Welcome to a Martin Hewlett ten minuteconfidence building therapy session. Just relax now
and focus on your breathing. Breathein for account of five, hold it

at the top for a second,and then out for account of six,
being mindful of where the breath startsand the breath stops. Every breath out
now relaxing you and taking you downfurther and deeper, calming the mind,

preparing the subconscious for positive affirmations ofconfidence. And feel that warm wave of
relaxation starting to flow from the topof your head down over your forehead,
relaxing all the muscles and taking youdown further and deeper with every breath,

every breath out and winding you,distressing you every word I say, taking
you deeper and deeper, calmer,and let that wave of relaxation flow down
over your face and into your neck. On the next outbreath, feel your

shoulder muscles relax down further, calmingyou, stilling the mind. Breathing down
now, relaxed, calm, focused, and as you continue to focus on
your breathing, just think of thenumbers from ten to one, and as

we count down in your mind,I want you to imagine those numbers in
front of you, and every countdownwill take you deeper and deeper. Ten
relaxing, unwinding, nine deeper,deeper, deeper, eight sinking down now

with every breath, every beat ofyour heart. Seven six, going down
further still, five four relaxed andcalm, three deeper still, two and

one. Just focusing all your attentionon your breathing, every breath in,
giving life, every breath out,taking you down further, so deep,
so relaxed. And in this beautifulrelaxed state, you can concentrate on your

own well being. And as yougo deeper now, just listening to the
sound of my voice, you canbe aware of those comfortable, heavy feelings
of your legs, of your arms, and of your entire body that seem
to float in time and space,those hypnotics sensations that allow you to know

that you have traveled from one stateof awareness into another state in a calm
and positive way. Relaxing down furtherstill, so deep, so calm.
Let these feelings continue, those comfortablerelax sensations of mind and body as you

drift into the trance like state,and my voice drifts with you, relaxing
you. You now look to thefuture in that way that tells you that
things will go well, that youwill succeed, that you are special,

intelligent, and incapable in this waythat you program yourself for success. You
now look to the future and seeonly good things. Relaxing down again,
deeper still, so calm. Youhave all the confidence you need to build

upon, all the capabilities and capacitiesto be that person that you want to
be, special and exciting. Socalm yourself now and repeat in your imagination,
I can and I will. Stillyour mind, focus again on your

breathing, and as you go evendeeper, now in control, just listening
to the sound of my voice,your subconscious mind shows you yourself at that
time, that place, and youreally felt confident, a time when you

really felt good, when you werethe center of attention, loved and admired,
being congratulated by those around you.It doesn't matter where it was or
when it was, just as longas you felt really good about yourself and

(06:26):
about your achievements in life. Thinkof your finest hour and get that image
once more into your mind, asthough you were there at this time and
place. Right now, you seeyourself right now at the center of attention
with all the others cheering you,congratulating you. Now hold that feeling,

(06:51):
allow that feeling to be something thatexpands, envelops you, completes you.
Now see that special feeling as apulsating white light, warm and comfortable,
powerful, and allow that light toexpand and grow as that it encompasses you

(07:17):
completely, almost like a brilliant concoonof pulsating white light. Feel the warmth
and that comfortable feeling, that confidenceand admiration growing throughout you. Feel it
growing and expanding, filling your verybeing with its power and positive influence.

(07:45):
And now allow that white light tobe absorbed into your very body. As
you absorb completely and permanently to yourhighest benefits, all that is good and
capable that you can do. Youare the confident and self assured person that

(08:05):
you've always wanted to be. Rightnow, each and everthing you do you
do better than you have ever donebefore. Just let that feeling sink in
deeply and permanently, and now bringyour attention your focus back to your breathing,

counting for five, hold it fora second, and then out for
six, calming that mind, rememberinghow confident and positive you have become relaxed,

and deep down all these words,everything that you have imagined will take
group permanently and positively, and nowslowly regain your awareness to the sights and
sounds around you five four, threetwo one. Open your eyes and enjoy
