Welcome back to another Martin Hewlett hypnotherapysession. Today's session we'll be learning to
let go and unwind, perfect forthe end of a busy or stressful day
thirty minutes out, just for yourself, for your own self development. So

(00:23):
find a quiet spot, sit back, relax and just let go. So
when you're ready, focus on yourbreathing, close your eyes, and don't
worry if other thoughts come into yourmind, that's perfectly normal. Just acknowledge

(00:49):
those thoughts and then bring your attentionback to your breathing and my voice.
And now you're sitting or lying comfortably, focus on the outbreath. With every
breath out, just feel all yourmuscles unwinding, letting go of any tension,

(01:18):
any stress, every breath out takingyou down deeper, more relaxed,
more calm. So let's use thatpowerful imagination and imagine, if you will,

(01:40):
a wave of deep, warm,calming relaxation starting at the top of
your head, and on the nextoutbreath, it flows down over your forehead,
over your eyes, relaxing them,calming them. And that wave of

(02:05):
deep, deep calming relaxation flows overthe front of your face down into your
jaw and now into your neck,and you may have that urge to swallow,
and that's perfectly normal every time,bringing your attention back to your breathing

(02:31):
and my voice. Every breath youtake, every word I say, taking
you down further and deeper, relaxingyou, letting any tension just drift away
with every outbreath. Imagine that deep, calming wave of relaxation flowing from your

(03:00):
neck into your shoulders. Imagine themsinking down into the chair or the bed,
unwinding, releasing tension with every breathout, taking you deeper and deeper,

(03:21):
so calm, so relaxed. Andagain that wave of deep, calming
relaxation flowing through your chest and upperback, every ounce of tension drifting away
with every breath, deeper, calmer, relaxing you still in that mind,

(03:54):
and again, imagine that wave nowtravel down through your stomach, relaxing the
muscles in your lower back, spreadingwith every breath down through your hips,
and flowing down now into your thighmuscles and your hands, relaxing them,

(04:23):
easing them your breath, taking awayall the tensions of the day. And
now it flows down through your knees, into your calves and your shins,
feel the muscles unwind with every breathout, finally flowing through your ankles into

(04:50):
your feet, calming you, stillingyou with every breath and your mind may
wander, and that's perfectly natural.And if it does, just bring your
attention back to your breathing, tomy voice, every breath out, every

(05:15):
word, calming you and relaxing you, taking you down deeper and deeper.
So relaxed, Just focus on yourbreathing. Bring your attention to your nostrils,

and notice the difference in temperature betweenthe inbreath and the outbreath. All
your attention, just on your breathing, now, stilling you, calming you,
taking you down deeper and deeper anddeeper with every beat of your heart,

every breath out. And I'll leaveyou for a moment, just to
focus on your breathing, on yourown, and every time you breathe out,

(06:25):
just see the words relax and driftaway. And as you lie there,

(06:57):
drifting deeper and deeper into a trancelike state, I want you to
imagine, if you will, you'reat the top of ten gentle steps that
lead down to a beautiful natural pool. That pool has crystal clear healing water

(07:18):
in it, and your subconscious knowsthat when you get into that perfect,
beautiful pool of water, you'll beso calm, so relaxed, and that
water will take away any stress,any strain, and any tension. It's

(07:39):
the perfect temperature, it's beautiful.So when you're ready, imagine yourself now
at the top of those ten gentlesteps and count with me as we go
down deeper and deeper. Ten lookingdown at your feet, looking towards that

(08:05):
beautiful pool, surrounded by a beautifulgarden. Nine stepping down again, taking
you down further and further, eightrelaxing you, stilling you with every breath

(08:26):
and every step. Seven imagine yourselfgetting closer to that beautiful, beautiful pool
of water. Six, every stepdown relaxing you further, calming you.

(08:50):
Five. Focus still on your breathingas you step down now four calm,
relaxed, three total bliss, totalcalm awaits you two one And imagine yourself

(09:24):
now sinking into that beautiful water,soaking in deeply, into every fiber of
your being. Perfect temperature, thatsoothing, mineral, crystal clear water,
and it takes away all attention,all the stress. And imagine yourself lying

(09:50):
there head relaxed. The water lappingaround your neck, deep, beautiful,
healing, crystal clear water, takingaway every tension, every care, and
every worry, Just relaxing you downfurther and further, deeper and deeper.

