Speaker 1 (00:03):
Get out the insurance cards, get out the copays.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
The office is open, my friends, brought to you by
Doctor Rhodob.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
So let's get to it. What's up, everybody is he'd
override and I'm ready to bring the pain for you
with Doctor Rhoda this week to fight Club of Pain

(00:34):
is open. A little sad Dan, what's up? How are
you doing today?

Speaker 3 (00:38):
I'm not too bad, man, not too bad. Terrible news, though,
terrible news.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Terrible news man. As we all know, dude, like we
lost a massive massive wrestling icon wf WWF WWE Superstar Wrestler,
WCW Impact. Impact Wrestling is on tonight. You know, the
WWE's probably gonna make sure that Impact has something for Hogan.

(01:08):
He was part of TNA for a moment, so therefore
that is huge man. I mean, so today, everybody, this
is gonna be a normal fight club. We're gonna do
only three fights to save a little bit time for
stories of Hogan talking about things growing up. Of course,
the one fight we did remove. I will have all
of those bets at the end of the podcast, along

(01:32):
with our DFS lineups. Of course, you get free bets,
free parlays. We're trying to slay in the sport books.
Brother man. But dude, when you first saw that, you
text me. I mean my phone had like nine text
when I finally checked it. What did you think? Man?

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Man, my cousin text me and I didn't believe him.
I had to google it.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
I think a lot of people actually did that. I mean,
but when I by the time I got the news,
I knew that Haul Cogan aka Terry Bolea had passed,
and that it's for me, it's it's sad for you,
it's sad for a lot of us. Yeah, you know,
growing up he was not only a big part of
the eighties, but then he he actually bridged the gap

(02:17):
between the WWE and filmmaking. So, you know, No Holds
Barred being one of going into the theaters and be wrestling.
Did you ever see No Holds Barred in the theater?

Speaker 3 (02:29):
No? No, I didn't. I didn't.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I was I was a little bit too young when
I was when that came out.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Man, Oh, I guess, I guess. I mean, yeah, yeah,
And you know my dad was huge into that. Of course.
You know, he was into wrestling long before me. He's
always watched it all of his life. He goes back
to Chief j Strongbone. He loves Ivan Putski. He loves
a lot of these dudes, you know, Morocco, like these
guys were a huge, huge influence to my dad growing up.

(02:57):
And I'm not sure, like my dad's normally a very
quiet person and he never really is outspoken, but back
in the day, he would get crazy, kind of like
the way I get crazy. Yeah, he would get crazy
about wrestling. It was always about wrestling, and for me,
that was a big part of my friends and in

(03:18):
growing up. Even my brother, my brother loved it too, man,
and you know, he would always call him like Yoko
Tommy and and because my brother was big fun fact,
when Yoko Zuna actually came to Erie, Pennsylvania, I actually
got a chance to see Yoko Zuna standing next to Tommy.

(03:39):
I'm pretty sure Tommy could have took Yoko Zuna, bro.
Tommy was just Tommy was taller. Tommy had Yoko by
three inches or something like that. Bro, so he but
Tommy was only around three hundred and eighty four hundred
pounds maybe at the most. I think Tommy might have
tipped the scales at four twenty five at some point.
But Tommy never really got a lot of extra weight

(04:01):
like some people unfortunately, do you know, he had a
lot of knee problems everything. But that was a big, big, big,
big part of it was seeing that, and just I
wish I would have got that picture. If we would
have phones, I would have got that picture because just
seeing Tommy and Yoko standing we were front rope and
Tommy's just standing down at him and mister Fuji's over

(04:21):
there waving the flag and I'm like, oh, yeah, you know,
it's crazy, dude. And I loved what everything meant to us.
I said, for a long time, I didn't go to concerts,
so when people so of course Ozzy passed away as
very sad, I wont get my consoleances to his family

(04:42):
as well too. Yes, but growing up, I mean I
listened to Ozzie, never bought any of his CDs, but
I never went to concerts. I went to wrestling events.
I spent all my money, all of my paper boy money,
all of my McDonald all my cleaning janitor money when

(05:03):
I was growing up, all from young teens to mid
teens to watch wrestling, and I did that for years.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
How about you?

Speaker 2 (05:11):
You know me, man, I love wrestling I've been a
wrestling nerds since I can remember. Uh huh yeah, I
mean we went to Summer Slam last year.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Oh yeah, that was such a great time too, and
and and it was. It was also one of those
times where I got to meet you know, the Scott
Scott that drove up from Indiana, first time, first for everything,
first time ever going to one of the major four
events by the WWE, and also first time meeting him.
Also first time going to a massive event, like do

(05:45):
you other than Payback? We had been to Payback, but
Payback was just yeah, it's just one of the fillers
that's in your house back in the day. But now
you have all this going on. You have a huge show,
you know, coming up right now with SummerSlam again next weekend. Yeah, so,
I mean it's big. I mean's fantasy football season. Football

(06:06):
starts next week and you know we have the Expo
the week after that. Dan, so much is going on.
This was your what was one of your earliest memories
of Hulk Hogan?

Speaker 2 (06:18):
Just oh, man, my my favorite memory is that him
and Ultimate Warrior battle at WrestleMania.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
Man. I loved it, Oh, I love it. I was
never a big Ultimate Warrior guy.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
So that that's the one time I actually really really
rooted for Hogan.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Oh see, that's crazy. So you, of course I guess
like I'm forty seven. How old are you again?

Speaker 3 (06:45):
I'm forty four?

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Okay, okay, I thought you were forty. I thought I
thought there was a three year So yeah, that would
be that would be like one of the first times.
Because of course my first time, my dad ordered the
first WrestleMania ever. And so everybody, Pauliland, we will talk UFC.
I swear we have the bets. We got it all
right there, it's it's all gonna happen. But there's no

(07:07):
way we can't talk about hul Cogan, especially with my
persona heat Override is known for doing macho man impressions,
Hogan impressions. Yeah, I mean, let me talk to you. Yeah,
we got. I mean, this is what I do, This
is who I am, this is what I honestly believe.
Maybe I got the sixty seconds bring the pain for

(07:31):
sixty seconds on Serious XM Fantasy with Doc and Tommy
back in the day because I was that wild wrestling
fan that would call in do wrestling shoots and talk
crap on NFL players that did pour. So of course
that's how it all worked out. But that's who we are,
that's what we're gonna do, and we're gonna make sure
that you get all that. Of course, the parlay of

(07:51):
pain is gonna be back, soup cans are back, We're
gonna be playing them together for Hogan. But you know,
that's one of the that's so that was my first
memory of Hogan was of course, WrestleMania won, my dad
ordering it, making it the first time that he had ever.
He decided to just have a party and we got
wings pizza. I mean fifty fifty wings back then was

(08:14):
eight dollars. Did you guys ever do anything like that
growing up?

Speaker 2 (08:18):
Yeah, we used to get We used to get WrestleMania
every year. My dad would cave and buy it for
for us kids. But uh yeah, we used to get
it every year and people would come over and watch it.
Uh that's back when there were only four pay per
views a year. Yeah, it was only the Big Four,
so it was like every three months they had the
three months.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
Build up to this big thing, and it was it
was great, man, it was great.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
That's that's that's in, you know. And then eventually in
your houses are what practically filed started filling in the
little the little halfway points. That's when the WWE orf
at the time, you know, trying to make a little
extra money and do it. I loved it. I loved
the extra ones, the extra ones, like in your house.
The first one was like I think ten or fifteen.

(09:05):
It was no more than twenty. I think Wressell Mania
was twenty nine. I remember being at my grandma's one
time for the Survivor series. I don't I don't want
to say it was the first one, but it was
Survivor series and my dad goes, hey, I'm gonna order
this on your cable. So what became what was a
Thanksgiving dinner of football? What's football was done? We ordered

(09:26):
he ordered Russell.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
Or Survivor Sea.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
And then that was it. I messed up a little
bit there, but it was it was crazy. It was
it was like I remember, that was the only time
I really watched any event at my my grandma's house.
And unfortunately that's the that's the Pizza Boo Boop house
as well too. You know, for people who don't know
what happened in Erepa, about something to do with the pizza.

