites are scared shitless because they can't
And most of these guys aren't real fighters. They're not
people that are active in the ring. And if they are,
I'm proud of you. But at the same time, yes,
I'm on a soapbox right now before we get into it,
But if you're What makes UFC dfs more unique than
(05:46):
NFL dfs, MLB dfs, NHL dfs, and NBA dfs is
the fact that at any one moment, a fight can change.
Any one moment, a stoppage can happen. We talk about this,
but this is a vital thing that's being overlooked in
the DFS sports.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Dan, I know you know a little bit about that.
What's up with the fight theory?
Speaker 3 (06:09):
Like compared towards football, Like why, what do you think
is the difference? Like, if you're gonna put your money
down on something, what would you do?
Speaker 2 (06:17):
I would, truthfully, with the UFC, I'd do my homework. Man.
You have to actually know these fighters and know where
they're coming from, or watch us one of the two,
watch us and get watch us and get some pointers.
But you actually have to know what's going on because I,
like you said, like you said, any fight could stop
at any time, anytime. Yeah, I had one second someone
(06:40):
could be winning, the next second they're out cold.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Exactly what happened this weekend.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Unfortunately, you know to you know my daughter, it just
is one of those moments. And we're fighters, and we're
point fighters, and I went in and I dominated, but
you know, and there was some ref problems I had.
I got actually yelled at online because and that's okay,
because I deserved it. Because I think, you know, if
you win to fights and you extend your championship and
(07:07):
you are the try State champion, the blitz king himself, mister.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Pete overrode, Oh yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
Right, if you're gonna do that.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Sometimes you do get a little full of yourself.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
And so when you don't get a perfect call or something,
or somebody tells you they kick him in the butt,
but you really kicked him on the side right under
the armpit for the point. You know, you get a
little mad about that. But then you got to keep that.
You gotta leave that in the thing, because again, this.
Speaker 1 (07:35):
Is martial arts. We should be showing respect, we should
be humble.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
So that's the fight theory that kind of needs that
ask that people have to understand that we're going at
you as a former boxer, you know, me as a
current point fighter.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
I'm seeing punches.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
I literally thought somebody knew for the first time. Unfortunately,
I did walk through Robert. I won thirteen to three,
not the mercy rule, but I was nice to I
did not use my clubb laying tech techniques and go
running through him. I actually let him be the more
aggressive fighter, let him. I mean, that's kind of bold,
but it's what happened, and I was able to take
(08:12):
him apart, and you know, both of us leave not sore,
not bruised up, not battered out of that fight. So
you know, that's something that was missing for me last
year where I was running through and I was training
fuls and I was getting knocked outs. You know, in
this sport, it's not you don't want the knockout. That
shows that you have no control over your power, honestly,
Whereas a UFC you have to knock your guy out.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
So yeah, boxing you got to knock your guy out.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
But in karate, in point fighting, in some tournaments not
all because you know sport karate, it is for the knockout.
And that's what a lot of people have made. So
that's the comparison and that's the expertise that Dan was
talking about that brings it. But you know a lot
of these sites don't have people like us, and that's
what's taking over.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
And as we started it, this whole thing and getting in.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
Before I pore everybody out of here and start getting numbers.
That is why they're all behind. That is why they're
scared of people like us. Since we took over. Fanduly
used to drop their stuff earlier in the week, Mondays.
And I'm not just blaming this week. It's every week now, Fandel,
I got you.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
It's okay.
Speaker 3 (09:12):
I understand you still love us and you still love
our money, but we love winning on your site. Yeah right,
So with that being said, we get it, we understand.
But I'm gonna say, I'm gonna say, Dan and I
get a little pat on the back because I'm pretty
sure the UFC sheriffs have changed the whole landscape and
(09:33):
that is how you bring the purn to the sport
books and the competition.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Okay, let's get to it.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
Let's get crazy, let's get wild, and let's talk some
fight theory.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Dan, I know you're ready. I was on it. I
thought I just wanted to get that out and get
it in.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
All right, we have Jeffelle Philo verse Alan not Cemento.
Speaker 2 (10:02):
Tell me what, yes, Ah, Philo Filo or how however
he pronounce his name. He has a lot of momentum
right now. He has back to back first round submission
wins in his last two fights. Uh. He has beautiful
and slick wrestling in a very high level BJJ. Man,
(10:22):
he has potential and he knows how to finish fights.
He's four and one in his last five and uh,
Nomento needs to left. Watch out for that left hook
because he has a mean left hook.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
He does. You're correct, and.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Nomento hasn't fought in two years though.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
No, no, he has not. He's taking some time off.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
It's because this fight was actually scheduled about a year ago,
and even then he was about a year and a
half or so out.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
Don't don't quote to it.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
People were just I take punches every week, right, So, yeah,
he took some time off and now this sticks it.
