The present moment is always there. It is always waiting for us to return to the calm and stillness that is always there. Perpetually transmitting on the same frequency. It is only waiting for us to tune back in to it. This meditation hopes to give the meditator a few minutes of quiet and stillness and help to get back to that feeling of presence. The feeling of here and now. One breath at a time.
