In this episode of Bring the Pain, I talked about the Fantasy Football Expo and UFC Vegas 109, which featured Dolidze vs. Hernandez. So I started off the show by talking about the Fight Club of Pain's articles and bets from the show before heading into my picks for the week, which I was 11-1 on again. In the end, I covered the Fantasy Football Expo from catching up with all my people. Watching crazy knockouts happen to the many restaurants we visited on Saturday, Dan and I had a great time. We can't wait to do it again next year, but for now, you'll want to buckle up because we're about to break the sound barrier in this one.

watch this guy. This guy's getting the first round knockout
straight up, and that shit went down. We were at
the Gastro Pub, the Gastritron Pub at the time. Whoa

I screamed when the one dude went on X and
he goes, he goes. Does anybody got a video of
you screaming after that knockout? I'm like, I don't think so,
but it would have been funny. And that's what that's again,
great times at the Fantasy Football Expo.

that being said, we're just on that roll. So I'm
thinking back, man, if Brundage just would have won, if
it was just one, then I would be unbeaten at
this point right now, I'd be looking at cashing out
or just going on with the win.

Got Steve Versid got that win. I knew his gooda bet,
but he did look horrible at that. Odie Osborne could
have won that he really could have. But Steve's good,

Deliez was coming through.

This fight goes the distance. I mean, we're getting a
lot more money in DFS instead of just doubling up.
And but I had of course Anthony, Heor and Andez,
winning eleven and one for my picks.

Over all, I went four and oh. For the Fight
Club of Pain, Dan went two and two. He took
two underdogs.

It's just I mean, he took Deliz and then he
he took Angela.

Hill, which was fine. So two and two overall, that's good.

And then of course on DK five hundred and forty
points was about the lineup. So I went three and
four of my fifty fifties on that FanDuel I scored
on three out of four lives on that as well too.
And then you know what was crazy was during the day,
I literally was like I was at you know, it
was Gonnay full bleckspo. He wasn't gonna get a baseball

lonup in. So I threw a baseball lotup in, went
to the early slate, only threw.

Two bucks down, returned I took eighth place.

I was just like, okay, so now I got money
to spend at the expo because we go that so boom. Also,
the Parlay of Pain came through instead of having the
first fight destroying the thing. But of course you should
be playing this, you should be round robbing the parlay
of pain because it's meant to win. It goes three

and five, Yeah, three and five. This week I got
Medick got the knockout, Smith the knockout. Walker did not
get the knockout, neither did Ersig, and Fernandez was the
money line. So I started with Fernandez, Medic, Smith, Walker, Ersig,
Walker ERSI did not come through, but.

Then I got the one two parlay, then I got
the one two three parlay.

I'm trying to teach all of you how to win
money and win a lot of it consistently. You don't

you need the money there to make the chances to
make those things happen.

Running all the WNBA numbers right now hitting up the
late slates with some of that. I keep winning these
millionaire tickets. I'm up to twenty of them now twenty.
My record was like thirty six, but I was playing
like all summer.

I'm just slapping mochas right because I'm out there whopping
them up, and I'm getting those free tickets.

only winning three dollars and fifty cents more. But I
am still winning. So now that I have twenty tickets,
and I think I have lost some that that happened
this week. I took second and everything, and it was
like I had four fighters at one again. When it
comes to UFC, it's about the fighters that win and

how they win. It gotta be first rounds you're gonna
be if you're gonna play DraftKings on. You know they
have the draft for UFC, then you better think about
tickets and first round fights, and you'd better take a
five round fight as well too, because both fighters usually
get a lot of points in those fights, especially like
even though Lee's got points because he lasted to the
fourth round. But that was a quick joke out. He

knew he was done for. And again it is what happened.
Everything that we said it wasn't gonna.

you watched the Fight Club of Pain, then you know
that we threw that down. That was almost a plus.

we knew that fight was gonna be distance.

So again and I do want to apologize speaking about
the Fight Club of Pain last week, we had technical
difficulties on my end. Dan ended up getting disconnected getting reconnected.
He didn't know what was going on. He had no
control over the studio. It was a complete mess, but
we recovered. It threw me off. We're going into the
main event and I was walking on eggshells the whole time,

So, I mean, the podcast was great, the baits bets
were great, the DFS knowledge was great, the the DFS

after the second cutout, they just knew what was gonna happen.

that's the way it is. So now this week we
got UFC three nineteen. It's two pluses verse chaime, Eve.
I mean, this is gonna be a war, of course,
everybody's this got a lot of people torn. So we're

definitely you have to cutch the Fight Club of Pain
this week and get this because we're gonna be doing
five fights, and I mean right now, I've got four
of them in so I already have. I already have
my notes. I already have my notes. So we're gonna
be doing We're gonna be doing well. Five you get
to learn that. We're not gonna tell you. That's why
you tune in. You gotta get the articles of Doctor Rodo.

You need the subscription for that. But if you're gonna
watch the fight payn and try to milk off of
our bets, you still need to talk to us. You
still have to go to the ex and talk to Dan.

I used to like doing that anyway after the Thursday

The Fantasy Football Expo whoa another great time in a
great event held by Bob Lung and all his team
members both from his fantasy you know, from his fantasy
team and also the Fantasy Football Expo team being.

Putting all the things on.