(09:53):
My family has a little bit of history about that
that that going on. None of my family had anything
to do with what happened during that bank robbery, but
we had a lot to say afterwards, and there was
a lot of key players, especially this all right that
that's a podcast that's behind my paywall on spreakers. So

(10:14):
if you want to hear that podcast, if you want
to do that, you have to pay the piper. You
have to pay for it, because I'm not just gonna
let you I'm not gonna give you crucial evidence.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
I'm not gonna let you know that.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
There was a round table discussion before the actual robbery
was paid off. I got everybody right now. I was like,
what is that man talking about?

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Bro?

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Just go look it up. That's all.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
It's on Netflix, man, looking up?

Speaker 1 (10:40):
What evil genius? There you go, And Netflix should be
should be paying us prop Campbell's soup, where are you?

Speaker 3 (10:47):
Soup?

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Can of the week? You don't jump in.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
Lipton or couples coup noodles.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
Oh boy, they're gonna step in. Man, They're gonna step in.
So we'll we'll we'll throw in some Haulk memories throughout
the show, let's uh, let's let's get to it. Let's
get ready to bring the purn for another UFC fight
night Wineker verse Deridda. I just want to sayda, yeah,

(11:23):
he needs to dress up as the rid lift. That's
a that's a that's a tongue. That's a tongue twister, man,
say it real fast. Anyway, all right, let's hit the
first fight. We're gonna talk about Peter or Pete today. Jan, Sorry,

(11:43):
I had to get that in there. Firs. Marcus McGee, Dan,
talk about it all right.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
I'll start with Marcus McGee.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
He's a high volume, technical striker that has power in
both his hands. He's just as good at defense as Yawn,
but he has some of the best takedown defense.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
In this division.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
He wants to avoid the clinch because he tends to
gas late and fights, but uh, I think he's pretty
good Yawn, Yawn. He has unparalleled experience and big UFC
fight you know experience. He's technically sound with a high

(12:24):
fight IQ. He relies on precise sniper like striking, fast
feet and some of the best defense in m m A.
He adapts the situations and changes his game play.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
And mid fight he wants to survive the initial onslaught
with McGee because McGhee always comes out fast.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
He wants to do that by using his his his footwork,
his defense and those body shots he always throws.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
M I agree with that, and you know this fight
is a lot of people are saying safe with Yon
and I you know that that's gonna probably be my
thing too. You know, sometimes when you get in these fights,
what we've seen over the last actually month, month and
a half is that when some most of the time,
when you have an older vet, let's say Lewis, let's

(13:15):
say you know, everybody else that get you're taking out.
Matter of fact, even in the main card, de Ritter
took out Nikol easy because you know he was able
to break him down, and then you know Bo went
and tapped out pre Yeah, he's just like, oh, but
to me, he's a.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
I said, I gave into.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
I gave in too much to his hype, I guess
at that point. But that's who I am. I mean,
of course, when I look at the striking defense fifty
eight percent on the Yon side sixty four percent, you
you have them practically putting out about the same about punch.
This significant strikes per round. So you know, when I
was looking at a lot of this, the distance, yes

(13:57):
is a negative to seventy, so they don't think either
one of these guys can really finish each other. And
and and then I was like, you know what, that
still gives us some chances to really play with some stuff.
And for me, when I was looking at when I
was looking at the fights with that, of course, you know,
I love the way that McGee also just stands up
like he doesn't let you keep him down for a

(14:19):
long time, and that's really big. Like some fighters like
Kevin Hollins, sometimes he'll he'll he'll actually let you stay down,
but he doesn't shoot either, and his takedown defense is
one hundred. He's really just young. But I don't think
he's had somebody as good as Yawn come at him
and be able to take him down, because look, let's

(14:40):
face it, people, this is one of his hardest challenges yet.
This again is another superhero. Like when Van beat roy Val,
he knew he was gonna get popped in the nose
the whole time, so he had to make it look
good for the judges. He had to make sure that
he landed the power punches and this one and this
one being an Abu dabi. You don't what way the

(15:01):
judges are gonna lean, ye, so you're gonna have to literally,
if it's a cage judge night, then you might have
to do some cage work. But that's not gonna happen
between these two. I think it's gonna be a box
and mats. Do you agree with that?

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Yeah, But I think Yan's gonna use his clinch work too. Man.
That man loves the clinch and he lives. He loves
a dirty box.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
He loves to throw those elbows a and knees, So
I think he's gonna could do some cage work.

Speaker 3 (15:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
I agree with you on that too, And that's why
I think that you know, that might be the difference
in this. You know, has will McGee be able to
stop that onslaught? Now, of course you just said Yawn
has to make it out of the first round because
then after that Yn's cardio everything starts clicking for him
and and and for me. When I look at the

(15:49):
McGee side again, you know, I we're gonna need him
with this. This is this is really good. So for me,
I'm not gonna be picking McGee, I'm gonna be picking.
Who are you picking?

Speaker 3 (16:02):
I'm going yond by decision, Yon by decision.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
I agree with that as well too. I think it
is yond by decision. But of course, you know everybody
should know the Fight Club of Pain loves to throw
in some crazy, wild bets. This is what we do
so because of these combos, because of the dirty boxing,
and because constantly Dan talks about people being taken into

(16:27):
deep water that they never been taken to. If Yon
can push him up against the cage, get the dirty
boxing down, get him down, and make McGhee and his
corner change their strategy, he may be able to win
this fight easily in inside the distance, So let's hit it.
Of course, instant distance, yes is a negative two seventy

(16:49):
over two point five rounds is a negative three thirty.
We don't need to play with that, just just to
save your money for the distance. Points is a negative
two seventy, So you could go distance, you could go
points points. Either one of them win either for the
other fighter. For me, what I like about Marcus McGee
is his knockout and points bet. It's plus three twenty's.

(17:14):
That's amazing odds. Literally, throw a unit down on that,
So even if it goes to distance, you still have
a chance with McGee, and if it doesn't, which I
don't think it is. So let's get over to Yon's side.
Yon's money line parlayed with distance is a negative one sixty,

(17:35):
so right there, you can take that. You can make
it a little better by giving the action on the
Yon side on that. I also like his knockout in points,
but his knockout in points is a negative two eighty.
So if you've seen the theme of what's going on here,
you're looking at almost just three hundred around the three
hundred that's all the money you're gonna make. So that's

(17:55):
why you might go, hmmm, maybe Yon get gets the
ground and pound late second and third round knockout is
a plus one thousand. I like that odds. Of course,
I'm gonna put one unit on the McGee side. I'm
putting two units on money line in distance for Yon,

(18:17):
and I'm putting one unit on distance as well too, Yes,
so that that we haven't covered. And then, of course,
if you're getting a little scared, go ahead and put
the half unit on the second and third round knockout
plus one thousand you'll be able to return all your
money that you need. But both ways you got this.

(18:37):
Of course, as you can see, we're leaning the Yon side.
You'll have to make it to doctor Roto used Curd.
Would dot get into the subs only discord if you
want more bets on the McGee side, because believe me,
I got them.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
So, speaking of which, do you remember when Hogan first
became part of the nWo.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
We would Yeah, I remember that. What was that bash
at the beach?