(10:16):
Your breathing slows, your heart beatslows, every breath out takes away those
last feelings of tension. You areso calm and relaxed. You this is
your private oasis. Calm, relaxed, no tension. Imagine yourself completely at

(10:48):
ease, no worries, just timefor your subconscious to relax. And as
you lie there, deeply relaxed,just let yourself drift. Your mind can

(11:11):
wander every time, bring your attentionback to your breathing. Every breath out
calms you and stills you. Andevery moment you relax, you will train
your subconscious to relax, to letgo of any stress, any worries,

(11:39):
and focus on your own well being. And as you lie there, deeply
relaxed, repeat the mantra in yourimagination as your body is soothed by that
beautiful mineral water. I am enough, over and over, I am enough.

(12:15):
You can achieve whatever you put yourmind to. Just relax, take
time out to nurture your soul,your subconscious, to overcome bad habits,
to overcome negative thoughts. In thisbeautiful pool, you can heal. You

(12:43):
can relax deeply, permanently, positively. Now imagine if you will, that
clear, crystal healing mineral altar asit takes all your stress and strain away.

(13:05):
It flows over the edges of thisbeautiful pool and takes the strain away,
revitalizing you, energizing you, givingyou the positivity that you need.
And again, relax now every breathout, taking you down deeper and deeper,

(13:33):
So calm, so relaxed, healingyour stress and your strain. Calma,
so focused, and take a momentfrom my voice to concentrate on your

(13:56):
breathing. I am enough, whileI want mind and bring your mind back

(16:15):
to your breathing, deep relaxed exhalations, every breath out, stilling that mind
calming, taking you down deeper anddeeper, focusing your attention solely on your

(16:40):
breathing, repeating, I am enough, bringing positivity to your subconscious focus,
understand ending that you can achieve,and long after you have left this beautiful

(17:10):
trance state, these positive thoughts andintents will take root permanently and positively building
day by day, you will noticethese subtle changes in how you approach any
of life's problems. Relaxed, understandingcalm, breathing out deeply relaxes you.

(17:44):
Now, stress and strain will notaffect you. With a calm mind,
you will achieve all of your goals. All of your objective is relax down
deeper and deeper and deeper, everybreath out taking you down further and further,

(18:15):
a perfect crystal clear water, healingyour soul, calming you relax.

(20:41):
And now I want you to imagineyourself drifting up out of your body,
looking down on yourself, and Iwant you to smile at what you see
in front of you. For youup perfect the way you are lying there,

(21:03):
completely relaxed, taking control of yourlife. And look at all of
the positive attributes that you hold.Unlock that feeling of pride in look at

(21:27):
yourself as you breathe out, completelyrelaxed, Smile down upon yourself. Learn
to love yourself, to be happywith who you are, relaxed and calm.

(21:51):
By learning these techniques, you havetaken those first steps towards being happier,
relaxed, and more enlightened. Relaxdown further and further, deeper and

(22:11):
deeper, knowing that every time thatyou focus on your own well being,
you become stronger and happier. Withevery bed, every day, every moment,
learn to look at life with ahappier eye. Relax down now and

(22:40):
lock these feelings of positive intent in, deep down into your subconscious, calming
you, stilling your mind, notletting the actions of others affect you.
Be happy with who you are.So calm now, so blissfully at peace,

(23:08):
relaxed and content. And again,as you breathe out, repeat the
mantra I am enough, over andover, calming you and stilling you the

(27:29):
deep, relaxed breaths, so calm, so at peace. And in a
moment, you can choose to fallasleep and relax for the rest of the

(27:56):
night, or please count from fiveto one, and everything that you have
imagined, everything that you have said, will sink deeply and positively into your
subconscious. It's nice and relaxed.Either drift off or in a moment,

(28:26):
I will count from five to one, and when I get to one,
you can open your eyes, feelingrefreshed and relaxed, having given yourself thirty
minutes of deep, positive relaxation.So five, take a nice, deep

(28:52):
lungful of air, revitalizing all themuscles and fibers and sinews of your body.
Four imagine cold spring mountain water splashingover your face, waking you up
on a beautiful spring morning. Threeagain, another deep breath in, waking

(29:15):
you, stirring you. Two stretchthose muscles, and one open your eyes
and just sit there for a minute, content in the knowledge that you are
taking steps to improve yourself your lifefor the better.