But even then it was probably gonna be the favorite then.
Right now he's right there, he's he's actually the underdog.
But I don't mind him being the underdog because this
is a close fight.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
But go on, man, Uh, yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
He hasn't fought in two gears. I mean, he's also
a skilled grappler and he has a great fight I Q.
He does like the he likes to fight out of
his guard on his back. Man and and he could
scramble with the best in the division. What I saw
from Phillow is this is just wrestler versus wrestler right now.
(11:37):
It's it's BJJ, it's it's it's grappling right now, and
that's all it is.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
You think this.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
Anything, man, I don't think it's gonna be a I
don't think it's gonna be a hug fest though.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
You don't think so. I mean is famous for humping.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he's.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Women in the ring. Actually, yeah, talk to gone.
Speaker 3 (12:03):
This man latches onto you and he's like freaking glue. Man,
he's not getting off of you.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
Yeah, he's like having a spider monkey on your back.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
You just don't want them there.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
So I'm I'm I'm gonna agree with you on that
too as well too as that, you know, I think
Philo is the more active of the two fighters. I
think he has the better hands of the two. Because
of that, I want, I definitely I love the Philo
side of this. So for me, when you see all
that and you see the more activity, I mean, I
will say Nasa Mentu does try to use his sweeps
(12:38):
a lot. He does, so that's that's good and of course,
but those sweeps are just so he can try to
wrestle you down and get the BJJ going. But I
think you could be right. They both could be scared
to get down on the ground, or not scared but
just don't want to go that tactic. This gets stand
up for a little while until one of them figures
out that they might be losing, and then they're gonna
go for that BJJ.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Do you see a finish in this or do you
see a going decision?
Speaker 2 (13:01):
I do not see a finish. I see Phil Hoo
winning by decision.
Speaker 3 (13:06):
And you know I got Phil Hoo winning too, and
I do have the decision decision is the actual method
that we're going to go with this? However, you know,
on the like Club of Pain, I was already looking
at some things, so before I go to the go
a little bit on, I do want to say that
what I don't like about Nasamento, and this is what
leads to, you know, hump a mania, is his takedown
(13:29):
defense is sixteen percent. Yeah, his average is at least
one and a half a fight, but overall, man, his
accuracy sucks too, which will play into Phil Hoo's defense,
which is at fifty five percent, So therefore, I mean
he's a little at his strikes are a little up,
but phil Hoo doesn't absorb that much, so that's gonna
(13:50):
come down.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
I think they're gonna be that.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
I like what you're saying, but I'm gonna say I
don't mind the Phil ho second round knockout, Wow, sixteen
hundred plus sixteen hundred. If you want to seya, that's
a one to two. Is this plus six hundred? A
two to three is a plus one thousand, and knockout
period before between either fighter, even though they're both BJJ
(14:17):
guys is a plus three thirty. I don't mind that
at no, But don't think I ain't thinking about nessmento
sub second and third round is plus one thousand. But
you're easily playing the over two and a half in
the distance with their money lines on this pick.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
Oh man, I love it, dude.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
So I mean that's actually the most even fight that
we actually have, because now we're not gonna get more
even than uneven then Billy ray Side oh golf golf
calling Billy Ray goff right verse romys Rahim naj Where.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
Dude, oh man ah, Billy Ray goff Man he lost
his last fight. It was a hard fought contest man
against Trey Waters.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
I thought he won two rounds, but yeah, he got
he didn't.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
It's like when you're in the heat of the moment,
you're like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, and then you're
like wait a minute, then yeah, and you're like yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
He has a great gas tank, has relentless pressure, and
he's very durable man. He has a very high striking
output output, and he has an aggressive style. Plus he
has a one takedown defense. Whoa and brahamas Uh. He
(15:45):
just got his first UFC win by knocking out Mickey
Gall you know, a couple of months ago.
Speaker 1 (15:50):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
He has the superior grappling in this. We both know
that he's getting better with his stand up. But he
I mean, it's nothing, it's nothing great. Nope, he'll he'll
look to mixing takedowns to get Golf off his rhythm
and try to clinch against the fence. Yep, He's gonna
(16:13):
try to hold Golf the whole fight.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Yeah, And I think that what I don't like about
about of course, even though you brought up the knockout,
which is amazing.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
What I don't like about brahimage is that he.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
Actually absorbs more punishment, the fact that he's a four
point oh four on the absorb but at two point
twenty six, when you're looking at an eight point five
to six, at a five point seven to one, even
when you do the numbers away, you're looking at Billy
ray Goff, I gotta find it.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
I've gotta find in that.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
Brg Right, we're looking at him at least landing two
extra punches per minute. Are those punches gonna be the
knockout punches?