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Yeah, the beach right when he was the third third
man for the Outsiders.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
Well yeah, yeah, he was the third man. But everybody thought,
like me and my friends, we had an illegal kill.
But cable boks back then, I'm not scared to say it. Now,
what are you gonna do? Come get me? Everybody had
twelve years old. Yeah, he literally at that time. I
probably wasn't, but you know, I had it back then.
So like we're sitting here watching and I'm like, yeah, man, Hog,

(19:34):
it's coming to the rig. Hog, it's coming to the rig.
He's gonna get it right. But Flaire was there, macho,
and they were all getting beat down, and then all
of a sudden and it couldn't have been a worse.
I mean, Macho had taken the leg drop, that's the
whey it had to be. But when he comes out
and he drops that, the whole world stops. The whole
world stops. They're just like, whoa, what just happened? Hogan

(19:58):
was done with it. Hogan was It was pretty much, uch,
what's Sina's doing right now? It's concept in a way.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
It was so much better than Sina's turn, though, like
that this was the ultimate and that was the ultimate
turn in in UH wrestling.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Yeah, yeah, honestly that that really is that right there?
And then of course the double turn between Brent and Austin.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
You know, that was it.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
But it was at a turn. It wasn't a turn.
It was just a crowd shows who the fan favorite
was at that point. Yeah, so that's not really it.
This was huge, And you know, going back to what
you said about the Warrior, I remember it was like
a lot of my friends were loving The Ultimate Warrior
and then when they got to the point where they
were like, okay, you know, like everybody was Dumbahogan, my

(20:44):
my Dave. He literally goes, look, dude, Hogan's done. He's
always been about that with Sina. He didn't like he
doesn't like Rome Marines, he didn't like Brett Hart. He
hates Brett Hard. He always hated Brett Hart. So the
fact is is that when you see that going down
and are just like, oh boy, my friends are against me,
and I'm like Hogan, and then Hogan's spasses. He starts

(21:06):
getting up and then the Warrior just meets it.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Dude.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
It was It was intense, man, it was a great
turn and it just say and that's where kind of
the power shifted towards w c W. They had found,
they had stolen, had paid for one of the greatest
things that they have ever done in their life. Ted Turner,
you know, Eric Bischoff, Eric Pishoff, putting this together, doing

(21:36):
his thing. You know, that was huge back then. So
for me, that's what that's what wrestling is. And I
know that a lot of people might be turned off
with that, and I know that a lot of people
do have feelings about Hulk Hogan, and that's fine. Everybody's
everybody can have their feelings. But I always feel that
when someone passes away sometimes you have to you have

(21:57):
to put that stuff on rest, kind of like kind
of like with Pete Rose. Now he's eligible to enter
the Hall of Fame. Unfortunately he's not gonna see that,
but his family will. His family will be able to
see that and finally embrace that. And that's what happens
sometimes in sports, and that's that's what this is. You

(22:18):
have to sometimes look past what has happened and look
at what they did and look at what they meant
to so many people. How he inspired people, train, say
your prayers, take your vitamins, you know, going every place.
And then of course leading into the movies opening up.
We'll talk about the movies in a little bit. Man,

(22:38):
it's just it's just such so great. So let's move
to the next fight that we're going to cover. We
got shot of Mega Medove this Mark Hanreio. It's a
a Dan talk about it, oh.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
Man, bullet Mega metof.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
He's coming off that bad that it was a half
decent loss of Michael Venham Page Man, he's coming off
that box. He has that point fighting karate style and
he relies all speed and range. He uses spinning attacks
to throw off his opponents, and he's very flashy when
he's given space.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
He has strong kicks, but he lacks power in his
hands bet bataut. But but is that how you pronounce by.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
Very? He's very.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
He used to be pretty decent, but it's falling off
late in his career. He hasn't secured a takedown. He
hasn't secured a tank down since twenty twenty, even though
he tries. Uh, he he needs to clote. He needs
to close the distance and fight at Boxton range in this.
Uh if he keeps it at kicking distance, he's gonna

(23:58):
get killed.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
But uh yeah, yeah, that's not a this is a
very uneven fight.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
It is. I mean, there is a pathway for Mark
Andre Oh just gonna call you mister Barrial. Sounds like
a teacher name. There there is a webweit so like
I liked his sub in points. If for some reason
he would be able to secure his first takedown and
maybe get something going. Not a sub but go and
make it the points. His sub in points is a
plus seven hundred. Like, I'm like, there's only two ways

(24:32):
he's gonna win. I don't think he's gonna knock out
Shara because but I mean outside of the you know
m v P. Shara does knocket knocked out. He has
a strong jaw in my opinion, and I do like
the way that you you, the way you mixed in
his karate style, the way he's gonna be sending things
down pipes. But I still think he's still more powerful

(24:54):
than Burial. I still think that when he said definitely, definitely,
So when I think he comes forward and he hits
those combos, this fight's going under. And that's that's what Dan.
Who do you got winning?

Speaker 2 (25:07):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (25:07):
I got bullet Maga Metov winning by decision?

Speaker 1 (25:13):
You think it goes okay?

Speaker 3 (25:15):
I I think it goes to decision.

Speaker 1 (25:18):
I'm not gonna say anything after your Michael Johnson call
last week. I ain't saying the ship right like, I'm
just sitting here like bro. And And the fact is
is that's that's zel Ruber's fault. Man. He he was
not active, He couldn't solve it, and he did not
stop throwing stupid head kicks that continuously got blocked.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Yeah. Right, that's all we had to do.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
That's all you had to do is send it down
the pipe. And Michael Johnson got that win. But that
that call was truly amazing. So I am going to say,
great job, Dan, that was truly one of the greatest
calls I've seen in like all time. It's up there
top ten of DFS calls, betting calls. No one gave

(26:02):
that man a shot. There wasn't a reason why Zelle
Huber's supposed to be the new shiny toy that we're
all supposed to like, and as some dude just shows
up and shows them out. So with with an ancient
boxing style, right because right now, I mean, the Philly
Show is a great it is a great boxing style.

Speaker 3 (26:19):
But at the same time, he should have knew that
it's not usually good for MMA. No.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
No, every other time this year somebody boxes the Philly Shell.
We have gotten a knockout on that, and this was
the first time.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Let's they end up play. King Green just laid on
their back.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
And the boy I knew you was happy when you
saw King Greens fighting. Soon Oh boy, hey they got
they kicked them off the roster just to be like, bro,
we just got to bring Green back. We need some entertainment. No,
it's just to me, that's just wild. So you got Shara,
I got Shara. Let's run through the numbers. Second third

(27:00):
round submission for Buryal is a plus thirty two hundred
when I made that bet. Yeah, I made that bet.
Why wouldn't I. It's a plus thirty two hundred that
can just win the whole day, so why not put
a little money on it?

Speaker 3 (27:14):
YEA, right, So.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Under they put this at under one and a half
two and a half round fight. So when it's under
one and a half, that's kind of checchi. But they
put a what plus one twenty six? With that we
have knocked out for both fighters at a negative one
seventy five, which I do like. And then decision our

(27:38):
distance no is a negative two thirty five. Of course
when you do the under two point five, because if
you find it with or the distance to distance money line,
put Shara at a plus one one. So you are
able to actually make a little money from this this fight.

(27:58):
And if you do that, I mean you're covered all
the ways. You got the Shara's side you have if
some freaky stuff happens, So throw the half unit on
the two three sub for bur Yal, throw the half
unit on seven points for burial Bam. Then go ahead
and throw the two units on distance and money line

(28:20):
for Shara. And then of course, like always, let's get
that Shara knockout. I can't believe I didn't have that
written down already. Oh there it is, I got it.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
No, I don't.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
So the share a knockout is going to be give
us a second while I pull that up, because apparently
my DFS account said, hey, you have free credit, and
I'm like, why do I want a free credit?

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Right now?

