I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & a Brainspotting Therapist. I am a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University where I received my Bachelors in Social Work and New York University where I received my Masters in Social Work. I specialize in working with BIPOC folks ages 16 and up in overcoming trauma. I utilize an eclectic approach that combines a psychodynamic and attachment based approach with traditional talk therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems ,Brainspotting and alternative healing methods such as yoga and meditation to support collaborative soul work with my clients.