Speaker 1 (16:55):
Man? How do you see this fight going down the distance?
Speaker 2 (16:59):
My prediction, and I think Gof's gonna turn it on
because he has the better gas tank. I think he's
gonna turn it on in TK in the third round.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
WHOA wait, all right, now, that's what I.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
Like to hear, because we already know that I've already
got okay, they're trying to tell me I got my
location restrictions going again. But so what I do have
is golf in the second and third round is a
plus three twenty and so that that rate there I
already have from the go, and then I also have
You don't think that I don't play out right, So
(17:34):
even even on the side I got brock homage. I
have the knockout for the total fight is a plus
one ten for both fighters. That that being said, of course,
I've already thought about something else on this fight, and
you said you get the knockout fight right, you said
third round knockout right?
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Third round?
Speaker 3 (17:52):
Yeah, okay, let's go right to it, because you know
they just try to mess with.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Me, so we'll get that. Bam. I got that.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
I can't believe I don't have that though, because I
think I played that third rounds he ko by decision
method of round. Dude. Oh man, you guys be kidding me.
It's a plus one thousand. It's a plus one thousand.
People get that plus one thousand. You know That's that's
what it's about, right there. So we both have golf
I know that, and and like I said, so the
(18:25):
plus one thousand.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
I can't believe I didn't have that one.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
I'm just I went for those those combo rounds because
the combo rounds is golfs. First and second is a
two hundred, and the second and third is a three seventy. Now, man,
that went up that went up fifty, that went up
fifty so I'm definitely taking it now. That went up
like that, So for me, I'm gonna say it too.
Goff is highly active. We've explained that we got he's
(18:51):
got great defense. But what I did like about this
is that both these fighters both had their fighters, you know, cancel.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
And then they just they got together to make this
fight happen.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
So at least both fighters have a chance in this
fight because they kind of both had a camp going
into this.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
This isn't gonna be something.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
Like what you saw, like what's going on with Gustason
and Giles. Even though some people think that Giles is
probably the better fighter, Gustafson's gonna run through him. He's
literally gonna run through him. So I definitely have some
knockout props on Augustus in because you know, when you
look at the whole the land scene and what happened
to this card and all these like all these scribbles
(19:33):
I had to make right there, that that that changed
the entire landscape. So for me, if you're gonna make
money this week, you're gonna find the money here. And
that's why I again we picked these four fights, is
there is money to be made on these four fights.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
There is so many different angles you could go at them.
Because even though we.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
Had the two BJ jays with Philo and Nasamento, now
we have the striker and golf with a little more
on the a wrestler's side with.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
I'd be good, right, Okay, that's that's to me. That
gives it.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
So let's get to another one. Let's get to the
comin event. Let's get to Matteo's gam rod first, Ludvig
Klein talk to a stand all.
Speaker 2 (20:24):
Right, gam rock man. He's a he's an elite wrestler.
He has a great pace and he has the cardio
to match man. He is awkward yet effective striking like
he's so awkward when he comes in.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
Ah.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
He sets up his takedowns and clinches with that awkwardness.
But he has been dropped or wobbled in several fights.
In several of his last fights, Climb, he's on a
four fight winning street man. Uh. He hasn't faked faced
any top ranked fighters. Though he's a power You're right,
(21:00):
it's a powerful striker, great great takedown defense. He's smart, technical,
and he's quick on his feet. This is the classic
wrestler verse striker match man.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
I love the way this is it because we know
the we know the main event's gonna be fun. But
you know, so here we go. We got gam Rock
right again, awesome wrestler. So really, if you want to
do and I do think he's gonna do this, if
you can find this, find this line takedowns plus one
right you want to play game Rock takedowns. I do
(21:36):
think that he will be able to take down Klein.
But Klein is actually really good at with his defense.
As I pull that up right now, that that to
me with the Kleins like he's the kind of guy
that he battles out of the clinch instead of clinching
and trying to get out of the takedown. He kind
(21:57):
of hits his way out of that. So for me,
I mean, he's got a ninety one overall, but so
does gam Rock. So almost feels like if either one
of them cannot take the other one down, Gamrock's at
a serious disadvantage. But I do still feel that he's
gonna get that takedown. He's got the the experience, he's
(22:19):
been in the ring with better people. I mean, you know,
you could even say Ludvig Klein is kind of like
Raphael Vazeve in this way, you know, and we know
that you know, unfortunately got injured in that fight with yeah, Gamrock,
but but if Zive was lighting him up as well too,
and he has decent takedown defense as well too. So
(22:42):
I still think that Gamrock can get that one plus takedown,
which is easy money.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
I mean, he's got a whole fight to do.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
It, and Klein can definitely get taken down. But I
think when it gets down, Klein's gonna get backed up.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
But overall, I don't see this going the distance. Man,
what about you?