Speaker 1 (28:46):
I'm live, Thanks Vandal, And I gotta say you guys
have actually been kind of good and nice on that too.
So of course, right now as it is, the money
line is a six fifty. So these numbers I'm giving you,
you're losing them. The longer you don't make those bets
people like I wrote these down last night. I try
to wait as long as possible. But method of victory

(29:08):
for Shara is a negative one thirty five on the knockout.
That's why I say the negative one seventy five is
sweet to play because you're only losing a little bit.
You're only going from a one thirty five to a
one to seventy five, and the one seventy five covers
you on both fighters if something wacky happens. But Shara

(29:28):
first and second round knockout is a plus one point fifteen.
I love all that action. So player distance player knockout
and then you're safe and then you'll win some money.
That's what we do, all right, Dan, What was what
was your feelings when Hulk Hogan battled Rock.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
I loved the turn in the crowd.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
The turn in the crowd was the best because Hogan
was supposed to be the heel and Rock was supposed
to be the face, and it just it turned on
itself and it was great.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
It was that moment in life when people actually started thinking, hey,
Hawk is kind of cool here, Like it was a
big moment. I saw one of the wrestlers left that
as one of their favorite moments and it said that
this will be the all time greatest WrestleMania match of
all time because of what you just said. And you know,

(30:27):
I think that was Bully Ray. I think Bully Ray
said that. Oh for me, yes, I'll say possibly. I
don't think it's the best ever because I think Taker
Michaels might have something to say about that. There's a
few other matches we could all talk about. We could
all dispute. That's another podcast. We could have a round
table about that. But for me, when you see all

(30:47):
that action and you see what's going on. It's just
it's nostalgia and you nobody thought that it would happen. Nobody,
nobody except of course the WWE, because they're the ones
that land. But you don't see this sort of stuff
like what's going on with John Cena right now and Cody.
But Cody's been around, this was like this, This is

(31:09):
practically that right now. Do you like, do you agree?
You think that's what they're going for with this?

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Possibly, But I don't know if there's gonna be a
heel turn in the Cody and John Cena.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
I think John Cena does turn baby face and finished career,
but I don't think. I don't agree with that. I
don't think Cody's turning heel any time.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
No, you don't think he's doing it right now. You
don't think it just looks like a rock.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
I think he's being more. I think he's being more
anti hero right now. He's just not being yeah full blown.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
Yeah, he's kind of been doing his own his things. Yeah,
he's been. He's doing his is his own kind of thing.
He just you know, coming back getting in those mix ups.
I could see Cody winning at Summer Slam this year.
I can see it, but I can see them running it.
But I think at this point, if you're gonna try
to repair that heel turn, if that whatever they have

(32:07):
in store, then I think you start it now. Because
I don't think John Cena has the title at WrestleMania
next year. I don't think there's a reason for it.
Of course, he's only signed right now, matches up until December,
which means let him come back, let him, let him

(32:27):
beg for the crowds, forgivens, go away, induct it into
the Hall of Fame. John Cena one of the greatest wrestlers.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
Ever, right, yeah, yeah, I love it.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
Top ten, top ten. He's not my top ten, honestly,
but I might have to redo my top ten. I
do have a top ten.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
He's not my top ten either, but I mean merchandise.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
No no, no, no, no no. My five is is
Austin Hogan, Macho Man Rock, Randy Orton. I know that
people like hate off Randy or and I should probably
have Taker up there. I love the Undertaker. Taker is
six because of six six six. I'm just when I
do my rankings, there's a reason Randy Orton is who

(33:10):
I am as an individual, right, and then Taker is
the six man, So yeah, I love doing that everywhere. Dude.
Oh so we were we were at Niagara Falls. Did
you see I did that on the rock? I don't
know if Chrissy posted that. I did Randy Orton on

(33:32):
this rock. It was like the slipperiest rock in the world.
It looked dry, right, So I jump up there and
I'm like, I'm like, whoa, this is wild, right, So
I'm just like, why crap man? So oh man, great times,
great times. I mean we're making also great times. Great
time on this podcast as well too. People getting a

(33:53):
lot of information, a lot of hul Kogan memories, wrestling
memories in general. When move forward, people, all right, let's
get to it. Let's get to the main events. There
ain't no main events unless the macho man who Horgan

(34:14):
was in it. We got Robert Whittaker, the dude, the man,
the ex champion.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (34:27):
Thus Rane ranew Ranier, the baddest dude. I love him.
I don't care. He's my Shawe new toy Dan talk
about it, all right.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
We got we got R. D. R. Right. He had
an easy day finishing bon Nickel, which I called.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
He's known for his relentless chain wrestling and grappling skills.

Speaker 3 (34:57):
He's a BJJ technician.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
He has fourteen wins by submission, and he is just
he's just relentless with his grappling.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Yeah, that we got.

Speaker 2 (35:08):
On the other hand, we got Bobby Knuckles, my man,
Bobby Knuckles, my favorite fighter on the UFC roster. Yeah,
he's coming off a fight where his jaw was broken
in several spots, so this is his first fight back.
But he also is a BJJ black belt. He has

(35:29):
championship experience. He's a good kickboxer. He has crisp combos
and knockout power in both hands. He's one of the
toughest fighters to ever fight in the UFC. Uh, he
could fight in it, he could fight in any era.

Speaker 1 (35:44):
I agree with that. I agree with that. He's an
amazing fighter. This is actually one of the this main
event is set up to you would think it would
go the distance. I don't think it's going to distance.
So for me, you know, when I look at RDR,
I look at how he's gonna come. He's gonna try

(36:05):
to use his size, use use you know, and use
that against it. Of course, you know, four inches bigger.
He's got a four and a half inch reach as
well too. That doesn't make a difference because because Whittaker
is the better striker, We're not gonna get that wrong people.
Whittaker is the better striker. Whittaker has a knockout power.
Like Dan said, he also is durabil. He has durability.

(36:27):
He has good stuff. He's got great takedown defense. And
that's key right now because when I, you know, looking
at the takedown defense, he has an eighty one percent,
and that eighty one percent just ain't eighty one percent
because he had five fights, people, That is an eighty
one percent, because he has fought legends. He has fought legends,
and because of.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
That Romero fight Romero twice.

Speaker 1 (36:52):
Yes, yes, And that rate there tells you. But what's
crazy about de Ritter is that his takedown actor. He's
kind of crappy with thirty eight percent, but he averages
four point seventy four takedowns. Man, that's his average. So
he's gonna go for it. He's gonna try to get
so if I see this going the distance, I think

(37:13):
that when it starts going longer, if Whittaker doesn't punch
himself out. Then I'm gonna start leaning RDR side. But
I feel that RDR is gonna come over. He's gonna
grope him the way he did Nicol, and he's going
to push him up against the cage and he's gonna
try and get those things and try to get him down.
Do you think he could get him down with that method?

(37:35):
Do you think that's a layer? You don't think RDR
gets him down at all?

Speaker 3 (37:38):
Now. I think he takes him down once or twice.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
But uh, Whittaker has great reflexes when he's on his back,
so he can stand up very fast. I mean, he
just fought a different animal and Chimenov last fight. We
have to admit in the first round. Chimenov's just a
complete different animal than RDYR.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he's well DDP is gonna
figure that one out real soon. Yeah, So I mean, yeah, dude, yeah,
he got literally he got like you said, he got
his jaw.

Speaker 3 (38:10):
Broke and that snapped it. It just.

Speaker 1 (38:18):
Yeah, don't want to watch that if you got a
light stomach. Let's say it that way, people. But at
the same time, I agree with you on everything that
you're saying right there. Who do you got winning.

Speaker 2 (38:27):
I got Robert Whitaker aka Bobby Knuckles by third round TKO,
third round TKO.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
All right.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
Funny thing is is I already got some action in
that too. So knockout for this fight for both fighters
is a plus one oh five.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
I think both fighters are live for a knockout. RDR
is striking. His knees are dangerous. Of course, that you
got it right. I picked Knickell overall. But then I said,
there was a great call that I said. I think
RDR catches him with the knee. The last shot before
Knickle goes down is the knee, so that therefore what

(39:03):
I'm looking at right there is ooh man, I just
love that fight right there is when you're the distance
as a no is a negative two sixty, so we'll
run over to the RDR side. His first second and
third round knockout is a plus eight fifty. His first
second and third round submission is a plus four forty.