They had it in Jerseys this year, which was kind
of off site, which is kind of nice because a
lot of the restaurants weren't really busy with other than
after about four o'clock when all the drafts were done.
If you guys came over, had some beers or had
some food, then went back. And then after that happened,
we ran to a lot of people there. I ran into.
Speaker 3 (17:51):
When Steve's buddies. So I hate what I say. I
just hate that sometimes and I try not to do it.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
But whatever, So that being said, ran to it was
Jamie Progue, ran to him, met him for the first time.
I ran too a few people that I knew from
last year, and that's when we got over to this
so after we left, we did the first thing we
did was always the Brew Kettle.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
Brew Kettle was awesome, had the Expedition burger. Wow.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
It had wild boar, elk Legu style beef, and I
think something.
Speaker 3 (18:23):
Else like ox. It was just everything. It was great, right,
great burger, greape beers.

Everything I tasted at the Brew Kettle amazing and a
lot of it. There we had their their local crafts
and then we had the other I'd like to do,
you know, try everybody else's craft beers that are really
good too.

So we got over to.

The Gastro Iron grew pub or pub whatever it's called anyway,
got over there and that's when we ran into the
guys that we used to talk that I saw last
year and we were running with and all that stuff
that I was known for the last.

Couple of years got togethers One of them goes on there.
I can't remember what.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Was his name, but he set a team off Facebook
or ex because everybody's just like sitting there just reposting
poet pictures, commenting you're not catching up. He goes to me,
he goes, he goes, man, somebody needed a video of
that knockout with Earl Connecticut.

That's what I was talking about earlier. But they had
a great time. We had. We just had some great service.

They actually put the UFC fights on the big screen TV,
so we got to see all that have another great time.

So then at that time, it.

Was about seven o'clock, we went to Jerseys and that
place was crazy. I thought I was just looking outside
at this nice little outside menu for the fantasy football people.
May I think it was like a club. That thing
was like a club, and I'm pretty sure Club Rob
came out because that was wild. And so I had
a wild time there. Fun still did not see a

lot of people I didn't like. I said, I didn't
run into Gary, I didn't catch up with a lot
of people I really want to.

But out of nowhere, while looking for.

Everybody, I find Bob hiding in a side corner by
so I'm like, Bob, Bob, So I'm so happy to
see him.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
I seen his wife right when.

We were walking in. It was just total awesomeness. And
then of course I saw Kevin. I ran at you
know Kevin from Trophy Smack, and then I ran into
I ran him my boy, dude, dude, Ted Chimes Man
like he's done so much for me in my career,
in my writing style. He's been my editor up until

Lou Lou, Doc and Ted have been my three biggest
at Mark have been my four biggest editors of my
writing career. They have seen heaedover. I go from a
crazy guy it just wants to say a lot of stuff,
which I still do on my podcast, to a guy
that actually has some of the best articles in the world.

The way that I tell the stories. I'm gonna say

Yes, go read everybody else's stuff. Hell, go read Steve's

They had it in Jerseys this year, which was kind
of off site, which is kind of nice because a
lot of the restaurants weren't really busy with other than
after about four o'clock when all the drafts were done.
If you guys came over, had some beers or had
some food, then went back. And then after that happened,
we ran to a lot of people there. I ran into.

When Steve's buddies. So I hate what I say. I
just hate that sometimes and I try not to do it.

But whatever, So that being said, ran to it was
Jamie Progue, ran to him, met him for the first time.

got over there and that's when we ran into the

Was his name, but he set a team off Facebook
or ex because everybody's just like sitting there just reposting

a great time. We had. We just had some great service.

a wild time there. Fun still did not see a

run into Gary, I didn't catch up with a lot
of people I really want to.

Everybody, I find Bob hiding in a side corner by

see him.

We were walking in. It was just total awesomeness. And
then of course I saw Kevin. I ran at you
know Kevin from Trophy Smack, and then I ran into
I ran him my boy, dude, dude, Ted Chimes Man
like he's done so much for me in my career,
in my writing style. He's been my editor up until

Lou Lou, Doc and Ted have been my three biggest
at Mark have been my four biggest editors of my
writing career. They have seen heaedover. I go from a

Got to hang out with him and talk with him
a couple of times. I introduced Stand to him. Dan
was just having a fun time, but then Dan was
having a having a hard time keep it up with
me because we lost each other. That place was so big.
There was like fifty rooms. There was like this room
or a circle, a big circle floor, and then there
was outside, and then there was this other room, and
then there was this other room.

I didn't know where I was. I just kept like
walking into big circle and I couldn't. I couldn't find it,
but I couldn't see any but I couldn't. It was wild.

But just the fact that you know, Kevin and all
these people come together, like me, all come together.

That's what you're seeing today.

That Bob creates an environment that we could all come
talk and just do talk football, talk to UFC, watch knockouts,
win bets on knockout, be super excited about it, and
honestly take a back and just take time out.

I saw Jamie sitting there and I'm like, Jamie, what
are you doing. He's like, I'm in like three leagues
right now. I'm like, bro, give it a rest.

When you go to the Fantasy Football Expo, you need
to rest, relax, have fun, catch up because we don't
get to see a lot of these people outside because
we're all busy doing our football content, some of us
doing football, UFC and baseball right now. That it's that
we don't get time to do podcasting with everybody. That's
why Steve both Steve's both Lego Steve and IDIP Hunter

may not always may be able to come on my podcast.
But that's the way podcasting, and that's the way this
business is. And I am truly honored that they are
going to be part of the bringing the pain universe.