Speaker 2 (23:01):
I disagree. I think it's going to distance. I got
Gamera up by decision, Gamra up by decision.
Speaker 3 (23:09):
You know, it doesn't surprise me that you're a game
Rock guy, you know. I I I'm trying to be
flashy because when I saw game Rock, this is the
first time I'm gonna watch him live. And you know again, yes,
I know, I'm a baby to the UFC because I
didn't watch it consistently and I'm a I'm a football hero,
but I'm the same time I look at the I
(23:32):
look at the Gamera out side, and it was my
first side.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
I was like Gameracks winning.
Speaker 3 (23:35):
But then I looked more at Kline, and I looked
at the way he likes to battle out, and I
think that if he gets if gam Rock misses one
of those takedowns badly and Klein's able to hit, and
Kline has enough power, then he's gonna be able to
knock him out.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
No, will the fight got the distance? The books think so, yes,
they think it's gonna go to the distance.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
Right now now as it stands, I'm pulling up gam
rot with with distance is a negative one sixteen, negative
one sixteens. That means that's that's such a heavy. That's
a heavy favor and that's a heavy. That's a heavy
for a parlay too. But at the same time, for me,
when I'm looking back at it, that's where.
Speaker 1 (24:21):
This fight could go.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
If client can't get that knockout, if they just kind
of wrestle around and push up against the cage and
nothing really gets what could be one of the more
exciting fights of the night could become one of the
more boring fights of the night.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Do you agree with that statement?
Speaker 2 (24:39):
Damn, I yeah, I agree with that. Gamrock's not He's not.
He never puts on a boring fight. Though, and even
though he wrestles a lot, he's always busy and he's
always trying to he's always trying to get past your defense,
and he's he's always trying to progress.
Speaker 3 (24:54):
So I do you think it's chin is questionable at
this point?
Speaker 2 (25:00):
Oh yeah, he gets wabbled. He gets wabbled in every
fight that he's in. But I think he has the
cardio to withstand that.
Speaker 3 (25:09):
And you know, I'll agree with that cardio two again,
being in the ring with some of the best of
them in his division lightweight, of course, he knows how
to He's already conditioned to go three rounds and so
for me, that's that's huge, that's huge.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
So that's why of course the distance.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
Of course, we all know I'm an insane oh boy,
and I love to do insane stuff. So Kleine under
is a plus one thirty four plus one ninety six
gives you a plus three to oh one on the
client side.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
And I'll tell you why.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
I do think Gamrock is going to get caught in
this one. And what's really gonna work for Klein is now,
you do wanna you do want to cover yourself with
the overs. Of course, I already have the bets in
both fighters. I'm gonna we're all gonna win some money
with both those lineups, right, and that's how it's gonna go.
But right now, Climb knockout alone is a plus four thirty,
(26:07):
and Climb the under now being his second and third
round knockout is a nine hundred, So I don't know
if he can get the first round knockout. I mean,
it's lucky if if you get a first of a
one in a two, which is kind of crazy because
his single knockout is a four to thirty, but his
one int two is a six hundred, so you're almost
(26:29):
baited into taking the culmination rounds. Haha, cat chick, fandle
That's what I do.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Hey, they hate me.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
They hate me, So I mean literally, you could buy
two rounds for more than a knockout itself.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
Right.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
So, but if we were to go, you know, if
we were that's just regular knockout the whole fight though, Okay,
we're not guessing anything.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
I get why it's a little different.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
But if we were to go, of course, if I
was gonna go knockout and round, I always like the
second round. I'm gonna go second round so I'm gonna
go climb knockout second round plus fifteen hundred again big money.
That's what we want to do. We want to bring
out the big numbers for all of you. But I'm
(27:14):
taking clin That's my guy. That's what we're doing. And hey,
I mean, we've been together this whole way. We gotta
have a little separation. So we'll get to more separation.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Why why not, Dan, Let's get to the main events.
In this corner.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
We got Aaron blanche Field, the number four ranked flyweight
Women's Fighting Champions.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Of nothing Yet. You gotta get there, blanch Field. And
we got Macy Barber, the number five ranked flyweight. This
girl throws bombs, Dan, let's talk about it all right.