(39:25):
I see where they're going with RDR. Now, if you
run over distance, no money lined with Whittaker gives you
a plus one forty flat. So just what Dan said,
you can parlay that and if you can maybe throw
something else, but you could parlay that and you might
be able to get you know, good odds. Right now,

(39:45):
FanDuel does have a boost for all sports. We're gonna
get to that. Oh I wonder what got the boost?
What parlay got the boost? You'll see first and second
round knockout for Whittaker is a plus three sixty. I
say this for a reason because I don't think the
fight's going longer than three rounds. And I'm giving my

(40:06):
action on the submission side two RDR and then I'm
giving all my action to Whittaker in the knockout. But
I am gonna cover myself with that knockout. Also, the
under two point five rounds, I really like that the
under as long as it's the same. So the under
the two point five rounds lost it, I guess I

(40:26):
get that was a plus one hundred now is a
negative one oh two. That's only a few cents. People,
That's not bad at all. So you said third round
knockout by Whittaker is a plus thirteen hundred, So I
love that. And because of that, that's that's gonna definitely
put me into that wheelhouse to cover you. Like always, people,

(40:49):
we're gonna do you at So we got first second
round knockout. You have the third round straight knockout plus
three fifty. Whittaker one two three is a plus two forty.
We're gonna keep our here. We're gonna keep it short.
If we're wrong, we're wrong, we're right, we're right. But
that's what made last week's main event between Holloway and
Poitier so special, because it actually went to five, five rounds,

(41:11):
and because it went to five rounds, you got those
extra significant strukes that meant everything, man, which that was
an amazing fight as well too. So all right, so
you got that. I'm doing it. You know, we always
do this. Dance Dave or Dave Dan. Sorry they called me.

Speaker 3 (41:29):
They called me Dave at work.

Speaker 1 (41:31):
They call you Dave. I bet that guy at work
wasn't calling you Dave when you get pitched you off.
He was about to do the wrong rush a little bit.
You were gonna do the damn bop.

Speaker 2 (41:44):
Kind of.

Speaker 1 (41:45):
I don't know what you I don't know what your
favorite shot was. I should probably know that sometime, but
I don't want to feel it though.

Speaker 3 (41:53):
I just I like combinations, man. I I do the
one three to one, one, one one. That's my favorite combo, I.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Guess right now because as a point fighter, they do
have us learning combos. So I'll say the one two
three is really good for me. I know that's a
very basic combo, but because you know, like the way
I build, the way I keep everything in line as
a karate fighter, I really think that my hook has
gotten really good so that I can actually deliver that.

(42:26):
And if I delivered that to somebody's body, I think
I can hurt them. But at the same I mean,
we all know I can hurt people in point fighting.
I already know that that's that's not that's not even
a hands down decision. That's that just happens monthly basis.
One month, I got a fight, I'm gonna I'm as
long as I got somebody to fight. As long as
somebody shows up, they got they got it. So you

(42:49):
know when you're looking at that, you're looking back at that,
I'm going already R, I'm going already are by submission.
And I really when I said that two three, I
love the one two three because I'm trying to cover
myself because I really do think that RDR gets that
submission in the second round. Rdr's second round submission is

(43:13):
a plus twenty five hundred, and here goes a little
bit of history. Lesson people. When RDYR hit hit Nikol
with that knockout, it was plus twenty three hundred. You're
you're giving Actually that's knockout. I was wrong with that people.
His second round submission is a fifteen hundred, his knockouts

(43:35):
a twenty five hundred. Twenty five hundred, sorry about that.
When he did that, he only showed me that he's
gonna be able to go after somebody and wear them
down if he imposes his will gets out to the
first round. Winnakers, I know not gonna be gassed. He's
gonna have durability. But that's when he's gonna be weaker
and he's gonna have hit RDR. RDR is gonna get

(43:57):
him on the cage. He's gonna rack him down and
he he's either go ground and pound him or he's
gonna submit him. That's my take. That's what I got.
I got the second round submission at plus fifteen hundred
for RDR. That's how we're doing it this week. Dan,
We're gonna like it. But I will say I can't
lie I have, Like I said, I have the knockout

(44:19):
on Whitaker. I'm not stupid people, and I know that
a lot of people go like, you're a little confusing
heat override. Why are you playing both sides? Why I
play both sides is because you can play one side,
keep it there, but you lose, you don't win anything.

Speaker 3 (44:33):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (44:34):
The difference between UFC betting and any other betting is
is you can bet multiple methods that link into each other.
This is what we talk about on the Fight Club
of Pain. So when I say I'm gonna go knockout,
I'm gonna play one, two knockout. I'm going to play
self knockout. I'm playing four knockout bets for one dude, Right,

(44:58):
all those together are gonna buying more than the little
bit of money I'm going to put on maybe the underdog.
So this goes back to so let's throw up. Let's
throw up an easy fight that actually will explain this
to all of you people. Davy Grant versus Damon black Chear.
Dmon Black Cheer is gonna go in there and submit

(45:19):
Davy Grant. But David Grant is a hard nosed boxer.
He is Gutty. He actually was a key to one
of our DFS lineups when he fought last time we
used Davy Grant. He went the distance, he was able
to get us what we needed. But Black Chear has
not only been up on my five Tastic Picks, he

(45:40):
has also made the five Tastic picks. So here's a
little preview to the five Tastic Picks. Damon Black Cheer
is going to sub Davy Grant, and I will give
you the action with that fresh out of the Five
Tastics article right now, because I want you all to
know that this is total trans cospiracy. His knockout improp

(46:02):
is sitting at plus one twenty and what more do
you want? What more do you want? If you want
to play the knockout for both fiers, that's fine, but
this is one of those fights that I'm gonna play that.
On top of that, I also have the money line
for Black Shaar is a negative three forty. That's not bad.
Play the under distance with that and you get a
nice parlay as well too. We can bring that up

(46:23):
to a positive so when you flip into that, you
hit that rate there and of course everything else, all
my bets will be in the Subs Only discord at
Doctor Rodo. I don't know why any of you aren't
aren't joining, because honestly, last year the DFS knowledge that
I alone put out not to mention the help that
we gave to everybody on Sunday before game walk in

(46:45):
the Subs Only discord with Doctor Rodo. I'm telling you,
when when you have one of your people hit for
two hundred thousand and disappear off the face of the planet. People,
when you have one of your experts bill almost five
hundred k and hit, it comes off of a big hit.
And yes, that one of his big hits was that

(47:07):
same week where all of us at Doctor Rode were hit.
We're talking three lineups. I give out a year go
Nuclear finished in the top half percent of the DFS lineups,
and we're cheaper than anybody else. If you guys want
information and you just want to do the subs Only discord,
get the Subs Only discord package. You get a percentage

(47:29):
off that as well too, and you're looking at less
than twenty dollars a month to win your fantasy football leagues.
Everybody's already in there right now. I'm a badass. When
it comes to fantasy football. I'm a problem, and so
is everybody else. You got Lou, You got the great
man Doctor Roto, like you can't expect. You get his
Roto visionaries every week. He's on Saturday and Sunday spitting

(47:49):
football every week, bringing in people from one week fantasy
and one season. This is what we do at Doctor Rodo.
We're seasonal, we're DFS and we're just simply kick ass.
We have the here for any fantasy ailment that you
have for your teams. I swear to you will make
money at Doctor Roto. The UFC alone will pay I

(48:10):
swear sign up for a month at Doctor Roto. Follow
the UFC for one month and you will make more money.
And then you take that money and you go ahead.
You put it into fantasy football leagues will win you
those land league championships, will help you slay the slates
on both FANDEL and DraftKings, and you could be a
rich friend. I'm putting that in there, and I will

(48:31):
talk shit because we have talk shit. Dan Call to
play last week that was phenomenal. DFS lineups was huge.
Not only do we have Michael Johnson mentioned as a
DFS the soup Can of the week. We also had
Patricio Pitbull, we had Marvin Vitty. Those guys were in
one hundred percent of my lineups. That was on Doctor

(48:52):
Roto's discord. I'm giving you the lineup. You just gotta
go play it, people, you just gotta go play it.
When we almost won five digits two weeks ago, was
we playing then? Was we playing then? And we only
been doing this for six months? What happens when I'm
doing this with Dan for five years. We're gonna be

(49:15):
retired in five years. People, then you're gonna have a
problem because then you're gonna have to go, you know.
But there's a lot of good information out there, a
lot of great sights.

Speaker 3 (49:22):
You know.

