This week, we have Josh Stuart-Shor, O2X Lead Instructor and Former US Special Operations Officer, on the show. Josh spent almost ten years in the US Army, first as an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne before going through the selection and joining the 3rd Special Forces Group. After receiving injuries overseas, Josh found his new passion in performance optimization, both physically and mentally. We hear of Josh’s call to service, refining perspective, and best leadership practices.