Speaker 2 (27:56):
Well, I'll start with Blanchfield. Man. She's physical and a
determined wrestler, which I mean determined because she keeps shooting
no matter what she will, she is determined to get
that take down. Yeah, she has an iron chin, she
really does. She gets caught by almost everyone she fights,
(28:18):
and she's never been finished. But with that being said,
she's not a great striker. She is decent boxing, but
she's not a great striker. She is seven and one
in the UFC since twenty twenty one.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Though.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
She's a dangerous submission specialist, and she'll look to clinch
and try to get this to the ground as fast
as she can.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
I agree with that man.
Speaker 2 (28:45):
And Macey Barber, all right, Macy Barber, she's violent. She
is the female justin gaegee.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Okay, okay, I agree with that.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Go on, brother, all right. She loves to push a
fast pace. She's a quick storter. She has a good chin,
and she wants to keep it standing because all she
does is cause constant pressure. Right. She never takes a
step back, and she blitches with reckless abandon.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
Sounds familiar.
Speaker 2 (29:18):
Yeah, she blitzes with reckless abandon. She's also nine and
two in the UFC on a six fight winning streak.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Dude, you couldn't have nailed that any better.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
Again you have, Okay, So both fighters are definitely well rounded,
but we're given the striking is clearly Barber.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Dude. She pushes on the cage and she throws bombs.
She throws bombs, dude, And it's.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
Insane then, and that's that's what you want to see again,
that's why you make you made the comparison to the
highlight Y and.
Speaker 1 (29:56):
Then Blanchfield.
Speaker 3 (29:57):
She has a sick, chaotic desire to wrap your damn
arm up. When I was doing all of my all
of the fight watching so many of her fights, I
couldn't believe some of the shit you pulled off. And
then after a while I was getting used to it,
and I was like, wait a minute, oh there, yep,
there it is tap, and I'm just like, holy crap, dude.
(30:18):
Like she she goes for the cross top position. You know,
of course, you know we.
Speaker 2 (30:23):
Yeah, the crucifix. She always goes, let's let's.
Speaker 3 (30:27):
Let's get that ufc lingo right, heat override, yeah right.
And and for all the people that don't know what
that means, that's why you come to the fight Club
of Pain every single week to get your juice of facts.
Speaker 1 (30:39):
Yeah right. So she gots it.
Speaker 3 (30:42):
So again, if she gets down, he gets If she
gets Barbara down, I don't know if Barbara will be
able to defend off those those those submissions. And I
know that, you know, when you look at it, Barbara can.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
Barbara can scramble though she's she's she's good at getting
up off her back.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
She is, and I mean she had she does have
a fifty three takedown accuracy or non accuracy defense for
a reason, you know, And her accuracy isn't bad either,
which is actually kind of crazy because Blanchefield's accuracy is worse,
but that's only because we all know that, you know,
there's less attempts. But at the same time, a forty
three to a thirty one is crazy. So if Barbara
(31:25):
wanted to go against the grain, like when we saw
blah Mohammad, do go against the grain, ditch the wrestling
of course, her ditching the slugging and try to take
it to Blanchfield. Do you think that might throw Blanchefield
off if she if Blanchfield was to get on her back.
Speaker 2 (31:43):
Yes, yes, I agree, it would throw her off. But
I don't know. I actually like this fight. This is
this is my fight. This is my favorite fight of
the night.
Speaker 3 (31:58):
Yeah, I mean, it's probably for a lot of people.
It's probably the only fight anybody wants to watch. I mean,
and definitely like that. But at the same time, this
is what you get when you get ranked opponents fighting.
Speaker 1 (32:09):
You get great shit. And next week we're gonna have
an amazing, amazing.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
Card, right because we got the event. But it's like
I'm looking at it right now, and so we'll go
into the numbers.
Speaker 1 (32:21):
And this is where I'm kind of going with this.
Speaker 3 (32:23):
Blanchefield submission in the second, third, fourth round is a
plus eight point fifty. Now Macy Barber wins this and
wins this bast because Blanchfield, I feel of the two,
should have the better gas tank since she's fought the
better opponents.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
But I can't. I can't take.
Speaker 3 (32:41):
Away from Barber either, but I think Barber one two
three for plus eight hundred knockout is clearly a great bet. Now,
I do want to bring up that Barber is strong,
and I said this to you last last week that
when I watched Blanchfield verse Rod, Faraut's.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
One of the biggest in this division.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
She is one of the best or one of the
better ones in this division. And like you said, Blinschield
just ran at her ass and got slugged up the
whole time and she and she absorbed and ate all
of it, all of it.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
So it just makes me feel.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
That that Barber doesn't have the power that Farrott has.
And now, yes, okay, okay, what do you see then?