Speaker 1 (49:22):
We're actually I'm planning an interview with one of them
as well too, so that's we want picks. I love
I love the old all of them. You know, Jacob
is probably as crazy as my ass is, Like he's
just a loud ass wild man. But then Angelo is
still over there too. Those guys together are just hilarious.
I mean, we can't get enough of that. So if

(49:44):
you if you don't follow them all of them too,
you know, you can't get enough when it comes to fighting.
You just got two views right here right. Sometimes you
might need a third view if that you thought that,
But usually me and Dan cover everything. Like I said
on my podcasts that released earlier today, doctor rodo you have.
You have the passive guy, you have the crazy, wild guy,

(50:05):
and that's what you get every week with the Fight
Cub Up Pain. We try to do the most of
it for all of you in that amount of time.
In the time that we have, we are working people,
and we thank all of you for being here. And
now I think it's time to get to the to
the parley of per Well. You know something, Dan, I

(50:26):
see all the little wholeke maniacs looking back at all
the times that we had the great times together. Yeah,
and we're sitting here and just looking to the skies
and we're seeing all the rays come down upon us.
This week, we're going to hit it, brother, We're going
to go to the top.

Speaker 3 (50:43):
Brother.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
We're gonna win the championship this week. Brother. Yeah, there's
so much going on. I'm trying not to hold it
back right now. That was probably really bad. That was
a bad Hogan one. I guess that he got to
me on that one. That's all right, No, pun I
was just doing it. Just get it up there, parlay

(51:05):
paying time. We're going steven win knockout negative one ten.
You're gonna go Aslan. That's Ibo Aslin and this is
of course the Ibo Aslin. And oh that dude's name
is Crazy Crazy Crazy and Billy Ela Kanana Elakana. The

(51:27):
knockout for both players are both fighters is negative two
thirty together parlay it is a plus one seventy three.
Play that play all these singles as well, two people.
This is why we teach you Leo both Actually the
best way is to get the both knocked out for
the Leal fight, because Leal's gonna knock dude out. I'm

(51:48):
just telling you right now, go ahead and play it.
You just want to you you think I'm lying. Muslim
Sally Kov is going down. He might be a first
round knockout. Carlos. Leal's gonna knock him out. He's already
just won his money. He's already got the knockout for us.
I'm telling you that right there. Boom negative one eighty
five brings the parlay up two plus three twenty one

(52:08):
blocks cheer knockout sub plus one twenty. Now we're at
a plus eight twenty eight. And right about now you're
looking at that that boot that parlay boost from fan
Duel going mmm, looking little juicy to fifty percent on
any sport. Right, let's add the fifth to that leg

(52:30):
the Deritter Witaker Fight Distant No. Negative two eighty A
little passive, little passive. This week it takes it to
a plus eleven fifty nine. Let's boost it to a
plus fifteen pot eighty. Thank you, FanDuel, we do love
you giving you the parlay of perin. Whoa dude that's

(52:57):
gonna hit? I think this week we get it way
it pays. It's it's it's hard to hit these these
are sometimes you just you just miss it. It's just
it could be the wrong, the wrong, the wrong finishing method. Yeah,
so that's why the knockout and subs are in there.
Of course, Black Cheer. If you ain't hitting Black Cheer
knockout sub with ten units, I don't, I don't. I

(53:21):
don't know what show you're listening to. That's why you
gotta get the doctor riddle. But all right, brother man,
let's get to the DFS lineups. Did you get a
DFS lineup this weekend.

Speaker 3 (53:30):
Yeah, I did do one. I did do one.

Speaker 1 (53:33):
Who all right?

Speaker 3 (53:34):
Reading off my bro all right, I got Robert Whitaker,
I got off, I got uh.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
Yawn uh huh, I got Ricci A yeah, yeah, yeah,
black Cheer and almabeos.

Speaker 1 (53:51):
I love it. I love it.

Speaker 3 (53:52):
Yo.

Speaker 1 (53:52):
That is a very very unique lineup right there. If
none of you just heard that, that's a unique That
line up right there literally could win it. Ricci is
the dog. Oh so because of all the Hogan talk,
that's the fight that we kind of were like pushing away.
Let me give it to you right here. Knockout for
both fighters is one thousand points is negative three to seventy.

(54:13):
On the Ricci side, I think if there was a
bethit for win uh suven points for her is a
plus one seventy five. That's a great cover. I don't
know why. So if you agree with Dan and is Ricci,
you do that. Or if you're on the Amanda Lebas side,
money line and distance negative one eleven, knockout in points
negative one twenty five if you want to get crazy,

(54:34):
knockout with Ribos is a plus eighteen hundred first and
second round knockout with Riabos is a plus one sixty five.
You think she's gonna knock about the Ribos is the
better boxer? Ricci tries to box and is it a
boxer and needs to shoot and if she doesn't shoot,

(54:56):
she gon't get knocked out. And you heard it here
on the Fight Club of Pain. Yeah, WHOA All right,
here goes my DFS lineup. Deritter Win. I know it
isn't spelled win. It's n g U y e N
for people that that don't know, because I know there's

(55:17):
some people that probably are watching this that don't know. Guscarv. Boudet,
Black cheer Lio. We're fucking cash in this week. I said,
freaking and that's how it rolls. That's how it rolls. Now.
I know all y'all want to free. I know y'all
want to free another free lineup, So let's see what

(55:37):
they're offering. They're not offering the showdown slate. So if
you want to if you want to sway off of
that and you want to go, you want the share
a side because hera is the top priced person, you're
definitely have. Why I like Budet is Boudet does have
a pathway to victory. However, Boudet also if and if

(55:57):
his fight with Butceca or Bushaya, whatever you want to
say it that I think it's Bouceca. I could be
wrong with that. Don't don't hold me to it. It
goes a distance, you're gonna get the points, kind of
like what we did with Vittori last week. We didn't
need Vittori to win, we just needed him to go distance.
He went to distance with a broken nose. All right,
that's tough. That's what people do. So we're gonna go

(56:20):
him and another one.

Speaker 3 (56:21):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (56:22):
You know a lot of people too are on the
on the ele Kana side, and he is really he's
priced really low. But I like the Gustav right there.
I also like said, all right, I'll try to say
that name when I give you the lineup right. So
right there, I got two people left. I'm at eighty
nine to five hundred right there, So I'm gonna go

(56:42):
down to my boy because I don't really like anybody
down in this little area right here. So for me,
I'm gonna go blacks here. But that puts me in
eighty nine. It leaves me to Oslin. So and I
do like Ozlon. Ozlon's already won us money, He's got
the knockout power. I've already looked over this fight a lot.
I have not made my pick on that fight, but

(57:04):
I mean, he's just the size of him. It's a second,
third round knockout for Eyebo. And that's what I'm gonna
be playing right there. You got, you got Shara Bude,
gus Gov, Norma. I'm gonna say it, Norma, go Medev.

Speaker 3 (57:22):
Dermalga Medov.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
You you.

Speaker 3 (57:29):
Just like just like Kabe, just like k Bee.

Speaker 1 (57:33):
Okay, I know, I know, I know, Black Cheer and
alas Lan. That gives you another lineup that you can
actually play with two you know. And for me, I'll
be I'll be a little I'll do it right here
to end the show, before we we maybe go out
a little bit on it. I'll give you one d
FanDuel lineup. We're gonna hit it right here. We'll get

(57:55):
into it, and so that way we're sending you off
with everything you need and then you go to doctor Rodo.
I know you like the free content, but I can
tell you you want more than that. So of course
on FanDuel they do the Captain spot, the captain spot.
It's so funny though, so they they do they do
the captain spot. They don't charge you extra for that,

(58:16):
but they do that in baseball. It's like they haven't
figured that out yet. Yeah, handle, I mean, you don't
have to. I'll keep put in the best fighter in
your in your captain spot if that's what you want
me to do. But eventually people they are gonna catch
on and wise up and start doing that. But right now,
it's for me the for sure knockouts of the fight.