What do you think? What do you what's the combo.
What do you do You think this is going to
happen against the cage or you think she's gonna be
able to get her out in the open octagon.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
I think it starts on feet, and I think Barber
actually gets a takedown, and I think she wins by
third round t k O by grounded pounds.
Speaker 3 (33:47):
Okay, okay, and the and that and that's and and
that's where I'm going with her too, And I have
those bets. I already have those bets, because why wouldn't
you have those bets. Like a lot of these fights,
they think they're gonna go the distance, right, And this
is another one where you know, like when you go
in and you look at the distance and you go, oh,
well we'll go to the distance and it goes, yes,
(34:09):
you got a two hundred. But if it doesn't go distance,
the plus one fifty four. I just think that both
these girls got something to prove.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
Right now, you got four verse five.
Speaker 3 (34:17):
If five wants to beat four, takeover four, improve why
she should be one of the new and upcoming stars
to take and fight the champion. Then she needs to
prove this now, she needs to be able to take
one of the best one of deep best in her
division at grappling, at submissions, being able to get those
submissions in blanche Field and put her down. But if
Blanchfield can get this win over Barber, then it kind
(34:42):
of makes me feel like she might be able to
get a nod for that next title shot. She may
not be able to, but I'm if Barber gets that one.
What do you do you say?
Speaker 2 (34:52):
I think this is a title eliminator. Man, right here,
I think whoever wins this gets the next shot.
Speaker 1 (34:58):
I agree with that.
Speaker 3 (34:59):
I really like that, that theory on that, and you
know it's just to me right here, this is that's
what makes this match so special, so riveting, so much
that we want to watch it, we want to bet
on it, and we want a great fight.
Speaker 1 (35:15):
So who you got winning?
Speaker 2 (35:17):
I got Macy Barber winning by third round.
Speaker 3 (35:20):
T KO, third round t k oh, and we're gonna
go for that.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
Oh that's gonna be nice. That's gonna be real nice, dude.
Speaker 3 (35:29):
These Aaron Blanchefield knockout props for Runds.
Speaker 1 (35:33):
Holy moly, one's a seventy.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Five hundred because she has no power, I know, all right.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
Macy Barber round three plus twenty nine hundred. Oh man,
you remember a few weeks ago, Dan, we hit them
twenty I was working hard to find.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
A two thousand. YEA found it. You found it. It's
right there, you know. And I'm gonna be a degenerate.
Speaker 3 (35:58):
I'm gonna go up and say, Ansfield third round knockout,
right plus six thousand, plus six thousand, I get, I
gotta be, I gotta, I gotta put something on that man,
because I could even a quarter right now, quarter wins
fifteen bucks. So just throw a dollar down, throw five
(36:18):
dollars down on, No, just throw a dollar because the
dollar is gonna win you sixty one dollars. So on, vandal,
So just do that. Cover yourself with the Macy Barber
third round knockout. Got that at plus twenty nine hundred
right there, and you'll, of course the Macy Barber one
two three plus eight hundred. That's the way I like it. Also,
(36:40):
you're gonna want to run it back with if if
you think that it's a barber's gonna win and it's
gonna go under fight those distance one fifty four. No,
that together as a parlay is a plus three eighty
two Macy Barber no distance both winners in my book,
so I'm gonna be taking that as well too.
Speaker 1 (37:02):
Of course, I'm picking Aaron Blanchefield. I think if she
gets her down.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
The sub's gonna be crazy, and that's the more likely
finish that may happen.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
Unless Blandfield gets finished and knocked out.
Speaker 3 (37:13):
At the same time, I think she can go the distance,
and I think that that's the sub's gonna happen. So
for me, Blanchefield third, fourth round, sub those are my
hard rounds right there are is fourteen hundred on the odds,
and let's go.
Speaker 1 (37:30):
Let's go see. Let's go see. Because I'll go single
round with you.
Speaker 3 (37:34):
I'll go a single round with you, and because I
already did the knockout, so I'm gonna go Blanchefield submission
round three plus twenty four hundred. There we go, twenty
four hundred for submission for Blanchefield.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
I love it, man.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
I think it's gonna be a great fight, and I
think that there's a lot of ways we can make
money off of this fight, whereas like last week or
two weeks ago, there wasn't really a lot of money
to make off of that. And then having of course
what happened on the DFS side with the fight being
canceled minutes before it happened, that was just a killer.
So for me, again, that's why we played a sport.
(38:13):
That's what you know, it's for the fun of it.
And that's what I was trying to get at earlier
is that's what makes UFC so much different than knockouts.
The more fun to watch it, the more thrilling, and
you're over, You're over. You're not watching the whole game
where your guy gets a touchdown and then doesn't get
the ball the rest of the game and you go
from first place to one thousandth in the first place.
Speaker 1 (38:30):
You know, that's what we got, man, So you so
out of anything. I think those are all your bold calls,
right Dan, Yeah, Yeah, I think that.
Speaker 3 (38:39):
I think that that you can't get more bolder than
a twenty nine hundred. And I do hope we hit
that too this week because it would just be fun
to actually have that go down. Now, let me throw
this in here, Kurt Hallabah second to third round knockout
plus twelve hundred. Also, we already brought Blanchfield and I
already brought up Phil Hoo climb knockout of course plus
(39:01):
forty three hundred. I went over here and for one
of the crazy fights Rayan Do Santos versus Alice Ardeleine,
I got De Santos winning by a knockout.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Plus twenty two hundred for one.
Speaker 3 (39:18):
To two and two to three is gonna be a
plus thirty one hundred. I know that a lot of
people don't think Dos Santos and her sub numbers are low,
but uh, that fight right here, this is right here
going off, that fight is predicted to go under. And
if that skut fight's gonna go under, and Dosantos being
the favorite, a heavy favorite, even though some people are
(39:39):
trying to defend Ardeline.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
I haven't seen anybody pick her, honestly.
Speaker 3 (39:45):
And at the same time, everybody's picking de Santos, right Dan,
I know what you're thinking. Nobody is picking her, Go
pick her?
Speaker 1 (39:51):
Right?
Speaker 2 (39:52):
Yeah? Why not?
Speaker 3 (39:54):
I mean not as well, but right now, that knockout
being twenty two hundred, you can cover yourself completely and
then just take Dosantos under or Artiline under and you'll
be more than fined.
Speaker 1 (40:06):
Bam.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
That's how we do it, right, So let's get to it.
Let's get to the DFS lineup.
Speaker 1 (40:12):
Whoo.
Speaker 3 (40:13):
So I'm gonna I'm gonna load that up because I
know Dan's gonna need to make one here live on
the on.
Speaker 1 (40:19):
The show of the Fighters That Are Left.
Speaker 3 (40:21):
I'm going Reese, Jacoby Kleine, Phil ho Goff, and Gustavson.
I know that some of the sites still have GoF
in red. He's he's fighting, right, he's fighting as long
as the sites don't screw that crap that's scoring up
and he gets a zero, right, we should get the
points from golf. I love this lineup. I think each
one of these guys has a chance for a knockout
(40:44):
or at least even if they go to the distance,
enough punch is thrown, enough significant strikes thrown to make
both even losing worth money.
Speaker 1 (40:54):
But let's get some wins with this.
Speaker 3 (40:55):
Let's do that, all right, Dan, who you got winning
out of all these fighters?
Speaker 1 (41:00):
Give me three fighters that you for sure think are winning?
Speaker 2 (41:05):
All right, I'm doing it right now on on the
Fight Club of Paint Invitational. So I gotta, I gotta,
I gotta pulled up.
Speaker 1 (41:14):
You gotta pulled up, man, Look at you.
Speaker 2 (41:16):
You gotta pulled up. So uh, I'm going with Macy Barber. Okay,
I'm gonna go with gam Rock Gambro. I am gonna
go with even though I wanted Golf to win. I'm
(41:38):
gonna go with Brahamash.
Speaker 1 (41:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
I uh, I'm gonna go with Macy Chyason.
Speaker 1 (41:55):
Okay, you're going with double Macy.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
Yeah. I mean it's my daughter's name.
Speaker 1 (41:59):
Man, I know, I know, I know.
Speaker 2 (42:04):
Uh. Let's see how much do I got left. I'm
gonna go with those Santos Okay, and I got one
fighter left.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
Let's see, you got a lot of money left too.
Speaker 2 (42:16):
But I do, I do. I'm gonna go with Reese.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
All right, there we go. So we have Chassison, Barber, Rohamnage.
I got it right. Finally, Camrot de Santos in Reese.
I love it, man. I think that's that's that's a great,
great lineup. And you know, I the lineup that I have,
it definitely could go. I try to steer away from
some of the girl fights, but I think sometimes that
(42:45):
people can underestimate the girl fights, like you can get
one hundred points and the girls, these girls do get
a hundred points, like just like Chassa on the last
fight one oh one previous fight, eleven, eleven, forty three,
one oh six, right, and then you're looking at that
right there, she's scoring one hundred.
Speaker 1 (43:04):
Of course, the wins were all there.
Speaker 3 (43:07):
She got the knockout in the third round, she got
the knockout in the second round to help some of that.