(58:37):
Leal is a for sure knockout for me, Shara is
a for sure knockout for me, and I think Win
has a chance to either knock out and finish as
well too. So when I sit back in black cheer
as well, when I sit back it's those four. Of course,
it's Shares number one. He's he's he's gonna give me
my best chance. I mean, other than Lee Ale, I
do have a lineup with Leo as my captain. So

(59:00):
that's what's really cool is on Fandel they're rolling Bedet
at twelve bucks, gust Off at thirteen bucks, which whoo.
I love that. But you know what's the craziest one too.
Is of this is that if you go down like
Derritter's fifteen bucks, Mitchell said, is her side is fourteen dollars.

(59:22):
So if you just go with Shara Nermaga Dova, I'm
not gonna stop. I need more. I need beer. Gustav Bude.
I got nineteen dollars for two fighters, which means I
can go black cheer, and then from there I have
twenty one dollars for Leo Maganev black cheer, Leao.

Speaker 3 (59:44):
Nermo, Nermalka, Nermalga Metov.

Speaker 1 (59:49):
Nermalga, Metov, Nervagametev, Gustav and Boudet. You got your lineups,
you got your money, like follow share the fight, cup
of pain and bring the pain and doctor Rowe share
all this stuff out people, get the numbers, Let your
friends know that we are here doing the best for you.
We want you to win. I don't want to win
a million dollars. I want you to win a million

(01:00:10):
dollars and then if you could throw me at least
ten thousand off of that, that'd be cool.

Speaker 3 (01:00:14):
But you don't want to tell you we'll take it.

Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
Yeah, we'll take it. We'll split it five cage. That's
what we do that's what the Fight Club of Paint is.
So to and and the and this and this podcast.
What's one of your most memorable moments of Hogan's career.

Speaker 3 (01:00:32):
Hul Cogan's career. Uh, of course slam and on try
Giant WrestleMania. What three?

Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
Yeah, Uh, I would have to say the beginning stages
of the nWo.

Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
Okay, oh get her just spray painting bottles and going
all over.

Speaker 3 (01:00:51):
Yeah, yeah, it was.

Speaker 2 (01:00:53):
It was just when it was just them three or four,
I think they brought uh six or x pok or
whatever they.

Speaker 1 (01:00:59):
Called them, they called them six pack. Then yeah, when
they a six pack.

Speaker 3 (01:01:04):
Then when they brought him in. You know, I was
never a fan of his, but yeah either when they
brought when they brought.

Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
Him in, it was just them four and Eric Bischoff
and then you know, they did their whole thing with
Sting coming from the rafters and yeah, that was It
was a.

Speaker 1 (01:01:22):
Nice build up for Sting too. See the Sting was
one of them too, he said one of his the
one is the greatest wrestlers of all time. That's what
Sting posted before we went live.

Speaker 3 (01:01:31):
Yeah, he was just he was just fun to watch man.

Speaker 1 (01:01:34):
He was Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:01:36):
I used to love watching him talk when I was
a kid, to mean to mean Jean.

Speaker 1 (01:01:41):
It was it was just funny, you know, you know
and the dude, would you send me that when he
swum backwards? Dude, stupid ship. I do, like, I'll just
be rare to do dumb ship like. But when we
were children watching that with we were like, what are
we watching? Like me and my friends have all he's been,
you know, done wrestling quotes and did all that, and

(01:02:04):
even you know, up until pre COVID, Dave was coming
up to the you know, to the pay per views.
But now with everything being free on, we'll practically free
on peacock and stuff and life just being crazy. Most
of us going to tournaments on weekends. We don't got time.
Like you know, we're we have the first nun of
Summer Slam and our buddies fighting down at the Bayfront

(01:02:26):
Brawl for the Bizarros. So if you're in ere Pa
and you want to see some UFC fights and you
want to see some boxing, also, what's up?

Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
We got to.

Speaker 2 (01:02:39):
It?

Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
Ye, yes, yes, you guys have Yeah, we're doing it.
We're doing it right now.

Speaker 1 (01:02:48):
Yeah, we're this is this is this.

Speaker 3 (01:02:50):
Is our fight.

Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
This is the fight Club of Pain right now now
if you want to talk about like on my side,
we do have a guy entering the octagon this weekend. Uh. Actually,
this this gentleman is part of the Fight Club of Pain.
He's in the thing and he's quiet right now because
he's got a fight. But he was actually he took
some lessons from physique when he was a kid too.

(01:03:13):
So if you really, if you really like that, you know,
that's kind of what we do at t KO Eerie
and Erie, Pennsylvania. We're actually going up to Buffalo to
do a stick it to Hunger thing wherever it's ten
dollars to get in, or if you bring a can
of soda or not cann of soda, if a can
of food, you can get in and.

Speaker 3 (01:03:31):
Bring a canap.

Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
I am bringing a can of soup. You know that's
that dude. It's like, that's that's what I'll get you
for Christmas, a big can of soup. Canadas, Campbell's, any
of you soup companies out there, you want to do,
miss tease if you make soup. I don't even know that,
but that's that's how we do the fight Club. We
usually cover the the fighters. We picked the fights that

(01:03:56):
we do for the bigger ones like the UFC or
three twenty and all that stuff. We will do anywhere
from five to seven fights, so we really in depth
with that. Yeah, to be a fun one. Whoo dude,
there's just so much on that card.

Speaker 3 (01:04:14):
That's gonna be a long That's gonna be a long show.

Speaker 1 (01:04:17):
Yeah. I mean, even with all the Hogan talk and
stuff like that, we're about at what we're at and
we were still able to give out the fights and
do all that. So I think without the banner we
would have got the four done around forty four minutes.
But at the same time, I think that, you know,
I wanted to extend this out to everybody and say, hey,
do you guys, do you guys want you know, to
do more wrestling shows or you know, like, do you

(01:04:41):
like wrestling? Is it part of your life? Because I
think with UFC and WWE being practically under the TKO
group right now, I think that this is kind of
a match made in heaven. And I thought that that's
why it was instead of doing a separate show podcast
is what I was getting at four just Hogan, I thought,
just throwing him in with this too. I'll still probably
do one for him, give him like a good ten
minute rundown. But I've done that. I did that when

(01:05:04):
I give out my top ten wrestlers of all time
on Bring the Pain, So that to me is one
of those things that really works for us and going forward,
and that's that's what I do. But yeah, that card's
gonna be crazy, the greatest, greatest Hogan moment ever. It's
for me, it's gonna be it's it's it's going back.

(01:05:25):
It's WrestleMania three. You know, we didn't get to see
Hogan get that belt from Bundy, and at least I didn't.
Me and my dad heard about it the next day
in the newspaper, so that's that's how we got that.
But you know, because WrestleMania two not being televised or
jumping around and doing this weird thing, it was really weird.

(01:05:47):
In a lot of places, there wasn't so when you
got back you had whole comania. You were looking forward
and there was all this hype about the next WrestleMania.
WrestleMania three. Of course it ends up being the Silver Dome,
being it was dethroned as the biggest WrestleMania ever, of course,
but I think it was. I had that in my

(01:06:08):
article that I did, but it still's number two, well,
number three now, I mean after last year's wrestle but
it's still up there. And that moment when Hogan did
slam Andre was one of the craziest moments. They tried
to do that with the Lex Luger and you know,
which it was fine, but I think that at that

(01:06:30):
time in life heading into what would be no holds board.
Soon after that, Mister Nanny Suburban Commando, I mean Suburban
Commando dude, dude, that that was the undertakers in there,
and then they like make him talk and he goes, hey,
why you and then he goes that's why they don't talk.
And I'm like, what do you do? But if you've

(01:06:51):
never watched Haul Cogan and Mister Nanny with with George
from that, what's that? What am I think? George Scheffer's Yeah,
from the dude, he sets that whole thing off. Did
you ever see the Nanny?

Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
Yeah, it was so bad, it was funny, man, I
liked it. It was so bad that I liked it, dude.

Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
So there's that point where the taxi driver brings up.
It brings him up and they go. He goes, hey,
what about the tip? And he goes, here's a quarter
and he goes a quarter and George Jefferson runs over.
He grabs a corner and he goes, this ain't Christmas. Dude.
That was crazy. Subert h He had Thunder and Paradise.

(01:07:37):
That's something that riff track should do. Thunder and Paradise, dude.
They gave him hair the whole time they gave him hair.
It was like whoa. It was just one of those
things that you just never thought you would see at
that stage, especially like I didn't see that when I
was a kid. Now, Hoki had a whole head of hair.

Speaker 3 (01:07:59):
He was always bold.

Speaker 1 (01:08:01):
Yeah, So when they gave him those extensions in that movie,
and I was like, what are they doing? Like this
is just a whole But if you want a movie,
the Ultimate Weapon, Haul Kogan. His name of his nick
character is Ben Cutter. Ben Cutter, which if you ever

(01:08:24):
play a soccer game, take it for me. Go make
your soccer player's name. Sven Cutter. Best soccer name ever.
Don't tell me everybody worldwide, Ven Cutter is the best
soccer name that has never existed and should so who
was all the people that are named cutter out there?
One of y'all name your son or daughter seven, I

(01:08:47):
get you whatever. Just make it Savenna savena cutter and
get him into get him into soccer and and make
this a reality for me. Make this a reality for me.
But the whole beginning of the movie there he doesn't talk.
He like literally rarely talks, and he's if he does,

(01:09:08):
it's like a one line. So what we're doing, we're
watching this movie. There's a point where he's just looking dumb,
like this right, love you Hogan, but that's what you're doing.
And so me and my friends were just Mystery Signed
Theater three thousand, retracting it and we're like, I'm being cutter,
and then like it would come back and I'm like
I'm being cutter and then just like it just went

(01:09:28):
on for like two minutes, and my friends and me
we just did it. So I guess if there was
a lot of Hogan memories there you are, there's a
lot of my Hogan memories. Of course, the nWo coming
back all this stuff. Hex. I watched the show. I
watched the show with Hogan and you know Zack's wife,
the kids. I mean, dang man, that was a wild

(01:09:48):
show man. His son's always getting Rex with cars and
I was like, whoa and it was funny, man. But
good times, good places.

Speaker 3 (01:09:57):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:09:58):
I want to say, you know, thanks to the memories
that you gave us, Hulk, I know a lot I
speak for a lot of wrestling fans saying that you
changed my childhood. You made a huge connection between my dad,
me and my friends. You allowed us to do a
lot of things. You allowed me to carry a tradition
that started at WrestleMania one until the Corona Mania. That

(01:10:23):
many years of doing multiple events every year with your friends,
including we did this one time. I named all of
the foods, different wrestling moves and it was just crazy
what we did. Just fun times that dude, we had.
We had little We got the wrestling plates, we got
the wrestling backgrounds. We went to party City. We had

(01:10:45):
so much fun doing so just to watch wrestling. And
again that was started by my dad, that was started
by the influence of Hulk Hogan. I had to call
him up today and tell them because Hawk was always
one of his favorite wrestlers, and I know that people go, well,
we couldn't wrestle. No, it ain't about that. It's about
what he did for a lot of us. It's about
that that whole Hogan vibe, the feeling. Then you can't deny.

(01:11:08):
And if you don't know it, you were just too young.
You didn't know. And there's no way that we were
not going to rag you for not knowing what it
felt like to be a kid in the eighties with
hult Cogan running rampant, the Natural Man running rampant, the
Ultimo Warrior running rampant. There were so many egos in
the w w F Slashy at that time. It just
set it.

Speaker 3 (01:11:28):
Set a Yeah. And even even his feud with ted
d Bassi Man was great, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:11:36):
I mean big boss Man and you know, and he
he did you know he did was Nikolay Volkov. Yeah,
he had a huge fight with him. I mean back
to you know, USA versus Russia, stuff like that. I
don't it's just always wrestling has always marred what the
world kind of is going through at times as well too. Yeah,

(01:11:56):
so like to see that, but to see that, you know,
everything coming together now and to see the WWE going
overseas and changing barriers like what they did over you know,
in Saudi and things like that, allowing the women to
be dressed less or you know, to make the moves
and to make you know, like evolution just recently. That
was an amazing event. So that's what the WWE does.

(01:12:19):
It changes people's lives. It gives you that, And I
don't know why people forget about that. I feel that
if my brother would have kept himself with video games
and kept himself with wrestlings, he could probably be alive today.
I know that physically his body was failing him. You
can't say that that could change it. But I think
sometimes when you take the laughter, the joy out of
someone's life and you put them in every day, nine

(01:12:40):
to five truck driving dob like or any job, any
job period, I think people go they try to say
that they're too growing up all the time.

Speaker 3 (01:12:48):
Right, Yeah, I agree, man, I.

Speaker 2 (01:12:53):
Watching wrestling and watching UFC and doing this podcast, it's
a release, man, it's release you forget about everyday life.
Like when we went to Summer Slam. Yeah, even we
were what three hours early? Yeah, we stood outside for
three hours, but it was great. It was a great time.

Speaker 1 (01:13:15):
Yeah, And I mean we got we got on camera
and on that whatever that energy company. Yes, yeah, before
we got on their web page, you had be doing
doing some kind of crow wild dance. Actually I was
moving it backing dance people. Yeah, I mean actually doing
like a new age dance.

Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
I was myself and everybody was yelling heat at me
because I had no yeats shared on and I'm I'm
arguing with kids that I don't even know.

Speaker 3 (01:13:42):
It was.

Speaker 1 (01:13:42):
That was that was that was wild because I wore this.
I was just was like, yeah, so you got me
running around yeah yeah, yeah, and then you got everybody
going no yeat to Dan. Yeah they're giving I mean
it was super duper hot, like eighty nine degrees that day.

Speaker 3 (01:13:58):
Yea.

Speaker 1 (01:13:58):
And we're just in it all one hundred and sent
man for everybody that that is joining now because I
see the numbers going up the picture earlier in the show.
We're just finishing the show up, talking a little bit
about Hogan memories and going on from there, a little
longer than we normally go for this show. But like
I said, we're kind of combining the whole thing and

(01:14:18):
thankful that all of you were watching this, Thankful that
you know, what all of your views do for doctor
roto bring the pain the fight club of pain. You know,
like Dan said, it is a release, and that's what
it is. People grow People say you gotta grow up
that oh hey, heat override, you gotta you gotta leave
all the sports in the football and the wrestling and
the video games behind. And you know what, I look

(01:14:41):
at these people every single day and they're not happy.

Speaker 3 (01:14:44):
They're not happy.

Speaker 1 (01:14:45):
When you look at me and Dan, we're freaking happy, dude.
We we, like I said Waldemure, just this past.

Speaker 3 (01:14:52):
Weekend, man running around like kids.

Speaker 1 (01:14:55):
We were. We were we were literally like two little kids.
Actually our kids came gone us and slowed us down
and they're like, yeah, let's go down the river.

Speaker 3 (01:15:04):
You know, Like.

Speaker 1 (01:15:07):
That's what I was trying to say, Like what happens.
I think that the work life takes these people over.
I think that everything kind of puts everybody down a
certain hole and they forget how great life was when
they loved wrestling, when they loved playing video games, when
they loved watching sports. Because I think that when you
don't have a release in life, what do you have

(01:15:29):
in life?

Speaker 3 (01:15:30):
Exactly? I love it, dude, exactly, then you know what,
don't don't forget to say your prayers, eat your vitamins.

Speaker 1 (01:15:39):
Man, Yes, train hard, say your prayers, eat your vitamins,
because guess what, we're all in here giving it up people. Man,
We're oh and that is how you bring the paine
to the competitions. Let's slay the slates, Let's take on

(01:16:00):
the sports books.

Speaker 4 (01:16:01):
And let everybody know that Haul Hogan was one of
the greatest wrestlers of all time and is my number
two wrestler of all time and number one for most
of my life.

Speaker 1 (01:16:14):
That is why we live wrestling in our lives every
single day. Dann, thank you for coming on.

Speaker 3 (01:16:20):
No problem, brother Holcomedia will live forever.

Speaker 1 (01:16:24):
Halcome Media forever. Everybody.

Speaker 3 (01:16:39):
Thank you for stopping by the office.