And even in the decision that she got one hundred points,
she was active enough with thirty two strikes and she
had a minute and eighteen six right, Nope, I got
that wrong. Seven minutes to thirty four seconds. That was
the fight below it of control time. So therefore she's
(43:27):
definitely got everything to do that that rate there, that
fight I actually wanted to. I stayed away because it
was really hard to pick them, even though like chess
On is really big for this division because.
Speaker 1 (43:38):
Of how wide she is and she has a problem
to always make it wait.
Speaker 3 (43:41):
But at the same time, Kaitlyn Vieira, you know, you
see you don't see as many, you don't see any
hundred points, and in she's the favorite, most likely, well
I know she is.
Speaker 1 (43:52):
She is the favorite at a negative no, not anymore.
She has a negative one o two.
Speaker 3 (43:56):
All the money is flipped to Chessan at negative one
twenty five, so that fight flipped completely because Chissan was
a plus one hundred and Cutlin was a negative one
thirty six.
Speaker 1 (44:11):
So that's how that fight changed right there. So I
really like your theory on that.
Speaker 3 (44:16):
I stayed away if I lose my DFT slate because
I didn't get to that fight, I I but.
Speaker 1 (44:21):
I will say this, Chissan, she's on one of my
other lineups. You can't deny that.
Speaker 3 (44:26):
You if you have that much volume and it goes distance,
she's easily getting at least forty to sixty points in
a loss or at least not eighty to one hundred
points in a win, even.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
In a decision.
Speaker 3 (44:38):
So I like that, and I think these two big
girls are just gonna be in the.
Speaker 2 (44:41):
Middle of the ring each other, duking it out.
Speaker 3 (44:44):
Love it, love it all right, I got all that together.
It's another week. Hey man, we got this done in
forty five minutes this week. Dan, that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (44:54):
That's because the other dude wasn't talking over me.
Speaker 1 (45:00):
In Yeah, got a little bit, man. That's why I
love numbers. Guys.
Speaker 3 (45:07):
Man, they they just they have so much like they're
so deep in the numbers, and I'm like, man, is
it worth that much? Time and to do it all.
And I do I numbers so much for football and
everything like that. Like I just completed my defensive line
rankings and so I got I just all I have
to do is just go through and check the you know,
(45:27):
a couple of stats.
Speaker 1 (45:28):
Boom done, that's gonna be ready.
Speaker 3 (45:30):
Then I'm gonna run linebackers and secondary and it's it's
I can't wait. I can't wait for all the IDP
stuff in football talk, because man, football is gonna be
so much fun with you and going forward on Thursdays,
at this point, we will be talking about the Thursday
night football game right before it goes because it's seven
fifty one. And at this time during football season, I
will be giving out a showdown slate line.
Speaker 1 (45:53):
Up every single week.
Speaker 3 (45:54):
So you're gonna get money for UFC, You're gonna get
money for NFL. And I will tell you this right now,
I'm fired. I'm one of the best in the industry.
I will say that with my chest out pride on
my Another Dimension shirt from DJ Magic Mike right that
I'm just another dimension. I do what I gotta do
to help all of you win money without all the numbers,
(46:19):
without all the crap once.
Speaker 1 (46:20):
My models run it all.
Speaker 3 (46:22):
Why do you need to hear about it. Let's just
hear about the people that will win. That's how we
do it. Dan, give us a back out.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
Oh man, how was your birthday beer? By the way,
How was your birthday beer?
Speaker 1 (46:33):
By the way, sore Betal. I loved it. I loved
that beer. It was crazy.
Speaker 3 (46:37):
It was the sour Ale and it had like white
chocolate birthday cake, black raspberry, boison, berry keinoberry, whatever berry
was in it.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
This thing poured like a thick prune juice. It bubbled.
It freaking bubbled. I was like like a moat. It said.
Speaker 3 (47:00):
You know the motes in this they get the little
bubbles popping out. This thing had bubbles. I was like whoa.
It was so good and I loved it. I would
drink that beer. The name of the ale actually is
sore Betto. I forget who makes it, but it was
it was like it was it was a brewery.
Speaker 1 (47:22):
It was, it was. It was a craft so it
was amazing.
Speaker 3 (47:26):
So if you get your hands on Soiretto, get it,
and I am going shopping for you tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (47:31):
I got wait to see what.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
Voodoo in erie Pennsylvania has for you because I know
there's a whole bunch of it and I would wait
to have some myself.
Speaker 1 (47:40):
Brother man, that was great, so I want to thank
you for that.
Speaker 2 (47:43):
That was no problem.
Speaker 3 (47:46):
I mean, I gotta say I have a lot of
